Salvation Army has always been my main donation center for donating anything with value. Unfortunately this location has consistently had the laziest and least helpful donation workers Ive ever encountered. They are frequently not there during the posted hours and when they are there, they are unbelievably unhelpful. Ive brought a lot of stuff here from rummage sale leftovers but Good Will is my new spot I guess.

The miscellaneous items were VERY OVERPRICED. For example a roll of plain Xmas wrapping was $5.99. Give me a break. I heard at least three different people commenting on how over priced things were. So disappointed

It never fails; great value; great people, and now they have gone all out with accessibility and neatness; space, was just there today and sure enough, the girl at the register did not even mind me running my card 3 times before it went thru; not only superb service but with a smile and great attitude☺️. Speaking for myself and the community here; You guys are Awesome!!🤗🇺🇲

I just left the donation area in the back. I had run to the doctor to get a shot in my hip and was going to drop off six heavy bags of clothes. I pulled them out of my car and left them by the gate and asked the man in the truck if I could leave them there and he said no. He was much too busy talking to another person that had a little box of goodies to donate. So hobbling I had to carry four of the bags myself to the truck. He did eventually come get two bags. And then didn’t say a darn thing to me as he saw me hobbling back. So much for the shot. There are lazy people that work in the back.

My favorite thrift store. Great bargains and discounts almost every day of the week. The poor cashier could have used some help because she was very busy. She still did a wonderful job!

Waiting to make a donation...its 10:20...website says they open at 9 and gate says donation drop off starts at 10. Neither seem accurate. We were told someone would be just a little late.UPDATE: We went in to ask how much longer until the donation person arrives or if we could get a donation receipt from the store. The cashier, after complaining about her job to the customer in front of me, says they dont have anyone and then asked if we already unloaded. We had, as did about five other cars, but we were the only ones who stayed. She proceeds to chastise me for doing that saying they could be fined. Mind you, we were advised by an employee to go ahead and unload and a delivery person was late but on the way. Furthermore, we were the only ones trying to do the right thing and stay until someone arrives. As I went out to tell my husband to load back up, he says the person they called in had just gotten there. Not what the cashier said. Needless to say, this is not a good place to shop or donate. I realize they may not like their jobs but come on. The only reason for two stars is the donation person who was filling in was very kind, had been called in at the last minute and seemed to be trying his best. Show a little courtesy and let your donors know how long theyll need to wait.

The store itself is well organized for most thrift stores I have visited. I noticed the cashier seemed to be a bit confused with the customers and transactions once I was in line. I overheard the cashier give a price of $4.50 quite randomly for an item that wasnt marked. Last time I checked nothing is marked at this store customers rely on signs at the ends of shelves and racks. This cashier was clearly not well-trained at the store. When it was time to be rung up myself she squinted her eyes to a sign behind me that had some prices listed. Then as she rung up the second item which was a baby pajama she said and I quote hmmmm $4.50. This must be her magical price for everything she cannot remember the price of. Why would I pay the same amount for a new item in a thrift store versus brand new at a normal store. Unfortunately I didnt buy the item since she did not know the price and was simply guessing it. According to the receipt her name is Genoveva. Perhaps if there is another better trained cashier available I can consider coming to this store again.

Pulled up right as they locked the door and left. Apparently the hours on Google are wrong? Would be nice if theyd at least post the hours on the door if they choose not to update their Google listing 😒
