Talk about dont trust their prices they can change the price on the item like the manger Patricia did to to me. Dont assume the item is that price is mark. The manger 1st is rude bad customer service. I said be contacting Corporate how not to treat customers and how to talk to them she is rude and shouldnt be a manger. I have work in a thrift store but never we change the price higher exspelly if item is on the floor. Bad business. This went from $1.99 to $7.99 at the cash register when checking out to buy and she assumed it had a box and had employee look around the store and then employee ask to check in back. This women needs to resign no customer she be talk down like they mark the item that price and this behavior was infront of my children.

This store has improved greatly since my last visit months ago. Its very well organized and much more visually appealing. Downside is that prices have gone up quite a lot.

When I was there, what caught my eyes were old vintage drinking glass set, books(I was looking for old cookbooks) didnt see any but they had other old books, and they allso had a nice love -seat set. The prices were reasonable. Not as high as goodwill!

I to call and ask a simple question and the lady that answered was so rude!!!! She cut me off EVERY single time I tried to speak. She then proceeded to say that i wasnt saying anything.(which i had full signal and i was not on mute) She then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Ive never step foot in that place and after this I never will!!!

Bad experience every time I come in.They either want to charge me more or not accept my coupons. This place is insane and everything is donate and they want to take advantage of you. No thanks. I will shop somewhere else. The manager is mediocre and her prices are insane and crazy. I like to supporting thrift stores but when their overprice and management is rude no way, I am going to stay far away.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I’ve seen this place go from all clothes $3 to the varied prices they are now. This place is down the street from me. While they are homeless in the area, it never influences my opinion of the store. The staff are always friendly and make my experience satisfying. Some days coming here is winning the lottery and others not so much.

I liked the redesigned layout in this store. I wasnt looking for anything in particular but with everything spread out a little bit, it made for easier maneuverability.

Covid protocols just make fur a lousy experience in alot of places and this one plus very cold employees, except one maybe, create this current rating since you asked. If I decide to patronize this Army in the future Ill update my rating hopefully better.Update the clothes and shoes I bought from the first review above didnt fit right. Live and learn but I went back to give them a second chance to see if theyll fit after this visit, Lol. But the shoes I had got, the heels came off the platform on both. I know no returns so I crazy glued them. If you buy shoes make sure the heels are attached firmly and wear and tear hasnt created malfunctions like this. I did go back because of the cheap prices and sometimes it can be a great bargain sometimes you get what you pay for. This second visit my guesses at more clothes fittings were much better. I got lucky this time. All the tops fit well and Autumn serviced me spectacularly.. shes a 5 star in my book.

INSANELY expensive. A Pyrex mixing bowl was listed for 15$- you can buy a whole set for 25 brand new. Each plate I found was between 3-7$. Just wild. Clothing seems a bit more reasonably priced but is still on the higher side.

They overprice everything else! (Except for clothing which Im not interested in buying)Ive been at this store a few times and some items are just overpriced. There was 2 tiny tables that needed paint. Also the legs to be screwed in correctly, she wanted 15 for each. Brand new they cost $20. Definitely too overpriced! Ive been to other ones and they definitely work with you on pricing.
