The Rustic & Chic team has made our wedding planning stress free. We came at a rough time after dealing with other venues and they welcomed us with open arms. We felt that everything was going to be just fine and just to our likings. Sandra and her family have done their best to reassure us that we are in good hands.

My husband and I happened across the company through Instagram and we are so happy we did! Sandra and her team are amazing at what they do! I have always heard how stressful weddings are to plan and wasn’t sure what to expect but they made the whole process so easy that we absolutely loved planning our wedding! Every aspect of planning from flowers to food was so easy because they know how to achieve what you want and make it even better! Even when we had a small hiccup in our whole process they went above and beyond to guide us through the process and we had an absolutely beautiful wedding. It’s months later and we are still being told how beautiful our wedding was and how much everyone enjoyed themselves. That is directly because of the Rustic Chic team!!! We can’t thank them enough for being so wonderful and making our wedding everything we wanted it to be and more!

The whole team are just the nicest people ever and whatever you envision they will do it amazing. I rented their wood table and grass backdrop for a mothers day party. It was perfect and the balloon garland was beautiful 😍 great service and friendly team.
Rustic Chic and team were amazing.I hired them for my sons bday in December and they absolutely outdid themselves. I received so many compliments. The Service was very professional they responded to all my messages in a timely manner. The setup was AMAZING.I truly recommend them.You let them know what your inspiration is and they go above and beyond.

Found Rustic and Chic on Instagram and chose them for the most important day of my life my wedding day. From the beginning I told Sandra my budget and she worked around it which was awesome. Day of everything was sooo beautiful I kept getting compliments on the space and decor. They literally have everything you need. Highly recommend getting the day of coordinator and staff. Dillion was a sweetheart and helped me manage the day so all the stress was off me and my family. I loved every moment of my special day!
My Mom found this rental company on TikTok. The dessert table we seen advertised was so pretty and rustic looking- it perfectly matched my baby shower theme of woodland nature. I found them on instagram (a little difficult to find, use the link on their tiktok if you see it!) & I reached out with about 3 weeks notice. They responded within a few hours & next thing I knew, my deposit was paid and my balloon colors were picked. They were quick to send me a copy of my invoice and I was able to pay through Venmo, which was convenient. They delivered the table the day before (perfect for our set up time) and came back the day of to add fresh balloons and a custom made name sign for my baby. It came out better than I’d hoped and we got so many compliments on it! Note that delivery was about $50 additional, but table was super simple to set up and arrange. Would definitely use again, made for beautiful photos!

The Rustic and Chic team went over a beyond for my 30th birthday party in May 2021. My theme was RIP to my youth . I gave them my theme and let them run with it. They surpassed my expectations. All my guest were amazed.I wish I had found them 4 years earlier for my wedding . ASHLEYs balloon backdrop was insanely beautiful 😍 and lasted for 2 days. There center pieces were more then I asked for. There team came back to pick up the rentals. Cant wait to book them again. They made my day so easy . 😌

All I did was show them my Pinterest board and bam they made it even better😍😭 they do it all and work with a bunch of awesome vendors! Forever planning on using them for all my events! I loved what they said they could do, a full-service event coordination and day of set-up for my daughters college graduation party.Unfortunately, they did not deliver on their promises, instead they dropped off items as a DIY set-up, with no tableclothes (even though I requested them). The runners were dusty pink, when I had requested blush and the greenery centerpieces were plastic greenery that had seen better days.We had one face to face meeting where i showed them what i wanted,, talked about the colors,, etc and I paid a 50% deposit. They said repeatedly that they would do all the set up,, and provide everything. After that meeting,, they would only communicate via Instagram and text. Which proved to be completely inefficient.On the day of the event, they delivered the balloons at 8 am for a 6 pm event and i was told that they would not be doing my set-up. I was a a little panicked and they would not answer their phones until I finally called one of the delivery people. They would only reply via text and all they did was refund me for the missing tableclothes and basically said too bad so sad. So I had to rush around and get substitutes on the day of my event to find tableclothes and centerpieces and then I had to do the overall set up.Unfortunately their communication and customer service have a lot of issues. I was severely disappointed and felt like it was wasted time and money. Worse I felt like they didnt care since they had my money and it wasnt a large event.
They are amazing!!! My event went so well and looked just like the pictures!! I’m so happy how everything went! 💗💗 they are also so hard working!
They did a backdrop and treats for my daughters 1st birthday party and the service was great.

2022-01-24If I could give The Rustic Chic more than 5 stars, I would. The place was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The Rustic Chic was the last place I looked before canceling my wedding completely due to Covid. I met with Sandra and I knew we were in good hands. Sandra was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire planning of our wedding. Easy to get a hold of, plenty of options, great prices, beautiful venue and pretty much a one stop shop! They had everything covered. This is a family run company and they made us feel like family also from day one. The day of the wedding, Ashley even let my daughter follow her around while I got ready. Our guests were amazed by the venue and we received so many compliments. A friend of mine loved it so much, she got married there 6 months later. My wedding was perfect and it was all because of Sandra and her team at Rustic Chic. I would definitely recommend them for any events. You wont regret it.

We had less than a month to plan our niece’s graduation party due to covid. Sandra & the entire Rustic Chic team made it happen. All we had to tell her was the theme and they worked there magic!!!!! When we walked in to the farm house the place was beyond beautiful. They went above and beyond with all the details to make this unique with a rustic touch to our Luau Graduation party. All of the guest were amazed of everything. What made our experience much easier was that she had reliable and easy to work with vendors for everything which to us was an A++++++++++++++++++++++++…This is the place to start you WON’T regret it!! Again thank you Sandra for all that you do to make our events unforgettable. Can’t wait for our wedding Sept 2023.

2022-06-19We got married at rustic & chic farm house and I just want to thank Dillon our day coordinator. This review if for Dillon, he was truly amazing as the day coordinator. With out him I would’ve probably lost it, he made everything so easy and stress free. He was amazing with my family and friends everyone fell in love with him, I would do it all over again. My husband and I had so much fun at our wedding everything was just perfect. Dillon we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are truly amazing on what you do!

2022-01-24If I need a party, baby shower, gender reveal an outstanding wedding I instantly call the Rustic & Chic team. When I say they are so great at what they do I mean it 100%!!! This one stop shop service will never disappoint which is why I loved them so much. Not only is the work amazing their staff are the nicest people as well. Made my experience so easy and couldn’t ask for a better team. No words can explain how grateful I am for all my amazing events.

I hired them for the backdrop to take pictures, balloon garlands, and the dessert table. I decorated the rest. If you are a friends fan like me then you will appreciate all the details. 2022-01-24Awesome experience ! We’ve had a couple events there already. Very beautiful setting with a classic feel to it. The farm house, with its rustic style and decorations gave me and my wife a nostalgic vibe that took us back in time ! It’s very unique and elegant at a very affordable cost. Once you’re inside doesn’t feel like you’re in Bell Gardens but afar in some distance place. Plus, they worked really hard to accommodate us. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the Rustic & Chic family ! We appreciate you guys !!!
