The leasing office at this facility should be embarrassed. Not only do they have poor customer service but they also have mediocre apartment tours for there available apartments. My husband and I went to go tour the only studios they had available, not only were we disappointed, we were shocked at the condition the apartment building was in. It not only has missing base boards in the hall ways but it also has stained carpeting all around. Then to top it off the first apartment we viewed had the outside of it, including the hallway under construction. If I was living there and my apartment looked like that on the outside I’d be upset, I doubt they lowered tenant rent due to the construction or even some type of compensation to its occupants. Then when we brought up these matters to the leasing office, the lady working there took offense and said we didn’t have to apply. Instead of being a professional and apologize and address the concerns.
Unpleasant new management….wish I would have known that with the new change come new employees. Since management changed my supposedly “delivered” packages at the mailroom have gone “missing.” Even after contacting UPS about it they claim from their end that they “delivered” it, but will further investigate. Fourth time this has happened, by the way. No longer seems like it’s and issue of my packages gone “missing.”
Horrible experience. Staff and company are very attentive up until you sign your lease. Then they stop caring. I never even received a tour of the complex which is not easy to navigate and the map you find online is also quite confusing once you’re trying to find your way around. I requested yoga schedules from staff several times and they never could give me times, and never followed up on emailing me the schedule. And yoga classes included was one of the selling points of this apartment, but i was never able to attend one, it seems like they lied about the classes. But what’s worse is the lack of communication when your lease is coming to an end. After moving out they have been continuing to send me bills months after move out and then won’t respond to calls or emails. If you’re considering living here, don’t. There are complexes next door and across the street you should consider first.
BEWARE I’m WARNING you....issues with parking, not enough visitors parking or self parking, you can hear foot steps of upper neighbor and side neighbor hear everything, for all that I think it’s over price, as you can see(picture) I’m not the only one complaining about noise. the only good thing it’s staff members.
I lived at Jefferson Platinum Triangle apartments for 18 months. When I first moved there were some standard things that were not perfect but I let them pass such like having a cabinet that still had an opened box of food, a bath tub with slow drainage because of the hair of the previous owner, and there was an odd section on the floor. Now that I left the complex I got billed for paint, carpet and cleaning, when I am 100% sure that I left that apartment in better condition than how I received it. I even asked for the right paint color to make sure that the spots that I had to repaint blended perfectly, which they did. Now I have learned my lesson, but anyway, here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Great location - near Disneyland and lots of restaurants- The apartments are comfortable and it is normally quiet- Nice appliances and in unit washer and dryer- Great amenitiesCons:- Visitor parking - This has been the most frustrating thing. When Reliant Parking was introduced, things got a bit better as you had more chances to actually book a parking spot, but there is not enough parking for visitors.- Lack of security - Someone broke into my car, which was in the underground parking garage. There was nothing valuable or anything at plain sight. I know that these things can happen but can you at least add cameras on the entrance and the mail room?- Common areas dirty - The carpet on the hallway would be cleaned maybe 2 times per year... but definitely needed more cleanup. Same thing for the outdoor areas. You could easily find poop while walking.- Non responsive management - Management changed to Greystar recently and they have improved a bit, but can improve more.- Elevator would have issues frequently.- If you have neighbors with their own BBQ... you will probably get the smoke trough the dryer vent and into your apartment.- Some units are used as AirBNBs so be prepared to see random people making a lot of noise when they visit. I had one of those units next to me and although it obviously depended on who was renting, sometimes there would be noise. If you dont take pictures and document all the things that were wrong they will charge you for anything they please at the end of the lease...
I have been a resident since the apartment complex opened last Winter and living here has been great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Any issues I have had with service or maintenance has been handled promptly. Elena has been especially responsive and pleasant to work with. The amenities here are awesome. Pools, gyms, media center, anything you could need. The property is always kept very clean and nice. They also provide free events if youre interested. Some of the negative reviews are surprising. Keeping in mind that the apartment community is new, I think they are doing a great job.
Please think carefully before you decide to move here. Before we moved in, we have signed the welcome letter like five times. staff at leasing office kept making mistakes about the content. We moved here around a month ago. After a week living here, we noticed the leasing office gave us the wrong address. Because of that, we had to sign the lease again and it caused us lots of troubles. We had to call every business we placed an order online to change the shipping address. We have been charged $50 vacant service fee and they gave us a gift card try to resolve the problem. The gift card is in a resident account and we don’t know how to use it. When I ask for further instruction, they don’t respond to that. Furthermore, we received the electricity bill for the wrong address and they told me they will deal with that but they didn’t. I received same bill request after a month. I have been double charged for activating the service from gas company for changing to the correct service address, and the leasing office refused to pay us back for the extra charge caused by their mistake. When I asked the leasing office about setting the Wifi, they provided us a contact information Ray from at&t. That person was irresponsible. We told Ray to change the service address and he forgot to do that, so the Wifi couldn’t been set up when the technician person arrived. It caused us huge inconvenience since it takes few days after reschedule the service installation. My housemate had been double charged from at&t and Ray said twice that he would solve the issue for her. She didn’t receive the refund after a month, so she contacted the at&t directly and got her refund in three days. It’s a night are to deal with members at leasing office and worst resident service ever.
My 3 roommates and I have been residents of Jefferson platinum triangle for about six months. Especially recently we have noticed that the office has been extremely kind and accommodating! We had the chance to speak with the manager recently about an issue we were having and she was absolutely great! We love living here and have been very happy with our experience so far!
Our family loves living here! Jefferson Platinum Triangle has everything you could ask for in a community - a cleaning crew whos there everyday, amazing amenities (including the new rooftop lounge with a view of the Disneyland fireworks!), nightly security, the list goes on. When we first moved in here, we would say it felt like we were living at a resort. Weve even had guests tell us the same thing! The staff really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Theyre always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is amazing as well; if theres ever a problem theyre out right away to fix it. One of the maintenance guys (Sammy) even came up to help me to my car when I was in labor...if thats not going above and beyond, I dont know what is!We also love that were able to really get to know our neighbors through the monthly events. Weve made some great friends here. Cant wait for another year here at JPT!
The staff is usually courteous and friendly. If you have a problem, contact the leasing office and let them know of your concerns, you just may need to give them a reminder or two. This is supposed to be a smoke-free complex, but there are tenants who are too stubborn to abide by the rules and smoke anyway. More tenants need to speak up and say something about it because we pay to live in a smoke-free building. Sadly, management has been present while we spoke of a neighbor sitting on their porch, smoking. Every day, that same person was on their porch smoking which makes it appear that management doesn’t enforce the no smoking rule and the hallway always smells like weed. The area is very upbeat and there’s lots to do just here at the complex itself. Whether you’re interested in social gatherings, rooftop views, or lounging at the pool, you’ll have plenty to do. Just be warned, this neighborhood is flooded with pet owners, so you may come across some rather large dogs here.
If youre thinking about leasing from this management company, think again. Tenants can complain about something that is in the Lease that other tenants violate on a daily basis (e.g. noise, smoking, AirBnb, playing loud music, littering, parking without permits, etc.) and the management company will do nothing to enforce the terms of the lease. This is frustrating for anyone looking to live in a community that respects one another, and especially frustrating when the management company itself fails to rectify the issue(s), but instead try to hit you with a reward program email that literally has nothing to do with being a resident here. This has been a disappointing living experience and Im counting down the days until I can leave from this overpriced college dorm simulator. And before you respond, Jefferson Platinum Triangle, dont think your petty responses negate this review. You earned it.
Good afternoon,My girlfriend and I have been trying to set up a lease for a few weeks now and we have been running into numerous communication failure with the staff from the start and it has been quite irritating. It has been difficult to get a hold of the office, we have yet to receive any call backs from the voicemails I have left, and also a staff member left my girlfriend hanging multiple times after promising that he’d call back in 10 minutes to fix errors they made on the lease. Mind you, we already paid our application fees and hold deposit so we are not random visitors. We are invested in moving into this apartment but my confidence in the staff is dramatically declining. After the numerous follow ups from our end, you would think the office would keep us on the radar and assist us. If this is the case when we haven’t moved in yet, how many more issues are we going to run into with the office and apartment after moving in?
My husband and I came to tour and fell in love with the place right away. Great customer service by the team. Helped by Natalie and Sasha, and they did an amazing job getting us moved in. Im so happy to be a part of one of many people living at Jefferson Platinum Triangle. I had a few things not working in my apartment, but they took care of it right away. My two boys refer to their new home as a hotel, to me it doesnt get any better than that. Very kid-friendly as well. I love how the pool area has pool towels ready for their residents to use. Everything in the apartment is lovely. I love my kitchen. Walk-in closets are amazing as well. Looking for a place to move into please come join Jefferson Platinum Triangle and you will be very happy!
Been here for about three months now and can honestly say I love it! The community is always so clean and quiet, the amenities are gorgeous, the staff is very accommodating and the location is perfect. Were really close to Disneyland and right next to the freeways. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how everythings turned out.One thing I would change, however, is the fact that there is no direct access to the dog park right next to our building. You have to walk all the way around just to take our dog out. Hopefully that will change in the future. Besides that, I have no complaints. Its been great!
Beautiful complex with amazing amenities. I was really impressed by the fitness center. In addition the apartments are stylish and a good size. What really makes Jefferson Platinum Triangle a great place to live is the staff. I have lived at a lot of different places and what always makes the difference is the customer service you receive from the staff. James, the manager, and the rest of the staff work really hard to keep us happy and it shows. Great job!
Overall good place to stay. Finally receive the cash reward after five months we moved in. Some suggestions:The elevator needs to be replaced or deeply repaired. It usually takes about 15 sections to open the door. The pay rent website is not compatible with PC Browser. I have to use mobile browser to pay the rent every time.
Even though I didnt end up renting here, I was very pleased with the service provided when I came to check out the complex. Farrell was super helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. He knew the property really well and made sure to not leave any details out. He clearly loves what he does because he always had a smile on his face and seemed happy to be of assistance. Its rare to find people like this so Jefferson is lucky to have him. The units I saw were beautiful and the grounds are well kept. If Im in the market again to rent, I would love to come back and be assisted by Farrell.
I just moved in here a couple weeks ago and I love my place. I had a few minor issues come up and the staff was great at helping me resolve the issues. James Warren was the leasing agent that sign me up and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for an apartment and when he wasnt there Elena Defeo has been a great help. There are a lot of apartment choices out there with tons of amenities, but I always found a great staff is what makes the difference for me.
Great amenities, clean - the housekeeping staff are rock stars. There are a few things that need to be fixed with lack of communication with the residents and enforcing rules, like the smoking policy, but otherwise a great place to live. The CARES team is awesome and always throws great events.
We have had a very good experience living at Jefferson Platinum Triangle. The office staff is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff are quick to handle any repair issues. The cleaning staff do an incredible job keeping the property looking great(including the outdoor grills , pools, and other areas. The interior of the apartments are beautiful, and well designed, with upgraded stainlss steel appliances.I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking an incredible value! Jimmy Johnson
My experience has been good. I appreciate the fact that when I have a concern or maintenance request it is handled promptly. The amenities are also great! My favorite part of living here is probably the CARES team. They work really hard to plan community events and I always enjoy myself! Go CARES!
So disappointing about this apartments. MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED inside the resident parking. In the apartment you hear every step that your neighbors make. Not quiet!! In night time every couple of min helicopters, cars and you hear everything inside in your apartment even if all windows closed and AC working. In the end of our lease agreement they try to give us good deal to stay with them (even manager James try to close me without to pay the deposit) anyway I moved to another apartments. But then they CHARGE me everything and took money to: clean apt., clean parquet (that it is regular TEAR & WEAR that nobody charge me before, because I bring the housekeeper before move out) and give us check for 180$ instead 600$!! They didnt answer me , give me link to write for somebody, but I dont have time for this!!!
JPT has exceeded my expectations for apartment complexes. The staff is always accommodating and assist with any questions and concerns to the best of their abilities. The apartment complexes amenities from the pools, gym, and outdoor patios are amazing. The activities that are provided (caramel apple making and paint night) help neighbors get acquainted with each other. Its been a great experience overall.
Helped by Sasha, and James. They both very friendly and love to help me with my problems. And as a resident, they always remind me about the benefit I have with the complex, which make my every dime with it.The thing I liked the most is they have gym that is 24/7, and they will have yoga and training class constantly, which is very convenience, they also provide clean tower every day, the equipment is brand new and latest update, you need to see it for yourself, than you will know what I am talking about
This property is horrible. One star is tooooo much. I do not know what to say about their leasing office representatives. None of them have knowledge what apartment they have available and what units are already taken. They gave me really interesting fake price for one of 2 bedroom unit and specials on the phone. They made me to drive 70 miles to get there and when I was there they gave me really expensive price rent for another units and they said the unit they talked to me on the phone is already taken 2 months ago. They think people are fool.We went to see one of the unit on 4Th floor and the elevator was not working. We used stairs to get to 4th floor. How possible?!? Just new opened apartment and the elevator not working. It is ridiculous. It was not clean and it was still construction on the pool part. The offers they have is fake. There is No free 4 or 6 weeks free. It is just playing with the numbers. They already calculated on your price rent or you can have few weeks free and after paying huge expensive rent.Dont ever think to go there even if there is only one left in the city.
NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. Their number attached won’t even ring. I’ve met Bessa and a different girl that works there and tried to schedule a viewing. Both were unresponsive and not helpful whatsoever. I’ve still yet to be in contact and just wanted to schedule a viewing. I’ve physically drove there 4 times and still haven’t seen an apartment. Just extremely unprofessional and disappointing
For as expensive as this place is, you would expect great service. Instead, they treat you with neglect. This place is unorganized and you have to stay on top of them to fix anything. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had an incredible number of issues - parking issues, package deliveries issues, hit and run, incorrect billing, irresponsive staff, excessive noise, etc. Did I mention I’ve only been here 7 months? Seems like a pretty lengthy list for such a short amount of stay thus far. I am definitely not looking forward to the next few months in this place. The apartments across the street will be ready soon. I suggest you look there instead. Lastly, most positive reviews are skewed. We are incentivized to write reviews, so most are written when people first move in. At that time, we’re still enchanted by the look of the place, but we haven’t had a chance to really experience living here.
Beautiful apartments with a choice of 1, 2, or 3 bedroom with a upscale design and layout. Found them on Google and Yellow Pages. The staff is very well trained and took time to showed me everything I wanted. They have the cutest Club house. This is my new location to live.
Staff is Friendly and amenities are coming together. This is a new construction and the back building for these apartments are having trouble getting deliveries. It would be nice if Jefferson Platinum Triangle would add the back building 1541-1551 E. Wright Circle, Anaheim CA 92806 to the description of the apartment building so that it is recognized via google maps and delivery companies such as Amazon could recognize the address. We have had several delivery misses not only with packages but mail as well. However, the apartment does try to plan events to get to know your neighbors. There are great events! Neighbors we met have also had similar issues among others so the delivery improvement could greatly add to the quality of living here.
It was a rough start to get into this place. When my wife and I first checked it out, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were excited to move in on the date specified, September 1. So when the time came, we were told late August that it wasnt ready yet and that we could move in Oct. 1. That was frustrating. October was coming and we had packed everything up to prepare for our move, but were told again that it wasnt ready. We were pretty angry at this point. We finally were able to move in a week later and they paid for movers, which was nice. Now, were here and weve been here for a few months. Sure, the management is still nice, but that doesnt really go very far. Nothing really gets done when theres a problem. I feel like it falls upon deaf ears. The glass on our microwave broke the first day and it has yet to be fixed. Ive mentioned that our heater doesnt work and one of the girls that lives here just said hers doesnt work either (still not fixed). And its really freakin cold right now. Our apartment is next to the entrance of the pool and the door slams at least 100 times a night and its pretty loud. Ive suggested to maybe add some sort of pneumatic closer to prevent slamming, but I figured that wouldnt get very far. It didnt. And finally, the elevator! For all the people that live in the North building, you know what Im talking about. This thing seriously makes a new noise every day. The permit in there said it was void after November of last year. Isnt that illegal? They finally took that piece of paper down, but the noises persist! You cant run away from your problems. Ive gotten used to it at this point. Theres a lot more I could say, but I feel like this is getting too long now.So, this place gets 2 stars. Why not 1 you ask? Well, I like the actual apartment and the vicinity in general. The apartments are definitely made of pretty cheap materials. Ive had to fix a few things by myself (because why ask them when itll never happen anyway amiright ;) But regardless, I like our apartment and the location. So theres the redemption I suppose. Also, pet rent? Cmon now...
Jefferson Platinum Triangle has been a great place to live and to call home. The community offers great amenities and fun events that build community. The complex also does a great job maintaining the property. The only challenge has been accommodating parking for guests and people parking unnecessarily in handicapped and visitor spaces.
I was a recent future resident visiting the place. At first I was very impressed with the apartment and the amenities that it offered, however after reviewing its reviews on Yelp and other platforms I was a bit shaken. I was not very sure of the safety of the place and also read a lot about parking issues. I would highly recommend to consider all the factors before moving in here.
Living here has been an absolute fantastic experience.First, the staff is amazing. Theyve gone completely out of their way to help us out and always ask if we need anything. Theyre very friendly and professional and make you feel important.Second, the community is very attractive. They have a cleaning crew EVERYDAY and focus on different areas of the community to keep everything looking nice. JPT also has some awesome amenities, like a media center, 2 gyms, 2 club rooms that are very different from each other, a yoga studio, pool table, very nice barbeque areas, the list goes on and on. There are times I walk through the courtyard and feel like Im on a vacation.Third, the events add a unique touch to JPT. They have several events each month that really allows you to meet your neighbors so that you dont feel liking youre living amoung strangers.Fourth, the location is perfect. Everything you would want to do is so close - shops, stadiums, theme parks, restaurants, breweries, and much more.Id recommend JPT to everyone who is looking for a great place to live.
So I want to first say that I would be leaving this review even if they werent having a promotion. This place is amazing, weve lived here for two whole days and I already feel like ive been welcomed into an amazing little family. Truly the ladies in the office are so nice and welcoming you feel like youre talking to old friends. After our first tour here we came back to view the unit we had on hold and not only did Raliene remember us but she even remembered our cats name, theyre so personal and helpful every step of the way. The service here is truly one of a kind.
Apartments for rent in Anaheim CA is Jefferson Platinum Triangle. Its a new Apartment Complex with all the amenities a person could ask for. I found them on a Google search. I went to look at what they had and was very happy with the beautiful layout of each unit. The sales girls were wonderful and answered every question I could think of. My choice was a 2 Bedroom and for the money it is a big step up from where I am now. Great location near everything you want.
What a great place to live! The Jefferson Platinum Triangle is the place to be. James and his team are wonderful to work with and professional! The community is always clean, they have friendly and professional security patrol and the interiors are modern/classy. I highly recommended that you live here.
JPT and its amenities have blown me away! Everything from their outdoor pool, patio, and their gym with all new equipment to their new rooftop deck. Their friendly staff have been super accommodating since day one of moving in until now. I love receiving updates and emails about what is going on in JPT and keeps me informed. They let residents know when there are events going on such as football Sunday, to cotton candy night and so much more. They know how to keep their residents well informed and welcome. Keep up the good work JPT staff!
Service, Smiles and great communication with management in a place anyone would love to call home. Ive recommended Jefferson Platinum Triangle Apartments to many friends and family members this year and last year. Excited to see what community events James comes up with in 2018!
I woke up this morning, opened my blind to find 3 fresh cigarette butts on my awning, thrown over the side from the apartment above me. What made me become so agitated was the proximity of my patio furniture from the cigarette butts. if a fire is started on my patio from someone throwing still lit cigarette butts onto my furniture, guess who is left trying to defend themselves from a possible lawsuit? Jefferson Platinum Triangle has a strict policy regarding smoking on the property and claims it will be enforced. Im not sure who is enforcing anything on this property because theyre are smokers everywhere on this property smoking, on their balconies and outside my window on the sidewalk, at all hours of the day and night. The hallways, stairways, and elevators consistently smell like cigarette or marijuana smoke. Multiple times I have complained to management about the guy above me stomping around the house from 2am and throughout. I had to go and speak to him about it myself. Thats not my job. I am a TENANT. Thats what is states in the lease. I literately must run the A/C at night just to drown out the noise. I now must spend extra on the electric bill because of this guy. Talked to the leasing office, multiple times, and they said they would call him. Nothing changed. Talked to the office again. They said they talked to him, but hate calling him because hes mean and rude? Talked with Elaine, Raline, Sasha, and the Office Mgr. James. More waking up in the middle of the night from this constant ruckus going on above me. Was told he has been warned and will be evicted if it continues to persist. Showed James video of water pouring onto my balcony and patio furniture, from the upstairs apartment like it was raining more than once. Went to the office again on May 1st, 2018 and was given the number to on-property security. I was told to call them, and they would handle it. I did, and Im still running the A/C at night. There are some minor things that you would think maintenance personnel could easily fix, but its been well over a month for the door on the trash chute, located on the 2nd floor to be fixed? Some people just drop their trash outside the chute. How hard can the handle be to fix? Its like they would rather pay the salaried cleaning crew to take out the trash versus calling in someone to fix it. On the second floor of my building, there are multiple doorbells that are lit, and others that are not. The cover of an emergency strobe light has been broken off and not replaced for months now. Had to put in a work-order to get the shower handle replaced because of a defective seal. Bear in mind, this is a brand new and never lived in apartment. So, in comes the maintenance, takes things apart, cant fix or put it back together, and gets grease all over my brand-new bath rugs. They had to call in a plumber. Plumber gets here, determines he will need to come back the next day. Plumber returns the next day, fixes the issue. This takes about month ladies and gentlemen, from beginning to end. Thats from work-order request to final repair. In short, was told by Sasha Id receive a $75.00 gift card for the damage. That was in January of 2018, its now May 25, 2018, and still no gift card. Whats interesting are the number of renters here listing their apartments on AirBnB. We are not allowed to sublease our apartments out, which it states in the lease, people are still doing it, and Jefferson Platinum Triangle Management turns a blind eye to it. This becomes a problem when AirBnB renters do not actually know what the terms of the lease are. Its not that uncommon to see different out-of-state plated vehicles without the JPT parking sticker, in the same designated TENANT parking spot. Its not really their fault. They think they are at a hotel on a Disney Vacation, and just booked an apartment for a great deal. No one should have to go through these ordeals. Jefferson Platinum is one, if not, the highest rent in this area. There are brand new apartments being built around Jefferson Platinum, with much cheaper rents.
Hello, My esperience has been with a mix feelings, nothing to do with the facilities or amenities, but more personal as I have forgotten how was living at apartment community after 20 + years. At any rate, your facilities are great, your customer service totally demonstrates the values of your organization and the amenities provided are beyond my expectations. Thank you, Nelson Munoz
Great amenities here are, often, unusable by residents thanks to hordes of Airbnb “guests” at this “luxury apartment” It is sometimes rendered a cheap resort where I can’t use my own pool, pool table, or bbq. If youd like to see for yourself, refer to Airbnb for listings. Search platinum triangle. Also, guests are loud well into the night, making sleep difficult for those that work during the day.
I dont know where to start 1st I love our apartment and the amenities !! Im very disappointed with the management and how they dont enforce their own rules.... like parking, swimming pool ppl wearing clothing , dogs in the pool, more than 2 guest per tenant , loud noise, in the pool & spa after midnight, radio loud at night, ppl in the common area drinking after 10pm with friends being loud not respecting other tenants privacy.... We have called office about this problem a few times and nothing has been done.... for as much as we pay for our apartment I feel like I can only enjoy the amenities a few days during the week when ppl are at work because everyone has 4 to 5 ppl per guest in pool... not to mention that a few apartments are rented as airbnb.... very disappointed tenant here....
JEFFERSON PLATINUM TRIANGLE has given us a nice place to live. Modern 2 bedroom apartment with super fast free service from their crew anytime we call them if any maintenance issues arise or if just any preventative maintenance needs to be done, such as free fridge filter replacement or AC filter replacement or even bathtub plug replacement if clogged.
Applied to these new and beautiful apartment homes earlier this month, my application was denied, this was okay as I wasnt sure if I would be approved initially anyway, I was very upfront with my situation, the thing that got me to apply when speaking with the leasing office was when the told me that if denied initially that I would be able to work with the screening company on getting approved, I thought great, some help pointing me in the direction of what I need to take care of, happily paid the 2 app fees for my wife and I, they also wanted a $250 holding deposit, we asked if we end up not renting from you how the holding deposit is refunded as we had recently had a terrible expirience with another company where it took near 3 months to get the refund, the leasing agent told us that the deposit would be returned to the same form of payment we use to make it, great! We paid the leasing deposit, our application came back declined and the leasing agent gave us a phone number to call for the screening company and again told us that they would help get us approved, after waiting on hold for about an hour we were informed all the screening company will do is provide a copy of the screening report and zero information as to why we were declined, I called back the apartments to ask some more questions as to what we can do to get approved, were there some debts we could pay off to get us approved? Would a cosigner help get us approved? I was told that a manager would call me back by the next day, 2 days later and still no call so I called with the same questions, again I was told they would have their manager take a look and get in touch with me that day, this time I did receive a call back as I was told, they let me know that paying off just the 1 most recent debt would not likely get me approved, at this point I decide to throw in the towel and cut my losses as that was not an answer to any of my questions, nor did they even slightly answer the question about a cosigner, I tell the lady that I was speaking to thank you for the information, how long approximately before we see our deposit hold return, to which she then asks me where I would like the check mailed to, I pause and take a deep breath because I see where this is going as its exactly what I wanted to avoid doing again, I explain to her that we do not have a current mailing address because we have been using Airbnb for the last couple of months while trying to find our new home here in CA, our last mailing address is for Oregon and we havent been there for 3 months that is why we asked about this process in the very beginning, she lets me know she will speak with her manager and give me a call back again. I get a call back and she lets me know that they will have the check mailed to their office, I ask how long this process will be and I am told just under a week, takes a couple of days to process and get in, I think thats not terrible, and thank her for her help, that brings us to today, its been a little over a week, I call to check in with them thinking maybe things are a little slow because of the holiday we just had, no big deal, the person I speak with lets me know that nothing has arrived but it takes 21 days! Long story short the apartments are beautiful, if you can deal with the lies and misinformation from staff then this would be a great place, very frustrating when you go in open and honest and do not get the honesty in return, we had no issue with being declined, our past is ours and we own it, we fell in love with the home and we were willing to do whatever we needed to get in, whether paying off debts, paying a larger deposit, using a cosigner, but no one could tell us why we were declined so we have no idea what to fix and then topped off with the lies about our holding deposit, may very well be a blessing in disquise.
JPT exceeded my expectations of living here and has only gone up from here. The staff is so accommodating And friendly! (Shoutout to Loreena, Reilene, Sasha)Everything from the location, to the amenities (pool, clubhouse, rooftop deck, fully equipped gym), this is the perfect place to bring back friends and Sunday night football or games. I’m very thankful to live here and thank you JPT for making me feel at home.
Best Apartments for rent in Orange County. We found Jefferson Platinum Triangle in Anaheim to be the best choice to rent a new apartment. Plenty of room and they are near everything you need, from food to transportation If you are looking to rent a apartment anywhere in Orange County then you need to check out The newest complex being built today.
Your security guard stalked me and went out of his way to frighten me tonight. i’m a food delivery driver and i was just doing my job and trying to find a place to park to deliver to a resident. parking was scarce and i went to turn around in a small pocket and your security guard followed me in. he sat behind me and followed me out, watching as i turned my car around. i finally found parking and made my dropoff, and when i got back in my car, the security guard was right there, waiting, following me. i was genuinely terrified, wondering if he was going to hurt me. i get that i look poor and my car’s not exactly a maserati, but i don’t deserve that kind of treatment and no one else should have to put up with it. he could have said something, asked me why i was there, instead of just silently stalking me in his car.
I have looked at a number of apartments in the area with plenty of differences. Best apartments I have found are at Jefferson Platinum Triangle. The agency showing off this place knows what you need. They also did not try to over sell it. They were very professional. This is a great find.
Jefferson Platinum Triangle is amazing! Perfectly located to breweries, restaurants, Anaheim Stadium, Honda Center and Disneyland. If you are looking to live in the Platinum Triangle, then this is the place. The Care Team events are awesome........Whiskey Tasting tonight with BBQ! Thanks again Rueben and Justice.

2022-02-04Horrible experiences. When I moved in, the room didn’t clean up and I paid for cleaning. When I moved out, I made a professional cleaning for all utilities appliances and all room and carpet. Leasing office staff came to check and very satisfied. But after I moved out, I received a bill with a charge for carpet $70 and cleaning $160. I tried to contact the management, but all they didn’t respond. They send this bill to a collector.I also lost $600 gift card in the mailbox when I traveled out of town.If you’re considering living here, please thinking, thinking, and thinking again. There are many apartments next door and across the street you should consider first. The response from the owner was just want to hoodwink a new tenant. They are not willing to resolve the issues.

2022-03-21The maintenance department at this place is amazing. They will respond immediately to anything which makes me feel safe and secure. They really go above and beyond for everything. Really glad to have them, definitely made our apartment feel like a home. Parking however is a nightmare.

2022-06-22Terrible experience with the management! I paid the application fees and they run my credit and I signed the doc and my income too ! They asked me for my bank statements and pay stubs ! I uploaded the bank statements and been trying to upload the pay stubs but it have to be downloaded as pdf which it was hard for me to get pdf from my company I get in an envelope and online too ! So I did scan for the pay stubs and the website rejected I called the leasing they told me it have to be online ! I tried a few times didn’t work ! Then I called again they said talk to your HR if it’s didn’t work we go from there ! They told me ok will do it! After 3 days they emailed me said we can’t hold the unit for you ! Common you run my credit you have my pay stubs and bank statements and I paid the application fees and sign the doc ! I we live in 2022 they don’t have a different way to verify my pay stubs! I y old them give me till tomorrow afternoon to upload it as pdf which I did ! And they didn’t contact me and didn’t answer the phone! Again Terrible experience They are not welcoming. I asked James to speak with the manager I went there to talk to the manger about my experience applying for the apartment and she didnt even invite me to her office to have a seat and discuss the matter! She talked to me when shes standing up outside I dont know how a big company like greystar hiring this managements !! Very bad experience with you guys hopefully they hire a new manger and staff more professional !

2021-10-22Must say my experience has and continues to be one of a kind. I’ve stayed in a few apartment homes and my time thus far has been one of the BEST! & none of this would be possible without Darren!! He’s been such a great help and supportive through my move in process and even now!! I can always count on him and staff to help if I have any questions, etc. I’m so appreciative of Darren’s positive & great energy, I’d recommend anytime !!

2021-10-15This post is so long over due! I moved in October 1st and Liz had been the one helping me with the application and lease but she was out that day so Darren stepped in to help us with the final touches! Both Darren and Liz have been so personable and easy to speak with. They made the move in process smooth like butter. Darren was actually the one that set me up for my original tour of the apartments and I just love how genuinely sweet and helpful he is!

2021-10-10Seems like you guys are communicating and solve the problems since it’s public. Can you guys please figure out the package delivery problem?Since you guys posted the letter to Carrier saying “Jefferson will report to your manager if you leave the package in the locker room”, they just throw away the package at the gate or anywhere. I lost my package 3 times so far and it just happened again today.Carrier calls me and asking how to enter all the time. I told them to go to Leasing office and ask and they told me that leasing office rejected to give them access to enter to deliver. How all these are happening right after the transition to new management company?Never had any problems with previous management team regarding this issue. Please do something. Provide key fob or right instructions to delivery guys.I attached the photo of what Amazon did to my package as well. They left it on the street just like that. It was 2 weeks ago.

2021-09-24The units are rather nice. Flooring is a bit uneven but overall pleasant units. An FYI: large number of units are being used as air bnb even though they’re not supposed to be, so there are a lot of people coming in and out.People party a lot, and there are a lot of very drunk people yelling or fighting outside. Frequently. I’ve heard entire conversations from the pool across the street because drunk people have no volume control. It’s very dog friendly.. but people don’t pick up after their dogs either. Careful walking on sidewalks, even the parking lot. There is always dog dookie strategically placed in areas you step a lot, but don’t always watch. Even my dog has had a few miststeps on occasion. The staff is nice.. but i don’t interact with them regularly so i have no complaints there.Just have issues with a large majority of the stuff outside of my specific unit.

2021-04-19Had a wonderful time for 1.5 years here; perfect location, great amenities. Since changing management, weve been mis-billed, forced to pay in hand-written checks, and were told after moving out we owed over $700 in cleaning fees (including a $290 carpet cleaning fee, for the two bedrooms which are the only carpeted area in the apartment).Great apartments if managed properly.
