Dont ever order anything online or get Home Depot Credit Card. Worst Customer Service. 3 times I ordered s*** and went to pick the stuff up that I already paid with the Home Depot Credit Card and they Charged me and told me to pick up 5k dollars worth of items separate times and everytime I got there they said they didnt have anything. Worst company and location Ive dealt with in 30 years of business. Ive spent 100s of thousands at home depot. Never again. Switch to lowes and Amazon and local lumber yards. Dont make my mistake.
Busy store but well stocked. The employees are helpful and easy to find. There are some things that are not easily located that even employees couldnt find. These things are listed as having no home in their system and could be anywhere in the store. Unfortunately, that usually means it will be hard to find.
Home Depots got everything you cant go wrong with it just got to have the time to look lol good luck cuz I they everything, u have to look and sometimes your might be some old timers in there to give you some advice if youre not too knowledgeable about what youre doing just got to ask and the price of wood isnt going down anytime soon or anything else time and money is all you need if youre shopping at Home Depot

Its so refreshing to get true customer service anywhere, well buddy you ask for Norlean ( say a prayer its not her day off) and when she arrives expect the best because thats what your about to get.For me I was wandering around trying to find a store rep and approach a young guy at the bathroom display sitting behind a computer, so I said where can I find a plumbers torch head for propane... Well he was not paying attention even though we were the only 2 people there, so I said excuse me can you tell me where the propane torches are, he turned twords me finally and said what so I repeated myself again and I heard from the right side of me a womans voice say I know exactly where that is follow me....NORLEAN My savior...Shes worked here for years and truly knows how to get you what you need. And will help you in an instant if you cant find an item...Seriously huge cudos for hiring this superstar employee..GIVE HER A RAISE, SHE DESREVES IT.She was so polite and informative about the products as well, if I had a business I would hire her in half a heartbeat... Look out Home Depot employees like this are a very valuable commodity... 😊😊😊
I was happily suprised that in and out of the store in 15 minutes. i got what i was after and had time to shop for things for future projects. staff was super helpful and most pleasant to talk to. all in all they made my day easier and i look forward to my next trip to home depottoday was putting in a kitchen faucet, less than $25 later all my plumbing issues are solved
I could not get anyone to assist me no matter how hard I tried. I had to go elsewhere. The cashiers kept calling someone over to assist. When someone finally came to plumbing it was a young guy who did not even try to help. He immediately told me to go to service desk. It is really hard to buy the right stuff for your plumbing project from Home Depot. I am not a pro, just a do it yourself er.
The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because we had to wait for 10 minutes before we found someone to help us. When we did receive help the gentleman was so polite and worked fast to get us out but he did not make us feel like he was rushing us. I am really sorry I didnt catch his name. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. The first delivery day is about a week and a half but we can live with that.
I just had a horrible experience there bought a new battery powered lawn mower yesterday and the charger or the battery were defective I take it back and they told me they couldnt exchange it for me I said you have to anyway we went around and around I finally got my battery and charger exchanged but I had to fight for it I was not happy
We went to the paint dept part of the store about 730 to 8 pm on 10/13. We experienced some of the best customer service Ive had in years at home depot I cant remember all the peoples names but I do remember one gentleman in particular his name was Keith he went out of his way to help us find a fan and lids for the containers in other departments he was excellent..
All the aisles I went through were unorganized and extremely difficult to find what you need. Particularly the plumbing aisle. The house plant section had carts with product in them down the already narrow shopping areas. I ended up leaving and will be going to Lowes and Green Acres.
The selection and available stock is great so this location is usually fairly busy. A portion of the parking lot is devoted to the garden center which makes the already crazy parking lot even worse. I typically park in the back of the lot to avoid being boxed in by large trucks with no regard for the marked spaces.
Ok experience finding what we needed, but almost every employee I seen was wearing masks incorrectly, not covering the nose at all, and some had their masks pulled down all the way. Not very social distanced either, employees were not friendly at all. No customer service.no greeting, no can i help you with anything, nothing. This is probably one of least helpful Home Depot locations, so if you just need to grab something and leave its fine, but good luck with receiving prompt customer service and assistance.
I practically LIVE at this Home Depot, so my opinion may be biased! Im there 2-3x a week for garden materials/supplies & I love to spend hours just looking thru the garden learning about plants I already have & finding new ones I want. The employees are all friendly & helpful, the store is organized & well maintained, & they practice CDC guidelines for Covid-19. Their prices, as well as their selections, are comparable to Lowes.
It was horrible. 1 followed signs for the paint. Get there no paint. I asked where is the paint? A girl says paint on aisle 6. 2 Now Im getting upset. Many paint supplies gone. 3. talking 4-5 people that work there are all standing n laughing,no one person approached me for help. Most color sample cards are missing. Had to go to workers n ask about getting a gallon of paint. Color was soft blue to go with pale yellow. I could only remember xxxxblue. Not able to her full name.After Rain is the color. I was disappointed n mad cause she says no full name of color no help. No one willing to even talk to me. I hate your store n will never buy anything in 6our store. At 73 yrs old I should have had someone speak to me after the girl turned walked away. My nephew is painting inside my Mobil home for me. Bathroom n kitchen remodel job meds will be purchased else where. Sad, my brother worked years for your company in Hercules, Ca. Renita Gunderson.
My visit to the Antelope Home Depot today was to buy a couple A/C Filters. Upon entering the store there was a staff member present, but I was not even greeted. I continued down the aisle and walked past two more staff who were talking to each other, but once again did not acknowledge or say anything to me. I thought to myself that things havent changed much in the way of customer service here I guess. It is a good thing that they have great big aisle signs as I noted the HVAC one! At least the selection was decent. Went to checkout and was asked if I was a Pro member. I said I was not sure and she just finished the transaction without even checking! Maybe by my phone number? Well, anyway got what I needed fairly quick and pricing average comparatively.
Prices are high. Staff arent interested in helping customers, you literally have to hunt for help and then they just point and give you general directions rather than assist you with your purchase. There are many other stores who want your business and will give better customer service.
As always, the aisles were alive with customer activity, not in a slow you down and get frustrated way, but more like the ebb and flow of water, I am very lucky to have such an awesome team of associates, and can do managers at my local and favorite Home Depot, they are what makes the difference, their dedication to people like myself, just an average tradesman doing my best to compete. They sure don’t make me feel average, in fact I feel like the most important customer ever when I’m there. That is a great feeling, thanks Antelope store, you all rock.
Josh cornelison in the home and garden depot gave the the best customer service. This is my local home depot and on several occasions I was treated unfairly, and actuallythought it had to do with a happy black family and i was not helped peoperly. This man went above and beyond did not try to upsell me and I have exactly what I need. Customer service is a lost art and this man has the skill. From the sales industry and customer service I highly recommend that you have this employee do some type of coaching about customer service compassion Empathy. When come to home depot Im looking for Josh. Period. I think a 10% raise is necessary but will settle on 7%
I would actually give them a zero if I was allowed to.They are happy to take your money but when something goes wrong and you need to use that expensive warranty purchased they like to just ignore you and pretend you are not there. So they do not call you back they do not answer your emails and they just make excuses.Actually very sad and I would never recommend buying anything large from them again especially if you want to purchase a warranty don’t waste your money just buy it anyway if you really want it and hope it works.I purchased a very expensive refrigerator from Samsung that had many issues and Samsung paid more than their share but Home Depot does not seem to want to pay theirs. So sad. Therefore I feel this bad review is very well deserved.
Purchased a new backdoor from Home Depot and for installation. They dropped the door off yesterday, but not to install. My husband (who is a retired USAF veteran & stay at home dad) called to ask why they werent installing it, and just dropped it off in our backyard. They apparently dont have anyone to do the installation available for A MONTH!! So we have a brand new door outside with every part of it exposed to the elements and feral animals that come through our backyard, and a BS excuse from Home Depot. I will not be hiring HD for any future projects. They just proved to me they dont have their s**t together when it comes to contractor work.
I will Never,!!!!! Return back to this location. This Home Depot. Is very Dirty, and Unorganized and the employees that work at this location are very Rude. At the Paint Center area,,, when asked for assistance the employee was more interested in his Cell Phone.Instead of trying to help us locate a paint stain, for my fence. As for,,,,,The checkout girl. She seem to have a problem with me. (From the get-go). And I was NOT involved in the Original conversation. While trying to check.The only reason, why I got involved was when she STARTED having an attitude towards me. For asking for a Manager of the store. The time of the day was at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. (07/21/2020.) She was too busy to ask for the manager to come by her station. At this point I have decided, I will Never Ever,,,return back to this store.****Its sad to realize that Home Depot, employees doesnt realize that they Need Customers for their weekly paychecks.****. It wont be coming from me. Ever again.
Recently went there to pick up a piece of concrete siding there were no waist tie flat carts available anywhere but there were several orders on top of them on pallets wrapped in plastic and none available for the in-store customers one of the customer service people had a load of damaged plywood on it I asked him if he was going to unload it and advised him that there were none available anywhere and he proceeded to do nothing to help me get a cart he said he could get a parking lot attendant to help me which would do no good because there was none in the parking lot pushed his car to the back of the store and left
Love this store- however, today made me want to go to the other home improvement store (miles away across town!!!) No shopping carts in the corral out front or in store. Was planning on spending over $200 on a quick trip. Spent $12 due to LACK OF CARTS! As i left the store, all the parking lot corrals were partially full! (And i noticed lots of associates standing around as well)
This store is pretty good. I go here because its the closest hardware store to my house. I went for a particular item and asked for help from a gentleman in the electrical aisle. He wasnt much help. he basically told me what I needed to do and then just walked away. Customer service is iffy here.
Covid issues aside...the staff there is a blend of extremely helpful and woefully inept. We needed something that was on the very top of the rack and let an associate know. He asked if any was down below. 🙄🙄🙄.Once we convinced him that there werent then we had to watch as someone closed off the aisle so the picker could be used, only for more employees to open the aisle because it inconvenienced them. I had to ask one employee to close the aisle because the picker was coming. 🙄🙄🙄Cashier was helpful and polite.
The store manager Edith was very rude when I called her for an order that had issue. When I asked her to provide me details on my order she just said we cant do the order and canceled my order without providing a proper justification of the cancelation. Never shopping at this store again.
I wouldnt give Home Depot any stars!!!!! The customer service is horrible!!! I purchased a brand new Honda lawnmower in November and only used it once and it already broke down. Went to go return it with the receipt and they told me that i have to go take it to their repair shop to get it fixed. It cost me $18.00 and 4-6 weeks to get it fixed. Horrible service and i will let everyone know that Home Depot doesnt take care of business professionally. Go Lowes!!!!!!!
Not too long of a wait to get inside the store. Less than 10 minutes. Wasnt able to get a cart. Didnt need a mask. Went thru self checkout. Short line there. Less than 10 minutes as well. Parking lot was crazy. People everywhere and some lady let her dog poop on the little bit of grass thats in the parking lot. But overall not too bad of an experience.
Had a great experience. The store hosted a kids craft corner. My littles made a picture frame stocking and got to paint. Maybe next visit theyll do a bit more. Got our Xmas tree and some necessities. House is more set up now. Will be back again for sure. Also got a cool tree for a decent price. Love good prices and nice customer service.
Im a big fan of Home Depot. A friend, a Social Worker, had approached her local HD. She was hoping to get a discount on a refrigerator, as the staff had pooled some money for a needy mother who might lose her kids because she had no refrigerator and her kitchen sink didnt work, etc. The manager at HD was sympathetic and told her that the company wants each store to be an asset for the community they are in. Longer story short, a whole crew from HD came to the ladys house. They fixed what they could and replaced what they couldnt fix. They have been my go to ever since.
The greater had mask on Chun. Some below nose and one not at all.. I need a electric cart. One was there. After a few mins, would only go into reverse. Backed it up to the front where it stopped. I was told to stay there and they would find another. My son walked around and couldnt find one. After 10 mins and no contact from an employee, we left. I thought they would have a regular wheelchair. Then my son could have pushed me. I feel at 70 years and not in good health they could have said sorry, no wheelchairs instead of nothing. One star because they had what I wanted and would gave gotten more. No more.
Extremely dissatisfied with the third party delivery company home Depot has hired to deliver our new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Premiere product management is probably the lowest cost for the home Depot and the worst experience for us the customer. If I knew what I know now when we ordered it we would have went another way in delivery. Im honestly concerned that our appliances will come intact and in good working and cosmetic order. The company that delivers just pandered to me about understanding my frustration. But upon leaving a review I found Im not alone in my experience. If I could have given them negative stars I would have.
Horrible customer service. Self checkout is not keeping things sanitary and definitely not following covid protocols. Manager Angelo also is a liar and not a good manager please do yourself a favor and do not visit this store. Home depot is not living up to its reputation with this location.
This store is on the small side so it doesnt have as much stock or merchandise as the larger stores located a few miles away on Madison Avenue, this Home Depot has everything dislike going to Lowes as Lowes has everything this Home Depot on Madison is basically the same way as Lowes, who likes going to a store that doesnt have everything you need and up driving 10 mi in a different direction just so you can get a special metric tool, just an example. Nearest Home Depot has a lot of stuff but it just doesnt have everything and I should have just driven to the other store on Madison to that Home Depot and they would have what I need. I dont know how they can get this Home Depot up to the same speed as the one on Madison but unfortunately its better to go to the store on Madison than the one theyre on Roseville Road. I like the Home Depot they have better prices than Lowes but I only go to the Home Depot on Roseville Road only if its has something I know they have.
Went to buy paint. They always have. The base for whatever color you need. A wide variety of colors and you can even get a small sample for a really good deal. The workers were very friendly and quite helpful. This Home Depot has been my go to store for as long as Ive lived in the neighborhood.
I went to appliances section to ask for help and information regarding wall house oven. The young lady who helped me, treated me with dignity, kindness and respect. She did answer all my questions and took time to search for information regarding my questions. I would like to thank her again for her kindness and Professionalizem.
I purchased a stove after the delivery crew left I turned the cook burner on a strong smell of gas. I called the store in attempt to have them reach the installer. I left message for installer no answer. The store transfers me 3 times. Then told me to call the manufacturer. I called they assured me they would get back with me. They never did. I called papacific gas they arrived in 30minutes and problem resolved .I will never do business with home depot worst customer care
I bought a Husky torque wrench last December 2020 for my husband at the Manzanita/Madison location. It has a lifetime warranty. It broke and we returned to that location to exchange it out, however it was out of stock and we were told the Antelope location had it in stock.My husband went to the Antelope location and was in the customer service line for 5 minutes with no others in line before even being acknowledged. The associate even seen him there and continued on with whatever she was doing without acknowledging him. He told her the issue and was told she didnt think they could help him despit it being a lifetime HD product.She made zero effort to call a supervisor or manager to be sure herself and chose to instead ask her co worker standing there with her who replied with the same comment I dont think..Today he went to the Rancho location who NO problem helping him.The store at Antelope is either poorly run or seriously needs to educate their employees better as to the definition and policy procedures of lifetime products, as well as general common sense customer service.
Needed a tool that was locked up. No employees were in that section, and I couldnt find a call bottom anywhere. Another couple was looking for help too. I saw an employee standing around and asked if he could call someone over. He said he was security and couldnt. Said ask someone in orange. I asked the guy running the self checkout area to call for someone. Moments later I had the help I needed. I dont know if the couple was helped but they left.
Ive purchased custom windows, special order carpet and a host of smaller items at this location. Ive had some issues with some of the orders but they work really hard to make it right.Theres an employee named Jack and a manager named Nate that have always been really helpful with my issues.
I go here quite often and while sometimes its fine other times the employees really have no clue whats going on. In particular one employee named Salena in customer service has been great and really helpful on multiple visits. The sales people at all of the home improvement stores make me dread going tho since they just wont let u go in and grab something quick without trying to sell you their product every time u go down a new aisle.
Ive been to many home depots and never even thought to leave a review... however a employee by the name of Patty with a big welcoming smile (plumbing I do believe is where I found her) was such a great help and honestly just made my night so much easier. She was so kind, helpful, and really knew her stuff.
Well at first I was pretty unhappy with my experience because I was trying to return a water heater under warranty and the store associates hands were tied because the manufacturer closes so early. But then the store associate whose name is Niles made a decision on the spot to help me how with another item I was trying to purchase. Niles went above and beyond and ultimately I ended up walking out a happy customer. Thanks to Niles. On the flip side the store manager that was on duty today was a complete jackass
We are painting and fixing several things. I got some great help at the paint counter and they are always giving me suggestions. I had to patch a couple holes as well and they explained what i needed. They have a good variety and i am in there all the time. I buy my flowers and vegetables there to. I am looking for a refrigerator next and i will be looking there. They usually have some good sales.
This is my favorite store. Im currently working on building a brand new shed from the ground up. So far Ive managed to find everything I need for.my project in one store. I like that I can rent equipment like a cement mixer for a reasonable price for the day. Need to lay that foundation. I also found beautiful area rugs that are the size of my living room floor for $169. Great if you dont have the time to update your carpet and need something quick to freshen up the room. Also dont forget to check out the paint department. I found a gallon of a pretty teal interior paint on their Oops rack that I used to paint the bathroom. My bathroom looks brand new again for only $9.00 on oops paint. Always little treasures like that to find.
Ordered Product, got email saying it was in, hooked up trailer and went to store only to find that no one could find it. Waited an hour while people tried to find it. Manager comes to me saying I saw it last night, but we cant find it now. I will call you with an update. 4 days later still no response. Called and waited for 45 + minutes while they looked for it. Told that they cannot find it and they will call me back. I ask when, they said within 30 minutes. No call. Nothing. Now I need to go through the waiting on hold all over again. Worst customer service ever.
I was looking for a specific glue for putting up a border and they finally help me and they found it on their shelf and Ive been to every other store and they finally told me how it would work and how easy it was to put on and so I appreciate all their help thank you
Dustin in the plumbing department is 5 star. However the other employee when I asked help finding something pulled out her cell phone and looks it up on an app which I could have easily done myself I give a 1-star rating and a job recommendation that you shouldnt work at Home Depot
People that work in hardware section dont understand what a simple bolt without a head on it are. Repeatly kept trying to sell be bolts with a head. I finally went to Ace hardware where their staff understood what I wanted and found them for me. Worst part Home Depots web site lists the parts I needed and that the store had them in stock. Not.
Usually the garden dept is sad, wilting and has the slower cashiers but this am I saw 3 employees watering inside & out. Cashier was still slow but when I came back 30 min later the returms cashier was friendly, fast & thorough. Used selfcheckout and that went smooth as well.
I took my 3 kids there to buy some boxes to get rid of some stuff 2 of the staff informed me that they had a kids class starting and it was free. After we took the class i had my kids in one of the racecar shopping carts and a flat doily loaded with boxes an employee asked if i needed assistance and then called someone to help me load my van. Amazing service , keep it up.
Good sized store and lots of products... If you can ever find them. I figured I knew where to find what I wanted, so I looked around. When I couldnt I thought Id check their website, maybe they would list what isle i could find my item on. No go. So I started to wander around and after the 4th employee hurried past, avoiding eye contact, that I wondered how lost and confused would I have to look for someone to offer help. I started to look between my phone and the isles, looking confused and searching around, often backtracking and spinning from side to side when I saw an employee coming, wondering what it would take to finally be offered help. 14. 14 employees hurried past me as I searched around and when one finally did, it wasnt even to ask if I needed help, she just said hi. I figured experiment over, I just took the opportunity to ask where I could find the item. At least she tried, she gave me a either isle 13... Or along the back wall so she narrowed it down to a section 5 isles deep and about 1000 feet long a along the back and one isle in front. Better than every other employee who actively avoided offering help. I soon noticed why. The actual helpful employees had an Entourage of people following them, waiting to get help. I saw one guy with a train of about 5 people, he would walk them all to where the first person needed help, drop that person off, then ask the next what they needed and proceed to take the train to the next spot. Its insane that the employees arent taught to try to help their customers and instead seem to try to avoid it at all costs. Im sure they have things they need to do... But it is because of us customers that they have those things to do, so it seems like they should actually want to help people who obviously need it, not avoid them.
Went to try and locate a plug for shower heads, theres two. I couldnt take a shower without both heads running at the same time. The gentleman walked me back and described how they are supposed to work. After returning home I was able to find the button on the joint fixture and I am so happy because I would have spent money I didnt have.
This place is awesome!! What makes this Home Depot better than the rest? Simple, food!!! Thats right, this Home Depot has a little food truck type vendor in the middle of the two entrances thats serves tasty snacks from hot dogs to full on sandwiches. Deffinetly makes the home makeover a little less daunting when you can fulfill your inner cravings.
The staff and customer service was great. I asked for assistance in locating a product and was shown what I was looking for without any issues. The Store was clean that I noticed. I was able to come in and out smoothly. Now, I cant say that much for thecustomers, but then out is Christmas.
+ Convenient location for me.+ Items to be picked up from online orders have been easy for me.+ The cashiers are always nice, and try to help.+ Last time a cashier gave me the total which was far over my planned budget. She found a $10 error, but my complaint was to the tune of $60+. In the car, I removed all of the labels from my lumber and took them in to the return desk since out of the 7 boards I bought and had cut, she somehow rang up 12. The returns desk cost me more time but fixed it right away. Yes, a refund of $69!+ They will get someone to help me load large orders.- Shelf items are disorganized and I always end up having to roam the store.- Have a hard time getting someones help.- Worse is having lumber cut. Last time they cut the 2 x 6 cross beams for my arbor a foot short. I cant use them. This time for my shed foundation, they cut three of seven pieces an inch short (so again I cant use them) and left two pieces a foot too long.
I received very poor customer service on the evening of 9/7/2017 between 9:15p and 9:45p from the appliance specialist in the kitchen department. This associate was very rude and unprofessional not to mention, taking personal phone calls while keeping my mother and I waiting for 30 minutes, only to end up saying that she couldnt help us. This associate needs to learn manners and should know better not to blatantly ignore or disregard customers. I am extremely disappointed.
Home Depot is Home Depot for the most part. Service varries depending on what you come in for. Problem wuth Antelope store is it isnt a huge volume store so at times staffing is lacking and its hard to find help like last time I was in for door knobs than i needed to have keyed. They didnt have anyone in hardware to cover the only guy who knows how to re-key a lock. I ended up waiting around an hour for a lock to be rekeyed. Im grateful they offer the service but if they had the budget to appropriately staff their store I could have been in and out much faster. Good news is they stock the store pretty well so they usually have what I want when I come in.
Very, friendly staff eager to help. Unfortunately, the item I was looking for does not have a designated department or aisle. We searched the store and could not find it though they supposedly had plenty in stock. Whats the point in stocking something if you dont know where you put it?
Love their range of products...however...We missed a delivery from Home Depot (by 9 minutes). Called the number they left and was told that, despite the fact that theres a four hour delivery window that ends at 6pm today, I will have to reschedule and that there is no way the delivery truck will turn around. I tell the rep I will call back to reschedule - but when I call back, the system informs me that I already called once regarding the delivery and the call automatically terminates. I call again, and select the option to receive a link for online rescheduling, but when I use the link, the only info available is the paragraph stating The product is on the delivery truck and en route. No option to reschedule. So I call the store, and am hung up on while waiting on hold a total of three times.Lesson learned. Ill just rent a U-Haul next time and purchase from Sears, who allows ship to store and store pickup. Less expensive and certainly less hassle..
Customer service is bad. Same at most Home Depot. Some of the service persoel cant be bothered to get a price or find out the correct information for a cutomer.I had a bettet experience today. A service person helped me get a large item off a top shelf. He was polite and helpful. I appreciated it!!!
Probably the worst Home Depot I have been to. Customer service severely lacked, every person we spoke to just pointed to where we needed to go and directed us like we were idiots for asking. Store was messy, LOTS of merchandise down almost every isle causing traffic jams, etc.
Easy returns here, other Home Depots hassel you over everything. This store is a high volume store. They sell so much stuff they run out of everything. The staff will order it for you have ASAP. I will shop at this home Depot from now on. Both Roseville locations suck. No customer service and they hate everyone, never want to help people. Lame.....
This is by far the worst Home Depot ever!! Seems like this store doesn’t have it together like other Home Depot’s. Every time I use this store I am greeted with unfriendly staff, no cart wipes, and workers standing around having personal conversations about their own issues and ignoring the customers. I asked where the Sheetrock setting compound was (from customer service, since all other employees were busy talking about their personal lives) well they sent me to the wrong isle so I asked another employee, who also sent me to the wrong isle. Once I finally found it on my own and went to checkout, the scanner had soda spilled all over and the self checkout people were also too busy to notice due to conversations about personal life issues. This is by far the worst Home Depot I have experienced.Ps, keep your cart wipes stocked!
Went to get a part for my tub. Brought the old one in. Finally found someone to help me. The girl started to help me, asked a man for help, he told me to go down about 6 ailes and turn right. All the way down to end, and on my left. Then tells the girl that was helping me to go help another customer that was interested in something more expensive. Boy I felt important. Finally found what I was looking for. Still had questions, but couldnt find anyone to help. As I paid for my purchase at a self serve register, only one was working that took cash. As I was leaving a girl asked me if I found what I was looking for. I said yes, but not that anyone really helped me. She just said oh, and walked off. Will be going back to Ace Hardware. Can get help there. Amazes me how these be store advertise to get you in, but dont service you when you come to buy.
Im giving this location 3 stars. The people in the store itself are amazing, the tool rental Erik (tool rental) in particular has a harsh personality and should be reevaluated as a DH. The store does have issues with products in the overhead which nobody knows where anything is.
If you want to get the Coronavirus come shop at the antelope Home Depot. They refuse to enforce the California rule that every other Store and restaurant follows of refusing to let people shop there when they refuse to wear a mask. There is constantly a lot of people shopping there and wandering around in the store with no mask and the store managers refuse to do anything about it
Love hd the only thing i wish they would change is they have race car carts for kids but they leave them outside so they are a million degrees and cant use during the summer and they are all wet during the winter. It doesnt seem that bug of a deal but the carts make shopping easy when u have a 3 year old.

2022-04-14I went home depot what a wonderful experience. So helpful and was nice to me. I almost picked up the wrong item. The tall young thin man just made so I did not get the wrong mop or door striker plate. He then got another person to help out on paint. I could not ask for more. The young lady at the cashiers was so helpful at self check out.

2022-03-31Spent the better part of an hour shopping and had a full cart. Tried to pay with NFC (Google Pay) and they dont accept it. Despite the employees being very understanding and nice, I had to leave my cart with everything I intended to buy.

2021-11-14All the workers in the garden section were helpful, I found the topper soil I needed within 5 minutes and it wasnt super expensive, the trowel (small garden shovel) was sort of expensive but its well made and they have to make money somehow, Im sure you can get millions of things from here but my experience was good

2022-06-21Im a simple guy working in the stone industry, came here to get some stone from the garden department ...I was shocked how lazy is the lady , working there , Lorie !!! Completely out of knowing what is going on , she cant find right product, right prices, right person to help ... It took 45 minutes for me to help her to find , what I need , in her computer!!!???!!!! I brought her photos and code number to help and FINALLY after we found it in her computer, she called to someone to come and help her !!!! ????? ....... Another lady came and ........ nothing ... Even worse 😭 !! That creature named Josie , like a bat out of hell ... !!! Im always complaining about young generation ( maybe Im getting older) but in this situation younger people came and helped me with professional training and skills , very polite and helpful !!! They found the stock number and brought the forklift to load me up fast !!! Thank you guys !!! I understand that now young people --- you are the future !! Thanks again !!Dear ladies , Lorie and Josie you dont have to be rude, lazy and angry , find better place to work where youll be happy !!! I saw you just DISGUSTING 😡 today !!! Horrible experience !!!!

2022-06-18Terrible customer service, a manager named Cesar basically called me a liar. This store justwants to continually send you to the next associate and not help you. My online order to the store was lost and this store has been no help just gives me the run around when it has been 3 weeks. Check back in another week they say. This store has the same exact item in stock on the floor and they still refuse to make it right by simply giving me the item I already paid for and cancelling my online store order they have seemingly lost. This experience has been insane, I will not be shopping at this store again after this experience.

2022-06-25Worst experience ive ever had at a home depot. I walk with a cane and my wife is pregnant. I bought a few 2x4s and 5 fence slats... I asked the teller if I could get help from someone putting it ontop of my wifes SUV. He gave me attitude and said sure I guess... I went outside and waited 20min and knowone came. The teller could see me the whole time I went back in and politely asked it I should be looking out for anyone to ask, He replied Ill ask someone.. He wasnt busy and never called anyone.. I then went to customer services and asked the 4 ladies standing around talking if they could call someone to help me with a few things to load, they gave me attitude for interrupting they chatter fest and said with what. Let them know waited another 25min for a guy who came out put the boards untop un even stacked and walked away. Mind you Im not a review leaver and when I do not normally bad but this was crazy.. I expect better from Home Depot.

2022-01-03Had to run some equipment Here For the First Time. House flooded on New Years Day. Happy New Years to me. Rented a drain snake and the process was very easy. Deposit wasnt too high and the rental wasnt High either. Needless to say I was hungover so the customer service was friendly quick and easy so that made it helpful as well.

2022-01-14I go to this particular home Depot because of all the other home improvement stores near me, their customer service is unrivaled. If Im in the garden department and I have a question about an electrical item the person working in that department will personally walk me down to where I need to be and get me set up with the person that I need to see to get the right thing and that is greatly appreciated.
