Bought a “new” Ring doorbell ($200) and was given a returned unit missing a couple pieces. Luckily I had all the tools and hardware my item was supposed to come with. Check your items you buy there, you shouldn’t pay full price for a used item with 80% of what’s supposed to be in the box. Also weird chocolate stain on box? This looks like an RTO someone tried ripping the sticker off of and failed. I should have either gotten a brand new doorbell, or a discount on this returned doorbell.
Carey in the paint department was straight up rude. I intended to order 3 different colors, he jumped to another customer before I could finish ordering the first one. He made a gallon for the next customer when the customer asked for a quart. He up sold the quality of paint needed to match mine and again made a gallon when I asked for a quart. Then denied he had the Glidden Diamond in a quart. The paint at the West Sacramento Home Deport location are much more organized and caring. I won’t be going back to the Natomas location.
Glad to see home depot doesnt care about the contractors coming in since they took away trailer parking to put in curbside pickup in its place. But I can see why when you only have 2000 other parking spots to choose from it might be hard. At least the trailer parking was always full of cars since they didnt care anyway and let anybody park there anyways. Good thing the contractors have to come here so why should they care they can park and walk the farthest of all customers while the home depot catering to all the weekends warriors buying there essential plants
Richard M. In flooring department at Home Depot on truxel came over to help me with my paint order. He was covering for another associate. I have never met a more genuine worker at Home Depot. He is a beacon of positivity and I am definitely coming back because of him. Thank you for being patient and so attentive to my needs Richard!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!!
This store has horrible customer service. There is barely any workers, understandable given the time. But the workers they do employ have horrible customer service. First of all, they charged me an extra $50 for my purchase and I had the receipt to prove it. They said they needed to have los prevention look at the cameras. Well that was 1 month and MANY calls ago, still out my money.Second, I go there today, against my better judgment, and need help looking for 1 item. I asked one employee for help, and he said cant you see I am helping someone else and the asile is closed I paused in shock and then told him he doesnt need to have an attitude. When I went to talk to the manager, she was taking a personal call on the floor and of course did not hang up on account of me being there (should I expect more?). She even walks away, and I have to get them to call her back (another 5-7 mon wait). She finally comes back, and asks if I needed her. I told her no, Im going to lowes and put my stuff down. This is not the way stores should be run, even if there are extenuating circumstances. Everytime I go there is a problem. SMH.
Decent products to select from, but inventory rarely accurate, and products are not located in correct bin location which makes pricing difficult to interpret. Bought a box/bag of powdered mud via online and picked up from store. Upon arriving home, the sticker that identified my name and order was used to cover the slice in the box, and the bag was sliced on the inside as well, displacing crystalline silica through the box. Beware of employees not trained properly, with a few exceptions who end up doing most of the work. Convenience makes the Home Depot succeed, but employees will eventually cancel out the convenience.
Normally don’t like leaving reviews but have been coming here 10 years and honestly always have a good experience. Today I met a very nice and sweet cashier who made my day with her positive attitude and demeanor. Just wanted to give her a positive shout out! Your doing great Alicia!
I always fell like a kid in a candy store when ever I visit a Home Depot Store. This visit was no different. The employees were very willing to assist me in answering my questions. I found most of the items I needed but sadly I didnt find all of what I was looking for. I have a claw foot tub that needs the faucet replaced. I want to convert my tub to a tub with a shower. So, not only do I need the proper faucet with the shower head attached but I also need the shower curtain, curtain rod and hardware. Sadly, I did not locate any of this. The Home Depot representative that attempted to assist me couldnt find what I needed and had no suggestions. I am open to suggestions and am willing to be creative by making my own shower system, but I havent been able to get help with this project. It appears the faucets at this store were for a more modern system. Im not giving up though. Ill return after I do a little more research on building a shower from scratch. When it was time to check out everything went smoothly. I didnt have to wait in line because there wasnt one. The other customers that were checking out were all being attended to. Safe distancing and the use of masks were also being practiced and encouraged. I enjoyed my visit and am content with my experience there.
Racially profiled in home depot natomas store today. I was in Self checkout with eight items. A clerk, Mexican woman short about 250 lbs grabbed my cart and began checking me out with no explanation. ( in pic with HD apron on) I said to her it was OK I got it. She told me they were sort staffed and the limit was eight items and people steel all while checking me out. I asked her what is the use of self check out then. Eyes rolling she said again, People steel and they are short staffed. I again asked the male clerk what would be the purpose of self check out if clerks check us out. She interrupted an now she became even more rude and mad that I asked and said as I said people steel and you can talk to the manager if you want have a nice day. So I did. I told him I was treated rudely and felt that I was profiled and why. Mex man about 300 lbs...he just became irritated that I was complaining but said he would talk to her. I again asked what is the purpose of self checkout and if the clerk would have stopped to count she would have noticed I only had eight items. He then chanded up and said the policy was 7 items or less in self check out. Cashiers name was Sara managers name was Justin and he said he would be talking to his manager which was Shaun. Yes I am putting them all on blast. Its not the policy its the way I was treated. Also no signs were posted 8 item or less and I guess she thought she was going to shame me...she did not treat anyone else like this. Filing formal complaint. She should be fired.
I really had a good experience, setting up my new account. I know that normally isnt something said about the timely process, however the cashier LESLIE really was very pleasent as she tackled the assignment for the first time. I appreciated her honesty! She didnt try and act like she knew everything and I was a bother, great employee! Thank you Leslie and HOME DEPOT for the nice time in such a busy store.
My visit today was good no issues other than not one employee tried to engage with me at all and I walked passed at least 10 (4 @ cashier area, 3 @ desks Cabinets and Appliances and Windows/Doors, 1 on aisle one, 1 plumbing, and 1 in electrical) maybe it can be blamed on COVID safety or some people just wanting to collect a paycheck.. oh well I found what I needed Thanks having it!
This is my favourite one to shop at in the Sac area. I wanted to say a very kind gentleman name of Dan . Went above and beyond to help me with finding what I needed and locating it way up on the 20 ft high shelves . Even though it was a few min until closing . I just wanted to say Thank you again Dan. I hope HD realizes what an asset employees w KNOWLEDGEABLE aid in the fields being catered to.So many employees within all the greater Sac stores couldnt tell you the differences in a Demo Hammer and a ball peen .
Purchased appliances here and set up installation. Home Depot contracted out installation to Premier Product Management, and while the appliance associates in the store have been very helpful and are trying to fix the issue (especially Faye, she is amazing!) it is still Home Depot that contracts work out to an extremely sub-par company. We have a damaged fridge that cant be replaced for 2 months, damaged light fixtures to fix (these are what damaged the fridge), a not insignificant number of spots on the wall to paint, and a washer and dryer sitting in a bedroom. Not a good place to be when trying to rent out a house.Premier Product Management has hundreds of 1 star reviews, but they do not care about customer satisfaction. All these bad reviews are meaningless because their business is entirely based on bookings from Home Depot and Lowes. And while I left that company a bad review, I leave this bad review here as well for continuing to contract with a company that is very clearly bad at their job and with a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I will refuse to purchase appliances from Home Depot and other companies that use Premier Product Management as an installer in the future.
You know how youre going to home depot to get things for that project you have? Yeah, dont worry when you realize you forgot to buy extra deck screws. Youll be back 2 or 3 more times to finish the project.Pretty normal home depot -- you know precisely what youre expecting to get out of the experience.
The Home Depot is good. They have what you need in construction. Though I wish they had a map of everything up front so you know where everything is since it is a massive store. Customers service is great as well they will help you find it or point you in the right direction.
Always enjoy a good home depot run. Came in to look around and ended up finding a miter saw that had an online sale of $80 off! Huge score as I am looking to start making pallet furniture. Asked an associate if the item was on sale because it was only showing regular price in store. He said to purchase it online for pick up to get the sale price, and since there in stock Ill get a text when its ready for pick up. 10 minutes and a sander later it was ready to pick up in a cart to take to the car. Thanks Home Depot.
Having a bit of a challenging time tracking down a hot water heater I wanted to purchase (and with other home depot locatons not being helpful), I ended up talking with a woman in Appliances (my apologies I didnt make note of your name, you were very helpful), who connected me with Shawn, a manager that took the time to try and help me out and get my issue sorted out. Super helpful and gave me a lot of information. Thank you for the quality customer service
I went to this store with an issue on an appliance previously purchased.I reached out to the store Manager,Catelin;although she couldnt solve the issue, she did everything she could, and more,to give me the best possible help I needed. She listened, and offered solutions..even personally helped- 5 star service!! She led me to Margie, who I gotta say,is very professional! She assisted me with every detail of what was needed, including bringing an item out to my truck! These two are grade A,and are recognized for their excellence!!
Ended up buying some Birchwood the plywood I had gotten earlier I noticed was heavier and what I was accustomed to.I return the board and picked up some Birch for a few dollars more but well worth it the return process was smooth never a problem at Home Depot always great business with these guys
I came here last week, and I came in early before it got busy and I was buying some tools for my backyard and when I was heading to the check-out I met this cashier Veda, she looked new and nervouse but did a great job, she asked me about my day and felt like a friendly conversation. Very professional and respectful for a young lady. Thank you for your kindness and keep trying your best.
Overall a great experience. Have no complaints with their employees nor anything else. Have been going here for 20yrs. The only major issue for me is that theyre under-staffed. Seems like theres only one expert in their ile and too many customers asking questions. Which is understandable but that employee seems a tad bit overwhelmed at times. Overall, a great experience
I came in for bits and blades, everyone was nice and friendly. The appearance of the place was good. The store looked like it was doing well, happy people buying things! The cashier was nice enough. I found what I needed and had a pretty good time in the process. I definitely will be returning in the future. Home depot rules!
Conveniently located next to a Walmart. Shelves stocked. Prices are decent. The only thing keeping from being a five star is the people... the employees. Not that theyre rude, its just that they ignore you. They walk right past you without saying hello, or asking if you need any assistance. Its a big store and stocked with a lot of items... Most people would really appreciate being greeted and offered assistance. Other than that, its a nice store.
First time, and last time, purchasing an appliance from Home Depot. Called in for a refund request which takes 2-3 business days, as quoted by Rachel, an appliance dept associate . After a week, no refund. Called back and was told that the appliance was still in transit and I should call the credit card company. Of course, this was a run-around because the credit card company cannot see the pending cancellation status on that transaction. I called her again to explain the situation. She then finally, reluctantly speed-read the notes under my account and ended by saying she is soo confused and that the only way to fix it is to come in to see her or the supervisor, Fay, to clear this up. She basically disregarded the fact that she told me the wrong information from the get-go and is unwilling to continue helping me over the phone. She is not only incompetent, but she is also rude, lazy, and condescending to customers. Extremely poor customer service from her. Thanks for making my first purchase at home depot so memorable.
I go here EVERY year for my Christmas tree and decorations. And I love that they offer assistance to a single mom like myself to carry my tree and put in on top of my car to take home. My only complaint is I wish the corporate office would supply hot chocolate to the employees that have to stand outside at the tree lot area in the cold.
I was surprised that when I needed assistance from a sales associate all I had to do was turn around and I could find one . And very they were very willing to help . I hate having to hunt them down when I go to the howe location sometimes I wonder if they hide and even when I do find them they arent very helpful
Horrible inventory management. They wont stock items that are out on the shelves unless asked. That means most of the stocking they do is at peak times, blocking off three isles at a time. Most employees are incredibly rude and act like they are being extremely put out by having to do the simplest tasks (like locate an item). For checkout, I hope you like self check. Rarely are any of the other checkouts manned. None of the other home depots in the area seem to have these problems.
I needed to cut some wood parts and measure and The guy with green hair was kind enough to call the other location to make sure their saw was operating Because theirs was out of service. It took him 20 min to get answer but he didnt gave up or hangup the phone until he was able to solve my question . Many people here are actually able to help others and do it gladly even when it takes them long or they are pretty busy
It was great. This is my hobby store in sorts. Im always going to home depot for my at home projects. Great service and check out with the cashier Tammy today. They have friendly workers who are always willing to help you find what you are looking for or discuss what your project is that you are trying to do.
Went to Store website and employee I talked on phone both stated had two of these dawalt 60v chainsaws in stock. The little old man in gardening gets me the wrong saw. I try to explain to him that he grabbed the wrong one and wanted to argue with me that it was the the correct one. Clearly a 12” blade That is not flex volt is not the same as a 16” blade that is flex volt. When I brought this to his attention his English got worse. Stares at me; looks at his phone tells me Roseville has them in stock I go to the store and they did not. Home Depot you need to hire people who are knowledge for their department. This little old man should had gone the distance for customer service. Wish I could had gotten their names.
For The Home Depot this is a little better. I was approached and asked if I needed help. That is not common in The Home Depot. So good on this store. I did have to initiate a bit of pleasantries with the garden staff, but you cant expect all the employees to be out going and welcoming.I came in looking for liquid fertilizer for my house plant and found just what I wanted. I looked around hoping to find a Wandering Jew but it seems they are not in season. I stopped by the lights to look for a new light for my plants and the signage was a bit misleading. Perhaps management should consult with the marketing department on that?Over all this was a good visit and this location is surrounded by other, various, stores so you should be able to get all your shopping done in one shopping center.
Their website says they will price match any other retailer with an identical in stock item, all you have to do is go in with a copy or picture of the ad. However I went in and show them the Amazon listing and was told they do not price match Amazon, only other warehouses like Lowes. Its fine if thats the policy they want but they need to state such limitations on their website. Either specifically exclude Amazon or change the wording from any other retailers to something like select retailersIm already not the biggest fan of home Depot as their employees dont seem to care about much, especially customer service. If you try and point out an inconsistency in their stated policies instead of speaking with you about it they just shrug their shoulders and tell you they dont do that. There are two home depots nearby but in the future I will just drive across town to Lowes
Just wanted to return two small plants and was accused of cutting the line and the cashier would not let me hear the end of it. A guy came over to help and he “didn’t have time for it.” He didn’t even try to understand the situation and the cashier kept saying that I cut the line and the guy told me to calm down.
Website showed they had 1 box truck available for rent, I had called prior to going to make sure they had one and was told yes. Took a lyft to get there only yo be told it was out of commission because of a flat tire. What should have been a 30 minute process turned into 2 hour process. I had to go to another location that was further away and pay another lyft to get there.
I just bought my first home and blinds were number one on my list. I’ve been searching and searching for blind installations and they were just a tad bit too pricy, so My partner and I decided to try and do it ourselves. We were very nervous to mess up and or get the wrong size blinds. Today we stopped by Home Depot on Truxel and saw this young lady cutting away on blinds so we decided to ask her for help. Well let me tell you we are glad we did!!!! Sasha was amazing on helping us with the measurements we brought and helped cut our blinds PERFECTLY! Thank you Sasha for the amazing service we will be returning to you for the rest of our windows.
This is the Home Depot to come to in Natomas. Well, there is no other, actually. Anyway, they have a good selection of plants and have everything a Home Depot should have. Sometimes, it’s a little hard for you to find staff to help you, but I think that could be said of all of their stores. I also find that checking out can be a challenge sometimes because they rely on self checkout more than manned registers.
Dont care about helping their customers. Yes I was there just before closing, but they need to be give more latitude to their customers. I ended up leaving more post then when I got there. Employees were only more interested into closing then anything. Poor customer service.
Just about everything you would need in a Hardware & Lumber store. Most of the staff is helpful although it can be tricky to get help sometimes. Their prices could lower a little if Im completely honest, but theyre not so bad to avoid the place. If youre saving money you might want to try Harbor Freight Tools, but if its too far out of the way Home Depot will do the trick
I being coming here since 2010 for personal and business. Sure, not many employees know everything about their department, but there is always a manager or supervisor with knowledge and willing to go the extra mile for you. Back in 2010, manager Christina took care of my request that some employees couldn’t do. Now 2018, Patrick has shown why Home Depot is still great. Sometimes is not the big thing that makes a great experience but the little things. Patrick has gone the extra mile to make sure I didn’t walk away but stay to complete my purchase. Thank you Patrick, keep up the good work!
Truly a bunch of incompletent employees. Management could care less about customer satisfaction. How is it that a customer spends money ordering a product an not only is it not delivered but the customer is informed they store can not locate the product. Yet you are constantly told we are sorry. Well sorry didn’t do it. Poor management did it Home Depot could care less about customer satisfaction. Employees are so engaged in their personal calls and text messages they cannot service the community in a professional manner.
If it werent for the cheaper prices I would not shop here. Customer service is the worst!! Took a guy 20 minutes to look for knobs I finally just ordered online (app said he has 21 in stock). Went to get a quote for cabinets (other home depot said the cabinet lady was off until Saturday) apparently she couldnt help me because she had to go to lunch and no one else was available. Come on home depot! Lost a cabinet customer.
Tonights visit to Home Depot was just Amazingly wonderful !! I was given help often, Everytime I asked an associate they really paid attention to my needs and helped me right away !! Especially the Employees in the Paint Department, I think his name was Anthony ? He knew exactly where to find everything I needed. Im so happy to see all of the Employees also in Good Spirits !!👍 Thumps up, Im actually going back tomorrow.
This location has some of the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have never been to a location where they even try to avoid looking at you so they won’t give you help of any kind. It’s almost as if they hate working here. Finding someone to help to get something down or for an opinion is like looking for Waldo. Not enough employees and none of them in the area they should be in. Horrible experience every time I come here. How sad I have to go to another location to find the kind of excellent service I am looking for.
The employee that helped me at the appliances a older man did not know anything did not help me at all.he gave home depot a bad name.but the store manager came and help me and knew right away what i needed.thank you manager at home depot on truxel.but as for that old man at your store put him in the back room bcus he dont know nothing.will never ask him for help.
I feel hustled. Picked an exterior paint color for my door and shutters. The paint expert asked if that was the color I wanted. She got a can and started mixing before she told me the price which I did ask for but was ignored or not heard. She gave me a price of $32. I thought that was high. When I went to self checkout the paint cost $38.
I guess this Home Depot on Truxel forgot they were committed to honoring Veterans. Just about every Home Depot weve gone to gives me a 10% discount. This one decided to just give us a hard time!Edit: Tiphanie (awesome manager) decided to do the right thing. Thank you for stepping up.
A typical Home Depot with really uneven service, which is why so many people have migrated to Lowes. Some people are really good; some people act like they could not give less of a damn. This service level permeates through every Home Depot that I have ever been in, which in all reality means it is more a management and corporate issue than a local issue. Apparently, Arthur Blank is willing to put up with mediocre customer service as long as the profit margin meets the plan.
I purchased two sets of blinds, but when I got to my car and was loading them, I had realized one had writing on it, and when I opened it they had been cut to a different size. I immediately checked the other set, and they were the original size so I went back into the store not even ten minutes after purchasing them to be treated like I requested them to be cut and or like they wouldnt put cut blinds with non-cut blinds. They called and verified that the blinds were not cut at anytime near my purchase with two different employees before they would make the decision to exchange the blinds. I was basically treated like a liar!
Home Depot is becoming the Wal-Mart of home improvement. They hire employees who are not professional and not presentable. I am starting to see more and more unease employees who does not want to assist customer or help guide customer to find what they are looking for.I guess its one of the reason why Lowes is still in business and one of the reason why internet retail such as Amazon is taking over. Why waste your time to go to the store to interact with a one-on-one person who is unwilling or not knowledgeable in their department to assist you when you might as well find everything you need online.
Its home depot ..where panhandlers run wild and the store help runs away..The best way to get help is to sneak up like you dont want anything. Then surprise them with a quick question that lead to finding out they are sold out of OR only have half of what you want or need .Also dont show your hand in finding someone .. they will smell the desperate need for help and your covers blown.. also do not make eye contact !!!!!! These sell people here are next level ninjas in the art of B,L,B and A,H,T thats the( better look busy ) & ( Advanced Hiding Technologies )Like I said act like you know everything and where everything is the pounce on your unsuspecting sells person with your question and dont take Im helping someone else now or Im going to lunch as an answer!!!!
I shop here a lot! So do hundreds of people. No one says hi when you walk in despite if no customers...no jobs. The living dead types, if youre not up for being a people person get out of retail people. I come in...I say hello and you get oh hi. Lol. Wth? Searching for items or parts no one around ever you have to search for someone. How about a button in each isle to get some help? Its nuts. Lowes I heard is better but yet they are worse than HD. So sad. Every now and again I find a nice knowledgeable associate but rarely. When I do I send thanks in writing to the store. Its happened a couple times. Like your jobs or get out and management...get a clue. Not that hard.
Took 30 minutes to find someone to help in electrical and then I knew more than they did which wasnt much. No cashiers, only self checkout one of which did not work. There were 15 people in line. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to buy a sprinkler head and circuit breaker.
I went to Home Depot to get a universal garage door opener I had seen online. The website showed their were 43 in stock and have the location where I could find it. Well I didnt find it where it said it should be, so after walking around for almost 15 minutes, I asked two sets of associates and was still not able to find it. I finally backtracked to where I had initially started and finally found them on a backshelf in the area of the patio doors. By that time I had been in the store about 25 minutes. Shouldnt have been that hard, and the remote I was looking for was not in stock as indicated. I will have to order it online and go back to Home Depot to pick it up.
I always buy stuff from this home depot but today iam totally disappointed I went there today need a sheet for shelfs but need to make couple of cut at the saw machine. The guy work at the saw so rude I explained him before cutting he made one cut and told me I cannot do no more its store policy I told him you guys did for me like 6 months ago u cut like 7 sheets for me I paid for each cut I still have the recipes he said I dont know about that . then i spoke to the manager he said same thing manage said we just changed the policy about cuts like 2 weeks ago I told him how I now about polices there is no written notice anywhere. Then i said what I suppose to do with sheet I cannot carry in my small car and you guys dont want do another cuts . I doesnt like to arguement I left the home depot not willing to come back here again. And more thing I noticed all home depot doesnt have same policies. Home depot at florin road south Sacramento they charge 50 cents for the cut doesnt matter how many cuts you want to do. Iam totally disappointed really bad service. Iam sorry if i said something wrong I told how i felt really hurts me
GARAGE DOOR INSTALLATION (AVOID)I originally purchased a garage door from Home Depot (HD) and for over two months attempting to get my garage door installed. HD contractor fired me (HD - Haney Garage Door) as the client for asking when my garage door would be installed after it sat in the receiving warehouse for 1 week no contact. WOW!, I attempted to resolve my installation issue with 5 trips to the HD store meeting with multiple managers and calling to follow up with multiple managers and no return calls. It seamed no one cared about the customer and after two months I had enough. In summary the big box store HD wanted no ownership in assisting with customer satisfaction and resolving contractor network issues they have. Their contracting network management process is broken (No Ownership and no depth of garage door installation contractors), I would recommend saving you sanity and just call Overhead Door of Sacramento for your garage door installation and service need.I called Sacramento Overhead Door called and came out the next day and the following day the door was installed in under 4 hours. I purchased an insulated door with windows and installed the battery back up option for code compliance. This is not a paid endorsement and could never make up the experiences I had with HD in attempting to get my garage door installed.Great job by the team of Overhead Door of Sacramento.
Greedy SOBs need to hire people. 10 mins to find staff, 20 mins wait until staff is finished with current customer..just to find out theyre out of stock. This happenes for every inquiry (no matter how small), every visit. Also, filling your store with total garbage products, (no more Elmers woodfiller. Guess it workes too good, unlike plastic wood garbage you carry exclusively), lets us know how much you HATE your customers. Thankful for k3lly Mor3 paint and @ma2on!
I recommend driving to a couple of miles elsewhere I parked my work truck in a good spot where home depot has their security cameras and not once but twice got my truck broken into called the police and made complaints to main office both times they made it seemed like it happens on a regular
Not enough workers or man power could be managed better. Every department should have someone assigned to it and in that department at all times every time I go to buy something and need help to fine a particular item I must go on a man hunt just to fined help so my suggestion would be if you have someone in tools thats were they stay and thats what they do tools period same goes for hardware, electrical etc. If you need runners or material hadlers then you have employees designated to do that. That might be the way its supposed to be but it isnt.
Worst customer service ever; asked 3 associates for help all we’re just directing me to an aisle, when asked specifically to show it to me got an answer “I’m busy “ and that was from 3 random associates. When I found the flooring stuff I was looking for had to wait 20 minuets for someone to come and cut it. Total waste of time.
Manager not helpful at all would not return my materials because my ID would not scan. I told him I had a plane to catch in the morning and could not take them with me and he would not even give me store credit. So I told him then he can have everything and if that was fair he said no but took it anyway.
Was having flooring layed and after tile was pulled up was informed floor had to be ground down because of high spots. Asked whether this was typical and was told it happens on practiclly all jobs. Was told it would be an additional 125.00 an hour and guessing it would take about 5 hrs. When I complained why this wasnt mentioned before hand if it happens most jobs and was told if we didnt like it call some Mexicans they would do it cheaper. Should have asked him to repeat it into my phone recorder but was so shocked at what he said probably wasnt thinking straight. Bad experience start to finish. Pull off baseboards butthey dont put them back on.left the floor dirty. Having countertops and other upgrades done And will go anywhere but home depot.
10-Jan-18 / 830am.Apparently helping people who call in when i am standing in front of you are more important to the Customer Service people at the home depot in Natomas. Im standing there and your cowrker who is putting away couplings has already said we will be right with you then phone rings so you tell me i need to hold on, not hey guy on phone please hold im with a customer nope. Tells me i need to hold on while she takes care of guy on phone. Cistomer Svc 101 help the guy in front of you. Usually a great store but not this morning.

2022-06-22Went in to purchase some tools, When I couldnt find what I was looking for Richard in the tool department came to the rescue. He couldnt find it either (remodel in process), but he made a strong effort. In the end he found an alternative. It cost me a little more but was a far superior item. Ricardo was awesome and very customer service oriented. You have a good one here!

2022-04-11For more than ten years, I have been shopping at Home Depot on Truxel. I have requested assistance from several Home Depot associates. Their customer service has generally been excellent. However, none of them compare to Carlos. He is one of the managers. There are not enough words to describe how impressed I am with his performance as a manager.I had a return. However, before wasting my time and driving to Home Depot, I contacted Carlos. Carlos informed me that I could return the item. Therefore, I drove up to Home Depot. Upon arriving at the store, I noticed a long line at customer service. I walked over to the paint counter and asked the associate to speak with Carlos. Carlos was assisting in customer service and I had to wait in line. Naturally, I did not enjoy waiting in line. However, Carlos made the right decision. Clearly, I did not have a right to cut in front of people who were already standing in line. The line moved fairly quickly.Carlos assisted me with my return. To do so, we had to walk through the garden area. While we were walking, I noticed he made positive comments to associates that lifted their spirits. I rarely see managers treating their employees in this way.Carlos is doing an excellent job. It is difficult to find competent customer service these days. It is refreshing to see it with Carlos. Well done!

2022-06-01Usually, the associates at HomeDepot stores are very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the associate at the paint department of Home Depot - Truxel Rd #6649 had no intention to help me. I was at the front of the line for more than 20 minutes and the associate didnt even care to acknowledge that I was there. This is the second time I had to face a service that was devoid of respect, empathy, and willingness to help, from the same associate in the paint department.NB: Please avoid the associate I mentioned. I dont know her name, but she is the one with her hair colored.

2022-07-07The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store overall was pretty clean, and products were in their place and at good price. This is my local, and favorite Home Depot location.

2022-06-12I have to say I’m very impressed by the service I received at this store by Michel and Eric. Michael’s helped answer all my questions and found what I was looking for and Eric was great at breaking down a pallet just to grab me one item. If that’s isn’t great service I don’t know what is. Lifetime customer made today

2022-06-14Why is the customer service here so horrible? I visit this store regularly and always have trouble finding staff that will help and I have been told on multiple occasions, Sorry I cant help you right now, I have to do this or that basically. Today I sat around for 40 minutes waiting for them to move a ladder that THEY placed in a way that was blocking the isle. Customer service here is horrible. I listened as they paged for someone to come over and over and watched employees walk right by, do nothing and ignore the paging. I literally saw someone pretend to water the same plant for 30 minutes while on her phone.

2022-06-11Your employee Alex working in customer service really went above today. I came in after placing an order last Sunday. My status still said my order wasnt ready. I asked if I could just grab the items and come back and show him so he could process the order. I needed them now. There was an error in your system.... He said no I could wait in the curbside pickup area and he would go get my order ready now. Way to go above. Thank you

2022-02-16Parking is fine, nice arrangement. All was well in the store, got good help on kitchen remodel purchases. Kitchen faucet displays were missing all sorts of parts so that was unfortunate. Not too busy checking out. Cashier up front seemed miserable.Overall, it was good.Update 2/15/2022Not much rebar or the plumbing parts we need. Barely made due. Employees are fairly scarce right now but those working are helpful.

2021-04-30I go to Home Depot for my projects. It is convenient to my house and generally have what I need. Their return policy is quite liberal, which is important for DYI projects. I give it this rating because it’s hard to give a big box store a higher number, since they are all pretty much the same. This time we’re working on kitchen cabinets.

2022-06-09They failed to fulfill my online order. Waited hours and hours. Ordered at 10am, never got worked on all day. Clearly not a well managed store!
