Many deals to be had in many departments, friendly staff all with clear to read name badges or they write their name on their orange smock, clever. Parking is no problem. In and out because I use the Garden dept checkout as a speedy checkout, during the day when its open, so park by garden section and checkout quick, just a helpful hint
The attitude and knowledge base of the customer service team was surprising. Came here because it was closer than my usual store in West Hills. I came in for a refund, with the receipt, but apparently they can’t give you a refund if you don’t have the card you paid with. Not sure how that makes sense. Went to my usual store and walked out with a refund five minutes later.
Although this place is really busy, it was nice to speak with David who help me cut some blinds today. He was very thoughtful and made some great suggestions in choosing which blinds. he was very knowledgeable which i appreciate. (below is an image of the blinds he cut perfectly to fit the dimensions i required)
I spent 10 minutes walking to electrical department and couldn’t find a single associate to wire. I asked associates in passing to Page electrical and I never heard the overhead page. After a few more minutes I make it to the front. I believe I am speaking to the line manager as he pages Shawn (the ASM) and electrical to call him and neither does for another 10 minutes. This is literally the worst service I’ve seen Home Depot offer.I did notice an apron in one of the isles, so the associate must’ve taken it off to hide that he was an associate. And then as I continue my rounds I noticed that the apron is gone. Again, I didn’t think it could get this bad
Recently, I went to the Home Depot in Canoga Park to look at ceiling fans and desk lamps. Their selection of fans were fairly good. However, the selection of desk lamps is what impressed me the most. Purchased a touch sensor light that simulates daylight, bright light, and extra bright light. Love it and how the bendable pole allows for adjusted light overhead. Usually, I dont shop at the big brand stores. But, this was a pleasant exveption. The employees were quite attentive to my needs and provided excellent service.I would rate my overall experience an A+++!!
Returned broken Husky ratcheting wrench I owned for 10 years. The first customer service rep told me she cannot do it if I dont have a receipt. Wow! Where am I suppose to find that receipt? She said to call Husky directly. I thought it was that easy after reading posts that it can be returned no questions asked. Requested for a supervisor and shes hesitant but finally gave in after telling them why advertise that its lifetime warranty no question ask if they cannot honor it. HD need to train their desk reps on issues like this. Otherwise Im happy to get replacement and looking forward to another 10 year on this hand tool.
Great trips to Home Depot. Christian, Jarod, Christy, and another young man whose name I did not get were very helpful pushing my cart full of rocks, picking up the rocks and placing them in my cart and then my car. Home Depot had everything I needed in easy to find places.
Excellent service. As I entered The Home Depot, I asked one of the Sales Representative for help and he was glad to assist me, he even notice that I could not find an unoccupied shopping cart and immediately supplied me with one. I was impressed with his kindness as well as his product knowledge and product location. As a result, I quickly found everything I was looking for.Thank you Roscoe Home Depot Sales Representative!!Job well done!!👍 I Give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I absolutely love home Depot. You can find just about everything you need for your home from paint to appliances and everything in between flooring cabinets fixtures blinds carpets all the tools you might need to install. You can also find everything you need to make your garden beautiful potting soils and plants fences and pictures they also have lighting for indoors and outdoor of your house and lots of seasonal items they also have a large variety of patio sets and cabanas fireplaces fire pits waterfalls water fixtures just about everything.
I was looking for some electrical materials for the job site in Northridge, CA. I stopped by the nearest one, but I could not find all kinds. I visited another one after one, and compromised some materials for another replacement due to no scalability. These days there are not enough stock for regular electric materials even with Home Depots.
I called this Home Depot to check if they actually had an item that I was looking for. They answered the phone many times, I gave them the SKU number many times. Every time they would just put me on hold. After an hour, a guy finally went to check, I gave him the SKU number he said he had it. Guess what, they didnt. They had a different item, with a different SKU of course. Worst Of the worst customer service.
The store was nice and clean, well lit, and very organized. Unfortunately it seems like most of the staff that I asked didnt really know where items were located. My advice is if you go here avoid asking the younger staff members Questions. They just dont have the experience or the knowledge. Look for the more mature staff members and point your questions in their direction if you really want answers.
This is the worst home depot for customer service in southern california. Ive waited for help from building and lumber for over 45min 3 days in a row and nothing. The only thing u can be sure of is u will be getting nothing but attitude from their employees. If u want all your employees waisting valuable paid time, send them there.
This Home Depot has good friendly service and staff. The problem with it is its too busy. The parking lot is usually full. There are lots of people in the parking lot looking for work. While they wait, they drink beer, eat and liter and mill and loiter around the lot.Inside, the isles are packed with people with their virus masks half way on with their big noses hanging out.Because the service is good, this is a good reliable place for sunday early morning shopping or, less preferable but doable Saturday morning, before all the crowds and winos show up. In and out. Sometimes early morning shopping works during the work week too but even early can be busy as the construction workers show up to stock up with what they need for the work day.
This Home Depot is pretty simple to navigate and laid out fairly well. Parking is fine. The employees are friendly and reasonably easy to get hold of when you need something. Their knowledge varies, but Ive come to find that in the plumbing and hardware sections they are usually good. While Im not a fan of big box corporate stores, this one is alright.
Spend over $120 on tools to fix my truck in Parking lot, as they were closing (still with a bunch of customers inside) I asked if my pregnant sister could use the bathroom. Howard the assistant manager said “no.” I said “why?” He responded “I just can’t.” Well maybe I “just can’t” be a customer of a business that doesn’t look out for people that spend their hard earned cash in their facility.
This Home Depot is a great Home Depot! This Home Depot has all the things that Home Depot has. It has an orange sign out front. They have things that you need for home improvement. They have employees who can help you and they have a parking lot for cars. You can even order things online from homedepot.com for pickup at this Home Depot. If youve never been to a Home Depot before, you should come to this one because youll get a sense of what Home Depot is like. Its a chain of stores that sell the same things and are all called Home Depot.
This location was similar to all other Home Depot locations. There was a large parking lot with plenty of free parking, easy access into the lot and into the store. This location was the only nearby store with the LED ceiling lights that I needed which was a great relief considering none of the other locations had them in stock. The only issue is that customer service was supposed to set aside 20 of the LED products for me and when I arrived, the customer care team had no idea who I was or what I was looking for. While they did still have the lights in stock, I had to go and pull every one off of the shelves by myself after looking around for a hour to find that they were in the incorrect section. The staff were very friendly and I didnt make a big deal out of it but I figured since I had confirmation about them pulling the lights off of the shelves for me, I would have an easy in and out experience. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little time consuming.
Asked them to email my receipt for accounting purposes and was told they would do so. An hour and a half later- No receipt... so I call them back. A woman answers and asks reason for call, then asks for a moment and puts me on hold. 20 minutes later, they answer and tell me that their system is glitching and they have access to the receipt, but cant email it... I tell them I can pick it up and all of a sudden they cant access receipt. Blatantly lying.
Clean, and relatively organized. The staff is friendly but difficult to find at times. I frequently visit this store because its closest to where I live. In all the times I have been here though, I have never had an associate ask if I need help finding anything. That would be my only complaint.
Home depot is the go to spot for home improvement. Anything I need for the house I can usually find here. Any tool I need I can usually find here. Now this particular home depot has alot of stuff. However very mis organized. Everything is all mixed up. Heck the staff doesnt even know whats going on or where stuff is at. They need better training or something.
I recently went into the Home Depot located in Canoga and had a wonderful experience. Stan in kitchen & bath gave us amazing customer service and helped us with our online purchase .I’m seriously beyond happy with how easy our pick up was with our chest freezer such a good deal we got . Thank you Stan for keeping us updated with our product and making it so easy to shop at the Home Depot I definitely recommend this location
The service is what sets this Home Depot apart from many many others. Go try it, youll see. From the girls at the front asking what you need help with to the contractor counter in the back. Also, this facility is huge, and Ive been in way to many Home Depots for a credit card carrying person. Great job people, thank you.
Waited 3x for over 1 hour or more each time to ask one question, my phone disconnected each time . Never got to talk to anyone, asked some people who are contractors if they had the same experience, they said yes, they never call for that reason. Horrible customer service
My wife and I went down to the Canga park store to buy a refrigerator. We arrived at 7:30 pm. We already new what we wanted we just needed a sales person. We waited for 10 or 15 minutes to see if anyone was in the department. Then for the next 15 minutes we had them page for the sales girl until finally a Assistant manager came over to see what was going on. Then he pager for her for another 15 minutes. I was so frustrated by then I told my wife lets go to Lowes At least they have sales people to help you.
Home Depot has most of what the general handyman or even contractor might need. My only complaint is with their limited ability to provide timely assistance. Given they are a highly successful business, they should be able to hire the needed staff. Otherwise they usually have what I need and their prices are reasonable.
Terrible customer service. I have nothing against the store and goods itself and have been going here with my family for decades because we live close by. In my recent past experiences, the employees are rude and negligent. When I ask for help or directions, they act like its a chore and seem try to get rid of me as soon as possible. They never used to be, and were always helpful and eager to assist. Now even when I call with a simple question (Do you have Christmas trees yet?), that apparently requires 30 minutes on the getting getting transferred over and over again to different people who refuse to answer theyre phone because theyre probably playing Clash of Clans on their phones. My call would literally come off the waiting elevator music and ring, which is usually a sign someone will pick up soon. Then after a few rings, it was like the employee saw there was a call and just pressed the wait button again. My question would take about 2 seconds to answer! Train your employees better Home Depot, both in-store and over the phone. Dont alienate your customers over small things. Theres other stores out there.
Worst Home Depot. Be careful of your card info. They have match ones that rejects your card payments and in the process they over charge you. The machine kept declining my card over 20 times. The cashier said it’s not your card it’s a problem-with the machine. Get it replaced then!
One of the few things to do when you enter this home Depot is to know what you are looking for therefore addressing on the cashiers or reps at the front door and request to page the proper department. What I found out is no one truly stays in there department which requires you to call them out of their hiding and request their assistance. It makes the process much easier and more efficient. Page an employee and wait for their presence to be known.
Beware of repaired items being sold as new! This store is not local to me, but was the closest store with a big ticket item not in stock at our neighborhood Home Depot. So we traveled there to make the purchase; although the packaging looked beat up, it was sealed so we attributed that to shipping. Upon opening it when we got home, we found a repair tag, no manual or warranty, & broken parts on a $600 item that we were charged full price for!The only other store with stock is 35 miles away, but we need it and cant wait, so off we go expecting to return this one and purchase a new one. Nope! Because this one had a Canoga Park repair tag, it can only be returned there. So, we bought a new one in Camarillo (stellar customer service, fyi), then back another 35 miles to return the garbage C.Pk. sold us, then another 12 miles home. Nearly 100 miles to settle this issue, plus frayed nerves, and the day lost - too late to complete our project when all was said and done.
Not one of the better Home Depots, but a average customer service. Employees are not too engaged in helping the customers, hard to find them, their inventory is very light compared to other stores. Takes too long to get someone on the phone when you call and the information is conflicting when you go to the store to pick up the item such as water heaters, prices are compatible with other retail stores not the cheapest, on the other hand I think the service is little better at Lowes not that I shop there more frequently.
Sandra from pro service very rude and very unpleasant and unwelcoming I dont know how she even got hired that position . It makes home depot look bad.Daniel from forklift was very helpful and very customer friendly thats what home depot workers need NOT LIKE SANDRA !!
I was sent to this store from another Home Depot, because they presumably had the grass trimmer I was looking for in stock. When I got to the store, I was told its on the truck in receiving yet to be unloaded and that they couldnt take it down immediately for me to buy. I paid for it with the intend on picking it up the following day. Well, its been two days later. The grass trimmer that I paid for is apparently still sitting on the truck waiting to be unloaded. Ive called repeatedly to check on my order to only be told not yet.Two ideas I would like to propose to their management:1. If its not on the shelf - dont tell me the item is in stock since I cannot buy it immediately2. If I have to call you more than twice for something I had paid for and have yet to receive - chances are Im never coming back to your store again.PS. On multiple occasions Ive had their employees suggest to me to buy it online instead. I know I can buy items online, I come to the store, because I can walk out with what I need then and there - apparently not. Next time I might just follow your employees advise and buy it on Amazon.
Extremely helpful! I had 2 dwalt drill bits snap on me they exchanged them immediately! Had to also visit the paint dept, the paint tech matched my color did it quickly. The paint was for a job I was on that I was trying to match a 6 year old color and he did it in under 10 min.Thank you so very much!
All hardware items under one roof. They sell lighting, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwave ovens, lighting, fans and counter tops. They have a good collection of plants for gardening. They also have a good collection of chairs. Amazing collection of paints is a plus point. Finally clean store and friendly staff.
What they say about home depot is true customer knows more than the employees there I ask 3 employees where is a item Im looking for one of them told me to go to lowes they might have the item 😳 boom 😂😂 a customer help me out told me exactly where it was locatedr thanks home depot for at least having an item 😂😂
Order pick up was horrible!! After waiting for them to get my order (which I should have done myself) the associate Lalo left the cart in the middle of the exit and walked off. These were oversized lumber pieces my wife and I struggled to get out the door and into my Jeep while other associates walked by starting at us. Never will I go to this particular Home Depot. Never have I met such UNHELPFUL people working at Home Depot.
What happened to Home Depot? They used to hire experienced people for every department. The hardware man knew about hardware. The garden people knew about gardening, etc. I go in there tonight to buy a drill and the tools guy had to open a box of sockets to see if the socket adapter was the right size. The only thing he knew was how to work the automatic Key maker.
I ordered a bathtub online. For some reason there was a problem notifying the tub was ready for delivery. It could not take more than 10 days to ship a tub from Ontario to Canoga, I called the store. The person I spoke first, I believe his name is Steve, just mentioned the same information I could already see online. I asked him if there was a way to track my shipment as I had people coming next day to install it and I had already cancelled previous week as showed it was in its way to store. He could not care less and repeat the same info I could see online. I tried again 2 hours later and spoke now with someone at Receiving. His name is Dave(asked his name as he was beyond helpful). He took a good amount of time to figure it out and found out the tub was there ready for pick up. I really dislike the online ordering as it was not effective and caused delays , however, I was happy to know I will not have to cancel a second time and see there was someone with a great sense of customer service willing to help.
MOE from Flooring was beyond helpful.I went in to the store looking for Hard wood flooring for my living room, yet I was clueless... to the point that I only knew what color wood I wanted... he saw me taking pictures and samples and offered help. He explained alot and showed me all my options... needless to say he was so friendly with my kids. Awesome guy, looking forward to getting my living room taken care off with his help.
Most of the time I shop at Lowe’s . Yesterday I went to Home Depot because my contractor says they have more items to choose . I said ok and we went there. First we want to see couple Bathroom Vanity .There where no one to help .( That’s happen , it’s normal.) we are looking for some one who can help us. I find guy is working next to it . I request to help me . He said he will find some one . I said ok . 10 minutes, no one come. I ask other person. He said the same . 10 minutes no one come. One more person said same thing .. 30 minutes we spent to just wait .Then we decided to purchas on Lowe’s .Same thing on door.We spend 3 hour almost ..Only get help on paint where we don’t need ..We purchased some items there because that we need for next day.I talk thing about one employee out side , he said great thing to me.’ Home Depot is big company, and people doesn’t have more choices then come here .Manager only see sales . Doesn’t care about how people care or employee deal.He ask me do you have a choice then other then Lowe’s and home depot ?I like it .
Their customer service is very bad, they make you wait a very very long time for simple things and make you think they dont care about you. People like me actually come to the store to learn more about the products and talk to experts but with slow customer service like this your better off buying online and saving yourself some time and gas money.
I always stayed away from any home depot, because in the valley, the quality of work and professionalism goes out the window for home depot. It seems like there is no level of standards that the workers abide by. The place is disorganized, dirty and most of all the lack of customer service.
This is the 3rd time we buy appliances here and Jeff has been the best help you can ask for such a friendly person he dosent pressure you to buy my husband and I always make sure hes there when we buy . We got a washer and dryer and just resent got a refrigerator. He answers all your questions with honest Answers. THANK YOU Mr JEFF SANDERS
Consistently a horrible experience! While doing a nearby remodel job, I have been at this HD enough to know what’s good and what’s bad. If you know exactly what you need and it’s close, ok. “Maybe” they’ll have it, maybe not. But if you need help, DO NOT come to this Home Depot!!! They seem to hate people. On three separate occasions I have needed help in electrical (On one occasion I had an employee scold me for cutting my own wire after waiting 20 mins). I’m here again for a similar item. They have called 3 times over P.A. for someone in electrical and now, after 35 mins., I am again cutting my own wire. This will create problems at checkout and waste even more time. Never coming here again. Heed my warning! Go to Balboa or West Hills. Canoga store does not care about you, at all!!! A ten minute drive to another store may save 30 minutes or more I’m trying to find someone who is actually willing to help you.
Customer service is horrible in this store, I had to wait half an hour so that someone from the staff would come and cut sheet of plywood in half and while constantly asking for someone, finally someone came out from store rest area and instead of helping to cut it, he just walked away with no help. Walked after him and he said, oh sorry I’m helping another customer, who was nowhere in sight.I would’ve left this store, but apparently next closest home depot have their saw broken.
I asked if they sell premix fuel , theyre dumb worker said its against the law for them to sell it. Asked another worker , I dont know. One last person I asked ya somewhere in 4-6. Wrong , as I walk around the entire store there it was in 1. They sell junk , left empty handed! Never go to any Home Depot again.
Poor customer service at the customer service area.... The old lady at the customer service area working on February 8th 2019 at 8 p.m. has no knowledge or poor skills ink customer service should be retrained and if that doesnt work she should go sit in the bathroom and give out mints
I booked an appointment with the Home Depot Window Replacement consultant and a guy named Tim showed up, after taking all the measurements for the 17 windows and the patio door he quoted me $20,048.50 for the Milgrad Tuscany Windows and then proceeded to give me big discount of $1002.42 on the whole invoice (total price $19046.07). Same Milgrad Tuscany windows was quoted by Lowes lady for $12,160 a difference of $6,886,07. WOW what a great commission. Tim called and wanted to go ahead with the order and when I told him the quote from Lowes he was rude and hung up the phone then I called his manager named Orr and left a couple of message who did not care to call back. What a bad name these guys are giving to the company. Do these guys really think that we are not going to compare or take more than one quote, sorry Tim I am not wasting $6,886.07, good luck fooling someone else.
Crate place to find things to repair things around the home or your condo or apartment but if you actually need help of where to find it in the store your mise will throw something in the air and go that direction cause you might be better off finding it that way good example we asked a more extension cords are today and was told it was the opposite direction we waited 40 minutes to have wire cut because they have it under lock and key but when we finally got somebody to cut the wire they went definitely way beyond getting us all the in all the material we needed including the black to the electric tape
Waited over 45 minutes for help with some wood to bring down a two people that spoke Spanish was joking around with the forklift person way after I was waiting around was helped first not cool 👎 This happened the last time as well but I wasn’t there as long as I was this time
The staff, Freddy, David, Young lady at Cust. Serv. and gentleman in appliance dept...My hat is off to you and any other I have overlooked!!!The above made the (below) situation right. The professionalism was above and beyond...Thank You All.My Story: Ordered a stove and frig on line 11/27/17. (Delivery Temco) Waited for scheduled delivery on 12/30/17 all day... No delivery but a whole lot of false information and horrific customer service even by a female manager. When delivered 4 days later...I was left with protective film on both stove and frig and goes south from there...Im sure the rest can be figured out...Temco missed their commitment and did NOTHING to correct their inferior service. Temco Logistics is the worst company I have ever had interaction with!!! I would not allow this group to collect my trash...Integrity=0 Honestly=0 Credibility=0 Customer Service=0...
Wanted more selection of the 4 bonnie plants. Was looking for indeterminate Roma tomatoes, but they did not have any. Parking lot has plenty of parking. This store is not that busy compared to the Van Nuys store. It was actually quite peaceful shopping. This stores layout though is awful. Aisles going one way then going a different direction the next aisle over. Overall 3 stars
Hardware, building supplies and materials. Home repair parts & more. Toilets (& parts), hammers, lights, nails, screws, doors, wire, mouse traps, screwdrivers, windows, mirrors, washing machines, refrigerators, vanities, countertops, cabinetry, power tools, extension cords, plug sockets, light switches, batteries, gardening & planting supplies, rubber baby buggy bumpers, doorknobs & thumbtacks - - and tons (literally) more.
This store has a lot of stock issues. Being a contractor you have to rely on supply. For some reason this store is out of a lot of materials so you waste time walking the store and then going to another. A lot of times the inventory will say it in this location but its misplaced
Ok dont laugh.but i love doing construction.the home depotes.around.the states.are a mans dream.its in my will.to throw my ashes.on the 49ers field.and some of my ashes.at my faviort fishing spot.and the best for last.some ashes in the tool department.and i would die in piece.any work or building.anything.u cant go wrong with my best store in the world.women love the mall.and buying clothes.home depote is my mall.i love shopping for tools.i said i work for free there.all jokes aside.i really love my home depote
Slow really slow to replace damaged items purchased online.I been waiting for a full week!!! Strange since item is less than two hours way from store where I have to pick up item when it makes its appearance.I use Home Depot often but this but this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
One of the worst home depots in LA!!Managers are a jokeEmployees flat out dont care..dont help..dont offerYou ask a question and they have to ask someone elsePro check out is a joke...takes 4 times as longOnly had 2 people in front of me and has been 40 min and Im still not checked out
3 Xs in the last 2 months they have been completely out of propane. Cant exchange tanks or anything; apparently all the tanks you see in the cages out front are all props... go to Lowes on Topanga & Roscoe; theyve had gas every time. .... update: this Home Depot also doesnt have any equipment rentals
The WORST HOME DEPOT EVER. Order online & youll be sadly disappointed that theyll treat you like a RETURN line customers and make you wait over 30 minutes IN LINE while you watch other people bypass you, who didnt order (PAY AHEAD) online come in, go shopping at the store, go through the regular ck out line & leave when Im still waiting.
Horrible. the service here is deplorable & everything is unorganized beyond all reason. I tried applying to this place in the past & the HR never got back to me. I called multiple times on multiple days & have left multiple messages asking him to contact me & he never did. So rude & unprofessional to not at least let me know that I didnt get the job.

2022-06-09Its a neighborhood store for everything. I love the store, the organization, cleanliness, and the people were very nice and accommodating.Im glad I could finally find a rod holder so I can put up my curtains.* I love having a garden center next door also.

2022-06-02At present, the Home Depot is selling aHampton Bay 50 Lumens Solar Black Outdoor LED Landscape Spotlight at $5.52 each. I did an online shopping to buy one to see the result. Surprising, the shipping is free, and I am impressed with its brightness, in addition, no assembly is needed - just peer the plastic (Remove Label For Use) off from the solar panel and turn on the switch on the back of the solar panel. As a result, I just bought more via online shopping. Seeing is believing - the newly installed solar light on the right makes a big difference.Hopefully, the spotlight will last for one year or longer.

2022-02-27The place is nice and people try to be helpful, but I went thru 6-7 people all of who couldn’t answer questions — both mine and other customers’. Questions like, “do you have any metal hanging containers for plants? “ “Do you have earthworms for your garden or vermicomposting?” Or “Do you know when your next shipment of asylums will be in?” — saw several garden associates just give blank looks. And this is after I asked the price of some flowers that were not marked, and although they were the flowers right in front of the cashier, she did not know the price and had to bring the IR reader to tell me the price. (Mind you, they were all friendly, … just that these are pretty standard questions).Asking for some basic plumbing supplies, we got a nice answer of aisle 12, but that did not have the actual plumbing supplies — it was in another aisle. I feel that the associates need a LOT more training… And one guy who we asked about a p-trap with a clean out valve laughed, but couldn’t say if they just don’t exist anymore, or there was some other reason he was laughing….But the place was clean, had a lot of options for what we were looking for, seemed fairly well stocked, and the prices were average.Since we came with a big truck, it was nice that there is ample parking, The women’s restroom was clean and supplied… so that’s a good point too.

2022-06-11Chris the short white skin guy is the laziest employee I have ever seen. He was supposed to give me a hand putting something in the car he was standing watching me. Doing nothing. The box almost fell on me and he is watching it fall and not touching the box. It’s a shame Home Depot pays someone who is just there and not even lifting a finger He is there to just rip off Home Depot. I wish I got his last name. I hope Home Depot executives read this. He is at Roscoe and Canoga

2022-03-29Most unprofessional home depot I’ve ever been to!!! Do not ask the ladies at the pro center for anything they will tell you they don’t have it until you tell them I already went and looked and you have it then all of a sudden magically that item is in stock… It has now happened to me four times as my company is working in the area we now drive out of our way to go to the other Home Depot nearby. And as far as customer service they will stand there talking to each other ignoring the information you’re giving them and then re-ask you to re-give them all the information that you already told them because they were having a conversation with their friend/coworker

2022-05-18Worst experience ever at Home Depot. Waited 30 minutes for them to bring out some wood, and then they said it would be another 30-45 minutes. I was there before all the people they were helping. I will never come to this HD again!!!

2022-06-07Really good garden center, good prices and availability of fertilizer and mulch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only downside is theres often a drunken, stuttering, drooling, disheveled mess of a man with a thick New York accent loitering in the parking lot, accosting people for a few bucks he says hes trying to save up for bus fare to go to DC and take down the Republican party. Good luck with that -- maybe use the money for some soap and deodorant instead.
