Maria the cashier with the excessively long fingernails misspelled my last name and couldnt get my address correct because her fingernails kept on getting in the way so now I have to wait 48 hours before I can have Citibank correct the information on my on my application
Today was a perfect visit! Everything went as I needed. I was greeted by an associate just as we arrived. Received accurate info on the aisles I needed and found exactly what I wanted. Check out was fast. We were in and out in 30 minutes. This is not the location I usually frequent. Hmm maybe that should change!!!
Is it weird that I love going to home depot?Im a DIY kind of person and well home depot is a very convenient store for me. I find a lot of tools and parts for everything from gardening to door knows and pool supplies. I love it. ** I must say that the employees there do NOT know much about pools so dont expect to get your pool questions answered here. But I think everything else they can help with .
James was helpful. I was able to get a new water heater and the required accessories. He helped me choose pipe sizes and stuff. That was nice. He also hunted me down at the front of the store when I was at the self checkout with a couple more things he thought I would need. Awesome stuff. Thank you James! All in all a good store.
As with many retailers, Home Depot is lacking on basic parts, i.e. sliding screen door replacement frame extrusion. Had a sales rep hit me up with the same thing Ive heard 100 times before, have you looked online, we can order it for you. Why would i come to a brick and mortar just to have you order a common part?, not custom....common!
Unbelievable when they lie to you!I paid $50 for the flooring inspection. Home depot approved contractor was supposed to show up to measure the entire house for a big home improvement project.Waiting all day, the contractor did not show up. I called Home Depot to find out what had happened to the appointment.The flooring manager, Scott, told me the contactor came to your house you and you were not there.I was at home all day. He had no intention to help and just ask me to get a refund.Choose the right contractors base on their reviews and recommendations from friends and family, NOT HOME DEPOT.
If you visit the store, its great, but Im warning you do not order for delivery and installation.Home Depot uses a 3rd party delivery service, Temco. They are horrific. Delivery and installation of an above stovetop microwave was supposed to be Sept. 28. Later, Temco calls to inform delivery has changed to Oct. 15. Then another call.. delivery is now Oct. 21, by the way after changing delivery to the 21st, I received a call that delivery was going to occur between 10 and 2pm on Oct 15.. which never happened, of course. The point is Temco had no idea what is going on.Finally, Temco calls on Nov 21, advising delivery between 8am and noon. Temco arrived at 10:30 and asks where do I want the microwave.. I said installed? The delivery guy says we dont have that. I show him the receipt, he looks at the installation fee and keeps reading the receipt like he doesnt understand. Then proceeds to tell me that they need to cut the wood cabinets to install the microwave. Well.. in the end were installing ourselves. Hopefully the installation fee of $120 is refunded. Oh..and yes we tried returning microwave to Home Depot, but they advised to take it up with Samsung, the brand of the microwave. Let this be a warning. This was a microwave, imagine bigger appliances.
Love this place...especially this one as It is a super Home Depot. They carry almost everything you need. I went these this time to get some patio roller shades and they had a variety of them (sizes and colors). It helps to know your way around the store as it is a huge place.
I am Partial. HD close is a Super Store. They have everything. And they have plenty of people to help you find the thing you are looking for. Cheerful, helpful and a price that I liked. FEB 22 - I knew what I needed. They had them. AND then I saw .. something for a different project.
They always have what I need but only because I know what I’m doing. Sad when you have to ask for help and fight your way though made up answers. My suggestion … stand your ground and make them check online or the “dot com”. Yes he was an older gentleman and that’s what he kept calling the online ordering site. I remember the days when the employees knew more than me and that’s why I go there. Sigh.
I have the complete set makita 18v lithium ion tools. My batteries and charger needed replacement. I came to this Home Depot because it’s the best. Spending $250 you want to be sure the new matches the old. I could not find anyone to help me in the tool crib. I flagged down Greg who was helping with a guy on a forklift. I’m glad I did. He dropped what he was doing and took care of all my questions and got me what I needed. That’s why I come to this Home Depot for stuff like this. Thanks Greg
I love to shopping at Home Depot in Anaheim Hills, as a woman I dont know how to fix anything around my house, but the employees are there always so friendly to answer my questions, the plumbing department the team member who only works in the morning are most helpful, sorry I forget hes name, keep up the good work 😊
This store is my go to for bigger house projects. I am closer to Brea store but rent tools here and use their lumber and pro services. Jessika was helping me with my privacy fence lumber and she was helpful and handled everything perfectly. The two employees who help me at will call were awesome as well. Good store.
I was not treated as kindly as other customers in front and after me. They dont have the option to pay via NFC (smart watch or smart phone). Because I couldnt pay with that option. I asked the cashier in register #2 (a lady about 5f6, 170-180 pounds, blond, wearing jeans and white and yellow shirt in her late 20s early 30s) to please keep the item that I want to buy with her for 10 minutes because I really, really need it and they just have two in stock, while I could go to figure out how to get cash without a wallet. She just looked at me like who do you think I am expression. Thanks God I returned 15 minutes later, a new person was at the register (5f6 guy, in his late 50s early 60s) very nice. I explained him about the situation and he started looking for the item, he couldnt find it close to the register, but he kept looking and he found it in a cart ready to be restocked. So I wont go back there unless I dont have any other option.
Horrible experience. False advertising. They have a sign on their flooring isles that states $2.50 Per square foot for vinyl and laminate flooring.. it also says free removal, haul away, floor prep and trim. I live in a small condo and was quoted $2500. After they came out and measured and got back to me they said it would be closer to $6000. Total rip off. Especially since they use third party contractors! What a joke. Waste of time. Don’t do your flooring through them. If you look at their reviews a lot of people had terrible experiences with having flooring done by them.
The Anaheim Hills superstore has knowledgeable associates who are always helpful. Even if they dont know the answer right away, they take the extra effort to point you in the direction of someone who does. The store itself is huge and has almost everything you need for home improvement projects, and if its not in stock, you can easily order online and have it shipped to your door!
Dec 21, 2020 11:41 AMI asked two separate cashiers to call for someone help me load my truck but my request was totally ignored. I made three separate requests.Poorly managed store.I needed up loading heavy sheets of 3/4 MDF on my own.Management needs to either be replaced or retrained. Failure
Best home improvement store in the area. Large selection very helpful staff.I had a great time in the garden department today. Replanted my flower beds in the front of my house and I was very pleased with the selection of Flora. The prices were fair and I even got some 50% off bulbs, that will propogate for many years to come and bring great pleasure to all who see them.
They have great customer service. I went in for a vanity with my mom. She already knew what she wanted and they had a display model that they were marking down. I had Abraham help us, he was the one who was going above and beyond to help us get the best deal. Kacie was are customer service representative and i had a question on wood cleaner for my office desk at work. She was very knowledgeable about the different products. Overall i had a really great experience here.
The best Home Depot in the world. Ive been shopping here for a couple of decades. Theyve undergone massive changes in those 20 years. Through the ups and down, this remains the best Home Depot there is, by far. Id describe my experience here, but Ive had literally hundreds of visits, so Ill just sum up and say that this is the best Home Depot in the world.
I went there when they opened. Its Sunday morning. Hardley any customers. Looking for a small 14 volt light bulb. Ask the worker in the light bulb dept. if he had one, he just said. Should be over there hanging up. I was trying to find it but you would think the home depot employee would see ME looking for it he would ask if I needed help since he was standing 10 feet from me ?. Of course not. I come here all the time since I live in the area. I have to say this store is HORRIBLE on getting help from an employee. There way to many employees just standing around. My advice is do your research on what your looking for because your on your own.
Many years Ive shopped Home Depot, but Im thinking of switching to Lowes, because the customer service at this location (1095 Pullman St, Anaheim, CA 92807) is mostly a one-star. When you call to get information, the people are rude more than 50% of the time. And, I really dont have the time to give them a bad review, but I feel it is necessary, in hopes that someone HIGHER UP will WAKE UP and realize that there needs to be something done about better customer service in certain departments--NOT ALL. Today, I called to get a price on a couple of doors, since Im a contractor and in the business of installing doors for my customers. But, what I got was an employee on the line that knew absolutely nothing. He wasnt rude, in fact he tried to be helpful, but had very poor training in this particular department. When this person found that he needed help;, another person came to the phone and was rude right from the start. When I tried to explain what I needed, he would not stop talking, trying to convince me that he was the smart one....Finally, I, too, was a bit rude by telling him that perhaps we could get somewhere if he would close his mouth for a minute....Well, that was the limit with this guy, he simply hung up on me. So, I felt that it was necessary to let the management know about it. I waded through three or four other people answering the phone and getting nowhere (for about 20 minutes), before I finally got what Im not sure was a manager. This man was pleasant and tried to appease me with apologies, but that wasnt what I was looking for. I would hope someone would realize that to get better help, you need to pay better wages....
I purchased a fridge there a small one and it was damaged so I replaced it with another one and it was also damagedbut not as bad so I ended up keeping that one. But it would be nice if you knew that it wasnt damaged before you took it out of the store and took it home. They were very easy though to replace it. It was not a big hassle.
I likely wont go back to this store.. I was looking for landscape spikes. I found the lanscape screen, and a picture of the stakes the reccomended to secure, but no stakes like pictired. I asked the associate in the garden shop.Not helpful. She said, go look on that outside row by the pots on the end. A row over from the screen where I seen the sales board..Needless to say I didnt find what I was looking fir at this store, and it was above the staff to asdist me.
Well my water heater needed replacing so I went to the home depot in Yorba linda I talk to a sale expert to install it so we bought 40gal. With 13 years warrantee they quoted me 1,400 but you have pay contractor the next day from 11 to 5 he call 4:30 that he was running late he got there at 5:30 PM I got up at 6:00Am to clear up so he can install it fast but had clip board writing thing down and it came out to 2,100 and we told him the home depot said around 1,400 plus tax but we call them up of a course the acted dumb wasted a full day well I went to Lowes hardware, came early five stars home depot 0 stars
I ordered a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave from Home Depot, as part of their memorial day special! Home depot was great and friendly and I was very excited to get my units! All items showed up within a week except for the dishwasher, The trucker said it had damage. They said they would bring one out later that week, and nothing came. I waited 2 whole weeks for the unit to come!This company is a complete joke! The 2 guys they had install the unit were rude, they did not even wipe their feet or hands. They left boxes all over from the installation, also left the machine dirty. Also worst of all they left packaging material inside the machine! They didnt take the time to show me how to use my unit, nor did they pull out the tape inside the unit or any of the packaging material. The machine is not even level! The top rack slides back when open which means they just threw it in there!I have tried to call them, but they ignore my call, and once I get through Kay who is a manager there supposedly is always busy! I have been very calm and sweet with them, and they will not make this right!I will never order anything from Home Depot again because they also do not care! Temco Warehouse and Home Depot are 2 of the worst companies I have ever worked with! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT! BUYER BEWARE!
Closest store to my house, great selection of stuff, but if you find your stuff online and use the location (isle & bay) most of the time will not match the location in store. Maybe one of ten times matched location online with location in store.Online stock availability and location are great but they can improve on online location accuracy to help customers speed up shopping time.
I typically have an excellent experience at Home Depot. If I am looking for specific small items, I will ask the greeter where in the store to find them. Its usually easy for me to find someone to help me with specific questions. This store always seems to be well stocked.
Products purchased at the store are fine. However, i have tried twice in the past year to use their installation services... both were far from being anywhere close to satisfactory. The first was the installation of two new bathroom doors -- totally botched -- poor workmanship. The second was a request for a quote on window and patio slider replacement. Home Depot quoted over $8300. A subsequent quote for the exact same window from another company was $4600. Differences in costs between companies can be expected... but really? $3700 dollare worth?
Usually very good shopping experience but today not so much. Loaded 80 pavers and some paver pads onto cart left it in garden area for 15 minutes to get paint in store . Cart was taken and items returned to shelves by store employees. I just left the store and Ill shop there another day
I have been shopping at this homedepot for the past 8 years and have seen customer service degrading over time. I now go out of my way to shop at Lowes or if I have to go to homedepot, I visit the one in Brea.I find staff at this location rude and just down right condescending. Really a sad thing to see as this is one of the larger, nicer facilities nearest to my home. I have always had weird, horrible experiences due to staff craziness the last few visits here. No More!!I really do hope corporate care enough to check so.e of these reviews at this place.
It was time to trim my pomegranate tree, and Im getting to old for this, so I needed a new tree trimmer (still cheaper than paying someone). Two employees were talking to each other, and told me where to look by pointing, but it would have been nice for one of them to accompany me.I looked for trimmers, but didnt really find anything on a pole, especially under $100. Finally a great employee came and explained everything and sold me the display model of a pole saw (think small chain saw on a 10 pole) for $10 off. He helped me try it out and adjust the length shorter (because of the weight being at the end, its pretty unwieldy fully extended). He also got another employee to cut the very thick zip ties with his knife and walked me to the garden register to make sure she gave me $10 off.That Ryobi trimmed my tree in half the time it used to take and didnt mall or break once.
I shop this store quite a bit. Its a superstore so it has more appliances and decorating options. Ive remodelled 3 houses and this location has been very helpful. Recently i bought a washer, dryer, fridge and range. Brittani in appliances was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I did my internet homework but she knows everything. If you are looking for a large appliance talk to her.
I would not give it a star, but cannot do that. If you have a Pro Account and plan to spend more than $1,500.00 I recommend to go to other Home Depot such as in Lake Forest, Irvine, Redlands, Riverside, Chino, Mission Viejo, Hemet, Banning and Laguna Beach. I had the worst experience ever here at this Home Depot. Unless if you are getting helped by Sophia, she honestly made the experience better for being so humble and kind and understanding the situation. I was there at 6 am to get Milwaukee tools. I purchased a good amount on Milwaukee tools and the Milwaukee guy gave me 2 free bags. Went to another Home Depot to purchase more Milwaukee tools and the Milwaukee guy asked if I was going to purchase more. Said no since I had already purchased enough. Asked me how much I had spend and told him and told me to return everything and to go back with him and purchase the tools and he was going to give me a tool for free for the amount of the purchase I did. Came back to this store and Sophia was at the entry of the store and asked if I was going to return everything and said yes. Asked me as to why and let her know what the Milwaukee guy had told me. She said that it was fine and for me to grab a tool so I can get it for free for the purchase I had done. I did and it was roughly around $200.00 for the tool. Jeff heard and came over and said that I cannot get that tool and showed me another tool of around $100.00 and said that I can get that tool for free. I told him that I had already have that tool and there is no point for me to get. He was rude and said he cant give me any other discount. So I was going to return it all until Sophia helped me and said that it was fine to get the tool I first got. I had always liked this Home Depot for their varieties on Milwaukee tools. Today was the worst experience I had ever had especially on the amount I spent. I dont recommend it to any one unless Sophia helps you especially being a business owner.
While Home Depot is very large its not always very well stocked. It seems the highest rated items found on there web site are seldom in stock at the store. This has happened on numerous recent occasions with me. So I order the items I dont need in a hurry and pick up at their will call counter. But beware you need to be patient with Home Depots free freight its turtle slow 5-7 days? Some HD items may ship quicker but not always. Another issue I have is the items rated 4-5 stars can often be purchased in stock at Amazon sometimes for less but ship for free within 48 hours. But lastly its really hard to find knowledgeable help at HD. Seems Im often training their employees. Went to recently buy a lighted LED rocker switch. The HD trained employee didnt even know the ones they were selling in the store were marked in fine print on side of the box not for use with LED bulbs. Why sell something like that when everyone is switching over to LED bulbs.
This is a nice Home Depot, Id give them a 5 star rating, but when Home Depot has a fall out with one of their vendors , the customer is the one that suffers. We had bought shutters from them that came with a lifetime warranty, but since they no longer deal with the vendor/manufacturer they could not help us when we had a problem with the product we bought from Home Depot.
Welcome to the local dog pound or dog show. Now I like dogs, but this is a way to much, dogs are everywhere and it really makes me mad, particularly when my son and I who is 2 years old walking down an isle when 2 different dogs, one big and one medium sized end up barking and nipping at each other/semi fight. We were close and one of the dogs turned and barked/nipped at us as we were close. This is extremely unsafe environment for young children, especially on the weekends where I probably counted 15+ different dogs. This is a big law suit waiting to happen. Thankfully my son was not bit.Please fix this!!I overheard another couple complaining about it to each other as I was walking by, we both shared our frustrations and they have 2 dogs at home and leave them there because thats where they belong. I brought it up to the assistant general manager and hes like sorry I cant do anything, its corporate. Well got to start somewhere so here is my Yelp and also Google review.
If you need a specific tool in a hurry, check out this location.Needed an orbital sander that wasnt available in the other Home Depots in the Orange County area. Unknown to me this is a Super Store Home Depot. Im not completely sure what that means bit the store was much larger in general with a greater selection in just about every department. I only wish this was closer to my home.
Super Home Depot off the 91 and Wier canyon, is a joke.. all kinds of people wearing home depot aprons, standing around with there hands in their pockets ignoring paying customers, and as far as their paint department, NO MINERAL SPIRITS, NO PAINT THINER, NO BASIC WHITE FLAT PAINT, RACK FOR 50 PLUS PAINT BRUSHES, WITH A SELECTION OF ONLY 3!! WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND TODAY... HOME DEPOT SUPER STORE IS A SUPER DISAPPOINTMENT..😡👎

2022-05-20I ended up not purchasing anything because I was there looking for a range hood and their inventory was scarce. However, I was taken by the amount, sizes, and health of their indoor plants. My goodness, it took my ALL to not purchase anything, but I was on a mission to find that range hood. Even though I didnt have any interaction with the employees, I did experience watching them help others and they seemed friendly and helpful. If I didnt live so far, this would be my preferred Home Depot.

2019-07-02This store is HUGE. I heard it was one of the largest in the nation. The selection at this Home Depot is awesome. There is a large display of kitchen and bathroom ideas set up to look at.

2022-02-16Love will call. So easy generally. Sometimes asking for a pre-built bbq for instance doesnt get sent to will call even though asked for in online order. Staff great though and they brought over pre-built grill right away.

2022-01-18I purchased 3 appliances with a specific delivery date. Found all 3 and scheduled the delivery. The day of the delivery (after confirming days before) I got back online to track the order. The order was pushed to Feb another month out. No emails, not calls, texts, nothing. This was tragic. I contacted HD Anaheim Hills and spoke to an amazing employee Amber. She was very helpful and rather than apologize and make excuses for HD she took responsibility of the situation and was very helpful. I went to Best Buy and was able to get what I needed and delivered on the agreed date. This is the second time HD has done this to me. I will no longer be using HD for my large purchases. Very unreliable. Best Buy was super reliable in a tight situation and didnt use the wild card we have all come to accept.

2021-12-07My favorite Home Depot. They have lots of roses at good price and quality and 1 year guarantee! The workers in this store are very helpful and very nice. At times, they offer help with out being asked.
