This place was absolutely worth every penny spent! The burgers were perfect and delicious! I got the Santa Barbara burger and my wife got the Portobello & swiss burger. We split the burgers in half and tried each. (Our first time at this burger joint) Not only were the burgers BOTH phenomenal, but the fries were also great, as well as the Unsweetened TEA! It is very rare that the unsweetened tea is fresh and they hit it on the spot! Very well done to the crew working there! Worth every penny spent!
Never in my life have I been to a burger place like this. First off, the person working the drive thru was nice. Actually...nice. AND...not only were the burgers Amazeballs, so were the fries. But, the kicker was the tea. Unsweetened and fresh...WHAT?? And it was midday. Unbelievable! Where have you been all my life?? So, if you are ever in this area, this is a must have stop for all the travelers out there. Its a little pricey. But, thats California for ya. Definitely worth every penny though. Wish they had a location in the Midwest. Probably wouldnt be as good though. Thank you for giving me something else to look forward to when we make our way back out to California!

If I could leave no stars I would; we went to this location for lunch and ordered our usuals, they did not only get our first order wrong, but the second one as well. We will not be coming back to this location for a LONG time. Our order was the simplest thing you could make. Our first order was a Double Char with Lettuce, Cheese, and Raw Onions. The second order was a Double Char with Pickles and Tomato. How can someone mess up a order this easy?? Make no sense to me..
Ordered curbside delivery and had to wait, since all curbside spaces were in use. Wound up waiting an additional 20 minutes because they couldnt find my car! Had to go inside to get my food, which was cold by then, and went home. I was very disappointed with the service, and will not be ordering curbside again.
Chicken was dry and you forgot to put my hamburger in the bag for my drive thru order. I should have double checked but I didnt. I tried to call when I got home but it was only a recording of instructions on ordering not complaints, so I have no receipt and no hamburger and a dry chicken sandwich.
Habit has the best (fast food) burgers of all. The variety of burgers are by far better than the rest.

Always order green salad chicken, they always have the worst customer service. I think their employees are unhappy. They put OLD salad greens, couple people I know wont have their salads because of it. Sometimes its true. Jus sayn.
Habit has an issue with consistency. Some restaurants are good whole others need some work. This location definitely needs to focus on food quality. Burger was dry burnt and incredible.
Good food but when I ordered through drive through they didnt give me my full order. Just always check your order before you leave otherwise youll have to drive all the way back there. Super inconvenient
I have been here three times (one drive thru, two dine in) and so far the experiences have been great. I like the Mango lemonade, the Char sourdough sandwich and my fries with the blue cheese dip.

The food was not as good as normal I ordered a double char burger it did not taste fresh it tasted like it was left over or over cooked I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich it was fair also nothing special or spectacular I do not get the value meal package as no matter what you tell them they always fill the cup with ice with very little of the beverage and the fries most of the time taste soggy or are cold they must use very poor quality oil or never filter or change the oil for the deep fryers Ive ordered the grill chicken salad which is OK or fair but the thousand island dressing is very poor quality is the reason it always tastes like its bitter or sour or be cause is made with high fructose corn syrup instead of sugar because its very cheap and basically has no expiration date this also another reason I no longer purchase French fries at the habit the ketchup they provide also has high fructose corn syrup Ive called and sent emails several times to the corporate office with no response I guess their way is to only use quality products only when its very cheap but their slogan is theres no substitute for quality what a big lie this I really only go the habit for my wifes sake because she has a very sensitive stomach I personally would rather go to jack in the box great food at a reasonable price plus they have a lot more locations wcs.
My favorite burgers in the area. In & Out right across the street and I never even look that way. Staff is always cool and on top of it and service is quick as a freshly made burger can be. Top marks all around

Green beans and French fries were good but not much else
Im a really particular eater. So, I dont eat any preservatives, any flour &/or refined sugar products. As a result, the one treat Ill occasionally allow myself are sweet potato fries. Along with that Ill get me a lettuce wrapped chicken breast or burger, no cheese, with plenty veggies, but none of that mayo &/or mustard. My point? They have, exactly, what I need. And not just that, but tasty as ever. Its, pretty much, of of the ONLY burger or fast-food joint Ill deal with, period. I love that they have healthy options. And the food taste delicious. The reason they didnt get a five star rating, today, is because I asked for no cheese and they added it, in spite of my request. Not to mention its not costly as it could be to have a delicious, heath conscious meal.

Took my son here all he wanted was some fries 🍟 he ordered and they gave his order to someone else. I had to get out my car to see what was taking so long 😩 15 mins he was waiting However one of the Cashiers gave my son a free milkshake 🥛😏 usually this is my favorite In and Out

So this site is not a habit for me personally. While the grand kids love it... I found the tables were not clean / sanitized even though the sticker they taped on the table. Also miss the Rib-eye stake sandwich they now serve try tip. Guess I will have to drive to Kidders.

The habit is my favorite place to get a great burger. The staff was quick to help us, food was made quick but not too quick and I could tell how fresh the meat was. We ordered for 5 and every burger had something specific about it, which they managed to do, not mixing anything up. Tables were clean. Restroom was maintained perfectly. Ambiance was great for a burger place. Manager was in the thick of it, working side by side with her staff assuring every order was prepared perfectly.
We ordered Portabella Charburger with Veggie Patties with everything on it. Due to current stay at home orders due to Covid, place was open for takeout or drive through only. Service was very good and pretty quick as well. Portabella burgers were simply amazing. I like Habit Burgers. Highly recommend this place.
New restaurant with a pretty spacious parking lot. Prices are decent for quality burger you get. Taste fresh and have a very basic to the point menu to keep it simple. Clean dinning area, no bums lingering inside or outside of restaurant is a huge plus!

Best drive through experience Ive had since covid started , it was busy but we didnt feel rushed while ordering , and the man at the window was very friendly and even asked us if we wanted ketchup . We got our order quickly, food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Hope more restaurants can be like you.
The burgers are good... I would like to complaint about the cooks none of the cooks had nets on. The female had a long ponytail I watched her as she swung that ponytail around the food it looked disgusting please train your cooking crew to use hair nets the food was compromised Im also reporting this to the health department hair nets are very important and gloves I noticed cashier was touching the money touching the mouth part the cups she handed two customers the person at the window was handling money french fries no hair net long ponytail there are so many violations I can go on for days
Now thats a burger! Of course I got the double charbroiled with no cheese or onions. Fabulous! I never had a burger this good come from a fast food joint. The french fries I can actually say were perfect. Cooked to perfection! Tasted fresh to me!The line was rather long but the wait wasnt to bad. I didnt have a chance to go inside but the place is brand new so its bound to be nice inside.Its definitely not cheap. I paid close to $10.00 for my meal. It was worth every penny!! Check them out! The food chain is popping up everywhere.
I cant believe Im just trying this place. So far Ive tried the tri -tip, grilled chicken sandwich, and a couple of their salads. Its a bit pricey, but really good. Fyi their Limeade drink is bomb too!
With the dining area closed off due to COVID, the drive thru line is long like everywhere else. The staff worked quickly; waited behind 8 cars and still got through in about 10 minutes. My order was correct and the food tasted great.

I am very disappointed! I usually come here during lunch time, but my husband and I got a night craving and we drove home with our order. It was disappointed to see that his chicken sandwich and sweet potatoes fried were burned. He is the one to never complaint but he could not even eat it because he could taste the burned flavor. I understand is 10pm but quality needs to remain the same, specially since we pay more than we would at other fast food place to get better quality.

I went here to get a late night meal and ordered a few items. When I got home, I noticed that even though I asked twice to add avocado… They weren’t on the burger. I wrote a quick email the next day to their customer service to tell them what happened and lo and behold I was shocked when I found free coupons in the mail within a week with an apology letter to ask me to please try them again. Talk about great customer service and wanting business! I went a few days later and used one of the coupons. It was legit & the burger was amazing. Due to the Quick response and wonderful customer service… I will definitely be coming back to this location again and again.
Really great burgers. Hot and delicious onion rings and quick service. We carried it back to the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it altho the restaurant also looked very welcoming. They offer delivery, but I needed the walk so went to the location.
I ordered the regular cheese burger and sweet potato fries. I went thru the drive thru at 6:30pm. The wait wasnt long the sweet potato fries were outstanding but the bun on burger was so soggy that I had to throw the bread away! I dont know if they dont drain their lettuce or what happened because when I tried to call them, I couldnt talk to a human! The burger would have been good IF it hadnt had been a soggy mess! I actually went back after my first bad experience and now its my favorite burger and fries. I still dont like not being able to talk to a person when theres a problem which is why they only get 4 stars.
I parked in curbside and walked in and ordered. I asked I they they could bring my food out to me informed them I was parked in curbside. I know they are extremely slow. I was told No. So I canceled my order and decided to write a review instead. I never write reviews but I didnt want to sit in the extra long.drive through line.
We use to love coming here but have stopped since we lately would constantly get awful customer service. We would either get our orders handed to us wrong or our burgers pink on the inside. What I hate even more is to have to talk to staff and for them to get mad or give me bad customer service. Im not there asking for free food or getting anything for free. Im a paying customer asking you to please get my order right or make my food well done.

Brought my mom here because I loved the quality meat and reasonable prices. She loved it as much as I did. The quality of the burger meat is the best Ive ever had even in fancier restaurants. I will come back again and again and I will bring more friends and family.
Visited this location like many times before and today we were asked for our vaccine cards before we could order. Thats pushing things WAY TOO FAR. We wont be back....to ANY of their locations, ever again.

Horrible. They smashed 4 large items in one bag so it came out all smashed & soggy. There was one burger missing also. This is the second time we ordered from them months apart- I will not be ordering from them ever again. I will consistently tell anyone I know they dont care about quality (this Habit Burger location) . Whoever works there needs to fix whose messing up orders.

Swear to Christ weeping on a cross, this has to be the worst fast food place Ive ever eaten at. The orders are always wrong, and the food tastes like its been dropped on the floor multiple times. And trust me...Ive eaten plenty of food off of the floor. This place is also 2x as much as the BK right next door which is tolerable yet still better. Save yourself a trip to the toilet and eat anywhere else.
Loved the salad w/chicken. Went around 4 pm or so. Quiet, service was outstanding. Staff came to table 3 times to see if we needed anything. Missed a star becuz husband not happy with burger ... No salt/pepper while cooking.

This place is amazing! The food is great and fresh. The staff are really nice and very patient with people orders (even if they are a bit complicated). The only downfall to this location is that its only been open for 2 weeks and so the staff can make a mistake. It happens to me, but they easily accepted it and made me wanted I had asked for. So overall really good!
Tasty food. Great burgers weather beef, vege or tuna. Lemonades are delicious (have two kinds usually) Also tempura green beans and sweet potato fries. Make sure to ask for ranch with the green beans their the best that way.

Avoid this LOCATION in Antioch, and go to the Brentwood location. Same menu prepared differently. Crispy chicken sandwich made twice was fried to burnt and by the time you peeled off all the batter you had a nugget for $10.00. Greenbeans were tasteless. Complete opposite in Brentwood. Sandwich thick seasoned to perfection. Green beans were flavorful and hot. NEVER DO ANTIOCH LOCATION. MAJIR FAIL I PROMISE
UPDATE: customer service got ahold of me and fixed it.Food is good. When they get the order right. I ordered an entire meal with vegetarian options and they put meat instead. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing for the error they told us it was our fault and that there is an additional fee and did not apologize for it. I dont feel its right that I should have to pay for their mistake and a mistake that couldve made my sisters vegetarian kids sicK.
Delicious burgers and inexpensive. Quick and easy drive thru. Their chicken sandwich is YUMMY and very crispy. Cant wait to try their tuna and tri-tip. They also have a delicious ginger drink with basil and lemon. My favorite place to stop
This location isn’t a place I would order online or use doordash. In my experience they always mess up my order. On my receipt it saids fries but what I was sweet potato fries. I order a double char but instead got a single char. This has happen to me more than once. I don’t know if it’s lack of training or they can’t read. I rather go to the other locations.

Good food and great indoor atmosphere! The only complaint will be the location is in a shady area. While we were eating I seen some questionable people lurking around AND its location is next to a hotel, but overall good spot!

One of my favorite (the other is In-N-Out) burger joints. Location is clean and their burgers are fresh. Their fried green beans are a healthier must try than their french fries and onion rings.
1st, but definitely not the last time. This place was amazing! The ladies up front were helpful and very nice.The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean and very inviting!! Fed a family of 6 for about $66. Very well priced for delicious food.
This location had a drive thru! I was excited. The line moved quickly. And I must say my Ahi Tuna Filet sandwich was perfect(looked better than when I usually go and eat in). It was Cooked perfect and fresh. The tomatoes were nice a red, not discolored at all, same for the lettuce. It was nice crisp and green. Everything was scrumdiddlyumptious. I only wish they gave you banana peppers and peppers on the side(or maybe they do and I just didnt ask)
Love their super food salad. Dont know how to explain why its soooo good but it is! And its alot of food considering most fast food salads and they have lettuce other than romaine and iceberg.

Burger is RAW, they forgot my fries, charged me #32+ for 3 under cooked burgers and no fries. Im not sure if its door dash issue or Habit. I would say its Habit!!!!! They then wanted me to go and pick up my fries after I paid that money and they forgot them! Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!
Was actually going somewhere else, but it was closed we ended up at The Habit. The gurl behind the counter was very helpful suggesting something for me. I tried it and was sooo happy I did ! Their Portabella mushroom burger is the BOMB!!!! I LOVE IT !!! You have to go there !! Its clean, has great people working there, and the burgers are awesome !!!

I went through the drive-through. the girl that was on drive-through just couldn’t get my order right, I had to repeat it like 10 times and they still gave me the wrong stuff! just worst experience ever!I love the habit Burger but they need to really take their time and training this particular employee especially if they’re going to be working the drive-through!
Ive been anticipating the opening of this location for weeks because its less than 2 miles from us.. I checked Googlemap everyday for two weeks and was excited to finally see it open The staff were nice and friendly. I went thru the drive thru around 6:15pm. I was the only one in line so yay to no waiting.I ordered two number ones, one with cheese and no pickles. At the drive thru window I added an order of green beans.The french fries were fresh and hot. The green beans were fresh and hot but disappointed at the portion size. This is not the normal portion. Not worth the extra $ paid for.The cheeseburger had pickles even though it was ordered without. BOTH burgers looked and tasted like its been sitting for awhile. The buns were flat, burned too much and hard on the edges. The meat were room temperature. These were not made to order. This is not what we have been waiting for for weeks and bragging to friends about.We will go back again and hoping this was just a fluke.

Stopped at the Antioch location. I was greeted by Mariana who took my order with a smile. All staff appeared to enjoy working there. If Im on the area again I will go there compared to any other place to eat.
This Is The Best Habit Location Ive Been To. Very Clean, Employees Are Super Nice & Friendly Plus They Brought The Food To Our Table. During Our Stay The Employees Asked If Everything Was Alright & If We Needed Anything. Definitely A Recommend Location. Also The Fries Tasted Great & They Didnt Taste Like They Were Left Out For Awhile.

The Menu includes A Fried Chicken Sandwich that is truly delicious with fries and a drink. They also offer their famous Charboiled Burger, Beautifully Done Salads. They have a very nice variety of food .Their Menu has a little something for everyone.

Its been a while since I have been to the Habit. It was pretty good. The food was hot. It was made tha the way I asked. It was a good experience.
The 1 star is about the service not the food. First I call my order in for one hamburger, this took almost 10 minutes. When arrive I was told my order hadnt arrived from corp yet and was told it might take another 5 or 10 minutes for them to get the order. I thought this was not right so I ask to speak to a manager. A person comes out didnt apologize and started telling me that it takes 10 minutes for them to get the order from corporate, she was so rude so I asked asked for the district managers number. I call the district manager Miguel and I cant even leave him a message because his voice mail is full. I got a refund and went across the street to Togos.

Thanksgiving eve drive thru .. 11/21 I ordered a bbq chicken salad.. I dont know if it was because it was l late around 9pm or what .. but at 3am I woke up with a bad tummy ache and gas.. My boyfriend got a burger and fry and he too experienced the same symptoms.We dont live in Antioch and eWas just grabbing something on the way home this is our 2nd time visiting this branch in AntiochThe staff was friendly and professional.. but maybe going after 9pm Is a bad idea.ThanksKelly

Customer service is horrible. Had to take my food back 3 times because it was wrong. The manager even snapped at us as if it was our fault the food was made wrong. No apology, just anger at us. Unfortunately this is more common than not at this location.
Good burgers if you want something special. If youre just getting a cheeseburger go to In N Out across the street. Drive through is SOOOOOO SLOW! more than 6 cars, just go inside and get it to go.
If you want a healthy delicious tasting Burger this is the place to go they have made it right for me every time I have been there it tastes like a real authentic Burger in their fries are amazing as well also I would recommend going for the large drink cuz its only $0.15 more
They really make the best hamburger Ive ever tasted. And their frys are delicious. Nothing out there like it. You have to try it and see for yourself.

Pretty quick if you go through the drive-thru. The tempura green beans are delicious. Staff is courteous.

Fresh burgers. Grilled chicken, fried chicken, tri tips. This place wasnt busy during 5pm. They do have pagers for when your food is ready so I bet they can get very busy

Burgers are always fresh and friendly staff. Lots of parking available as well. If you’re thinking of visiting during the weekday lunch hour be prepared for some long lines.

I liked my order this time (double char-broil w/swiss on sourdough) vs last time (tri-tip on sourdough) meat had to much gristle and the bread fell apart.

The Santa Barbara char used to be good. The bread would be crunchy not soggy. The one in Pittsburg does not make the Santa Barbara char like the one in Concord by Concord Avenue in Concord ca 94520

2022-03-30Food is great most of the time. But you have to check your bag before you drive away. This time all 3 meals had over cooked fries and they did not put my avocado on my burger but charged me for it.

2021-09-26What is great about this place is the ability to really customize an order. I order their veggie burger, substituted the wheat bun for Ciabatta, added mushrooms, avocado, and I asked for no cheese and what do you know? Something healthy and yummy all for a good price! Love comin thru after the gym for a pick me up.

2022-04-01If you can start getting the orders right, I can finally enjoy what I always order. . . a burger. Why would you only send fries and tempura peas in a huge bag? No burgers inside. Oh but lets not forget the soda. I like the food here, but not how they handle food. Not even paying attention for even ketchup. Get your stuff together, how can someone mess up so much in the evenings? No order I submit is always done right, always missing items.

2022-03-29Added 6/7/21: I tried the new Brunch charburger, very tasty but the Brioche bun gets so soggy!Santa Barbara charburger is still my favorite, the avacado and toasted sour dough bread is great!Nice and clean restaurant and restrooms!Great and fast service with a smile.Hard to beat this place in Antiochs fast food alley!
