We had our wedding on May 14 in the Rose Room and we are so happy with the way everything turned out. Kat was our day of coordinator and she was a pleasure to work with. On the actual day, her and Uzma were so helpful and put my mind at ease. They were quick to make a couple changes the day of and were very attentive. Thank you both! I highly recommend their vendors as well. We used Master Entertainment as the DJ and the music was on point. Our guest were dancing the whole night! The LED floor and up lighting provided by them were top notch. Most of all, Guillermo at Evolution Flowers! He took the space and our wedding to the next level with his floral arrangements and decorations. Our guest mentioned that the bartender and servers were all extremely helpful and attentive. The food was delicious as well. Overall, highly recommend this venue for your future event.

My now husband and I had originally booked an AirBnb to have our small wedding at. After our host pretty much cancelled out event 3 days before, my spouse and I started to panic and went searching for venues that allowed weddings during COVID. My husband wrote to Liz and she got in contact with him within 5 minutes of him writing to her. That night we went to look at the venue. As soon as we finished the tour my husband and I looked at each other and agreed this place was perfect! We signed everything that night.Being such short notice, my now husband and I pretty much had a lot of our wedding stuff booked (photo booth, sound, lighting, etc.), Liz was very understanding and was able to accommodate to us. I had even asked her for a backdrop for our center table the night before and she was able to do it! Liz did everything in a span of 2 days. You have no idea how relieved we were when Liz had a plan for everything.We highly recommend having your event here. Liz will not disappoint you! She made our wedding beautiful and unforgettable.

The entrance, when coming from the parking lot, was not well identified. The space was plenty large enough, and the food/drinks were good. The downside was that it was very noisy. As best I could tell there was no sound deadening. With about 100 people there talking it was very hard to hear anyone near you talking.

I had previously inquired on viewing this location & had different people reach out to me about giving me a walk through claiming they were coordinators which was a but confusing but I received a call from one of them name kat and stated she would give me the tour. I made an appointment with almost a week in advanced the next day after booking I had to move our appointment from 11 to 12:30 which they said was no issue. I received a confirmation text the day of the walk through about 30 minutes before which I responded to that I would be there shortly. I arrived to the location around 12:20 and I loved the area it was in. I texted the number letting them know I arrived (mind this was the instructions provided). My fiancé and I got off to go to the sales office the doors are see through so we saw she was with a client which is totally fine but she completely pretended not to see us we went back to the car and waited. At 12:40 I decided to text another number they provided I called & texted no answer. I waited almost 40 minutes with 0 response from Kat while she was in the building. I was so upset and left I received a call almost an hour later asking if I still wanted to see it I was so angry I just hung up. The disappointing part is I had a great experience with Liz who I had met viewing another location only for this other coordinator to completely discourage from booking here at all.

We had our daughters quince here and i definitely recommend The Grand Theater for your party needs. Liz and her team were 110% the best in everything that they do. the food tasted great, Liz and her team were super helpful and accommodating in every way possible. The venue is beautiful and we will definitely have our next big event at The Grand Theater! *****

We visited The Grand Theatre In March of 2021, Excited with our Daughter to hold her Quince here! During the time signing the Contract with Liz ( the owners wife ) we asked her.. With COVID and things being crazy, if something happens, how difficult would it be to change the date? She said.. No worries, we are flexible - the contract says we dont move dates, but we know times are crazy. Fast forward, after making regular payments to them- COVID destroyed our family business. We reached out and asked if they would change the date or refund - After some debate- they decided to charge us $1900.00 to change the date!!! After trying to pick a date, for whatever reason our dates for the following year kept being picked- therefore pushed the date over a month away from our daughters birthday! We kindly asked for a refund, and we were told to refer to the contract where it states NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS, NO MONEY BACK AT ALL!!!!!!! Now, they were willing to keep $1900.00 to change the date, which Is not in their contract either but to refund us our money now that things dont work out at all.. SHAME! Times are difficult, and the false statement Liz made, on how easy it would be to make changes, is UNTRUE! They are now keeping THOUSANDS of DOLLARS and rendering NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!Update to Lizs reply-At no point during the initial discussion did you ever state that there would be a $1900.00 fee to change the date. If you and your team were willing to then change the date for almost $2k, what would the difference be if we had yet to pick a date in 2022? Each time we tried picking a new date in 2022 it was taken we can not just PICK a date that has NOTHING to do with our Daughters Birthday- The pressure that you put on us during difficult times and trying to tell us that dates FAR out into 2022 were taken? But yet you had just explained to others that you do not book out further that a year at a time? If We started negotiating dates for 2022 in Aug- for Oct 2022 thats more that a year out- VERY unreasonable- You all were pleasant while collecting the money... but that was it. Once we let you know what happened and how bad things had gotten- you were less concerned- I see no reason why you would see it fit to keep ALL of the monies we paid into the event above the $1900.00. If you were willing to do a date change and KEEP the $1900.00 while still hosting another event on the same date.. you can refund the rest of the money we paid you- as you are not going to render services- You wanted us to push the date out well into LATE November of 2022 and each time we came back to you the dates were magically taken. Just absolutely wrong! GUYS- we are all living through a PANDEMIC and difficult times, if you are a small business owner and have been effected by COVID- and other factors- DO NOT PLAN AN EVENT WITH THEM-

I had to postpone my wedding like 3 times due to the pandemic. I was lucky enough to find this place for my small wedding. I saw many venues and no service can compare to this one! My now husband and I met with Liz (Elizabeth). We talked and got a tour of the place. Everything was too good to be true. We could not wait another year to get married. And nothing better to get married on our 10 year anniversary!! From that first meeting I knew we had to book this place and no questions asked. My husband thought I was crazy but agreed to book the place.I got so many compliments about how elegant the wedding look. We had the Rose room which has been repainted and looks so elegant!! I could not have done this without Liz and her amazing staff. On top of it the food was delicious!!! Everyone loved it!! We had the florentine chicken, pasta and mashed potatoes. My picky husband had his birria just for him. I am glad they were able to accomodate for him. They provided excellent service and drinks and cleaned up well for the guest. Liz is also a planner and helped us with setting up the event!! I greatly appreciate all the help! Even the bartenders were helpful and the guest enjoyed their drinks! Everything was done professionally and highly recommend this place!

There for a jiu-jitsu event. Nice theatre setting comfy seats.
