The massages here are top notch and super relaxing! We’ve been several times, our first was for a couple massage. I love how you feel relaxed when it ends and just that warm feeling throughout the rest of the day. That’s how it should be. It’s a little pricey but well worth it for the quality. Very covid cautious which was good to see. We will back soon for another special occasion in the future.

I am a regular at The Garden Spa. Have had a very good experience each time. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The masseurs find the spots where you have some tightness or have pain and work on them effectively. I plan to keep going back regularly.

Amazing massage by Ricardo! I will go every single week or twice a month because this guy really knows what he does. My back was in so much pain and he knew exactly how to treat it. The best massage I ever had, and everything super clean and the bed was warm too and he put warm pads in my back while massaging other areas, truly amazing!

I love this place! Very unassuming exterior but the inside is beautiful, very calming and lovely. I am a stickler for cleanliness and COVID regulations and they are doing a great job, with screening, frequent cleaning and air purifiers as well as mandatory masking. I have had 2 massages with Amy and she is AMAZING! Prices are very reasonable compared to other spas in the area. Check it out!!
Clean. Smells good. Private rooms. Clean bathroom. Attentive, knowledgeable receptionist, Nguyen. Electronic web-based scheduling, including text intake forms and reminders (hello 21st century!). Masseuse Lily was familiar with my request from the electronic intake form, and asked me to confirm or revise (personal) 90 min deep tissue massage was just the right amount pressure, pain, crackling, stretching. Walked away as lumber and relaxed as could be! Lily was professional and respectful. This place so much better than those cheapie “reflexology” places, with gigantic rooms, one-size-fits-all masseuses with limited experience and smell like their last cigarette break or their garlicky lunch. 😖Garden Spa- I will buy a membership for discounted repeat visits. Hidden gem - recommended.
First, Ive been waiting for a massage for so long and they did not disappoint. I was curious how the outdoor massage was going to be set and I was pleasantly surprised. They have it set up beautifully, taking all precautions and STILL delivering great service. Not going to lie I think I prefer outside better. This was my first time to the spa and I will be coming again soon for the 90min. Thank you again team!

I visited this place this morning and had an hour of Swedish massage done by Henry. I must say it was the best massage I got in many years! My shoulder is bothering me for over six months and I tried massages, acupuncture, hot stones, chiropractic. After todays session, I feel so much better and I decided to purchase additional 5 sessions with Henry! Highly recommend this place and mostly, Henry :)

Probably the best massage experience I have had! Taha was very thorough not too rough and made sure my trouble areas were tended to, rubbed out unites and tendion in my neck! Lena was my daughters msdsage therapist and she is begging to go back, took care of her back pains, and relieved stress areas fully. We both left and will definitely be coming back as soon as they can reopen due to COVID (so frustrating!) Highly highly recommend! The place is so clean, smells so incredible, very relaxing tight when you walk in!
Theyve canceled my reservations last-minute 4 times, without even attempting to reschedule. I guess its OK for them to cancel with no accountability but if *you* cancel within 12 hrs they charge you. Not coming back to a place that has zero respect for my time.
Love the Garden Spa! They are a super friendly staff and Amy N. is great! I always book an appointment with her. The place is very clean and elegant. Everyone there take proper precautions and you must wear a mask while you get a massage so everyone stays safe. I highly recommend this place!
A-ma-zing. The decor is clean and understated. The front desk person was was pleasant and welcoming. But the 5 star magic was Laura. I told her what I wanted her to work on in the beginning and then changed mind halfway through because what she was doing felt so good. More, please! A fantastic massage from a true professional. Got 3 massages booked for me and my friends. We had the 60 min deep tissue. They have the sweetest and nicest receptionists! I was able to book on the phone and they price matched on groupon. I had Taha and my bf had Henry. Both were very great! Taha concentrated on every knot on my body and I was very surprised by how many I had. I recommend getting the 90 min session for an even longer experience. Did not want my massage to end. He also did this massage on my forehead that made me absolutely melt. Next time I hope to try the hot stones for $10 extra! The massage room had dim lighting, gentle music and was very relaxing!
First time at this place and will definitely go back. Booked a ninety minute deep tissue massage and it was heavenly. Taha was my massage therapist with magic hands. Great pressure, with focus on those areas I needed and he really knew the pressure points to hit to really give me a relaxing experience. Highly recommend. Ask for Taha!!
Booking the massage appointment was easy through their website. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by the receptionist who quickly lead me to my room. A lady who I assumed was going to be my therapists brought me some warm water right afterwards before I even had a chance to undress. The facilities were nicely decorated and seemed very clean. My appointment was for 12:30 pm, and I had booked an appointment with Evon based on all the reviews.However, I waited for 30 minutes in the room and no one ever came to give me a massage or tell me they were running late. I finally got dressed again, and went out to talk to the receptionist. She acted like she had forgotten about me and quickly lead me back to the room where she told me Laura would be coming in to give me a massage but she was running late because her current client was complaining. This was not reassuring. This was also confusing since I had booked an appointment with Evon.Laura came in to give me a massage 30 minutes after my initial appointment time. She was kind, but the massage was so light I felt she was only massaging my skin. She spent maybe 10 minutes on my back, and most of the time on my legs. I had to request she spend more time on my back, which is why I was there.At no point, did anyone apologize for making me wait an extra 30 minutes or the change in therapist. I will not be returning again.
Treated myself to a massage a few weeks ago when they were operating outside. Everyone was careful and followed safety guidelines. The outside accommodations were comfortable and private and the therapy was a welcome escape from everything going on right now. I am looking forward to returning soon now that they are back inside.

Wow, wow, wow! This is my second time here and each time has been fantastic. I have been trained as a Massage Therpist in New Mexico and Lily and Sarah exceeded everything I was expecting. The place is punctual, extremely clean and professional.

Deep tissue was so painful for my girlfriend and I. We asked for softer and they did not listen. We’ve had deep tissue and this was another level. Will not be going back again.

2021-10-21The spa room was very peaceful with perfect lighting and peaceful music. As I got onto the table the table was slightly warm but just right.As the masseuse entered the room she asked me let me know if I put too much pressure or apply more pressure during the massage.After finishing massage the masseuse turned on the light and noticed that the light was too bright for me so she adjusted it dimmer for me.Overall I had a great experience here for my first time here I would definitely come back here again !!!

2022-04-25We live in Hayward and book a couples deep tissue massage after reading the reviews, we took our chances just to drive there for a massage. I guess we set our expectation too high. The atmosphere was nice, clean and relaxing with friendly staff but It was a OK visit for. We were expecting more of deep tissue just then forearm strokes. My husband did get a little more deep tissue then me thou. We were a little disappointed and it was not worth the drive and price.

2022-06-01The massage is really worth MORE than the price. I was not really feeling well and all in pain when I visit the spa but i feel revived and feeling great after the massage. Shiela is a good therapist. You can see and feel the good service .I will surely recommend to my friends to come again.Thank you so much

2022-09-05My wife and I recently had a couple massage here. The environment was very nice, clean, and relaxing with sounds of flowing water and smells of lavender. Both our massage therapists were excellent, providing nice amounts of pressure covering our entire bodies. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

2022-05-15Had a relaxing 90min Swedish massage. Peter was very professional and asked feedback questions about pressure and trouble areas to target. Rooms were clean. Only slightly frustrating part was trying to book 2 massages on one account via their website. Ended up having to make separate accounts and book them separately. Nothing against the massage though. Will definitely be going back.

2022-04-20The massage was more swedish than deep, next time I will get full deep. Very relaxing experience, and nice staff. Great rates, makes it affordable to get a massage each month.Made an appointment online 10 days in advance for me and my sister to get a couples massage.They texted and called me on 3 different occasions. Once to move my appointment back 30 minutes, once yo let me know we will be massaged by one male and one female, and the last time to let us know we will be in separate rooms. Great communication but a little peeved by the 3rd change.Will be back!

I always feel rushed at those cheaper places.Second time here and boy was I overdue. Mike was totally awesome. I have a feeling everyone here is good, so not necessary to pick and choose. 2022-09-16Update: been coming here for a year and love it!Lily is my regular masseuse and took wonderful care of me for my prenatal and postnatal massages. My husband has worked with Ming, Taha, and other male massage therapists who have all been fantastic.Highly highly recommend!FYI: Park on the side because the flooring shop employees can become a little rude.______To begin, I have been waiting to have a massage for over a year and this was a great place to come to for one.We booked a couple massage as we were gifted Groupon deals for the swedish deep tissue massage. We got there promptly before they opened at 10am, and by the time we were escorted into our room and changed for the massage, it was 10:05am (as seen in the picture). It probably took another couple minutes for the masseuses to arrive.I had Sara, and my husband had the male masseuse (my husband thinks it was Tan, but doesnt remember exactly) and they were great. They told us we had 60 minutes for the massage, but I checked the time when it ended and it was exactly 11am. So definitely felt the massage was cut short by a few minutes.However, pressure was great, masseuse techniques and knowledge were great. Kind, considerate, thorough, and did lots of stretches and counter stretches which Ive never had done before. Also, the facility was very nicely done up.Highly recommend and will definitely be back.Theyre open from 10-930pm. The last massage is as 830pm which I was surprised to hear, because I thought that was so late! They do take walk-ins but cant guarantee youll have a spot, so they recommend booking 1-2 days in advance, especially for weekend and/or couple time slots.Im looking forward to getting their monthly massage package!
