These guys are great!! If you have an older clock or a newer model with a problem this is the place to go for any repairs!!
The owner, Mike is a swell guy who went out of his way to help me fix my clock. His one employee was a bit on the grumpy side. His talent is fixing clocks and not working with customers. But the owner more than compensates for his employees rude attitude.
The gentlemen were very helpful with what I needed for my clock and provided me what I need to get my clock running again.
Walk in with a antique clock not working walked out 20 minutes later running perfect very nice people . They will be doing all my clock work from now on

2021-02-11I called as a first time contact and requested some basic information about grandfather clock repair (having no general idea of what the process entails)I was greeted by a man that told me it costs $89 for him to come out and look at the clock.I have a picture of the clock I was happy to share thinking we could at least get to a range of repairs (are we talking hundreds or thousands for this kind of thing).The man became enraged and told me I aint gonna get it. I dont need this repair to be done by someone who speaks to me like he did. I will take my business elsewhere where Im treated with respect and speak to someone who doesnt loose it on me.

2014-10-09I have a Grand Father clock that I have not been able to keep running and after working with other supposed clock repair services, I had been reluctant to have anyone else tinker with it. After visiting The Clock Shop to have another small clock repaired, I decided to let them try and get my Grand Father clock going. Mike came out to my home the day after I visited his shop to bring my small clock back and to see what was wrong with the Grand Father clock. After a few minor adjustments he had the clock going again, and its been running perfectly for almost a month.I am extremely pleased with the service I got, and I feel like Ive finally found the person I can trust should I ever need my Grand Father clock fixed again. I highly recommend The Clock Shop for any clock repair work you might need.

2015-09-17This shop mislead me in the supposed repairs they made to my antique clock in 2003. It ran pretty well for four years. I returned it to them in 2008 for adjustment and they returned it to me in the same condition-not running on time or chiming as it should have. Today, I took it to another repair shop (after the clock had been on vacation). They told me that the original repairs The Clock Shop reported to have done were never done. I wrote the owner a letter in 2008, but never received a response. I will not spend the time to contact The Clock Shop again. This review is to warn customers who may have a family heirloom clock not to take it to this shop.

2019-12-08Took my 7-day Welby here after sub-par results at the clock shop on Freeport Blvd. in Sacramento where it intersects Sutterville Rd., yes that one! Mike, at The Clock Shop on Fulton Blvd. is honest - use no other. The first time I took my clock to The Clock Shop ... no charges for a quick repair. I reserve the right to edit this review when I get my clock back after repairs are completed mid-January.

2017-06-05The mantel clock runs like it hasnt in 20yrs. It even sounds better when chiming. The work took longer than I expected but they are very thorough and knowledgeable about the issues with these clocks. Was impressed.
