3rd time I have been since new ownership. Not really sure how to call this one. I was there just the other day and it looked deserted, sort of. Lots of bikes out front for sale. No one in sight. Not even sure there was a vehicle in the parking lot, 2 or 4 wheels.End of a slow day perhaps. Dont be afraid to stop in. Looks like they may enjoy the company. :)
Its mostly a BMW dealership now. That wasnt my only problem, I had made a appointment twice with one of your sales people both time I was told that person wasnt there and another sales rep didnt want to help me and said she would get someone to help me and didnt stayed outside then left bought somewhere else told you guys I was paying cash. You guys didnt care or maybe felt I wasnt gonna buy because we had just come off a rally and we all rode in kind of dirty and mostly Veterans some of us Active duty in Uniform, I will never go back !
Its been a while since I first when to the store, people in parts and merchandise were very friendly and nice 5 stars for them. Now the not so good: motorcycle showroom is dark and all the bikes are black or dark. No color at all, so for a young guy like me (59) its kind of boring and depressing.! also i want it to see the new Pan American and Sport S and they were MIA.
Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Plus no one was pushy, which made the buying experience great (especially compared to other dealerships I visited).Staché, Mike, and Andre were amazing. Its obvious that they love what they do. They were sincerely interested in making sure we got the best bike for our needs.I live in Las Vegas. I spoke with dealers throughout Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and California. We decided to drive to Temecula HD to purchase a bike because the way they treated me during several phone calls and emails while I shopping around. They were great. That feeling and treatment continued even after we bought the bike. Great place!
Gabriel is the man! Came in for a test drive, rode out on a new Harley that really suits me. HD was more willing to work with me than any other dealerships. I had some crappy circumstances following an accident and spinal surgery. Temecula HD came through for me. Thanks to Gabriel, I was able to get the bike that I want with a payment that makes sense. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and I’ll definitely be back for more. Totally worth the drive from LA! Thanks again brotha!!
Now they are selling other brands to make more money. All they had to do was get their bike prices in line with other dealers. And put some merchandise in the store area! Last three trips found no gloves, no goggles and skimpy selection on clothing. Now I pretty much shop online from other H-D Dealers that want the business.
Super nice and knowledgeable! I saw Austin in services and he made sure I was helped promptly and got what I needed to get my bike going. Another guy, David (I think), was very kind and talked to me when Austin was checking my battery. When it was ready for pickup, I was pleased to find out my problem was fixed and I was one step closer to riding the open road. Again, thank you guys so much! They are really the best.
Poor follow up. Did not call back. Traveled over two hours and could not get information on bikes over phone. Again, no one called back. Once I did reach someone, it was a good experience. Ended up buying new bike at another dealer in the Bay area who was very responsive and helpful. To me it is worth the extra effort, to fly to bay area to work w/ dealer who is responsive from the beginning.
Showed up to check out a few Harley Sportsters for sale. I was created by Mike who is in charge of the Craigslist sales leads. He helped me out and set me up with two Harleys to take a test ride. Max assist me with this test tried to make the best decision on which Harley to get. I settled on a 2014 amber colored Harley Sportster. Mike complete the sale very professionally. I appreciated the atmosphere given and was not forced into any type of sale or made uncomfortable from any decision that how is there to make. I showed up at 4 p.m. and left at 6:30 p.m. with the 2014 Harley Sportster. Great experience in great staff there to deal with. I highly recommend this Harley-Davidson dealership.
I was looking for a specific model and color of Harley. Unfortunately, the one I wanted was sold the night before I came in. When I explained my situation, Andre managed to track one down and did a trade with another dealership to get the one I wanted. When I came back the next day to pick it up, a rep went over all the bells and whistles to make sure I was comfortable with the buttons and infotainment system (I was on a BMW previously). And before I left, Andre gave me a free t-shirt. I’d have to say that from start to finish, this was a great experience and I absolutely love my new bike. I highly recommend Temecula Harley Davidson.
I would say that my customer experience with Temecula Harley was superior in every way. My sales person was Blake, and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Andre was professional and down to earth. I thought the dealership staff were all very courteous. Everyone from the receptionists, the service department, parts and the cashier were all great. The facility was clean, there was a lot of inventory to explore, and I was never pressured at any time. I got a competitive price on a Street Glide Special and I was very pleased with it. I cant say enough good things, I would buy from them again.
I thought I needed neck baring and clutch work. Turned out both were fine. The service crew headed by Mark always come through for me. I did need rear brakes and was pleased with a very fair price for the work. Honest team of professionals at Temecula HD service. Thank you 🙏🏻

Gotta give a big 5 stars to these guys , we bought our first harley a couple weeks ago and its was a great experience. We have kids thta we had to bring along and my son is. abit of a handful , but these guys all treated us like fmaily . Max was professional and quick to make sure we only bought what we wanted , no pressure to buy the most expensive or something we didnt want . Blake was super rad , very friendly and personable and probbaly.the main reason we bought from this place .
I went With 3 stars only due to the customer service. I got A 5 star deal on my bike though. Compared to other dealerships, This was not a great experience. I bought A brand new bike and felt like I was Pushed out the door. The lady working the info desk was on her phone the whole time and was unfriendly, as I tried To converse with her. The young new salesperson was great, even though he wasn’t my salesperson. He took the time to stay with me. No photo added to website of my purchase even though pic was taken. They put my dirty bike outside and handed me the paper plate.
Great shop, absolutely beautiful and clean. Wonderful selection of both new and used bikes with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The clothing and accessories side of the store is nothing short of amazing, from kids selection of items to jackets, and boots. The lady who helped me choose a fantastic pair of boots was patient and helpful. Cant wait to go back for the superior experiences Ive had there.
First off the finance department is horrible. I was interested in this blue ultra classic. So I did the online application. I got a response less than 24hrs. I got set up with Blake (great guy by the way). We chatted and they sold the bike. Blake immediately found a gray and black electra glide that I was interested in..... long story short I took the day off from work (truck driver) drove down to temecula only to be told that I needed to submit more paperwork. Which I didnt, everything was in order. Had 4k on me for the down and NEVER once did I speak to the finance guy. Never knew what bank approved for me or anything. Then they sold the bike on Blakes day off. 4k down on 7k bike. Horrible business....
My wife and I have been shopping at Temecula Harley Davidson since 2006 and I even bought my wifes 2011 sportster 1200 low For her birthday on 2011. But we walked in on Sunday 5/16 for my wifes birthday like we already do and we were very disappointed. Call us Harley Davidson fanatics or lovers but the atmosphere is totally different, we just found out that bmw is splitting the building with Harley but what it looks like is that bmw is taking over 😔. We will not be back.
I am an out of state rider. I had a problem with a bike I bought sight unseen. I didnt know where to go so I called Temecula HD, They had me bring in the broken part, matched it up , and had it special ordered. a few days later I got my email regarding delivery and went the next morning arriving an hour before opening time. These guys saw me waiting outside and opened the door to see why I looked frustrated. A quick chat explaining my situation and I had my part in hand. Thank you for your excellent service, attitude and experience guys. Looking forward to doing more business with you soon.
Simply put, A Fantastic dealership. The staff in all departments are a reflection of the owner.I walked in here on a recommendation and dealt with Noah in sales. What a kind person, patient and listened to what I was looking for. Immediately tuned in and after a few visits got me the right Harley.I was impressed with all the people in all departments, Andy in finance , Moose in parts , Melissa , Amy and Carly in the gift shop.I have been to several dealerships and to see all departments work together is extremely impressive.Great job guys .
Went with my wife to the Temecula Harley Davidson to see what used bikes they had on inventory. After browsing around decided to go inside and look at the new bikes and was interesting in a specific 2019 Road Glide Special. Max was the salesman whom answered the specific questions I had about the motorcycle and its price. Without any back in forth I got a fair appraisal for my Deluxe and a great price for the Road Glide.Max was professional and easy to make business with and had the motorcycle ready to go when I I went to pick it up. I’ll 100% recommend this dealership and it’s staff.
Ive owned several sportbikes and this was my first time buying a Harley. I went to 3 dealerships and ended up making the 1hr drive to Temecula Harley. I would do again, these guys are extremely easy to work with and kept in touch after the sale to make sure they answered questions etc. You really cant beat the service!
Great people here and a well run operation. These guys have made some great improvements to the store both structurally and business wise. I had a great experience from the second I walked in and was pleased with the great selection of new and pre-owned Harleys. They also take anything on trade- Japanese bikes, boats, old Harleys. Gotta Love a place that still loves to go the extra miles to help a deal come together.

Didnt buy my bike from here because I read some of the negative reviews. I did recently start buying parts from them and just picked up the maintenance manual for my bike. Researched prices all over the net and still got it cheaper here. Dont know about the sales staff but the parts department is pretty good and their prices arent bad. Going to have them put my mini apes on my Dyna. Price for the labor seemed steep at first but after looking at the time it takes to do the job I can see why it cost that much. Ill be leaving another review after they get my bars on. Hopefully it will be five stars!!!
Bought a 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide, I was already pre approved with Harley Davidson with a really good rate. When I was working with one sales rep , than when I asked questions sent me with another sales rep. anyways in the finance office the gentleman told me my rate was not what I had brought in and they had a Harley Finance rep there. They pulled up my information nothing matched what I was told (i should have walked out). Anyways he told me they have a service plan that will take of my services I believe 6 depending on the miles and they do free pick-up. When I called the service department told me that it is a 100.00 pick and a 100.00 drop off. I called Harley Davidson for a refund I was told to call the dealership what I was told is that I am basically out of Luck of the services and the $1900.00 they charged cause I only had 3 years to use the services. DO NOT BUY ANY ADD ON THIS DEALERSHIP OFFERS AND FIND OTHER FINACING BOTH HARLEY AND THE DEALSHIP DONT HELP WITH ANY THING.

I ran into an issue with my bike as I was about to head out for a ride, luckily right around the corner from this dealership. I made it into the dealership and Cafe at the desk was helping me. The service center was closed for the day, however, they had the part i needed in stock and Cafe installed it and fixed the issue and helped me get back on the road and I was still able to make my ride! I was so pleased with his willingness to help and the service that was provided. The staff was helpful and the place had a positive atmosphere, I would not hesitate to go to this dealership again.
I bought a 2019 CVO Street Glide from them. Mike was the best. No pressure, no problems! Always did what he said he was going to do. By the way the other Harley Dealers in the area wanted waaay too much money for the same bike. Not theses guys! If you took the worst case price I was given by the competition I saved more than $11000 USD! Totally different chill attitude. They earned a customer for life! Oh by the way, I have bought at least 30 motorcycles in my life. So this was not my first experience. But this was my first Harley. Love the bike so far.
Much better since the transition from Quaid. New owner is great. Completely improved experience. The one time I went to Quaid the employees treated me like I was intruding on their personal time and they ignored me.Now Im greeted as are all customers, great selection of bikes. Danny Martinez is an outstanding sales person. I highly recommend him. No pressure and honest answers.
Ive tried to buy my last 3 Harleys from here when it was Quaid since its my local dealer. All 3 times it ended the same way, I left pissed off with no new bike because they would never deliver what they promised. Tonight I bought my new bike from these guys and it was awesome. They did everything they told me they would, Andre the new owner took the time to come and get to know my wife and I. Brian the Sales Manager did exactly what he promised he would when I called in and Justin our sales person was great. Never once during the deal did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Keep up the great work guys, Andre you have built a great new team.
I purchased a 2020 Harley Street Bob from Temecula Harley Davison. While deciding what bike to buy I felt comfortable with Blake the sales person because he was very kind and did not pressure me into making decisions. I had a great experience and love the bike I bought. I spoke to Max about my financing and he was also very kind and understanding Of all my questions regarding the pricing. I would recommend you go to Temecula Harley Davison to buy a New Bike rather than waisting your money on a used bike that was someone else’s problem.
Had a excellent experience here today buying a 2018 soft tail street bob fxbb ... i worked with Blake my sales person and Maxthe finance guy... both were awesome 👌 with customer service and very knowledgeable.. they gave me a excellent trade in on my 2007 yamaha roadstar. I am beyond excited with my new purchase.. I didnt feel rushed or pressured they took theyre time... temecula harley comes highly recommend from me.... thank you guys
A friend and I decided to rent a couple of motorcycles for the weekend, did a search and found that these guys offered it. Quick and easy reservations, picked up the bikes and had a blast. Checked them in and started talking with the staff. Garrett was really helpful and I told him about the motorcycle I owned at the time. Long story short, I traded in my motorcycle and bought a new one within 2 weeks. Everyone at this dealership is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend that if your in the market to make this a stop on your search. You wont be sorry.

Temecula Harley. Great dealership. I ordered parts from parts Dept very helpful professional and easy to talk to. Girls in merchandise area were so helpful ,nice,easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome I purchased a jacket. They made sure I tried it on and was getting exactly what I wanted. Not pushy at all just helpful and made my time at Temecula Harley fun. I will definitely be back for all my Harley needs.Was having problems with my 2005 Road King not starting. I stopped by talked with Mark he gave me some advice however I still had problems Mark said to call and he would have his man pick up my bike. They picked it up Austin the tech went over everything with me. They fixed the problem and I also had new cables new rear tire and service done by them. James kept informed of my bikes progress. It was ready in just 3 days it runs fantastic the cables are like new tire is perfect all their work was done with a sense of professional touch cables look like new bike. The cost was less than I anticipated overall I am very happy. Honestly is no question at Temecula Harley service Dept. I’m a customer for life.
Easiest buying experience ever! It had been 6 years since I lost my Sporster in a flood. I was anxious to get back in the saddle again but nervous about buying and whether or not I could afford something. Nice bikes, but even when we told the guy we were just looking, he continued to shadow us and made us feel so uncomfortable, we had to leave. On the way to our car, he somehow managed to pull the manager out to try and pull us back in. Definitely not going here when we are ready to buy.
Went here looking for my first motorcycle. First time coming here I worked with Max who I intended on giving the first opportunity to earn my business. I was prepared to buy my bike today but there was no room for negotiating on his part.. when I considered raising my offer but it still wasnt the price [he]wanted it to be. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt even consider asking his boss to do it and just told me no. All I asked for was a little help to get the bike I wanted and there was no help from this max the sales man and I feel disrespected that he wouldnt even get his manager involved. I will now be taking my business to another Harley Davidson dealership and instead of my tax dollar staying locally Ill have to take it elsewhere. Very disappointed and have to give this a one star dealership.
Bought two bikes from Gabe and Noah last week. I did most of the work by the phone since I live 70 miles away. It was swift, simple and fast. Basically, I came over to sign and load the bikes onto a trailer. Gabe and Noah are really good guys to deal with. Another example of two good Marine veterans still taking care of people. Give them a call.

Not only the day of my purchase, it took me 7 visits of shopping for my next ride, and the attitude at THD never changed. They where all very cool and not pushy at all. I got an outstanding deal on the trade in, easy numbers on the rate through HD Financing.. I am so excited with my choice and new set of wheels. Worst business practices. I submitted a credit app and was approved. I was told they would put a hold on the bike while I made 130 mile trip to there dealership and an hour before I got there it was already sold. I was told by the sales manager it happens all the time , first come first serve.
I would recommend this dealer and Sean in Internet sales all day long. I have email and submitted my info to many Harley dealers to get a price on a new Street Glide. This dealer and Pomona valley are the only 2 dealers who did give me a price after I filled out the info they asked for. Another dealer was like we sell the most bikes, no one can beat us and come in n we will get you the deal. After driving there the sales guy wasnt even there. The other dealers were like get your best deal and then come to us. Why should I go to the dealers that wouldnt even give me a price after I submitted my info for an E price. They used my info to email n call me but never to give me a price. Sean adjusted their price at Temecula and ask me if I would do the deal if they gave that price. This was thru email and phone. I said YES it was a fair deal and great price and even beat the other dealers price that wasnt there when he said he would be. I could have maybe taken that and gone back to the other dealers,BUT why should I or why would I want to!!! These guys are new owners and gave me everything they said and no pressure on any thing else while I was there. I brought my buddy with me and based on my experience I know he will be back there in next couple of weeks to pick up a new bikes. Thanks so much to TEMECULA HARLEY and to SEAN in Internet sales. I’m late in posting this as I bought my Road King Special from Temecula HD last Fall. Terrific experience, knowledgeable and helpful sales staff and absolutely no pressure. It’s precisely how all HD dealers should operate. Having experienced the others THD has won my business
No discount for being a HOG member. I will buy at other dealerships for parts and service. Biggs will give 10%..... Riverside will give 10% and many out of state dealers online will give up to 15%. I expected a little more since I bought a brand new bike from them. It really doesnt. I highly recommend buying elsewhere. Sloppy paperwork....they spelled my name wrong even with a copy of my drivers license.... had to return twice to fix it. High salesman turnover rate for some reason....fewer headaches at higher volume dealers.
Purchased my first brand new Harley Davidson from Gabe, He and his team did a great job working a deal to get me out of my old bike and into a new Harley at a payment I could live with. Not Including my bike two of my buddies have purchased from Temecula, they try a little harder for you business then most of the other Harley Dealers, at least the ones local to me. The got my payment almost a $100.00 cheaper then the best quote I got from any other Harley dealer I checked with. Go see Gabe, if the deal can be made, he will get you in a new HD.
Excellent harley dealership, they have a great selection of bikes new and used, there is also an idian dealership next door with more used bikes. Good selection of protective wear as well as decor such as tins, jewelery, and bells. They have a small rest area inside with a tv amd a coffee station for bikers on a ride.
This dealership sold me a brand new 883 IRON 3 months ago. Before the purchase I had told the sales rep that I wanted short shot pipes on the bike. He told me no problem, they can do that and as a BONUS for buying the bike there they would throw in $1,200 store credit to cover the new exhaust system I wanted. After we signed the contract they told me no, we can not put those pipes on the bike because they are illegal. I said well in that case, I dont want the bike Ill buy something different. They told me too bad. The owner called me a few days later after I refused to take the bike and told me that he found a way and could put them on the bike so they did. I asked if I would have any problems and the manager Jessie told me no problem, everyone does it you wont have any issues with this bike. So 3 months later the police department stopped me and told me not to ride the bike because its not street legal. I contacted the dealership and they told me its my problem not theirs. What way did they find to install these illegal pipes? I dont know.
My first Harley at age 65! Joe Garza couldnt have been more helpful! He explained the different models and how they compared as far as features and specs! I needed a little extra time to absorb everything but that was no problem for him! Bought my bike late wed & was riding thu afternoon!Everybody was extremely helpful!! Love my bike!!
What a great place road in from Vegas figured why not stop in and check out the shop plus was having a issue with my BCM and they had my bike in and out in 30 mins and the young lady that helped my girl out with picking out a hoodie for the ride home was super nice and helpful will be making another trip here for sure.
The Service Department has performed work on my Buell in an extremely top notch fashion! I am very pleased with the manner in which both Mark and Kevin handled my work order and parts ordering, and Casey did an absolutely fantastic job in the work performed... my bike rides like new! Before my newest purchase at Temecula Harley, I rode an Iron 883. Though I enjoyed riding this bike, I knew I wanted something more. Going into Temecula Harley, I had my eye on a Fat Boy Low. I met Stash, a rep at Harley, and through talking with me and asking me questions, he came to know what I wanted out of my riding experience. He had me test ride a Softail Slim; I Loved it. Needless to say, I rode that bike home that very day and have been loving every ride since!! Stash and the staff at Temecula Harley want you to enjoy your bike. They take the time to get to know the person so they can get you on just the right bike!! Great staff and great experience. Thanks Stash!!
I recently purchased a 2018 Can Am Spyder here that just happened to be on their lot. Gabe was my first contact and worked with me in getting the bike. Gabe was awesome and always available for my many calls with questions. I was 3 hrs. Away in Ventura Cnty. Once purchased they graciously held it for me a week as I needed to secure a way to get it home. Every one was professional and nice but Gabe was even more so in helping me get my purchase done. I was a charter member of Temecula Harley HOG. Had some good fun riding with that group, back then. (It was Quaid HD, back then.)Unfortunately, the traffic is worse than Los Angeles on the weekends now, so its no longer fun to ride a bike in that. But thats not any fault of Harley of Temecula.They now market BMW motorcycles, as well as HD, now. Hope they stay around, as the MOCO has been closing dealerships nationwide at an alarming rate, as of late.
After getting the runaround at another motorsports dealer, I decided to stop in at Temecula Harley and see what they had. Allen was a great down to earth guy and the owner and staff were also fantastic!!! Ended up purchasing a beautiful 2008 ultra classic!!! Got a customer for life!
Just been remodeled, very nice in terms of eye candy, however. unless your there to buy a new hog, get parts for a NEW Scoot or to just window shop, dont brother. there only set up for the newer models not older or classic Harleys. My biggest gripe is this, the last time I tried to buy parts there, gaskets for my ole shovel. I was expected to buy a ten pack of the same gasket, rather then just the one set I needed. VERY BAD FORM, not to mention very bad business.
I had my voltage regulator replaced for $170 at RIVERSIDE HD. When I got my bike back, it was spotless. And this coming from a guy who is meticulous about keeping his bike clean. I had a rear tire replaced for $370 at TEMECULA HD and not only did they not clean the bike, they couldn’t be bothered to wipe the gooey mess left all around the wheel and tire. Now I have to lay on the ground, clean the tire and wheel on both sides, get up, move the bike, rinse & repeat. I returned to TEMECULA HD to buy brake pads and spoke to the young lady at the front desk about what happened. She took my name and number and assured me the owner would give me a call. You guessed it, the owner never called. Although much further away, RIVERSIDE HD is now the obvious choice. Sorry TEMECULA HD, customer service is important to me.
I got an honest and great deal on my 2016 Road Glide Special. My salesman was Stach and he was knowledgeable, and a true Biker that really had hands on experience. Jessie was quick and truthful in generating all of the finishing touches of the sale. I drove back there yesterday on my way for a ride and was met with Serviceman Mitch and Stach and talked about future improvement. Mitch even took time to show me his bike with his experienced suggestions. The dealership has came a long way since the Quaid days and I would strongly suggest a visit, if not just to chat with these fine people. Again My thanks to Stash, Mitch, and Jessie for all the help in getting into my new ride. Roben
Took my 2013 Limited in for regular maintenance. Was suppose to get cleaned afterward. When I returned the maintenance was done but bike not washed as promised, was told the porter was on lunch (it was just after 2p). I told them Id wait and just watch the game on tv. At 330p I asked when the bike was going to get washed and was told well I guess he is doing something else so you might as well just leaveThis is the response and customer service you get after spending over $300 in their shop... it will be the last time I go to Temecula HD and would strongly recommend any other dealer to anyone needing work done.I addressed it with the manager on duty at the dealership and got auh huh, yup, sorry. Still went home with a bike full of dust and greasy finger prints from the work they did.NOT IMPRESSED!!!
Im reflecting back several months ago from my experience when I had gone into Quaid Temecula HD with the intention of buying a Ultra Limited but was anticipating a good sales experience (in this price range.) Instead what I got was some kid looking scrawny guy I think his name was Garret who just acted like the biggest spoiled kid of the place. This guy was such a jack ass I think he mentioned how many years he had worked there like 2 or 3 times! I have no idea the kind of job requirements these salesmen need to achieve or training they must fulfill, but this dipshit truly takes the cake. Well I did in fact finally purchase my CVO 110 with the bat-wing and all, just NOT from Quaid lol.Well above all the funny part about my story/review is that I am not the review type, but was at a bar this weekend where somebody asked me about my bike...and long story short, I told them how I tried to buy locally and come to find out Im not the first to have this experience and feel this way about Quaid and this idiot that works there. (They said good things about a guy named Jesse though so I dont know if its just certain employees are asses.)I guess now we know why so many negative reviews, can only assume some of these positive reviews are probably their own employees lol.
I guess I am not Harley material. That is how I was treated here. I must have been taking up their time asking questions and looking for feedback. I was treated as if I was a problem. Harley wonders why their sales are falling. Its your entitled staff. Way to make someone feel unwelcomed. I wont be back.
Date:11/27/2013 The only reason I am putting 2 stars is because Jon C. a salesman that works there was really nice. other than that I was completely lied to by this dealership.1) they lied to me about rider to rider Financing... (Harley allows you to buy used bikes from private parties ask about it pretty good deal) first sales man flat out told me he didnt know what it was... finally called him out on it and he transferred me to some one that could help me. second they started making up all these different charges and requirements that the bike had to pass so they would finance it... went to 3 different dealerships they had one transfer fee of 500 dollars thats it... Temecula totaled over 1500 for the same bike...2) pricing on the bikes- go to any other dealership bike is automatically 1000 cheap minimum!!! I went all over the place from San Diego to High Desert even Temecula Motorsports sells Harleys cheaper than at Quiad Harley dealership...3) THIS IS THE BIG ONE AND WHAT MADE ME WRITE THIS REVIEW... they flat out lied to me on what I qualified for in Interest Rates saying I was only good for a 6.99% with a credit score in the High 700s almost 800... What I found out is Harley is having a deal, till the end of the year, where if you buy a bike and your credit score is over 740 you can have a 2.9% rate. I made sure by calling a couple different dealerships all had the same deal going on and since they are a Harley dealership they have it going on too...Anyways went down to San Diego and have had nothing but a great experience... real straight shooting guys and girls down there...
Found this place from a friend renting a Harley... But I think he said on his last visit from FL. They stopped so call 1st if thats what youre up to.Very good customer service. Prices ok! I still get best deals from VV Harley (Victorville) & Quades (Riverside/Loma Linda)
In 2013 and 2014 I purchased 2 bikes the last one being a 2011 FLHXSE2 The salesman was Jon Cambell who was just great, an easy person to deal with and was very diligent in helping me get the best deal I could for the bikes I wanted HOWEVER phillomina the finance manager was probably the most unprofessional person I have ever had the opportunity to deal with she repeatedly tried to lie about the costs haggle with price when the deal was well in process and openly yelled at fellow employees. as long as she still works there I will never set foot into that dealership again. she is a true liability to that company
Went in with the preapproval to look at some bikes not a single customer in the store I was told I had to go home go online and make an appointment to look at motorcycles first and last time trying to buy a motorcycle from there. Not to mention when I was online trying to look at motorcycles I couldn’t even get pricing
Lady from the accessory desk sent me to parts, had to wait 10 min for the parts guy to finish just to refer me back to the accessories desk... she then couldn’t find the pick it kit for a Simpson helmet. Even though 10 min ago she had no idea what that was...Not coming back
We had an appointment with Christian today to demo 2 trikes. It was my husbands birthday and he was really looking forward to this. We had been planning this demo ride with Christian for the last couple weeks. Christian however, didnt show for appt time. We asked up front they said he should have been there, but was a no show. We waited around another 30 minutes past appt. and asked again and no one seemed to know his whereabouts, so we then left.Biggs in San Marcos is allot more reliable ....
So tired of dealing with these guys they take all the fun out of owning a Harley. Lets start with the most recent. I went in to buy a couple of parts last Friday went ok. A salesperson up sold me on a 400 dollar part for my bike. it doesnt fit they wouldnt take it back today they said it had a mar on it (what the hell is a mar) the part is in the exact same shape it was in when they sold it to me. ill make the rest quick we spent $30,000 IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS CANT GET ANY RESPECT FROM THEM. 1000 MILE BREAK IN SERVICE GOT BIKE BACK NO OIL IN IT. WONT GIVE YOU AN OWNERS MANUAL WHEN YOU PURCHASE A MOTORCYCE FROM THEM. MADE PROMISISES THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF FULLFILLING. ORDERED PARTS FROM THEM TWO AND A HALF MONTHS LATER THE PARTS CAME IN BUT EVERY TIME I TRIED TO ASK ABOUT MY PARTS THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS A PAIN. ONE OF THERE PARTS GUYS ABSOLUTLY CANT STAND DEALING WITH NEW HARLEY OWNERS. I have seriously tried to make this a good experience for me since they are in my town. Im driving to riverside from now on. Worst place to shop in Temecula for anything. I cant even stand looking at the building as I drive past it on the freeway.
I love this place them employees make the two hour ride to Temecula Harley well worth the trip Ive purchased two bikes from them first my 883 iron witch Allen helped me with and second my street bob witch Stash helped me with both made the buying process quick and easy when ever I want some new toys for my ride I go see Brandon at the parts counter very knowledgeable and never has a problem going out of his to help out in all the Temecula Harley staff has to be the best around

I bought a 2099 street glide with 2,400 miles on it and they told me they had changed all the fluids and inspected the whole bikeWichita they did not and records show the bike had only one oil change at 700 milesAnd th3 fluids had been sitting in the bike for several years causing the fluids to gunk upNeedless to say I had to spend 1700 $ for a new cam plateI called and the finance manager Jesse basically said sorry about your luckAnd said they cant help meId never buy another bike from them

2021-10-31I was in last Saturday and left with an iron 883. First time bike owner. I can not give enough props to everyone at the Temecula dealership. The absolute best part (which is usually the worst part) was meeting and working with Lulu in the finance department. No pressure service. She completely worked untill the numbers worked for me. Ive purchases several vehicles and this was the easiest hands down.Thanks to Temecula Harley-Davidson!!! Im one very satisfied HD owner.

2021-11-03I started riding motorcycles in 1975 and have purchased a lot of bikes over the years. I want to say that Temecula HD/BMW is the old ways. It is an experience that is almost gone. Over the years, Corporations have taken control of most dealerships. I find with corporations, it has no soul. Its only purpose is to make money. So if you have a problem and ask to speak to one of the owners, I doubt the employee knows who it is. Or if they would let you talk to them.At Temecula HD/BMW, the owner is there, maybe even the person helping you (He was with me). Also, when you are at Temecula, look at the employees. They are happy. I found it safe with no pressure experience, unlike three other HD dealerships in So Cali. That called me nonstop. Temecula gave me the time I needed to decide and never bothered me. It was just what I was looking for. I highly recommend them. It was worth the drive for me. It is a dealership I will go back to for my next bike.
