I normally dont review corporate stores, but Wow is this target on Point ! They always have a good stock of inventory on hand and to top it off, their customer service department is ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS ! A++ to the young gentleman working the front service department l. I love you target !!!
First of all if you havent already download the Target app!!...I decided on my recent visit at a Target to download the app while waiting in line - hoping to find like a coupon code. So, as I was waiting in line to buy a skirt -- which originally costed about $35. 😬But after scanning the tag within the app it showed me the item was on clearance. 😲 I showed this to the cashier and to my utter surprise and relief 😌 she showed me the skirt was being sold at a lower price! Overall I saved some extra cash 💸 today. 👏🏻😃Definitely recommend this place to others. 😎👍🏻
Horrible service. went in dressed in all black to get something and kept being followed by their so called security who lack manners. i could literally hear them talking about me. my husband even told them about soemone who was stealing one time because we use to go very often and when it came to following them the skinny guy and ewdard or edgar would just dismiss it.
We went in to get a new cell phone from Consumer Cellular. The Tech person was 20 min. late. The manager that we spoke to apologized and made sure that we felt he was sincere and did his best to make us leave happy. His actions made sure that we will return. Kyle was the first manager and Angie was the second manager we spoke to. they are the best!
The prices are always wrong. I bought an item where it said 14.99 but got charged 19.99 , so many employees standing around talking and no one can fix that? Another item was clearly marked as 219.99 when I asked the employee to verify (because I knew it wasnt in the right spot) it was in fact 299.99.
Poor customer service from a manager named Angie . It started with a shirt that was not priced correctly. She made me feel like I was stealing pulled me out of line called another managers. And boxed me in in front of other customers. She had me show her where I got the shirts from. So I did she knew where the shirts where located and walked ahead. I have a broken foot a was using a motor scooter chair that your store provides when walking in thank you for that. I still bought what I need what was two shoe shelfs.
Was just in a need of a pad I checked restroom nothing I asked one of employees I guess she didnt know what a pad was anyways thats fine lol kept asking around. The Margaret yes that young lady is kind and patient caring she went beyond helped me today with some pads thank you Margaret you are very good worker.
Very-very good and professional service. We had a discrepancy at the register, but everything from the cashier to the management ( or whoever helped us) was very polite and kind. They even open a new register to check me out fast and easy. This is a high level of training and manners. Very happy with the service, cleanliness, fast checkout. I will be glad to shop here again and recommend friends and family !
I went to the target store in Burbank ( empire ave ) in April 27th to get formula #1 for my daughter. After the cashier charged me she called me and she said the system didn’t charge. And I directly checked the Wic program app, it showed me that it charged. Unfortunately they didn’t give me a formula. The Target company after steeling money from all costumers they stole my daughter’s formula 😔😢😩
This store is not organized to be customer friendly. As you walk in this branch, there is no signage directing you to the houseware aisles, no staff member to guide you in the right direction. I had to wander through aisles 15 minutes along the perimeter to come back to the front of the store to buy some curtains. I could have cut through behind the checkout lines in 3 minutes if I had gotten help.Even though there were fewer customers than regularly, checking out process was also slowing us down. All self-checkouts on the right side of the store by the household aisles were closed. I took my cart to the only cash register that appeared to be open, with a few shoppers in line. The line wasn’t moving fast; if I could see any other open checkout lines, a sign or light signaling other lines are open, I would have moved to it instead of waiting 12 min. in line.Only after I passed the line, I saw the self-checkouts on the store’s left side open and some 15 people waiting in line for them! (Several cash registers were open too, with 1-2 customers by each.) Probably because they too couldn’t see which registers were open or else didn’t want to be slowed by them?
I called Target this morning because the site was down and I reserved an item over the phone for my grandmother. The person I spoke to said theyd put the item on hold for her. My granny went and was in a long line. When she finally got into the store, she was told they didnt actually put it on hold, that it was on a first come, first serve basis. How awful. No solution was offered to rectify the situation. Not at all impressed.
The only reason Im giving this Target 2 stars is because of its cashiers- Ive always had a pleasant experience with the cashiers at checkout- wish I could say the same for the rude employees I always encounter at guest services. This Target is clean & organized, however, thats about all it has going for it. Also as a side note, I feel like Im constantly being followed around at this store. I understand that maybe shoplifting is an issue, but its a total turn off when it feels like Im being watched like Im some sort of thief. This isnt an isolated incident, it has happened every single time Im there. Walmart, a few stores down, is a hundred times better in every single way (which explains why this location is always basically empty in comparison).
This target starbucks is so bad. The employees had me waiting for 5 minutes when I was the only one in line just talking to each other seeing I was there and completely ignoring me. Instead of at least acknowledging me there and saying “we will be right with you” or at least apologizing the girl Anna acted like nothing happened. Throughout saying my order there were 3 interruptions from the other employee ignoring me named Adam and another lady who seemed to be their manager completely disregarding the fact that I was telling Anna my order. Then when the employee Adam told me I couldn’t drink inside the store I simply replied “okay I won’t” and he unnecessarily gave me a condescending “thank you” which was bad enough since he was already incredibly rude. In the store I asked an employee where the microwaves were and he vaguely said on the other side of the store and proceeded with his task. Overall very upset at these workers.
Thanks for the service, the best part is 10$ coupon we love you.Dear Team,A suggestion to your team is to improve on after sale service, by enabling your App competent enough to scan the receipts and save them to the App. This way we can keep of historical orders and makes the User Experience efficient in returns and tracking the purchases. Very similar to what Walmart does.
Woo hoo who doesnt love Target?! I am only a few streets over from this location and love having it so close/within walking distance. This is definitely more of a city Target, so you wont find a huge selection of everything in every color/size, but it definitely covers you on all your basics. Aisles are well stocked and they even had all the paper products like paper towels and toilet paper + hand sanitizer when I went on the weekend.Once you walk in, they have a hand sanitizer station with gloves and masks too if in case you forget yours. Inside the aisles are decently spaced out and the staff is very helpful if you cant find anything. They also have a pharmacy which Im happy about. For check out, they have self checkout which is nice and helps with limiting contact during the pandemic.Overall getting in and out is very easy and the rooftop parking on the top wasnt too crowded. Parking is also free which is a big plus in LA. There are also some limited parking spots on the ground level, with a majority reserved for handicap parking right next to a ramp and the side door. Happy to have this in the neighborhood!
Just visited this Target in Burbank for first time (Mon. around 2pm). Spent 30-plus minutes looking for items and then headed to cashier. The line extended from front end of store ALL THE WAY to the back. There were 4 REGISTERS open!!! I put down my items and just left. I go to 2 Targets in Pasadena. Even during Covid, its NEVER this badly organized.
Target refused to accept my coupon. I clipped the coupon from the weekly mailer. It was a manufacturers coupon which I regularly use at Target to purchase Febreze. The coupon was a buy one get one free Febreze save up to $3.00. The supervisor, Nicholas said that Target could not accept the coupon because the Febreze was $2.69 and was less than $3.00. Nicholas stated that Target was cracking down on coupons. As mentioned earlier, I regularly use this coupon at Target. How is it that Target is no longer accepting Manufacturers coupons at a time when so many people are struggling. This is a bad business practice, and am now considering shopping at Walmart.
I think Target is the best place around to go get necessities and getting better and better at Home products. If Target could offer a few more environmentally friendly products, get a deal with Breville, and a deal to provide better clothing options from a place like J.Crew I would probably do even more shopping there. The quality of clothing is just under the style and quality that I am looking for. Overall, I love Target.
The young employer who helped us to purchase a bike for my kid, went out of his way to make sure we find the product that suited out needs the best. He was very knowledgable, skilled in building the bikes, patiently listening to all our questions, very respectful (a hard to find trait in young people nowadays) and very polite. If it would not be this specific worker we might have not purchased the bike since the exact one we wanted was not in store, neither in any other stores (he checked the inventory and even made a call for us to another store)I intentionally do not mention his name to on this google review.
Ease of use, speed, quality.Ive been using the Drive-up option since Covid-19 happened and I dont think ill ever need to go back to browsing in the store. I will admit that I click the button (letting them know ive arrived) as I enter the parking lot and not once im parked, but every drive up has taken less than 5 min, the team members do an INCREDIBLE job of handling my goods, and they every so often ask if id like to check everything. Not once of the now dozens of times that ive used this serviced, have I needed to check anything. They store does a decent job of keeping stocked up and the few times they havent had something at the store, they usually have it available to ship.
Target always has exactly what I need and is pleasant to shop at. And Daniella G. (cashier) at Burbank location, was so helpful and patient. Even though I wasnt organized and causing a back up at her line. She helped me navigate my problems and was very sweet. She really represented Target well and is an amazing hardworking young lady. Target you have a great employee in Daniella G., consider her for a raise or promotion.
I can find most all my needs in one store, not only do you have the items but the are affordable. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I didnt have to. The staff is nice, the store is clean and shelves are stocked. I also appreciate the parking lot being easy to park in and clear of carts.
Its been a long time since I have gone inside a target and not automatically smelled that nasty food smell so many have and instantly left. That being said this one didnt have that smell so yes I shopped around. Very clean store all around as well as very well faced and fronted merchandise (again very surprised of this). They were lacking in their product selection in the electronic department but service was above average and exactly to target corporate standards. Cashiers were fast and friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of this store and Target corporate should aim to have the other local targets follow their example.
I was in the line ready to pay for my things but I didnt notice the Lysol battle was liking and broken so I got all wet my hands with Lysol, I thought the guy that was doing cashier was going to help me and get me paper towel or something and try to get me another good one but he didnt even tried or say something all he did just put it on his side and not even apologize. He was working fast and trying his best to get rid of me and get the next. Anyway ... I wish we get more supervisors checking the cashiers and customers needs and be more kind. I always go there because they have what I need and its by my job but so far I havent get any good experience shopping at Target . Very sad because its not fair and not only for me for all their customers. :(
Its been 9 years since i last walked in this beautiful Target store its the nicest and cleanest best Target in the valley. Although i love all Targets!!! But this stores prices have improved! My shoping experience was great! Loved coming back and need to visit more often!
I’ve never had such great customer service like I did today with Maria I just got the target app and was confused on how to use it and if you all price matched with what it was saying in the app she was gracious enough to explain everything to me. She really helped me turn my day around from being frustrated with buying things due to moving out here.
Ok love the new drive up option! I have 6 week old twins and its easier for me to drive up then having to take both of them out of the car and shop. Sometimes I just need one thing and sometimes its several items Im shopping for. I love the drive up option and the employees are always quick and friendly to process my orders
A young lady name christian in produce @Target helped me look up a product in store from my phone. She called in the order to the back. Although she had to tell the workers in back two different times to bring the product. She was very courteous and it was great customer service.
The cashier was not helpful at all when it came to the gift card promos that you guys sent me which made me come to your store in the first place. In the past the employee double checks their current add. I was there for the buy 3 detergent items for the gift card and the baby toiletries for the gift card. Seriously such a waste of time gathering over $100 items of baby diapers, wipes, etc and grabbing all 3 detergents to have the employee just say “nope!” with a newborn in your stroller. So upset at your service.
This store is not following protocol. They closed down the self check out early and they had lines going around the store passing sporting goods and back to the second entrance. Just for check out alon . It was a horrible experience. AP by the name of Jose and a guest service team manager by the name of KYLE stood there watching the line and bad mouthing people just because there was complaints about the line being so ridiculous and how we were not able to keep 6 ft social distance. Thus far the worst store to not follow the protocol and safety guidelines. Please do not shop here during this PANDEMIC.
This used to be called Target Greatland and I dont know why they changed the name but that gives you an idea that its a large Target. The seasonal aisle is always fun and they have excellent pet food and treat selections. Target has some better quality dog food now such as Purina Beyond and Blue and Fresh Pet.Good toy selection and also good makeup department. I brought my dog in for a shopping trip!
We are travellers from Europe and we are so positively impressed with Ms. Elizabeth and Mr. Ruben. They helped us at guest services with some items that didnt work for us and it was just so refreshing to be treated with such respect and with warm and the overall experience was absolutely so positive that we went back to the store and ask for their names so we could thank them publicly because we couldnt remember their names. Thank you so much again for your help and thank you hearteldly for giving us options and for overcoming any obstacle in trying to help us!
Friendly staffs at one of their high traffic stores. They are constantly updating their departments and adding the newest Target has to offer. The only downside currently is that area is experiencing a lot of construction, plus the store itself is doing some remodeling.
I observed a customer service representative here at Target that was most kind and gracious. His name is Jose, and this was 10/26 around 2pm. He helped an elderly lady obtain a myriad of purchases, and acted with a sweet spirit and courtesy. I hope Target management knows what a gem they have in Jose.
Did a store pickup and they made me wait a half hour before bringing me the wrong item. They then told me that they did have the correct item in stock, went to get it, made me wait another 10 minutes, and then told me it was out of stock. Completely incompetent. None of the employees showed any sense of urgency in fulfilling my request or were the least bit concerned with how long I waited. And then I left empty-handed. And customer service tried to offer me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience. Laughable.
Very large target, put together well and mostly clean during all business hours. Staff has been very helpful and there is plenty and I do mean plenty of parking. Its apart of the larger empire center shopping strip so that means even though they planned for tons of cars, during peak hours you may find yourself parking deeper into the parking lot. Regardless, youll find a spot with little to no hassle.
The cashier just now couldn’t figure out a register problem then moved over to another register, so the other shoppers ran over cutting my gf in line and the cashier did nothing about it and ignored her even though she had one heavy thing and the other shoppers had a lot of stuff making her 20 minutes later than she should be. I am waiting for her to bring me jumper cables and this stupid cashier wouldn’t do the right thing and honor the fact that my gf was in line ahead of these people and deserved to go next. Shame on her and this target and those selfish customers. Never shopping at this one again. hire more intelligent people!
Yes! LUBIA was RACIALLY profiling my mother and myself. She was hovering over us and as we only scanned 3 items in... she moved us and said did you pay for this... and was scrolling. I asked if there was a problem ? She just ignored us. There was other customers paying and scanning and she wouldnt move from us. Eventually I said cancel all we are going to customer service and as we walked our cart she said we couldnt take our items because we didnt pay. I asked for manager and she ran towards manager and pulled him aside. As we explained what she was doing... the manager didnt even say anything to her . He just said Ill help you pay for your items here. Then she came over still accusing us and we got upset and said forget it we arent taking anything. As I walked away lubia was talking to security and 5 other employees saying we didny pay for some items. I confronted them and said yes we didnt pay for those items cause she didnt even let us finish the transaction cause 3 items in she was already asking us if we played. She even told a customer we were stealing. We have been coming to this target for years and never have I felt so embarrassed and discriminated. Target needs to show their employees how to approach customers
The ease in the ability to place the order online, and also the quickness of the time between the order being placed, and when it was ready to pick up. I expected the order to be ready in a couple of hours, but it was literally less than 20 minutes after I placed my order that I received the text telling me my order was ready!!
Target - Burbank Empire Center, online pickup is great. Women who helped me was quick, friendly & efficient. Pickup area is conveniently located to the right of entrance doors on the Customer Service side of store. App is easy to use and they do have same day pickup on some items.
Your electric scooters are aweful! Take a ride around your store...that ledge in the front is a huge obstacle! So hard to turn corners!!! Then have a column in your way!!! I am 4foot11....and my legs needed more room. The seat is so small..I am 175 pounds...your machine says up to 600 pounds! Really!! A heavy person would not fit in this. All I ask is that you walk in my shoes ...take a ride through your store...with other shoppers there so that you have to maneuver through the haze. Face reality!!!
They left a promotion poster up past the promotion, but were nice enough to honor the promotion for me regardless. They definitely didnt have to, and I made it clear it was my mistake for but reading the smaller print date in the corner. I cant expect most stores to be that generous, so this is a great one in my book.
My fiancée and I go to this Target at least once a week for every possible need in our life. For years its been or go to place to shop for everything. Im still giving it 5 stars, but I must say were extremely disappointed with the new remodel. What a waste. They gave it a total discount store vibe ever since Wal-Mart moved in across the lot, and I hope they fix it soon. Because everyone agrees its not the store it used to be :(
It’s a pretty ok target.. my only issue is what was recently mentioned on here by another patron. There ARE weird old dudes trolling the aisles... I feel unsafe going there because I feel eyes on me at all times, especially in late eve like 10-close. I’m not saying I’m that cute, it’s just creepy and I know it’s not just me now so great, I guess? I avoid going in now ever since I got the creeper staredown multiple times. There’s this one dude that someone else mentioned on here and it made me want to say something..he is really friendly like too friendly-like he he knows you, but doesn’t. Gray curly hair, beard, I thought his eyes were like brown, or hazel, and only reason I actually remember the event is is that he practically undressed us with his eyes while we were looking at bathing suits.
To me, this Target operates on Walmart standards. There are never enough registers open, the shelves are always a mess. I am a huge fan of target as a whole but this particular store lets me down time and time again. I still prefer to go here instead of my other options though. It will be interesting to see if this store shapes up after the Walmart opens nextdoor.
Their oven never works for the snack area. I guess stop advertising food if you can’t replace the oven? And I’m talking since 2017, it hasn’t worked. The employees even look annoyed we keep asking. A company like Target should be able to fix/ replace an oven in a day 💅🏼
They dont price match like they advertise that they do. Their tablet they qere searching on did not show the item in stock although my phone did and they refused to honor the price match. Went to Walmart immediately after and they price matched the item no questions asked. This is why Walmart is taking their customers.
Ordered online 3 items of the same product got to the store and they would only sell me 2 even with the printed receipt in hand showing 3. This is going against an agreement I had with a printed receipt and yet they would not honor it!!!!!! stay away from target with all costs
The items claimed to be available in the store. online I never received info that they werent available in the store so that I may update my order. In time before going to the store in Burbank. This completely wasted my time and there was no purpose for the online order most of my items werent even Valentines day items. The customer service was horrible and nonchalant.
Very clean very big 3 floored shop and nice staff lots of food choice and snacks and they have everything including electrics games PS4 also shopping cart escalators is very cool free parking easy to find and free I recommend this place a lot Very clean very big 3 floored shop and nice staff lots of food choice and snacks and they have everything including electrics games PS4 also shopping cart escalators is very cool free parking easy to find and free I recommend this place a lot
Associates seen always so unhappy and they do really have a bad customer service , if there is a issue or situation they do not have the proper way to answer or bring your concerns to light I go there because it is accessible and convenience for Us other wise I dont visit that store at all .
I like it but there has been a lot of changes lately and the parking sucks at this moment since there is a lot of remodeling. Also, it is sometimes confusing to find what you are looking for since they have moved a lot of their merchandise around. I guess I was so used to the way it used to be now I have to walk around to find out where things are.

2022-01-10This is a huge Target so youll likely walk alot inside the store if youre not familiar with the layout. I came to this Target to pick up my online order and the first thing that stood out to me was all thr curbside pickup parking spots so thats good. I went inside to get my order, it was a easy process and I got my order quick. I then started to look around the store and saw that they have an amazing Ultra Beauty area near the checkout. The self checkout also has a lot of stations so it should help make the process quick. The store is very organized and the staff are very helpful if you have any questions.

2022-01-26Today I visited one of my favorite places, TARGET where I can find everything that I need for my home and for me as well, from the kitchen supplies and decorations, to bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, clothes for all the family from the babies to moms and Dads and many many more, I can spend the whole day at TARGET, theres always something that I might need for my home and my family and at TARGET at Empire Center theres not only TARGET, its a great variety of departments store for the loved ones and the house and restaurants but I did have fun at TARGET, one of the best in Burbank 🥰😘

2022-02-22I loved this Target but the last couple times I’ve done an order pick up half of my items aren’t there when I get home from a Drive Up or Order Pick Up. They aren’t cancel before or anything, they just aren’t in the bag when I’ve been charged for them. Tonight marks the third time and I feel like I can no longer trust or enjoy this service or even the store. Good luck trying to call the store for help either. It’s back to Walmart for me I guess 🙃

2021-10-14(despite the fact that we still in COVID TIMES/ the pandemic situation and everybodys shorthanded/ short team members)*and please dont me wrong. I love target in a rather come to target than Walmart... I feel like the quality sometimes (is) better here, a bit more selections, very good brands and good staff members... but todays location (BURBANK, CALIFORNIA) was very disappointing... starting with the restroom... I mean I completely understand that associates might be busy attending other people a supervisor another areas but restroom at always one of the top three highlights of every single store.... Having a full parking lot, have already increase prices in some items, and the fact that the lines are always long and busy means that theres good business/traffic coming to the store which is a good thing... after all thats what we are here for but at the same time please have in consideration that the restroom must be checked at least every 30 minutes... (today’s Wednesday at 7:50pm)

2022-04-15It’s honestly so ridiculous how this location allows so many sketchy scums beg for money, signatures and sell you odd stuff in all of their doors to enter or exit the store. I’m pretty sure we’re not choosing to go to Target just to be harassed every single time on the way in and out. Securities are standing right there too and refuse to do anything??? How lazy can this management be? Care for your customers experience and safety a bit more.

2022-04-08Surprisingly carry quite a bit of gluten free foods including pizzas and frozen udis meals I have not been able to find in my other grocery stores. They also have wide variety of cereals, and havesome pretty decent food in general. Their home furnishing and kitchen department has lots of cool useful stuff Id highly recommend.

2022-02-24This Target is in the Burbank Empire Center. It is basically like any other Target store. It was very crowded when we went...but being a weekend likely added to the crowd size. Getting around isnt too difficult as long as you pay attention to the signage. The parts of the store we walked through seemed fairly clean and most aisles looked okay stock wise. While we got lucky in that we did find an employee when we were hunting around looking for an item, generally Id say its pretty hard to get hold of an employee considering the crowds. To his credit the employee tried to be helpful and offered a logical answer to locate what we searching for (we already had checked where he mentioned)...we were just out of luck in this case.Anyway, if you are willing to put up with the crowds you should do just fine here. There is ample parking in the very large lot.

2022-05-18Racist Hispanic security guards still believing that all black people steal so were watched. I was in there yesterday and saw some white dude pocket something and walk out. Meanwhile they were busy watching me whos never stole something in her life. I hope this place continues to get ripped off by non-poc since they like to follow us so much. 50 years old and still dealing with this bs.This is a good place for white theirs, bring a black friend for a distraction

2022-05-06Target is nice in the Burbank Empire Center. But asking if you can shop at the B.E.C. is redundant. Its not a store its a location. With restaurants, all sorts of places to shop.
