Me and my bf decided to come to this store cause it was closest to his grandpas house and right off the bat we were greeted as we walked into the store. It was my first time to a T-Mobile store cause I had just switched carriers so it felt nice to be welcomed in. Both Arthur and Alex were the specialists who helped me out super fast to help me to get a brand new iPhone and SIM card. If it wasn’t for their information about the iPhone colors and details, I probably wouldn’t have honestly bought one. I’m so happy they told me about it tho! I’m now a proud owner to a new red iPhone 8 😃 they were super friendly and very a tentative to me and my bf. They have kicked my first time T-Mobile customer experience off to a good start. Thank you T-Mobile for your friendly employees like Alex and Arthur!!!
Phenomenal Customer Service!Phenomenal Customer Service!After a horrible experience with Verizon with some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with Arthur was a breath of fresh air. I came in was immediately greeted with a smile and told I be helped after the next customer. I explained my situation that I was switching from Verizon and my parents are on my plan and waiting a t mobile store in Michigan to make the switch. He quickly made the transition in about 15 minutes and then we called my parents at the Michigan store. The Michigan store refused to provide my parents the sim cards free of charge and hung up on Arthur. He went above and beyond by helping me get my parents to another store and spoke with the customer service rep there and got them hooked up without them having to say more then a few words to the second rep. He then processed my balance owed on the Verizon account without me having to do anything other then provide info. By far the best customer service I have experienced in years and will be going here for all future phone service needs. I recommend you do the same!Cheers to Arthur!
This has to be the best T-Mobile store in San Diego. I found these guys on Yelp because I wanted to switch from Verizon (Verizon was robbing me blind) and saw that these guys had so many five star reviews so I decided to check them out. From where I live, Linda Vista was kind of a drive but it turned out to be well worth it.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and immediately asked how I could be helped. All the TMobile staff here was really friendly and eager to be of assistance. I could already tell I was in the right place. Prior to going, I had already done my research regarding T-Mobile plans so I pretty much knew what I wanted. Arthur helped me out. He went over everything again and made me feel really confident in signing up. He asked if I cared for anything to drink and then brought out some lemonade. It was really nice and well received given these hot summer days. I also got a special deal for adding the unlimited data to my plan which I wanted anyway from the start so it was a great bonus.In short, go see these guys at Premiere Mobile if youre thinking about switching to T-Mobile or even have T-Mobile because they will go out of their way to help you out.
I was looking forward to switching over from Verizon over to t-mobile. I was just here and not even a hi or I’ll help you shortly. I waited for over ten minutes until I just said screw it, I’m leaving. Totally under staffed. I thought of switching but I’ll just go over to AT&T, more staff and friendly service. DONT come here if you don’t want to wait for a long time and not be acknowledged.
My daughter came here and told me she received great customer service from Arthur and enjoyed her experience here at this store. When I was ready to switch from Verizon I came here talked to Arthur and he was extremely helpful. If you are looking for the best T-Mobile store in San Diego to do business with its this location. This T-Mobile store is a cut above the rest. It is very inviting, first of all. There is parking right in front of the store and upon walking in, there are very nice leather chairs to sit in as you explain whatever your phone situation is. I first spoke to Arthur about getting a new phone several months ago. I realized it wasnt feasible and he told me no matter what, he would give me the best deal in town. I called him again this summer and he actually remembered me and told me to come by. Finally this September I went in and spoke with Alex, Arthur and Diana, by far the sweetest T-Mobile rep I have ever met! She made things happen that seemed financially impossible. I am quite pleased with my 2 additional phone lines and I love my new phone! I highly recommend this store and Diana! I will continue to do business with T-Mobile Premiere Mobile because of the friendly and efficient service I received. By the way, the little green Android is really an attention getter!!
Arthur and Alex are the most capable, customer-service oriented guys I have ever met in TMobile world. Arthur patiently reviewed all my options to replace my G6, the best package and rate. Im recently retired and his money savings advice was golden. Dont bother going to any other TMobile store at all with their totally annoying staffs.
Truly I was treated with a red carpet as promised by Diana. Arthur did that for me and help me with everything I need to transfer my cell phone account from AT&T to T-Mobile. Very helpful and friendly with superb, excellent customer service. And I got a free bottled water and a discount good for a real leather case for my wifes Samsung Note 5. Really nice!If you need to be served with the same treatment, go to this store. You will never regret.
Eden and Arthur have been taking care of me for almost two years! After switching and moving lines and other complicated situations, they’ve been such wonderful support. I live in Mission beach and drive only to their store because I trust them only! Aside from T-Mobile having awesome deals I highly recommend this store to anyone! I switched over from Verizon and now my bill is a lot cheaper thanks to T-Mobile! I checked out Yelp first thats how I picked this store to do business with. I was greeted by three reps the moment I walked in, you dont get that kind of attention at most places. So right off the bat I knew I came to the right place to switch services to. Arthur was so helpful, with his gorgeous smile & cute dimples . The other 2 reps were great & fun to talk to. Ive had bad experiences at most other cell phone stores but this store is definitely a cut above the rest. Thanks again guys!
I had T-Mobile a few years ago when I was living in San Diego. I ended up moving away from SD and decided to give another company a try. Over the years, Ive had Sprint, Verizon and AT&T, so Ive had them all, and T-Mobile, from my experience, gave me the most value and the best service. I travel out of the country a lot and what caught my attention back to T-Mobile was their new free international data roaming and text messaging. Plus, my current provider was charging me an arm, a leg and an eyeball for their services. So it was time to come home like the prodigal son and get back with T-Mobile.I actually found this store by doing a google search for T-Mobile San Diego and this stores Yelp listing was among the results. I read all the reviews and was sold on them. As soon I walked in, I was treated very warmly by the staff. Diana ended up helping me out and she was a gem! I already knew what I wanted but she went over everything again which I appreciated. I got a new iPhone 5s (GOLD!) and left feeling amazed at how much I enjoyed stepping into this store. These guys are like a special boutique operation where the customer is treated extra special because thats exactly how I felt when I left
I bought two phones for my wife and I. We had a great experience and I meant to write a review. I hadnt got to writing the review when my wife had a problem with the G Mail on her phone and there were some issues with the G Mail app on my phone also. We went into the store and the gal spent a lot of time with us. Did I mention that we are technically deficient? The issues were resolved and we are very happy with the service both at time of purchase and when we needed some help with the operation with our phones. I have dealt with other establishments that seemed to be bothered with the questions that I had concerning the operation of my phone, but the people at this establishment were all to happy to help us. Unfortunately I didnt get their names. Any phone purchases we have in the future will be made at this T Mobile store.
I thought customer service was a thing of the past. We visited the store to add a line and was really prepared to interact with a sales person whose only interest was the contents of our wallets. That was before we met Arthur K. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very customer friendly! If you want a new phone, additional lines, or accessories visit Arthur and his staff.
Prior to buying from this location I did A LOT of research of the most trusted T-Mobile stores in my city. A few years ago I had a horrible experience and was lied to when buying phone service from a different company. I voiced that to the owner of this store Arthur Arts genuine service and the experience I had buying from his store was proof that he took heart to my concerns. If you want to buy from a trust I highly recommend this location.If youre reading this Arthur I want to say thank you!
Arthur and Han are superheroes! I have had such a difficult time with Assurant and TMobile. However, this is by far the BEST store I have worked with! They both were so accommodating with my issues that I had upgrading. They made the process so easy, regardless of the problems I was having with Assurant..they definitely did their best to do everything they could to set things right!! Ill will be coming here from now on and HIGHLY recommend this store...seriously THE BEST customer service in San Diego !!
I went to switch service from Verizon.Was then instructed by the sales associate Jenny that I would have to pay $15 per month device insurance even though they are paid off. At this point I asked to speak to the manager and was told shell be in before 6 when it was 3. Asked to speak to someone at corporate and was not answered.I took out my smartphone and looked up T-Mobile, called them, and was able to resolve the issue immediately. I took me about 30 min on the phone to get everything setup and the service reps were much more helpful.Therefore the store was unable to help me at all. I recommend anyone just call corporate customer service, they were extremely helpful and much more personable than the sales rep at the store.-Brent
Came to the store with few cellphone questions. The customer service reps were greatly helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend friends and family to this location. They help unlock the LG G4 in an expedited manner where I couldnt get it to unlock from calling through T-Mobile customer hotline. Good job and thanks Eden and Arthur for the help.
Never thought I would get good service from a T-Mobile store because the previous stores I went to had the worst customer service ever! Thanks to Timmy and Thu, my switch to T-Mobile is very smooth and error free. They are the dream team! Would definitely recommend this store for everyone.
Was visiting from out of state and was experiencing some issues with my bill. I went in and even though this place was super busy the manager and the young lady who works there were really pleasant . The wait was maybe but all of 10 min with like 6 people ahead of me . The manager Arthur got my issue resolved and was really nice. If Im ever back this will by my Tmobile store away from home .
I went into the store today to drop off a loaner phone Arthur had sent to my mother-in-law in Orange County and to inquire about my account. I was assisted by Julie who went out of her way to contact T-Mobile on my behalf to check-in on my trade in phones. She was very courteous and professional. I dont live in the area but will not hesitate to make the drive to this specific T-Mobile store if I have any other issues or questions.
Now I see why this t-mobile store is highly recommended. One particular employee there shown nothing but great customer service, product knowledge, and getting me in and out in a timely manner. I can honestly say this store is exceeding above and beyond customer satisfaction
DO NOT visit this store!! I would rate 0 stars if I could! I recently visited the store to order a new phone and was specifically told that it would take 2-3 days to arrive. The rep even told me that it might be in by tomorrow. Several days passed and still no phone so I called Customer Care and they informed me that the device will ship in about a month! What frustrated me the most is that the rep can see this information on her end during the transaction but decided to lie to me about the approximate delivery date. So after paying my down payment for a new phone that I wont even see for a month, I would say stay away from this store and their staff!
Authur helped me with my upgrade to the apple XS max and I love it. He was very professional and made sure I got the best deal possible. He also transferred my data to the new phone for me without having to ask him. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for any phone needs.Thanks again Authur
I am a long time customer with ATT. I switched over to T-Mobile in summer at a T-Mobile corporate store with 2 lines. Service was ok, no complaints but not outstanding either. When the Note 4 came, I met Timmy at this store. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He must have spent over 10 hours in the past few months helping me with my complicated account situations, moving data from Note 3 to iPhone, to Note 4, to Note Edge. The most valuable service I received from Timmy is the fact that he comes up with different ideas to help me save money. Now I moved 11 lines from ATT to T-Mobile. If you are looking for a T-Mobile store, come over here, it is worth it!
The guys here were pretty helpful, they got me some discounts and helped me switch over to T-Mobile from Verizon... the sole reason being that I was travelling internationally for a month and T-mobile has unlimited global roaming... so that was the biggest selling point for me. The guy there made the transition smooth so no issues here and I would recommend.

After losing my job at KUSI-TV Iwent to his store to transfer phone service. I could tell right away he knew how to run a business. My experience at the Linda Vista T-Mobile was easy, fast, & efficient. Timmy (T.i.m.m.y) was very professional, had knowledge about what I was interested in getting Galaxy S-5. Took time to explain how everything works. I would recommend the Linda Vista T-Mobile to anyone interested in making a change to a better service. Amazing customer service here. Arthur helped me out with my phone when it was locked due to a sim pin I wasnt given from a previous associate at another Tmobile location. He got everything taken care of in a few mins. Definitely come here if you want good customer service! Thanks again Arthur!

Brought my 5 lines over from Sprint to this store and got hooked up with the free sim cards. I had issues crossing but Arthur was determined to get me away from Sprint thank goodness since I hate that company so much and was successful in doing so. This review is overdue but I wanted to wait until I got my ETFs ($1600) reimbursed. Well just yesterday I got a text saying it was approved thanks to the help of these guys so im quite happy about that.Go here if you want stuff done right. Came into the store thinking Im opening up 2 lines for 100 for my mom but Eden hooked me up with a great deal, 2 lines for 60. Not only was that it, I wanted to use my Iphone 5 with the service but she also threw another great deal at me that i HAD to take advantage of. She really showed that shes knowledgeable but not only that she has great customer service. definitely recommend this store.
I would like to give a great review on the service at THIS particular T-Mobile. One woman, named Eden happened to help me out with my bill, and she helped me get to an unlimited plan that I didnt even know i could switch to, and it hardly cost anything extra. Very professional and very friendly, I highly recommend this establishment

Let me just say this, I normally walk into cellphone places thinking its going to be a hassle but I had an incredible surprise. The staff at this particular location were hilarious! It was like walking into a barber shop, theyre quite a bunch of characters. And they took care of everything extremely fast. I stuck around to hear Thu pitch me some accessories because I thought she was hilarious. I look forward to paying my bills, thanks for the great service guys!

Do not speak with manager called Angelo.Asked for promotion over the phone, asked multiple times, and they confirmed.However, when I showed up, I was told it is not true.There were only two people at the store, and I did hear employee the manager and two of them speaking each other over the phone, but he insisted he was on break.Well, look for other manager for sure.
I came to this store to purchase a new phone. The service was friendly and helpful. I had an old iPhone and they were running a promotion in which if I traded in the phone, it would result in a discount on subsequent bills.The employees inspected my old phone, transferred the data onto the new phone, and that was that.A month later, when my bill came out, the discount was not there. Two months later, there was still no discount. I called tMobile but they had no record of the phone and suggested I call the store. I called the store and was told that the matter couldnt be discussed over the phone and to come into the actual store.I didnt go to the store since it was about an hour away from my house. Instead I called tMobile back. They asked if I had received a tracking number. I said that I hadnt. They said that it can take time for the phone to be received and that once it was, the discount would be retroactive.I called once a month from October until very recently, each time the bill came out (approx 5 months). On my most recent call, after some research they informed me that I hadnt received the discount because my phone wasnt eligible. When I asked why, they said the phone had screen damage. The call escalated from there and Im still waiting for resolution.To summarize, multiple individuals checked the phone in the store. They handled the phone, and at some point the phone was broken. I was never notified of this. When I called the store, they refused to discuss the whereabouts of the phone with me unless I went into the store. I had to call tMobile 4-5 times over approx 5 months only to find this out and I find myself in a situation in which its my word against theirs that the phone was in working condition at the time that I left it with the store.Why would I give them a phone with a broken screen when it wouldnt benefit me? Why would I not be contacted about this? Why would tMobile keep an iPhone without giving the customer the trade-in benefit?I will give an update on the matter once its resolved. My advice is, if you trade in a phone, request a tracking number and document the status of the phone including pictures.
These guys are awesome. It seems like every body gives props to just Arthur, but lets not forget Alex, Diana and the rest of the crew! Alex and Diana helped me unlock my phones even though it was a hassle. They treat you like family. Meaning to say, they hook you up as if youre family. If they are allowed to do it, they will. They have patience and hospitality as well. They gave us orange juice and lemonade while waiting too! Everyone there is cool! Although I live in Mira Mesa, I drive all the way to this TMobile because its worth it! I switched from ATT to these guys. I made the right decision. Cheaper, not to mention more options. Unlimited data and text outside the USA?!? All frequent international flyers should check out tmobile.
I was helped by one of the managers, Arthur, and that guy knows whats up. Ive spent time on 3 of the 4 major carriers, including a stint with tmobile in the past, when both their network and customer service practices were putrid piles of garbage, but the company has really transformed over the last few years. But as far as my review for this retail location is concerned, the carriers improved offerings arent as important as the reps they are lucky to have as brand ambassadors at this store. You can have hot deals on an ever-expanding network and still watch your business circle down the drain if your representation blows, but Arthur in Linda Vista REPRESENTS.Ill sum up my experience like this: I walked in, stated roughly what I was trying to do, what I wanted tool have in my hands when I left, and what I didnt want missing from my wallet. What I laid out was exactly what was delivered, without obnoxious upselling ( ALL salesmen have to upsell, duh. But thanks to Arthur for keeping it relevant, making it worth my while, and taking up 2% of our time with it instead of 80%), and it was by far the easiest join a new carrier and snag the newest flagship phone experience Ive ever had, and I have plenty to compare it to. Almost every time I dread that awful feeling that someone is desperately trying to convince me to buy something that I just walked in and said I wanted to buy, like theyre so nervous about making the sale they cant see its already been made if they would just get on with it before I take off in frustration. These dudes actually listened, avoided the unnecessary B.S and tweaked things a little here and there to make everything line up nicely with my list of demands. Super pleased customer here.
I was a long time ATT customer, then I stopped into T-Mobile, and I have to say, Im done with that ish. I got help from this girl named Thu Nguyen. I gotta say, Thu, you win. Trust me people, when NGUYEN=YOU WIN.Her quality of service was better than any time I had gone to ATT, which made me feel like they needed to do just enough to keep me from finally giving up and paying the cancellation fee to break their service. I wont say what deals Thu hooked me up with to get me to come over, but it was worth it and Im glad I stopped in.
I would say to skip this store if you can! Didnt help me with what I needed and not happy with what was promised. Finally going to switch after visiting here. Been loyal customer for years but was given wrong information from store. Maybe if employees were trained better to give correct details or maybe the manager needs to do better with making sure each worker knows what they are talking about. Not sure how there are good reviews for this store.
Thu Nguyen has single handedly given me hope for mankind. In September I ordered an iPhone 6 at this store. I waited for what felt like an eternity for Apple to purchase more slaves and increase its productivity for a restock. Seasons changed, empires rose and fell. I finally received a call that my phone had arrived. I walked into the store on an idle Tuesday, playing it cool, expecting to walk out with nothing but my highly coveted new Iphone. I was instead blindsided with an experience way more valuable than expensive, controversially manufactured tech items could ever be. I walked out a changed man, completely enlightened and matured. Previously, I had difficulty growing even the smallest dirt stache. I now have a full beard and a forest full of chest hair that David Hasselhoff would pay top dollar to simply run his hands through. Did I mention that Thu is a pure flag waving patriot? Because she is. She bent over backwards getting my military discount applied, even days after I had left the store with my new phone. Im actually convinced that she may be a cyborg or some kind of divine entity, because no one is ever this nice.Check this place out.
I will be switching to Tmobile the moment im let free. This is why. Thu Nguyen. Wow. I mean my faith in humanity was restored by her kindness and full of energy attitude. Not your average drag through a cellphone store. I had a blast and all I went in there for was a phone charger.
These guys are the best. I have sent them my family and neighbors. If excellent customer service is what you expect when you are spending your time and money. This is the place to go. They took all the time I needed to answer all my questions. I left knowing what I ordered. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

Thankful for their customer service. the staff at fenton pkwy and mission valley locations were so off-putting. Was treated so rudely by two young adults that should never be left in charge of a phone store without many more hours of customer training. being pushed into buying a brand I dont like witch led to a argument, led me to the door. I had difficulty with my previous phone service company, and the customer service representatives Angelo and Esméralda were patient and very helpful throughout the entire process. They stuck with me and helped answer questions that I had trouble understanding. I wish more customer care representatives were as helpful as these two! Awesome job!
