SGW has been my artificial turf/landscape supplier of choice for almost 7 years. What inspired me to write a review was simple.....I just rode by an install my company did over 6 years ago on the west side of Los Angeles. At the time we used an artificial turf blend that was considered in the mid range of pricing for SGW. A good blend at a great price, but not their highest quality offering. Even so, the front yard install still looks fantastic, and I am still getting referral business from that contract.SGW has a full lineup of TenCate fiber blends, made in the USA. The most realistic, technologically advanced and safest artificial turf you can buy. I have used their products on thousands of installs, and have had virtually zero problems. In the few cases where there was a warranty issue, SGW stood behind and replaced the product 100%. Artificial turf is meant to last upwards of 15-20 years, so first and foremost consider who is guaranteeing the product. I highly recommend this company!

Watch out for imitators, SGW is the original synthetic grass company. With the drought, its no wonder this place has so much business, its so practical! 2021-03-16I highly recommend Synthetic Grass Warehouse turf. I worked with Marty and installed his premium product. I am extremely satisfied with the work that the contractors have done as well as the way that the turf looks and performs. I have a dog and have experienced a few rains and have not had any issues at all with my grass. I am glad that I went with their high end product.

2015-03-23I have had a great experience with this group. They are simply a phone call away, order confirmed immediately over phone, goods shipped out that day & received the next. They send me a receipt immediately for my records. Now lets talk quality....My ideal for artificial grass is making it so real that you actually stop to look at to see if it is real grass or artificial. 2014-07-22I am so thankful for this business for helping my family turn our backyard into a safe and manageable playground for our dogs. We just moved to California and our backyard was all dirt with debris everywhere. Sythentic Grass Warehouse provided the perfect product to completely makeover our yard. I dont have to mow. I dont have to trim. I dont have to water the grass and spike my bill. And the grass was very easy to install. SGW promptly and professionally answered any questions I had; and trust me, I had a lot of questions! But the customer service here is top notch!I cant wait to have friends over and show off our new yard!

2021-05-14Call first 10 min hold, go there call again 10 min hold, then I get the run around, then the owner makes me say Im sorry for raising my voice in the warehouse with 2 forklifts buzzing by cause the office is closed! But nice girls that didnt have change for cash, and ya have to fill out a form for a credit card sale
