It was my first time renting an RV and they could not have made it any easier. They were polite, professional, and very accommodating. The RV was perfect for the event I attended. It was a 4 day festival in the desert and everything was perfect. Nothing went wrong but should it have they were there to meet my needs. They really were stress free and met all my needs. I dont think I could have had a better experience. The RV made all the difference in the desert. I dont think Ill ever go back to camping in tents in the desert after this. It was prefect. Thank you Mike and Jaquine for making this experience flawless and amazing. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone and be renting from you should I do another festival. You are my top and only choice when it comes to renting RVs.

*Update to review. After I submitted this review, the owner came back and accused me of causing damage to the RV one month after I returned it and an employee completed a walk through with me and confirmed there was no damage. This owner is clearly vindictive and I am currently challenging his fraudulent actions and charges with the third party rental company.Do not rent from this business! I was charged multiple add on fees that were not explained or disclosed by the owner Michael. I am still working with Outdoorsy.com to dispute these charges. Several weeks after my trip was completed I was charged $95 with no explanation. Outdoorsy customer service said they can see the charge but the owner left no notes or explanation. There were other charges I noticed the day I was supposed to pick up the RV. When I contacted Michael he replied very rudely and unprofessional and asked why I would dispute charges the day of the rental pick up and said he is correct and I am wrong. Turns out he overcharged me for a generator I did not need and did reverse the charge but no apology. I contacted Michael and his associate the day of drop off and said I was going to be dropping it off no later than 3PM. Both said that was fine and when I dropped it off his associate said no late charge would be applied. Days later I was charged a $75 late fee and it was noted I dropped it off at 5PM which is false. Adding to all this the RV did not function properly. The heater and fridge stopped working two days into our trip and the lows were in the teens. We froze inside. Absolutely worst experience renting anything from a business.

I got a chance to finally book a trailer and loved the experience start to finish. We received top tier service and they always made it a point to treat people the right way, the unit worked out great and everything went as smooth as can be! I would highly recommend giving Stress Free RVs a chance to host your next trip.

Rented a trailer for a camping weekend and everything went really well. Was able to pickup trailer and everything worked out well for the weekend. Generator worked good to power the AC and keep everything cool even though we were camping in the desert heat with no shade. Definitely will rent from again.

This was out second time renting a Trailer from Mike. The first one was new and only had one issue with the oven. I think that may have been our inability to start it so we did not report it. This time we had an older trailer and due to a miss communication between the company and the delivery person we had no utensils of any kind. Mike went above and beyond to get us all the equipment that we needed. The first night he had a delivery of a small amount of utensils and the next day we had a full complement of supplies. We think Mike did a great job and would come back again but would request a new unit. Thank you Mike for a good job. I

I rented from stress free RVs, and i had an amazing time. the rv was clean and functioned properly. they were easy and friendly to deal with, i will use them again for my next vacation.

Such a wonderful experience booking with stress free rvs! Mike and the team were amazing and really took their time to explain everything and walk us through how to use the rv and all the supplies we would need. They even gave us a complimentary welcome basket with hot chocolate, trail mix, and kombucha! Doesn’t get much better than that! Overall it was a pleasure and truly “stress free” experience working with them and I highly recommend. Can’t wait for our next trip with them!!

Mike took the time to make sure I knew all of the basics and helped answer and trouble shoot questions we had as first timers, loved the patience and willingness to help. Will definitely book again and highly recommend stress free rvs and will say Mike and his team were amazing!

The RV we rented from Stress Free RVs was not cleaned well at all. The toilet seat was not lifted to clean and the top of the bowl was covered in urine. Shelves, cabinets and the microwave were not cleaned and food was left behind there and under the table. There were ants throughout the trailer including in the bunk beds were my children slept. There was a lot of debris left in the corners where sweeping was not done. The mattress were extremely flat and uncomfortable. No mattress pad was left on the master bed as advertised. The outside off the RV was the dirtiest one in the RV park. I spoke with Mike prior to making the reservation about a dog allergy in our family and he said the RV would be extra cleaned. It was very disappointing to start our vacation by having to clean the RV. When I spoke to Mike about the condition the RV was left in he said he would reimburse some of our cost, but now is not willing to at all. He has pictures of the RV showing it was cleaned, but not of the areas I specified which I have pictures of to prove. We paid almost 2k for a week for a new model RV wanting a “stress free” experience and not only was it dirty the quality of RV was low. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written and I recommend not using Stress Free RVs if you want a clean RV.Edit in response to Mike’s response:My photos are time stamped. Your photos do not show the areas my photos do, like under the toilet seat, the selves, under the table, the floor corners, etc. That is ridiculous that you are a accusing me of being nasty. On what grounds? I told you about the dirty condition in a calm manner. You proceeded to call me nitpicky. I only spoke to you so there is no other staff involved, so you are flat out lying. Though I thought you should reimburse more, I asked for a $200 reimbursement. The cleaning fee was $150 and I asked for $50 for the inconvenience of things like ants crawling on my children’s beds and needing to get ant bait. You should be ashamed of yourself. Cleary this is your MO as there are other reviews saying the same thing I am.Update - on 7/16/22 he charged an additional $763.27 to my credit card without discussing with me and accused me of breaking the the ignitor knob off the stove. I had to point out to him that in his pre-inspection photo the knob was already missing (another hassle we had to deal with of not having a proper working stove). He didn’t have any response let alone an apology. Luckily he did reverse the charge. At least now the credit card company knows to not accept any further charges from him. Very poor business practices.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. We booked and arranged for stress free rvs to deliver an rv to stagecoach music festival. For the weeks leading up we we stayed in constant communication so that it would be a smooth process. Mike at stress free rv made it sound like they had done this plenty of times and bragged that they did the majority of the rvs for the artists at Coachella. We continued to stay in contact where we were told consistently there would be no issues. We provided the information for lot 8, there were not specific site numbers and you can park anywhere in there. We were also ready to meet the driver on thursday when our rental started.Then out of no where on Wednesday the day before our booking, when we called to see what the plan was for Thursday (the day our booking began) we could not get a hold of them. Once we did, Mike said they would not be able to deliver Thursday and with attitude would only drop it off in a parking lot somewhere Wednesday.The whole reason we paid for the delivery service was because we do not have a vehicle tow the vehicle in ourselves. After some back and forth and telling them how unprofessional it was to do this the day before a booking, Mike told us “ I cannot deal with this right now and hung up”. This was the last we heard from stress free rvs after numerous calls and txts.We were left the day before to try and track down another rv, which is very hard to do on a busy weekend like stagecoach.I would absolutely not get an rv from this company and still can not believe the level of unprofessionalism to break the agreed upon contract, then just hang up and tell the customer they can’t deal with this.Save yourself and go with another company that is reliable.
