Hello everyone I’m so happy to give my review to Stone Gate Appartments they have a great Customer service & they are very helpful & great place to live in they keep it very clean & is peaceful & Always ask for Laura she is wonderful & her Custumer service is outstanding she always goes the extra step to help you .
Living here now. Our rent is $1260 a month and we have lived with bugs for around 6 months now. Like a lot of bugs, despite the complexes efforts to fix it. Both of my roomates have had their cars broken into twice. On the property and off. Save your money and live somewhere else. For $1100 to $1300 you could find much better in riverside. Managment doesnt try very hard to help you. Crime rate is very high and there is about 20 homeless living in the direct vicinity. Probably the ones breaking into cars. Dont listen to the fake reviews. Live elsewhere.
Everyday this Place is getting worse. There are so many homeless and all day long the homeless fight. Their family members park the car in our car Spots. Theft is very hi here. My car and husband car were stole. They also broke into our garage and too all my husbands home.I am leaving once my lease is up
I lived there for a little over a year in 2008 and just recently found that they were on my credit, they claimed that i never gave a 30 day notice. However, i was already out of my lease so it would make no sense to not give a 30 day notice. While living there i never had any issues and i loved the lay out and play place for the kids, but finding out that they did this to me and made no attempts to contact me in this amount of time is ridiculous and very unprofessional of the management team there. I would never rent from them again.
I stopped by Stonegate Apartments in Riverside, Ca. today. I was impressed with the immaculate landscaping, the very clean apartments, and the welcoming attitude of the staff. The quality living atmosphere was reasonably priced and came with very nice amenities.
Most terrible managed apartment complex I have ever rented from! Management will be VERY nice to a new resident and once you have been lured in by the small deposit and some money off your monthly rent, you will see immediately that they are very unprofessional, liars and rude. If you want to live in a unsafe location with high monthly rent, by all means go ahead and become a resident at Stonegate. Stonegates community is not safe, cops are present EVERY DAY! Shoddy maintenance work does not resolve matters properly, I had a crack running along my ceiling due to water damage and instead of removing the old rotting drywall that has been layered over layer over layer, maintenance caulked the crack and called it fixed. The noise from the neighbors was only drowned out by the noise coming from the air conditioner. The Jacuzzi works half the time, gym is small and disgusting, wifi does not work, office computers are ridiculously slow (dont even bother to use them) only one printer available for use. DO NOT expect to get what you deserve as a resident at an apartment complex, you will be very disappointed once moved in! I suggest you look elsewhere before they lure you in with a small deposit and money off your monthly rent.
They suck! They tend to slack off and not care. The people in the main office talk TO MUCH TRASH about residents. Cant wait till my lease is up in march! Ive asked then to fix the broken stairs a bunch of times and they do nothing about it other than put yellow paint on it... Ive hurt myself on it a bunch of times! They need to start doing their jobs!!
The apartments are cool residents are cool office people cool but I don’t understand the homeless on the premises in the trash and roaming grounds the lot especially during the office hours or period we can barely have guest over here due to parking restrictions but the unwanted trespassers are scary
Went in there to get some information on these apartments and the staff was amazing and very informative! Thankful they were able to answer all of our questions and concerns!
Very bad area. Managment is very rude and unhelpful. The were constantly raising the price on our rent. They comment on these reviews but never actually get back to anyone. Large homelss population and the appliances are from the 70s. Dont move here. Save your money and go to another complex
Honestly havent had any issues. Staff has been helpful since Ive been here. She always responds to my emails or call when I have any questions. Everyone has different experiences.
Love my bottom floor. Very spacious. There are random dogs that walk around here though. Pretty annoying. I think people let them out to pee without going outside with them...

The vibe of the the management team was super chill. Sam and Laura were super helpful and considerate!

These apartments suck there all types of homeless people that do alot of drugs my got broken into 5 times in the past year from all the crack head the office only knows how to say its not of there control and they will not doing nothing about it im so happy I moved out last month it waa worth for me to break my less 3 months early I wish I read the reviews before i got this apartment because they want mkre then any other apartments out there but there about the worst I ever seen its a very rough place to live at I use to be embarrassed to have friends and family to come over cuss theres always homeless people fighting and where my parking stall was at there was a car who dose body work on cars and over spray from always painting cars use to go all over my car so they let there tenants do what they want I notice they td me no one can have more then one car if you dont own a garage which is never available and everyone haves thers own parking but they have to many cars from all the homeless people that dont even run and uncountable times random people use to park In my parking stall and they even towed my car cuss someone parked in my stall and I parked in a uncovered stall which office says its on to park there but they towed my car cuss some crack head parked in my stall so worst apartments ever and the pool area alwaya have weird people smoking weed around it I went to the pool once and I waa so gross out from it I didnt even go in thw pool
Ive been for a yr just renewed my lease and tons of issues popped up starting with Little bugs now roaches I keep my apartment clean my sister also stays with me with her two boys its ridiculous how much rent is and have bugs around my apartment the office staff sucks they say the will handle it its been 3 months and barley getting help I would not recommend this apartments to anybody save ur money and get a house

Great place, very peaceful, safe, patrolled by security. Managment and maintenance very professional. Any concerns are always responded/resolved quickly.
Staff is very helpful, Robyn was a great manager, sad to see her leave

2022-05-21Comfortable roomy apartments, and still affordable rents- compared to most...Very quiet, and the building/premises, are always kept up. Car wash next door, doggy park, and good people all around. I highly recommend it 👍

2022-05-27I have family members that lived here and went through so much inconvenience. First of all the office people leave earlier than their actual hours, so if you do have any concerns or issues going on no one is there to help because they just decide to leave when they feel like it. Then you pay extra per month for the gym only to have them closed half of the month. Many times the doors wouldn’t open because of how old they are, and when they said they would send help no one would show up after 20 min . This happened multiple times. Also Laura in the front office is not friendly what so ever, always has a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job find another one or don’t work please. Don’t be pouring out negativity to someone that doesn’t deserve it.

2021-11-27Currently living here. Rent is too high (1950$ 1 bedroom 1 bath) for the amount of homeless that pick through the trash, use the laundry facilities and openly walk through the grounds.**(Dont walk Doolittle after dark)**. Parking has been terrible since non residents leave their vehicles here for weeks. Security is here once in a while, but not nearly long enough to deter anything. Remodeled units are shoddy and constantly need maintenance. Staff and residents are the only upside of living here. Staff works very hard to keep the grounds presentable, and are super helpful and friendly (only reason this review has any stars). Really had high hopes for this place, but definitely will not renew lease for next year.

2020-12-19My little family of 3 have been leaving at stonegate for over 2 years now and we love it here, we have not had any problems and the office staff is super nice and professional. I get emails for everything, office hours, water shut off notice, and it feels good to be taken in to notice. I also love that the apartments are always well maintained. I would definitely recommend stonagate to friends and family. Thank you!!🏡💞

2021-03-28Called and spoke to Laura the leasing specialist who was very helpful - unfortunately the property didnt have availability but she did refer me to Summer Meadows which is in my city! Very helpful, didnt even hear the phone ring, I dialed and Laura picked up. Great service!

2018-03-25Was great when I first moved in 4 years ago but I moved out over a year ago and was sent to collections for something I was never contacted or notified about. Now my cousin who lives there currently is being harassed by the ladies at the front office that she always owes extra on their rent when their lease hasnt even been renewed. Id stay away from this place, they seem to want to push out their veteran tenants and soon enough wont have any tenants left.

2020-11-19We have been living at Stonegate Apartments for approximately 4 years, we love it here and when we have something go wrong like refrigerator stop working and we had a new refrigerator by noon. Sam the manager and the maintenance crew are always on top of things here.

2018-08-18If only there was an option of zero stars, becuase this place Stonegate is deserving of it. The owner responded to a diffrent review saying, some things are out of our control pertaining to Vehicles being broken into. My car was broken into the third day I moved in and just so happens its not underneath the camera, so the renters insurance policy wont cover it. Theres two cameras over the jacuzzi at Stonegate watching every person that gets in and out of that jacuzzi. If those two cameras were over the parking lots perhaps it be a safer place perhaps you would be able to control the criminal activity and make it a safer place.There are bugs everywhere in this place, so infested and you know why because they have Dewey Pest Control. This is the worst and cheapest Pest Control you can possibly have.I was leased an apartment, but prior I was given a visual floor plan that has more square footage than the actual unit I got. There was no frigerator the dishwasher was broken the stove top exhaust doesnt work.The first thing I did was put in a work order for the broken step leading up to my apartment to be fixed and they never did it. Maintenance told me that they needed to get a hold of corporate to be approved to spend that sort of money. The safety of the residents and their belongings are not of any concern to the owner of this place. Months now have passed and a few weeks back I was told corporate cleared a check to fix the stair, but its still broken 5 months down the road.Its clear to me that the staff of this complex have their hands tied and they really do try and acomidate all 160 residents request. Jeffrey Miller and the shareholders of Pacific Living Places are raking in profits and not providing the maintenece or office workers with the tools required to operate a safe livable place for people.The security cameras are operated by one IT dude whom is contracted not to share any video footage with residence. I found this out becuase this time my work truck was broken into and it was right in the cameras line of sight. He, nor the staff here was willing to show me the footage, so I could share it with police in hopes of getting my tools back. Sadly the esurance renters insurance required for each resident to have in order to stay here wont even pay out the policy with the theft happening on camera. Miller insurance a provider of rental insurance started by family of CEO of PLP Jeff Miller are incauhuts bambosaling tenats for as much money as they can stuff in their hollow hearts.The security working on Friday thrue Sunday night rides a motercycle around the complex with no helmet or company identification on himself, setting of car alarms. The security number provided by the complex is a scam. They dont dispatch anyone in the time of need or crime reported. I called many times and their soul purpose is to alert the office that a report was made to them. Then I reported to the office and they to,d me to report to the number that actually just reports back to the office.The insurance company has not responded to my email in a week about my work truck being broken into. I will add to this review as the time passes and I find out more.August 18th of 2018 its been several months scince I have vacated the facility. I paid out all the closing cost and wished everything to be done in the earlier days of June 2018. I have talked with Mary(white) Vanessa(Latina) Robin(African-American) almost on a wekley basis trying to get my security deposit back. I think that this is a problem that is surley in the each of your hands as much as it is in Jeffery Millers hands. Give me my money!
