I like the vibe here its chill....more like an apartment complex just doesnt have alot of people here....which is ok too. Wish the pool was filled up and ready to be appreciated! All in all I like this place the only thing other than an empty pool I could complain about is the door to the room gets stuck ... If you just wanna ju k back and relax without the daily stress from the outside world around you ....this is the spot. Stores are open late/ all night even....I mean subway across the street has a 24 drive thru!!!! Best a drive thru but then open 24 hours.. tt
This place is perfect for when youre on a budget and need some room to stretch out and relax. They have a refrigerator and microwave in every room, the real down side is they do have a minor bug problem which theyve been working on for quite some time now. The front desk is always very kind and professional whenever I come here. They also cut me a break and let me rent the room with my dmv papers saying my license will be in next week. They also have a laundromat on site which is pretty convenient, and if you wake up early enough their breakfast is pretty decent too. Soon as they fix the bolt locks on some of these doors and get some new carpet, and start replacing light bulbs around here Id give them a solid 4 stars.
Two tvs including one tube type tv and neither one worked. No one answers at front desk and room wouldnt cool off. Holes in carpets, told asst manager I would not stay and asked for a refund and was refused, Very bad customer service, STAY AWAY

Long story short, I did not feel safe at this location and the receptionist/staff was not helpful at all! From the moment I checked into my room, I was disturbed by unknown guests (a total of 3 times) despite having a do not disturb placard on my door. I addressed this with the front desk receptionist after the third disturbance, The receptionist admitted that sometimes homeless transients come to knock on doors and kick them in to stay in the rooms for free at night if no one answers the door! She also said there may be people who come looking for people they think may still be in the rooms. She did not have security escort me to check the area around my room. In fact, she did not tell me that security existed at all until I let her know I was ready to check out and leave. When it came time for me to leave, she initially refused to check me out saying that I had to wait until after the audit at 0400 AM! I let her know that she was lying because I have experience with the hotel industry. I asked for the manager who was not present, so I asked for the contact information of the manager instead. She gave me three different names and then told me she doesnt know his name because he changes his name so much. I asked how on earth do you not know who your manager is? This woman was the vilest & disrespectful employee Ive ever encountered and she had the audacity to tell me: wElL ThAtS jUsT tHE WaY i aM! This was a horrible and unsafe experience and I immediately checked out afterward! Oh and lets talk about cameras, the same employee admitted to me that although cameras are posted in various locations, none of them work/they dont record anything!! So if a serious incident occurs, you are screwed. And lets talk about COVID. Despite having signage up to enforce wearing masks, do you think the employees wear masks? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Not only are they not wearing masks but many of the guests I observed checking in and out or entering/exiting the public areas of the premise are not wearing masks. This location needs to be incinerated and its ashes condemned to the nearest landfill. It is horrible and they have serious safety issues. If you can afford to stay somewhere safer and you want somewhere safe, secured, quiet, PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Otherwise, be prepared to deal with random transients causing a disturbance, incompetent employees, and a severe lack of security (no cameras, no security guard). I am here as a healthcare worker and this is the thanks and treatment I get after telling them I needed a quiet area and apparently that was their quiet part of the property. SMH. I told them upfront in my reservation that I needed and was assured this would be accommodated for me. This is completely unacceptable and I demand a full refund.
It is deep down dirty. Surface clean but I didnt want to walk barefoot in the room. Check in was hard. Sent initially to a room that wasnt ready. Sheets rough and feel old. Bathroom door frame torn up by an animal. Air conditioning worked great! And free breakfast which is why 2 stars. Not much to recommend here...
Not good.. it’s not worth the few dollars you save cause it’s not worth the time nor the hassle.. poor rooms , old never updated. So I don’t recommend it to no one but homeless people.. yea horrible living conditions. It should be torn down.. the city health department should check it out .
I didn’t even stay here. Walked to the room and turned around and went to get a refund. Door numbers written in marker. Bathroom sink full of sludge type residue. Looked like a place you catch COVID, scabies, bed bugs and crabs. Utter filth. Smells of mildew, drug smoke, and distress. Don’t stay here if you expect accommodations.
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. Nice is cute on the outside but a horror story on the inside. So.. I check into my first room get to the room come to find out the door was already opened and kicked in the sheets we’re dirty there were no pillows, no shower curtain so I call the front desk and they switch me rooms just to move all my stuff around to find out the second room was trash the the beds were made with pillows but the bathroom was completely flooded water everywhere. Will never stay here again in my entire life would rather sleep outside.
THEY HAVE BED BUGS DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I thought it was a really nice hotel the 1st night. They had soap, clean towles, comfy beds and pillows i was overall satisfied. Untill the 2nd night i had woken up with a swollen knot on my head and super itchy everywhere only to find that i had been feasted on by bugs that night.. I had no choice our 3rd night I involuntarily had to stay another night in the nightmarish infested room. I had woken up there this morning in room 131 to witness an ACTUAL BED BUG crawling twards me. Horrified my boyfriend and I hurried out and had asked for a refund for at least the last night we stayed only to find that the manager had absolutely no concern whatsoever. Hopefully he really gets an exterminator to this establishment ASAP before the bed bug situation gets out of hand and becomes truly detrimental.
I did not enjoy my stay at all could not get a good nights sleep. First 15 minutes there was 2 girls fighting in the hall. The neighbors must be on drugs or dealing cause they were in and out all night, people knocking on their door. I had to wait at least an hour for someone to come fix the t.v. The manager at check in was friendly. But that was it. We paid 115. With no rest for one night plus 100 cash deposit since we reserved it on Priceline.
This place stinks, we were in a non smoking room and you wouldn’t have been able to tell, the smoke from other parts of the building came through the walls(smell wise). The hallway and down by the ice machine was filthy with cigarettes and trash all over the floor and hall way! The rooms looked just clean enough to pass a glance inspection, but. Once you actually got in there, the cleanliness wasn’t much better then the hallway. We will never stay here again!
This place is by far a 3 star hotel. The mattress looks like it came out of a dumpster the roaches are too much. They advertise free breakfast but dont serve it.
This is not the hotel you stay at if you have choices. Really low rate was good. Our bed was actually super comfy. Really old buildings and dated. Lots of damage and stains. However all the staff we came across were friendly & nice, cleaning ladies were doing their best to keep everything clean. I gave it 2 stars basically cuz of the price & the bed.
We left immediately.Once we checked in at the hotel, we checked out immediately.1) The staff (Both Associates) during check in was not wearing mask which is required by the state law (COVID non-compliant)2) The room and the room aisle were sinking and carpets were full of cigarette smell.3) There were unassisted animals such as cats roaming outside the room (Room on 2nd Floor), when complained at the reception, they said it is natural that stray animals will roam around.4) The property did not have adequate security in place (Homeless people were entering & leaving the property). anyone could enter the property right outside the room and knock.5) Too much of loud activity happening inside the building making the stay unsafe and unbearable.We left from the property immediately due to safety concerns. This was the 1st and last time I have ever stayed in Days Inn property (Days Inn By Wyndham Stockton)
I shouldnt leave a review but I feel like its very much needed. This place is in need of an overhaul. I paid $97 for a two bed room and you would expect better. Ive had better at Motel 6s and for a lot cheaper. So what is wrong with this establishment? Like some have stated, it is outdated. Which is fine because furniture is pricey and keeping up with the Joneses isnt always the best option depending on their financial status. I did noticed its operated independently which also plays a factor. My thing is, if you are going to keep it traditional and preserve the furniture, it needs to be well maintained. The moment I walked into the hallway, the carpet was stained black. Not a spot, practically the whole floor. A simple floormat would help with people wiping their shoes before entering the hallway. As for the room, just upon entering, I heard laughter and it sounded like someone was in the room. The TV was left on and loud. Not inviting at all. The door frame looked as if someone used a crowbar to enter the room. It was barely attached and that doesnt feel like a secure environment. The beds looked comfy but the comforter had holes from burnt markings and red stains towards the head of the pillow. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and soap. Its unfortunate we werent able to stay because my party just did not feel comfortable in this room. I honestly hope they consider making that a priority. The lady at the counter was friendly and no issues with customer service. She managed to change our room since I forgot to mention accessibility for a disabled. So thank you for her patience. All the best to this hotel in the future.
Let me start by saying i never leave reviews but in this case I had to help the next person. Booked this hotel through Priceline on our way to Seattle WA. Looked like a nice hotel in the pics and had a bar on the property for a night cap. Checked in about 6pm and that place looked nothing like the pics. Run down and a bunch of druggies hanging around the lobby. As we pulled around to our hotel room parking area two of the rooms on the first floor had the screens removed and chairs sitting outside with people smoking weed. I had my wife and two kids stay in the car with the doors locked while i went to check out the room. OMG... I wanted to turn around before I even made it to the door. Half of the room doors at one point had been kicked in and the damage was still not repaired. As i entered the room the carpet was stained and smelled like someone had died in there. I had to use the restroom before we went on to find another hotel and not to my surprise there was a cockroach in the bathtub. I calmly walked in and explained the situation to the front desk as the employee was getting off the phone with an irate guest due to no WIFI in the hotel. He explained that it happens a lot... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not let this happen to you.
Was actually glad to see the Clarion go on to be a Days inn (especially marketing under the Wyndham brand). It HAD to be a major upgrade on every level in comparison to the poor standan with the Clarion. Rude and unprofessional daytime management. Cleanliness is sub par and the bed bugs that was discovered in a room we were checked in to, was the icing on the cake. This establishment is not recommended and overpriced. I wish I could provide a positive note but I would be doing the Google community and potential customers a great disservice just to make a positive note. It was a horrible experience and will not patronize this hotel again
Graffiti throughout the building walls. No coffee maker, tv didnt work, shower didnt work, it had no water pressure. Security guard is to no good. Slamming of doors & lots of noises from other customers all night. I will never stay here again. Worker in the morning was rude as can be.
Twice we were given rooms that were occupied. First room, before we even got to the door we heard the people inside. Back up to the front desk. Second time, at least this one was empty, but obviously used. Towels used, soaps gone. Back to the front desk. Three times to get a clean room. By far the worst experience i ever had here.
I was kind of worried about what to expect of days inn stockton because of some of these reviews but i spent 3 nights and had no problem.. I booked all my nights online which was cheaper then just walking in getting a room.. The room was huge had a nice big flat screen on the wall, the ac, and frige, coffee maker, microwave all in the room worked great.. The hotel was quiet and felt safe the check in process was quick benny is the guy that did my reservation and he was really nice even opened the laundry room so i could do my laundry i would definitely recommend days inn stockton. The only thing that needs improvement is the carpet in the hall ways are really dirty and need replaced soon but they have been making alot of improvements since days inn took over the hotel which was last known as the clarion and suites..
Ive never had a hotel room in this country with so many bugs. The check in process took forever. Im waiting for the TV to get fixed now. The room is dark, dingy, and smells unclean. The neighborhood looks scary. I wont be back.
Everything from the outside of hotel to the numerous fire hazards in the rooms, was run down. The room I stayed in had a hair dryer with its power cord spliced together with a different one. Most electrical sockets didnt work and the toilette was falling apart. There were also bugs everywhere. Definitely a slum building.
Checked in on Sept. 6 2019 at 12. Am.The lady in the lobby gave me a very poor customer service. I booked a none smoking room and you could smell mariguana all over the hallway.The iron didnt work . the water faucet spreading water when opened..I know is an affordable price but they need to supervise customer service!
First they checked us into a dirty room. When we went back up the night lady didnt seem to care, she reassigned our room without much else to say. The next room they checked us into had food left in the fridge and there was a cockroach crawling on the wall. We only needed a place to sleep for the night so we went to sleep. Informed the front desk worker when we checked out about the food in fridge and she didnt seem surprised at all.
Had to continue review. Complained again about room and for the 3rd time moved to a different wing. What a difference. Room smelled like it was just cleaned and the towels were decoratively folded. Was there some sort of a standard in which rooms to fill 1st. Because of all the problems I still gave it a low rating.
I havent even checked into my room and the front desk staff are exceptionally rude. Martin, is on the phone at my arrival with another lady already waiting, but he is off the clock and unwilling to check her in or myself as the next shift change was going on. I forgot my identification and she was extremely rude to me saying there was no excuse. Keep in mind I had already paid for the room. I will not stay here again.

Had to change my room 2 times . Originally got a king , room was full of roaches . Changed to another king , again more roaches . They didnt have another king available so they gave me a room with 2 beds & i thought all was ok then i woke up to bed bugs biting me . Im glad my baby did not get bitten .Horrible place , plus house keeping doesnt even speak english -_-
Ok this place was weird so not only was there a mildewy smell in the room but I was nearly hit in the head by the bathroom light cover that just came down all on its own. I reported it to the front desk and all they said was oh, yeah our maintenance man wont be back til next week. Yeah never again will I stay at this place.

There was blood everywhere from the bathroom and all through the room itself with a huge blood splatter all over the ceiling above one of the beds and all over the lamp shade. When I called for the manager to come look at it she didnt even want to give us another room, she said the other buildings were not safe, not only that but we had to fight the Wyndham company for our money back. As it turns out there was not even a police report made until we called and made one the next day and spoke to the detective who confirmed it was human blood in the room and was being treated as a crime scene. Ultimately i reported it to the health department and they ended up shutting the place down. I dont know for how long but in my opinion 1 day was enough. I posted the pictures of all the blood we seen on the website but of course they were taken down. Beware if you decide to stay there!!!!
Absolutely horrible. There were a lot of sketchy people in the back and the pool was green. Hotel is basically run down. In first room no smoke detectors and electrical wiring was hanging out and coffeepot was missing. Bad odor. In second room AC only worked for 10 min and then shut off, while room was still hot.
I enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful and accommodating. I loved the clerks serious yet humorous personality. I was able to use my AAA discount. Yayyyy.

They have bedbugs we packed up our kids and had to leave in the middle of night. When asked if they have had bedbugs before we where told not in that room but yes on that floor. We got no apologies.
Wow I have never felt more unsafe then I did here.. There were ladies in the parking lot and walked up to my dad and ppl talking and hanging out all night. The tv does not work the shower sucks and there was soap from someone else in the shower the lady at the front desk acted like it would kill her to talk to me about the tv and said Ill call you back never did.. Such a disappointment only reason I gave it a 1 star is cuss its the only way it would let me post
We ended up leaving the same night. There was only 1 other person there and this was a Saturday night. There was so much dust and the sheets were I thought stained til I got a wash cloth and some soap and got the spot out.. place just felt creepy

The pool was out of order , the staff was rude , no TV the first night had to be moved to different room next day . Laundry was out if order , they charged my card $100 dollars more than the bill . Been trying to get ahold of the manager for a week and no luck .

The hallway was filthy, the dead bolt on my door didnt work, there was what looked to be a large blood stain in the stairwell, the outside doors were propped open all night, anyone can walk in and out, people were openly smoking in the interior stairwell, this place is scary

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The guy at the reception talks like I want to stay at his house. The room stinks of an old and damp smell. the only people who work there are the cleaners. its clean here. The pool is also not open, it is closed. I do not recommend this hotel.
There is no breakfast or cervical cleaning I am here for three days and no day they cleaned and cockroaches everywhere
Acceptable as an emergency hotel to spend 1 or two nights nothing more. Among all the services it has, it only works for free breakfast, air conditioning and TV. The pool service, laundry, security locks on the doors of the room, bar & grill among others none works. Its facilities Large and silent rooms.
We are sorry to comment that perhaps the Hotel Owners are not informed but, We are housed in El Hotel de Stacto and it is infected with bedbugs and cockroaches we are a large group of people who come to the hotel for a month, but given the circumstances we will have to look for some other Hotel, I hope they take action on the matter since everything looks clean and tidy but these bugs abound so soon the Light goes out Thank you very much and really a thousand apologies for communicating my experience Thank you

2022-05-30First of all the staff were rude. I got a non smoking room and The whole building smelled nothing like smoke, it was gross! The carpet to get to my room was so dirty with dark stains everywhere. My room was ok some stains on the carpet, the 3 old pillows were dirty (Didn’t use them), no phone in the room, the remote to the tv was broken with missing buttons… the list goes on. NOT a good place to stay! Never again!!!

2022-07-06Honestly it doesnt even deserve 1 star. $110 dollars a nite. No water in the pool, mold in the bathroom/shower, hole in the carpet, curtains falling apart. No breakfast service and resturant is not open. The bar is open however we are not drinkers.

2022-06-29This place was horrible; we should have listened to our gut at check-in.The guy at the front desk was plain rude and unfriendly. Once you walked into the actual building where the room was, the smell hits you hard, disgusting, and yet we went up the stairs, looked in the room, turned around, and left.The room was dirty (roaches, bed covers, and curtains), and the doors had been broken (bathroom and main door to space).It is unsafe and unsanitary; this place needs to be shut down!

2022-02-25The assistant manager was being very difficult and would not give me a parking pass for my car because it didnt have a license plate (I just bought the car) so I asked him to let security know to not tow my car , he said it wouldnt matter. I commented that the other guy that usually works there was much nicer and he said he would write him up for it. Totally unnecessarily rude. + Some

2021-12-03-100 star. The owner of this hotel needs to be placed over night in this room as punishment. This hotel is untisanitary and filthy. The room was really dirty and not cleaned at all. Cockroaches everywhere,I was scared to get one in the bad. Urine stains on toilet, hair everywhere, it smells really bad and the sheets weren’t even changed. For many reasons this hotel needs to be shut down immediately.

2022-05-01We just check out to this hotel,we found out that some roaches and try to get a refund or crédit the manager Say there its nothing he can do, we should notificade 30 minutes after we check in, we came late last night and went to sleep we could nothice if something was wrong or broken but not nothice if there were roaches at first sight we just went to sleep, but the next morning there were roaches in our food and stuff,the manager didnt care and he Say do what You want to do, the police says You have to let the mananment know im the first 30 minutes and Say i dont care please dont go this hotel You may came back with roaches in your luggage we Also ask for an xtra blanket and they never bring it the hotel looks dirty , but in the website looks nice

2021-06-22This is a hotel that has an awesome dart bar. When it is open the sutter street bar is fun. The large space host 9 pheonixVs soft-top dart boards and an awesome touchstones jukebox. The bartender is a gem. She provides great service for her customers....the event area in this hotel is rather larger and has a full huge commercial catering kitchen. The pool was empty but with it fill up I could see the potential of a great place to host a budget wedding r family reunion. With some creativity you could make it happen. Rooms are motel quality, however; it is generously located right off the free way and surrounded around a large assortment of fast food and fast serve dine in restaurants. The room rates a fairly priced and the entrance is well presented with a touch of elegance. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

2021-08-04This motel is a MINUS 4 STARS. Its filthy and run down bad not to mention the ice machines only. One machine worked it was filthy nastv and way on the other side if motel ...on top of that the owner very rude obnoxious screaming at some other patrons of the motel using vulgar language. Just. A Terrible expensive. experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. TO ANYONE

2020-07-24I wish there were negative stars. I have spent a lot of time in motels through my years. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. And Ive only stayed in one where the Room was worse. I should have stayed at Motel 6. The TV remote doesnt work. The air conditioner is inadequate to cool the Room and the afternoon I have a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. Not a single receptacle in the wall will hold up the phone cord theyre all worn out. To get the front desk on the phone you have to call 5 to 10 times. I have been hung up on by the front desk 3 times. Light fixtures have bare wires showing. The hallways are not conditioned and smell of smoke. I had to extend my stay to a second night and when I complained about the Room to the well staff they never offered another Room. When I caught the made in the Hall and asked for towels she just walked away I had to get them myself. Over all just about the worst experience Ive ever had in a motel. The owners just dont care. Now I have to go open a Yelp account for the 1st time. Be Ware is place is not good

2019-08-22Do not recommend. Id give it zeros if I could. This place is next to run down. It does not look anything like the pictures. The rooms were filthy, carpets looked as if they hadnt been vacuumed in a long while. The first room we were given wasnt cleaned so we had to move. The second room had made beds, but was still dirty. We then had to request a new room after someone tried numerous times to break into our room. The area around this hotel is sketchy and the activity in the parking lot isnt anything youd want your kids or your grandmother around. Hands down worst experience at a hotel ever. Dont even think about it if you want a comfortable, clean, and safe stay.
