I used to go here a lot but recently the quality of their drinks have gone down. Like the hot white mocha tastes of just hot milk, nothing more. Sometimes the Frappuccino’s taste only of syrup or are completely watered down and hold no consistency. Unless you modify your order, say like add extra ice in the Frappuccino then it’ll be think or adding an extra pump of the syrup to a hot flavored coffee so it actually has some flavor instead of hot milk.
Although Ive frequented the Angels Camp location in the last three months or so, I must say, the drive through service I received on 2/7/21 was not well. The drinks were off, bitter and wattery. We were told the store was out of whipped cream, so no Pupachino and barely any on our drinks (Decaf Carmel Fraps). When we drove round for a refund and return drinks, we were told to keep them. The gal put the money back on my card and when my son tried to explain what he was told at the drive through the first time, she quickly dismissed him. Never did i/we get asked if she could make our drinks again, nor were we consoled. Im not saying we need that, Im saying that is usually Starbucks way. They always want you to love your drink(s).

Honestly never fully cared for Starbucks, the always seem to have blander coffee to me. If anything look for a Dutch bros, or any small chain coffee shop they always do me right.
Ive been to a lot of different Starbucks in my life and this one, by far, has the greatest customer service. Everyone working is so nice and cheerful. And they really make sure your drink is perfect for you. I truly love that.
Usually our experience is good, but the last few months it had been extremely slow. Our orders have been wrong because they just arent paying attention to what we are ordering. Never anything complicated just simple coffee. We love our Starbucks but really contemplate not going anymore.

The blended matcha freeze I had was quite gross, it tasted like grass and cattle feed and upset my stomach. Never going to buy that flavor again, blech.

Run of the mill Starbucks. Staff isnt excellent like Starbucks use to be. The lattes are not great; they dont know how to steam milk properly anymore (all Starbucks locations).Location is very clean, bathrooms are always spotless. Air conditioning is great is summer.
Put chocolate syrup on my mocha frap even though I asked for no whip cream. Most places don’t do that.
Stopped by on our way home from visiting Calaveras State Park, on aa Saturday night almost close to closing time and we had the best customer service. Cashier explained very patiently how the new star rewards works. Thank you! Best customer service! 🤗
Loved this lication! The barista knows her drinks! Offered a simply delish latte to my hubby (who does not frequent starbucks) and much to my surprise, loved what she made him. A $2 tip simply was not enough for this gal.
The ONLY groomer I bring my pets to. Large, sanitary establishment with pet daycare & lodging on site. Caring, knowledgeable staff who clearly adore the animals. Trish, the owner, is not only amazingly talented, her kind gentle touch & pure, honest love for animals shines through in turn making the animals feel safe. Wholeheartedly recommend Trish & her Staff above & beyond all others - not only in the Valley Springs area - give them a try & youll find out wht!
Usually always have good service people are friendly but today about 8pm the tall scrawny blonde chick working drive thru interrupted my conversation with my girlfriend and daughter to say its rude I wasnt looking up at her as she handed me stuff. To whoever you are Id like to personally say work goes better when you leave your insecurities at home hon. Not everyone needs to be looking at you 24/7. Dont be so disrespectful and interupt people its not that hard of a job.
Its just a starbucks. Nothing special. I prefer other coffee spots in town, better coffee, better mochas .. I dont care what you say - starbucks does NOT know how to make hot cocoa, and, therefore cannot make ANY drink that has hot cocoa in it, like a mocha. I should give it 2 stars, but, on my way out of town - the resort gave me a free gift card to that place, so, I enjoyed a EggNog latte. Humbug!

This is my hometown Starbucks & its my favorite place to stop in the mornings. I have been coming here for years upon years and for whatever reason they seem to do the job better than any other Starbucks in CA. My food is always hot & the drinks are always delicious. Love this place!!!

Just tried to buy a cup from Starbucks and have my drink put in it and I was told they could not wash the straw that came from their shelf due to contamination. Needless to say I didnt buy it since I couldnt use it right then. Not that they care because they never seem to care anyways.
Always out of Splenda. Only location that has this issue. Lady was very rude smart alec taking my order.
Service can be very slow, specially if the Baristas friends are hanging out at the shop then you can easily take a break outside while your coffee is being done. At times Ill stop here on my way to and from Bear Valley.
All us city slickers need their Starbucks when were coming back down the hill from the forest. We get it... we arent millennials, we are tourists, and we suck, therefore we deserve your scowling millennial face. But we did pay good money for our chai latte and an americano, both so simple and ubiquitous that the barista shouldnt even have a chance to mess them up. But indeed, we received an americano with a bit too much water, and a chai with 1 pump instead of the customary 3-ish and about as much foam as tea, which altogether barely reached 2/3 of the cup. The baristas solution was to add half a cup of steamed skim milk. Oh but the cashier did let me try one pump of the new cascara syrup, so I guess that makes up for it. Starbucks is so meta it now offers a coffee flavored syrup that they put in the coffee! Bwahahhaaahhaa
Elizabeth and the morning crew are amazing. They know my order and are fast and efficient, even with the school rush. They always greet our dogs with a pupachino.
I love this place I have always gone here and the staff is really nice they allways put a smile on my face there coffee is good the service timing is impeccable and amazing I love this place. I reccomend it to people that love coffe and love meeting people.

Ordered a blonde roast with steam heavy cream, was out so they did a pour over which I didnt mind I was expecting to wait when the coffee was done a elder gentleman asked if that was his coffee the server said yes without even looking at the name on the cup, so she gave it away, I sat down next to the gentleman and saw my name and blonde on the cup so I asked him how did he liked his coffee, he said it was great decaf I then had to tell him that it was the blonde roast with cream, he told me he was sorry but I told him no worries, him and I just chatted about what happened, so I had to tell the server what she done and had to wait for another pour over. frustration when someone doesnt play attention

They really dont do good with custom orders. The amount of time it took, and them still getting your drink wrong; was not on any level worth the amount they charged.

2022-06-09This Starbucks has the fastest drive-thru times in the area. Im in and out quick. I usually see Morgan in the morning if i go in. She is super friendly and remembers my drink/food order.I wish more locations operated like this one.

2021-07-22Customer service was below ⬇️ average for Bucky’s and drinks took about 10 minutes to complete? The a/c unit made tons of extra noise and didn’t really produce any significant amount of cooled air in my opinion. Not sure 🤔 we will be coming back to this location.

2018-02-19The staff is nice, its clean and with Starbucks, you know what to expect with their product. This location is a little small, so meeting with a big group is a problem. Their Carmel macchiato are great. The bathroom is clean but too small for the number of guests.

2021-05-15Good, fast service. Patronized by CHP. Restrooms were clean. Staff wore masks, most customers did not, one day after CDC lifted its indoor mask mandate for vaccinated people. Minor issue: for the two cold beverages we ordered, they didnt appear to have the type of lid that accommodates a straw, making it challenging to sip without spillage.

2021-04-16Great meeting location for gold country adventure! Its not a large Starbucks but its conveniently located. I passed it by for years not knowing it was tucked into this shopping center. There are 2 restrooms. Plenty of parking in a big lot shared with the shopping center.
