Terrible customer service the guys at tech lack simple communication I wasted 3 days trying to get my device fixed just to end up taking it back because of their lack of communication skills. I was told one thing then told something different they are very indirect and like to waste time.
Yesterday wanted a thermal printer for shipping labels, guy said they didnt sell those though I checked online to verify they were in stock. I came back the day for a print on resume paper and a stapler. Looking for the stapler, I found the printer on display in the shipping isle!! Too bad I ordered it online and will have to wait 7 days to get it. $300 they wont be getting AND apparently they stopped printing on resume paper just this Monday (Which I assume is a lie. Service is extremely lazy), so no print AAAAANND the closest thing to the stapler I needed cost $50 so I went next door to Home Depot and got one for $10. How are they still in business?!?!?!

Lots of parking ,wheelchair accessible. Ive been there several times with need of copies from my phone and they are so very helpful, polite and store is very clean and well maintained or managed I should say. Give credit where credit is do. Highly recommend this staples off Brookhurst in Anaheim.
Went in on 04/05/19 to purchase some pens and a journal for work. Journal aisle was a complete mess with none of the items being in the appropriate locations. After spending about twenty minutes trying to figure out which items were the ones on sale (with no employees having approached me for help in that time) I gave up, grabbed a couple of journals that were sitting behind a Sale tag, and went up to the registers for help. I was told neither of those items was on sale, and when I asked if I could have somebody help me find the right journal, I was told nobody can help me. I left my items and walked out without purchasing anything. Pricing was good on sale items. Poor customer service throughout the entirety of my visit today. Very disappointing.
Man, every time I come to this particular Staples, Im disappointed. Either the self-help copy machines are broken, or they dont have the right paper, its always a hassle to get the right service in this place. A 10-minute trip always turns into at least double that time. If there was another store available within a 6-mile radius, I wouldnt bother coming here.
Why is there always one copy guy and one Clerk and nobody else is visible in the entire store? There were 4 people in line when I arrived and I had a problem that was handled by a less than engaged Clerk. Probably wont be back till this Staples, or the one in Tustin where they made the mistake in the first place. I miss my Fountain Valley Staples!
Absolutely terrible... 2 complaints: took in Staples Wite-out, wouldnt exchange..... Next purchased Samsung printer from same store needed ink cartridge, you have to by online.... Screw Staples Anaheim & Orange... Bad operations
Was greeted by Julio in copy and print center, it was a quick visit I needed allot of things done and he was quick and able to multitask he was helping multiple customers at the same time , good customer service skills julio.
They do not stand behind their own productsI bought a stapler from staples and it was not working properly therefore I took it back to the store.It was their own brand stapler but they did not honor their own product.WILL NEVER BUY FROM STAPLES !!!!

Its like theyve never used a phone before. Picking up the wrong line, failed to transfer my call, saying theyre going to transfer my call but end up holding the line open and calling someone over.
First of all, youre on hold for at least 20min.anytime you call. When you go to this branch, theyre not helpful at all although theyre not busy at all. I dont even know why they are still open for business with this worst kind of customer service.

Too bad that one is going to make some simple copies and they treat you badly. Just for not speaking English and not carrying a debit card. Very bad service They should take good care of everyone who hurts place. Better choose to buy a copier and not reuse its services ... 👎

2022-01-16I’ve been coming here for years! I find great deals on school supplies every September. Whether I need big yellow envelopes or a file box for yearly tax papers they always have what I need. And I’ve made zillions of copies. The people are always so helpful when I mess things up and never make me feel bad. I highly recommend Staples!

2021-12-29Customer service is horrible. All I needed was a set of blocks for the hangers to a 2 drawer file cabinet. Told me I had to take it apart put it back in the box bring it back get another file cabinet and put it together. There was a block set for floor model but wouldnt let me have it. Great job Staples. Make a simple job more complicated. Wont be back.

2019-09-17I had the wrong item delivered from the Staples website. I went to the store on 9/14/19 @ 2:30pm and was greeted by the front cashier the minute I walked in the store as well as every customer. I explained my situation to the cashier and she immediately called the Sales Manager who very nicely took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. Im very happy that I actually went to the store instead of trying to solve mi issue online it would have taken longer and it also feels good to know that Staples appreciates my business. Thank you!!

2019-04-06I am not very happy with this store. I have shopped Staples for years in other locations especially to buy my laptops. I was upset how rude some of the employees are at this location in Anaheim.I talked it over with the Manager but was very surprised at his bad attitude so I asked to speak with his Manager. I did talk with his Manager. He was more professional but below my expectations. I know the area is a bit seedy and that may contribute to his they see their customers... I thought about my experience and I have considered going to another Staples even though I live just a few blocks from this store. Employees seem upright, not happy.I havent read any other reviews on this Store on Brookhurst.

2016-04-04This review is specifically for their printing service. Ive been to this printing service a few times and I finally got fed up enough to try a local print shop nearby.It may just be the wrong time that I come in but the wait times are horrendous even when there are only a couple people there. The last two times I went in I decided to use the self serve computers. This is a very expensive service. The computer isnt very fast but the charged timer works perfectly fine. The last time I went in to print several color sheets. I though I went as quick as the computer would allow an it still took nearly ten minutes. The printer is really slow I think it would print like 1 sheet per two minutes.Since I had already sent the command to print I thought I could log off while I waited for the printing to finish. I looked all around the computer to see if there was a sign telling customers to remain logged in until all prints were complete. There was NOT one. I got up to ask but was told to wait. I was being charged during that wait so I decided to just log off. It continued to print all but the last sheet. So I waited in line about two people, 5 minutes to ask about my last sheet. They said they saw that it was in the pending so I figured hey modern technology they could probably just print it off for me since I already paid for it. They said they could not but they could reimburse me for the print or I could log back on and print it! I had already spent like $10 bucks for only half a dozen prints and time on their computer. Anyway this place sucks!I found another place that printed and cut 2 dozen color prints for half the price. Anyway take an extra half minute to look up a local print shop and try that. You have nothing to lose, I can pretty much guarantee dissatisfaction as Staples.

2017-01-18I like this staples, i dont go often but every time I do go its always a pleasant trip. Their employees are very nice and friendly as well as helpful. It makes you feel like they enjoy their jobs, which makes the experience much better. I hate places with terrible, rude employees. The printers here are great and printing is cheap.

2018-06-15Ed, at the printing station, went above & beyond to assist me with a document that needed to be printed for an urgent matter. As a first timer at Staples, his service was very professional and efficient. It definitely reflects the store’s priority for costumer support and satisfaction! Highly recommend the printing station here for a quick service.

2018-09-22Worst customer service ever from the printing center. Lazy person behind counter refused to help us get one single paper printed. We were there for 30 minutes not at one point offered assistance. People like him should not be working around people who need to take care of business. I asked him to help us and he stated that was not his job. Lazy unprofessional piece of a man. You need some skills in customer service.
