Easy freeway access and a cafe on the main floor. Plenty of shady outside seating in overstuffed chairs.
Cedar Sinai/ Kerlan & Jobe are Their. They are My Doctors. . I Like it ,because it is so much closer than the L.A Offices.

Most of the people who go to that place are Hispanic, but the person who comes to serve them does not speak Spanish, this happens on the eighth floor.

It is a good place to rent a small office, very good facilities, parking and very well located, behind Angels Stadium

2022-06-05Had to park all the way down here to go to the angels game. Sad thing is we paid for parking at the stadium with our tickets and we didnt even get to park inside we had to pay an additional $10 to park at this building. I wasnt very happy needless to say.

2021-08-28We park here for Angels games. Inexpensive parking compared to the stadium, easy in and out and you get a few extra steps in exercise wise.
