I do not recommend this hotel at all. i have a 1yr ol. and when we arrived baby wanted to get off and walk around and oh my god..... to my surprise his little feet where covered in was very dirty (floor, bathroom, sheets etc.) i called front desk to let them know and did not offer me another room. instead housekeeping took me sheets and a broom to do it my self because there was no one to do service on my room. i took the stuff and did it my self and oh my gosh.... The floor was disgusting. Sheets were dirty bathroom floor and tub also dirty. I just do not recommend it
Positive: If you are staying one night might be ok. they dont clean the rooms during your entire stay. Just a place to sleep for one night. Place not so clean a bit smelly. they dont advise you that they dont clean the rooms for multiple nights stay. Negative: They dont clean and they are supposed to let you know as you check in at least, they failed to do so, we found out after first night room was not cleaned. they refused to refund our money and let us go somewhere else. web site not specific, misleading.
I have to say never again would I stay or recommend this place to anyone. The shower in the pool area has a biohazard on the floor and no soap in neater restroom. Our room should of had 2queen beds and it was 2doubles. The floors were dirty. The shower head doesn’t have any pressure. The plugs in the headboards don’t work. To top it off we left for Disneyland and got back to our room to find all our valuables missing. We make a report at the hotel lobby and they acted like it was no big deal. This must happen often. Talk about being violated!!!From our shoes to jewelry AirPod pros to Nintendo switches games perfume cologne, purse and I can go on
We had a good experience here, just FYI they charge when you check in not at check out. And theyre super weird about towels. Sometimes youll need your room key to enter the elevator so keep it on you. And they will not give you clean towels unless you give the 2 that are in the room. They also do not clean rooms until you check out. Check in is after 4 and check out is 11. Never been to California so idk of this is normal or what. But on our trip from AR, most places let you check in at 2 or 3. I will say there was a female desk attendant that really helped us figure out how to use the public transportation the last day we were there. We had asked before but the men only said for us to download the app.
My experience:After arriving it was clear that this was a face lifted motel/hotel (Holiday Inn). The staff was friendly but unfortunately the carpet in front of the room door was not vacuumed...as if housekeeping forgot to vacuum what was swept out of the room. After informing the front desk and returning from dinner & downtown (4+ hrs) the debris had not been vacuumed. The next morning it ended up being cleaned. The room itself was functional, however, the floor was still in need of further sweeping & mopping as part of the floor was also sticky by the table.I did discover hair under one of the pillows and was frustrated by the plug on the bedside lamp which was apparently loose and continually stopped charging my phone such that 2 mornings in a row I had an under charged phone to try & take in the day at the parks. Thats my fault for not using a different plug after the first time. Also the souvenir shop sold postcards & some snacks.Although others experiences may be more satisfactory I do not plan to return soon & hope that conditions will improve.
I recently traveled to California for work and Sonesta Anaheim is where I was booked for stay. Great service and a clean location. Didnt get a chance to go to Disneyland but its just around the corner, I did have a great window view of fireworks from my suites window. ❤️ and light ✨️
Very dissapointed not worthed!!! We stood one night at this resort beautiful outside and lobby area is wonderful! But once we got to the 2nd floor were our room was the carpet was dirty there was crumbs and just simply dirty like if they havent vacuumed in weeks. We walked in our room and it stank like a dirty scent again! Yet the room was over all clean. Another thing The mattresses were horrible and we only got 2 pillows when the picture shows four they were old & terrible as well. I couldnt sleep! It was not comfortable at all. I wouldnt recommend!
Positive: Location, location, location Negative: We shared a door with another room, the person in the other room is a long term guest and was up til 3 for 2 nights straight talking loudly so that we could not sleep. The rooms need to be better soundproofed when there is a shared door or doors removed
We finally made it to the Hotel. The rooms were ok one was bigger then the other. The service was excellent the only downside was that everytime we went to the pool there was no towels for the guess. We had to walk to the main lobby and ask for some. A little difficult when you are on vacation with a party of 6 kids. The location a little tricky only one way in and out. Since it was in the side of the freeway. For anything you want to do outside of the hotel you had to go around and drive about two miles to get to the stores. I wasnt expecting that they would have a coffee shop that was pretty neat. The prices were ok at the same time it has a restaurant on the side. But the are not open late. The prices for the restaurant were alittle high but its a buffet line type so it made alittle sence. But still too pricey for us since we come from vegas our buffets are much bigger and with more choices on the food to eat. The only downside side was on our last day The elevators broke down and couple of people were trap inside. The fire dept had to step in and get them out. They were down all night people werent so happy to used the stairs. But by 10:00am they were finally working. Over all everything we had a good time. We definitely coming back my wife and kids love the place dispite of all the thing that went wrong. I will give them a second chance.
We chose this hotel as part as our Disneyland package. The hotel was really clean, check-in staff was amazing and took the time to explain the art transportation to the parks. This hotel is conveniently located and only 10 minute drive from the parks. And away from all the crazy traffic. Room was clean and really spacious. And even though the hotel is close to the freeway, you could hear any traffic. Also parking is free, which is hard to come by in the los angeles/Anaheim area. We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again.
Friendly staff and overall clean hotel. Elevator often smells funky and our room (9th floor) has a funny smell in the bathroom coming out of from the bathtub drain. Flush the toilet and the tub gurgles. Close the shower drain and it helps keep the smell down.3 days into our visit and no one has changed the bedding or restocked towels or emptied garbage. If were supposed to request this, no one informed us.Coffee in the room is a Keurig with 2 caffeinated pods and 1 decaf and powder creamer. If you want you can buy coffee for $3+ in the lobby.Good walking distance to Disneyland and the ART bus will pick you up. They tell you to use the Tripshot app for the bus but thats outdated. You want to use the A-Way We Go app (as of June 2022) and you request pickups & drop-offs. Cost is $6/day per adult or $16/person for a 3-day pass. Well worth it as the bus will take you all over Anaheim and you can choose which 3 days you want to use your passes so they dont have to be consecutive days. Parking a car is $12/day on top of your room charge - a blatant cash grab if you ask my opinion.
Positive: It was easy to find. Negative: They put us in a handicapped room. None of us are handicapped. We had already unpacked so I did not want to go to the desk and ask to be moved. The room had no chair, no desk and no additional luggage stands. For the price of the room this was not good.
Very small rooms sonesta SE right next door is way better. To far to walk to anything Disney and pool was cold and green. Jucuzzie could of been warmer only stayed there one night then went next door to the sonesta SE it was much better except they share the same pool.
I booked through priceline for a check in on Friday, but didnt check my email until I tried checking in but my reservation was for the night before🤷🏾♀️ Im a travel nurse, in a strange town. I couldnt belive this hotel nor would priceline accommodate me at all. I had to find lodging elsewhere. I will likely never use either service ever again!
Positive: None Negative: Its a dirty place to stay. There is no cleaning available. You have to ask for towels and bedsheets but you have to change it yourself. We were there for 8 days and after 4 days , I literally have to bed for housekeeping. I won¿t even recommend this.
When we first walked in to our room the floor was super dirty like it wasn’t clean prior, there was crumbs all under the TV stand. When you look on the wall there was a black hand print on the wall, and when we got back after a day at Disney there was a Cockroach in our room!
They charged me 87$ for a service dog, they knew I had a dog told me everything was cool then my credit card got hit day after I left. They asked for my service dogs registration number if I provided that for them they would reverse the charges they never did and i called repeatedly finally they told me there was nothing they could do.
Hate to write a negative review but I feel that I must. Booked 4 nights to do a Disneyland marathon and was disappointed with the cleanliness and Covid safety. There was only one elevator out of three (maybe another Covid thing due to no parts) and no one from the staff looking for mask violations. Had to ask several disgruntled folks to not go up in the elevator with our group who were masked and following CA mandates. It was awkward and frustrating. I think they should have severely limited the occupancy so as not to have such a deep line to the one elevator. The room had old food left in the fridge and dust on many of the surfaces. I cant believe there was deep pandemic cleaning with all of the other cleaning shortcomings. It was close to Disneyland however.
I called Sonesta inn at 9:00pm of the night of our reservation to let them know that we are going to be late due to the fact were driving from the Bay Area to Anaheim. I let them know well be arriving at 3:30am so they would at least be ready for us when we get there. We arrive at 3:37am and we are met by 2 front desk agents one even without a mask, who are then telling us in a rude fashion that we need to wait an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes because they have to finish an audit before letting us get a room to rest and they can’t and won’t do anything about it. Mind you, this is at 3:30am which puts us past 4am. There has to be a better system to allow guests to check in because now Im wasting time when Im trying to get into my room which I paid for, decreasing the value. I would find a better place which would gladly accommodate you quickly and endure better quality service until they fix everything.

2022-04-17I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff was. One guy always said, keep smiling as I would leave for the day. The rooms were very nice and the mattress very, comfortable - slept great! The decor in the lobby was colorful and tastefully done. It was charming and inviting. The breakfast area was also nice and they had a wonderful selection of coffee. I didnt get to use the pool because my days were so wonderfully full. Thank you.

2022-03-29Absolutely loved this place! Nice room, comfy beds, restaurant and bar inside and a nice relaxing pool! Great place for families without the worry of being kept up all night by noisy neighbors. Safe and convenient to Disneyland..the bus comes right to the property! Staff was great and check in time was flexible. Will definitely stay again!

2022-05-15Honestly, there was only one man there that was African/American that seemed to be happy working there, greeted, everyone who entered, and would say “Keep Smiling!” The room wasn’t horrible.. but there was a small hole in the bathroom wall and also looked like the inside needed a paint job. We only got three bath towels for a kids suite 😒 There were never any towels in the pool area.. I demanded pool towels from the front desk guy that uses a walker after waiting almost an hour outside for them! He had the nerve to have attitude with me, as long as we waited for towels!!! My husband and kids couldn’t get out of the pool because we had no pool towels or bath towels! The front desk guy finally gave me some bath towels and I explained to him that I need more because my kids need to shower. He said I needed to wait for housekeeping to bring it.. I waited… finally found a housekeeper and told him I needed towels.. we STILL never got them! The towel issue was a problem the whole time we were there! I would never stay there again or recommend this place!!!

2022-05-25I stayed here for the weekend with my family and the rooms were comfy. The beds were nice and clean, the bathrooms were very nice too. The staff at the Lobby were very friendly. Love the snack store. The restaurant for breakfast & dinner had great food. Really enjoyed the variety of entrées they provide for guests. I loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The only reason why I dont give it 4 or 5 stars is because we ran out of clean towels and we asked the lobby if we could get some clean ones sent up and we also were about to run out of toilet paper. We needed the towels to take a shower in our room and of course the toilet paper is a must. We waited for hours and received nothing. So I had to go down to the pool area and get my own towels from the little section where they keep them. So unfortunate to do that myself. So inconvenient. Then the day we were checking out, they only had one cart available for the entire hotel for people to put their luggage on and take down to their car. So we had to carry all our luggage down the elevator. We had a lot but we came in a group, so each one of us was able to carry 2 or 3 bags. But more luggage carts should be available for guests so they dont have to carry all their luggage out like we did. Theres a lot of things that they need to work on for this hotel to be 4 or 5 stars. Enjoyed my stay but just giving some feedback for your future guests and for your staff.

2022-03-01Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and decent for price. The pool area was nice. Negative: The floor in my room was a bit dirty, like it hadnt been mopped/cleaned for awhile. Toilet didnt flush well. No coffee cups in room and when I called front desk to get some, no one answered after calling several times.

2022-02-20Pleasant surprise for the price. We got a room booked day of arrival for $170ish. The room came with 2 double bed vice 2 queens, so it was a bit of a squeeze for my wife 3 kids (11, 9, 5). But overall it was clean and friendly staff. Will definately keep this in the scan when booking a room for Disneyland.

2022-06-02So my cousin Selena stayed at this hotel for a trip and the hotel says supposedly the cameras don’t work there room was robbed on the last day of there stay. And the room was not broken or anything. Sounds like an inside job. I’m adding her story below. To get there attention since I’m a top google reviewer and hopefully something gets done asap!!!
