I called about a vehicle I saw on their site. They didnt even know if they had it, wanted to look it up and call me back. I didnt answer the call back because I dont answer numbers idk. They didnt leave a voice mail, which meant I had to call them back again. I was basically told to go check a similar vehicle out at a different location. I asked if prices are negotiable, and they said theyd have to run my credit. Obviously Im not talking specifics, I know Id actually have to sit down with the financial department, but Im also not going to waste my time, money and effort if theyre not willing to budge. I checked KBB and other sources; I know fair market value, fair purchase price and suggested retail. Their asking price is over by 3k (which was the cash only mark down price, which was ANOTHER 2k differenc). Not to mention that this particular vehicle hasnt sold in over 2 months. These people are nuts!Moral of the story; they dont seem to know much and try to pass you off to their other peoplePS - I think these reviews are rigged. The only positive ones come from ppl from 2-3 years ago, who havent reviewed anything since then. Not to mention their only reviews are from auto places and doctor offices...hmm....
Overall a good experience. wasnt expecting to buy a car today but they gave me a good deal I couldnt pass and I liked the numbers

Seriously, I was amazed with what the people here were able to do. With not so perfect credit I can get approved at other places, but end up paying 24% interest, not here; they were able to get me an amazing 12.25%. They exceeded all my expectations on car buying, were nothing but courteous and helpful. They were able and willing to keep me in the price range I wanted to be in and got me a better car than I thought I could get. The service department was amazing as well and was helpful in every aspect of my visit. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and will be going back again anytime I am in the market for a new car.

Worst car shopping experience ever. The salesperson asked me what I was looking to spend, and when I told him $9,000. He said, why are you even here? If I would have known. I wouldnt have wasted my time taking you on a test drive. I stood up and just left in disbelief that he actually told me that. And he literally was yelling at me as I walked out. The car had 158k miles with body damage. My $9000 wasnt an insult.
Came here two days ago, they helped me right when I got there ask many questions for what I was looking for and welcomed in to their office to check my credit, which it did not take a lot of time. My credit is not to good but they were able to finance me! I was so happy & I ended up getting a 02 Honda Civic! I’m so happy my friend told me about this place :)

Prices are too high. I understand that theyre trying to make money, but they should do it without selling vehicles for more than theyre worth.
I bought my 2007 Mercedes Benz clk550 less than a year ago for 9000 and I have had to put this car in a shop multiple times. The best part is that I need a new trans. Thank you for being garbage and teaching me that you never buy from a used car only dealership.
Im writing this review 3 months after the purchase of my Toyota. Classic case of like my car broke down and I needed a car ASAP for work. I was deemed essential during this Corona virus mess and was kinda in a rough spot financially. Alex Vargas was helpful throughout, from contact to receiving the registration and tbh if it werent for him i might have shyed away somewhere else. Worked with me on the down payment and didnt give off like a skuzzy vibe idk. Siry is the dealer that is closest to my house and the day after my car broke down i picked up the corolla. 3 months later the car has shown no issues. I *did* have a problem with like the key not opening the door remotely, but earlier this week, at Alexs behest, i took it to the like siry service center in like Clairemont and they replaced the battery on it and scoped it out for free and it works good as new. Shout out to Fadi Saadeh, he was super helpful/nice as well. So yeah like they worked with me on the down payment, got me in a car quick, then when something went kinda like sour they fixed it up for free. Car runs great still- 5 stars
A good business to deal with; here is my story:My daughter just turned 18 years old and I was looking around to buy her a car. I had a few issues and I went to talk to someone at the dealership. I ended up meeting Kareem (sales-man)... and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work with me in regards to the financing. When I was ready to buy for my daughter ... I went back to Kareem. Everything he said he was willing to do.... he did it. And my daughter was very happy with their selection of cars and they had a car that she liked.Just like that... signed papers and my daughter was driving off in her sports VW for door cc.Because my daughter was egger to get into a car; we didnt have much time to delay the sale by doing a test drive or giving the car a look over.The first week we had the car... there were some very small minor details that needed to be taken care of. And I went back to the office and talked to Jesus. He was very accommodating and instantly took care of the small issues. What wonderful service! They care about their customers and I can say thats its hard to find people to trust in this kind of business.Thank you Kareem and Jesus for making my daughters first car special!I will buying another car myself and I will be heading over to Siry Auto Group!

Most of the cars are lemons, I know a good amount of people who have purchased cars from here and they were very disappointed.
It is not an opinion about the way I was being treated. Its a fact in reality that you guys wasnt honest to us. We told you from the start the car had problems. You promise that yall will take care of it. Its a fact your mechanics curse us out. They held my car for 4 days and still didnt do the job. We went back to the mechanic again and they had my car for days again. My car were missing parts, yall promise to replace at the time of purchase, still has not been replaced. Im tired of calling over and over again to come to find out , no one cared after I bought my car from yall.Im not saying all your customers were treated this way, but yall did not stand up for your word in my situation. Basically all that good talk before we sign the contract was all gibberish.

It was an overall great experience, when I walked on the lot I was greeted by the man himself Jeses and he helped me find the car I was looking for which the car its self was spot clean and looked amazing on the outside. Once I was taken inside a nice young man named Amir greeted me with a nice firm handshake and offered me a cup of water and was very friendly and talkative while doing paperwork! I will for sure be coming back here for my daughters 16th birthday to get her a nice affordable vehicle!

2020-09-02I offered to buy the car at the advertised price then they added a $1200 gps without mentioning it. I didn’t want it but they wouldn’t remove it and give me the agreed upon price. Very scammy. I would never shop here.

No one seemed like they wanted to go out of their way to help a new prospect get into a car. Your better off somewhere else.

2020-02-26A few lots full of low-end auction-like cars. I feel like driving out to inspect the car lots were enough for me to say that buying from this group may not be wisest. One lot didnt have a sales guy present, another location had too many present, and the largest lot had one sales guy. The van I looked at had holes in the roof but nothing of this was stated on the posting of the vehicle which I had located on their website before visiting. The surrounding neighborhood business people questioned me for even looking around these lots.. Saying that I dont want to buy from the lots around here .. This alone is a major concern. UPDATE: I went ahead and updated this down to 1 star for the response, since I did mention the holes in the roof of the van and the sales rep. didnt seemed to be alarmed at all. Denial and lack of accountability after facts being pointed out should receive a zero out of 5 which isnt an option yet here of gOOgle.
