When my Hunter Douglas blinds broke on me, the prospect of having to have them fixed was overwhelming. Luckily, I did some research and settled on Sierra Window Coverings to help me navigate how to get them replaced. SWCs staff was helpful and professional, and walked me through how to take care of most of what I needed to do (how to remove blinds safely, transport, etc) on my own. Once at their store, SWC took care of everything and were in constant communication throughout the whole process. It truly could not have been easier. Next time youre in the market to replace or buy new blinds, look no further than Sierra Window Coverings.

I had Sierra Window Coverings put in window coverings for about 50 windows in our new house in 2002. Scott, the owner, has been fantastic supporting the automated coverings for over 14 years. I highly recommend Sierra if you need window coverings. Scott really knows what hes doing and can accommodate your needs,

Called and spoke to the rudest person on the phone that I have ever dealt with! And, he admitted to being the owner! I would highly recommend NOT doing business with these people. Would have given zero stars if I could have.
