Extremely rude! My moms car was towed and her mediation and purse were in the car. She just wanted the info on what she needed to do to be able to get the belongs out of the vehicle. The guy who answered the phone basically said he didn’t care her diabetes medication was in there, he’s not releasing anything. She wasn’t asking him to do anything to risk his job. She just wanted whatever information was necessary to start working on getting the car released or getting at least her belonging. She was even willing to pay whatever their fees were. (Which she did and paid $132) just to get her purse out the car! Both the guys she spoke to were rude! Both Matt and John!!

These guys towed my truck a day after the notice said it would be towed. So I thought I was in the clear....just filled up and was inside for 20 minutes...engine was warm. Windows down. Paperwork and coffee on the dash. So... Getting towed because it was abandoned is BS. However, I decided to let the lien take place. The cars they have for sale are cheaper than the tow and storage fees. They ended up be cool once I talked about the situation. Still wouldnt release my truck though. LoL.
I witness one of their driver slow down to about 25mph at a stop sign then just drove right through in Fresno County. When I called and talk to the manager, Mark, he was not professional about and did not seemed to care. Oh well, just trying to help them from a big accident. I sure wont ever trust that kind of tow company towing my car!
Ive been parking the same car I use to get to and from work in the same exact stall for a little over year in my apartment complex. Ive been on leave from work for 2 weeks now and they towed my car for abandonment. When I called to speak to a manager he asked me What do you want? And I when I explained the situation he told me Just pay the fee then hung up on me. They did place a warning sticker on my car on the back windshield even though I was reversed into a bush. There was no way I could see the warning sticker passing by regularly, they hid the sticker from plain sight.
The guy who helped me Friday was awesome very friendly n understanding of what I was going thru. As i was getting my property he didnt hover or rush me as it was already after 5. It was a truly amazing experience considering what was going on anyone in need of a friendly and courteous tow truck driver should call Sierras Towing.
The worst towing company in town. They will tell you something else on the phone and when it comes to charging, they will charge you double the amount. Please beware of this company. Also the employees working in this company are super rude. When you ask them that the price doesnot match of what they were telling you the previous day, Supervisor started telling some california laws that a person has not even heard in their lifetime. Also the tone that the supervisor and the person spoke was so unprofessional. Please beware of this towing company before you go to them.
Customer service was great!! Driver did a quick job and got my vehicle to my destination in a timely matter. However, i called a day before to schedule a next day pick for an appointment at the dealer. And I had to reschedule my appointment from early morning to mid day because tow truck came almost an hour after the scheduled time.
I broke a ball joint on my truck had his driver there within a few minutes of calling. The team was very professional and polite!!!! I can not express enough how great this company is I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIERRA TOWING FOR THE WIN💯💯💯

Towed my car for parking in a red zone. Thats fine. However they charged me $350 before they even had my car for 24 hrs. While speaking on the phone the guy was rude and condescending. I see these guys come into apartments every night. Their heads are swiveling looking for anything to tow and take advantage of.
This is one of the lower class tow companys I have had to deal with. Their professionalism is seriously lacking. And seems they dont follow any of the laws or respect the people that keep them in business. Most of their business comes from hiring criminal auto thiefs. Or at least train their employees to become such. These drivers wait until hard working people are fast asleep, usually around 3am.and sneek around Fresno steeling cars knowing very well people have to get up and go to work the next day.... Then charge outrageous prices to get their cars back.
Called Matt with Sierra Towing and had NOTHING but the very best experience. We had a vehicle nobody would dare try to tow out of the area it was in.. first try didn’t work but I tell you what- he came back the next morning with TWO trucks and it was recovered and towed!! Thank you so very mich Matt and company!! You are appreciated.
Complete rip off! These people are bad news. Theyre money hungry and refuse to work with people. I do not wish upon anybody what I had to do through with them. Very unfortunate that there are shady people out there doing what they do.
Car was at Thomas location in fresno,the gal that works there was more then helpful in letting me get my personal belongings from my wrecked vehicle.
Sleeziest place. They wait at apartment complexes waiting to tow people. Even if you forgot something amd went up stairs for a min. Come back and it’s gone. Shady people. Shady business. Idk how they sleep at night knowing they are terrible people at heart
Towed my car from my apartments said the were stickers on there didn’t have no impressions of having a sticker on there blamed rain and tentants there aware that take off stickers should send a extra notice to your unit if they know that overall tho they were pretty cool took $120 off supposedly cause I really didn’t see it paid $229 was suppose to be $350 seem like they kinda make there own prices so just watch the way you talk to them cause they can overcharge you if they want
Got my vehicle towed for one day .it was after I got home from work in the evening called 1st thing in the morning and the wanted to charge me over 300 for not even a full day of storage.there was no notice n customer service was rude .dont recommend this place. Like other reviews say there money hungry
0 stars.... Worst service. Rude screamed at us cursed at us. Called us liers while they had faulty photos. Hired an attorney for our case due to them not wanted to even fix the situation.
I havent talked to tye owners for awhile, but I remember them being good down to earth people, and got a couple cars in the past.
Just saw their truck on NB I5 tailgating a big rig, then cutting over into the other lane and tailgating another pickup. Doing this while towing/ hauling two vehicles! Very reckless!

Literally had bad experience this guy came to my mobile trailer park not even 5 minutes this baldhead took our truck I nocked on his truck and didnt open it or stopped. Then we went to the tow yard and disrespected us almost beat him up

Terrible service! Towed my vehicle within 15 minutes and have no city placard saying they will tow at my expense!!! Taking them to court.

2021-10-26I called & was dispatched Sierra via AAA & Matt was hella polite & friendly his service was exceptional thank you for helping me so my car been stuck dead in the lot since Friday & today is Tuesday omg praise the lord it’s finally getting taken care of but I’m hella grateful that my car died at my house not elsewhere & my battery was all the way dead it wouldn’t even budge not one bit but here comes Matt the rescuer I was wondering how he was gonna find a way to start my car to get it up on the belt since the battery was about ready to explode so he disconnected my battery & connected his to start it up & drove it right onto the belt phew what a relief I didn’t ever think my car was gonna start back up but thank you so much Matt I appreciate your service

2021-11-05Took 4 hours for them to deliver my sons truck to future Ford! Called dispatch and they were disrespectful when asking questions about where my truck was? The Driver picked up truck then apparently they had to go to another site and so they dropped my sons truck off in what they said was a safe location?! My son waited about 2 hours at future Ford for them to arrive with truck and another 2 hours for them to just arrive to get truck and tow.I will never use or recommend this place. I also spoke with AAA roadside about my complaint!

2021-08-16I literally just moved in this complex that requires parking pass on Friday, the office has been closed all weekend.. no sympathy whatsoever, just a business focused on $$$ he told me watch where I park next time.... Lol what a guy told him have a nice day. $490 to get your car back, thats only on weekdays as well.. If I wanted it today (Sunday) $590. Ima college student, money is strict and I cant make no money without my car. I really hope you live good off these tows, thanks for the trash customer service.Edit********8/16/2021 i explained to them my situation in person they still said $490, they let me go with a free pass. I was kind of surprised. God bless, some people do have sympathy. Fixed my rating.

Aside from having the worst customer service they will do anything to keep your car & get extra money !! 2021-03-05The guy was rude not to mention my son got his window broken out after they took his car, they charged my son 500 hundred bucks to get his car out and they only had it less than an hour.. Be careful where you park your car cause they had a parking permit and still they got there car towed and the guy had to have already been at the spot where we were cause we had just barley got there when someone came and told us they took my sons car. This was a horrible experience and they will over charge you more than its worthNow after paying 500 bucks to get the car out now he has to pay for a broken window that happened after Sierra Towing took his car and the guy said he wasnt paying for it cause he didnt do.
