Moved to the southern Aptos center, new place has a lot more room and is a lot cleaner after the remodel.Pizza is a safe 3 stars, place gets an extra star for allowing patrons to watch the game and thrasher videos at the same time.
Had a large family gathering and had saw that Showtime had good ratings so we ordered 6 pizzas from here. The pizza didnt look like much, but we ordered pepperoni and cheese pizzas so it wasnt out of the norm. The taste of the pizza was also severely lackluster. The only people who seemed to thoroughly enjoy it was the kids (all under age 10). It was all bland. It was agreed that Little Caesars pizza would have been a better choice at this point especially when you consider the price point. 6 pizzas from the national chain would have been about the same as two of these. The only thing saving this review from 1 star is the fact that it was bought as a treat for the family. Cannot recommend.
Weve been guests of José and his family at Showtime Pizzeria for more than a dozen years. Delicious homemade pizza with many varieties and weekly specials. Spaghetti and sandwiches. Meatballs to die for. Some of the nicest people and the best pizza anywhere. Cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Film memorabilia and local mural. Support your independent, family-owned pizzeria!

The pizza is meh, but my kid loves it. The big deal is just how nice the owner is and how awesome it is to be able to get pizza by the slice and at a convenient location.
Went to Pizza1 for the first time after moving really close. could be the go to place. My Wife and I went in on Sunday afternoon. The guy at the counter was on the phone. We checked out the menu and saw some good stuff we wanted to try. after waiting ten min. We left not a word spoke to us. Went across the street and had a great burger. Never again.
Fairly average pizza. Staff was friendly. No outdoor seating yet they promote outdoor seating. Slices are sitting under a heater all day. Not like New York style where they are heated to order. I would recommend a custom made personal pizza.Side salad is discontinued. Kitchen was very clean!
Good pizza, good prices. Chili in there in the winter. Ambience needs a little work in this restaurant. The space they had in the Safeway shopping center prior to having to move out had much more ambience and was warmer

Great atmosphere. Great staff. The pizza is fantastic. Not too messy or greasy, easy to fold. $1 Cheese Pizza Tuesdays and $1.50 Pepperoni Pizza Sundays along with other great daily specials.
This place is AWESOME! Being from New York I frequently find myself longing for slice of home. I found it here. This is by far the greatest, most consistantly good pizza west of the Hudson river. I would give it more stars if Google let me! You gotta try it.
I was very disappointed with the service here. Not only did it take nearly an hour (more than 45 min) to finally get our order, but they didnt get all to us initially. However; it WAS both a Saturday night and the night before the Super Bowl and the pizza was pretty good (better than Round Table) which is why I am being lenient and giving them 3 stars instead of the earned 2. Id give them a second chance to earn all 5 stars.
Showtime Pizza is a great pizza and pasta spot in Aptos. Im so glad they were able to find a new location after Rancho Del Mar was bought and hiked the rent driving many smaller Aptos Businesses under. They have daily specials featuring meatball subs, cheese slices, and a variety of yummy pastas. Good selection of beer and wines too. But my favorite is the pesto risotto combo.
The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. Better prices than other places and just as good if not better. Great pizza. Beer on tap.

2022-05-07Amazing ravioli special on Friday nights! $8 for a large portion of cheese or meat raviolis with meat sauce or marinara also comes with garlic bread. So tasty! Filling, garlic bread is delicious. They have daily specials on weekdays. Will be back!

2020-09-06I was tickled to find a serving gluten free crust sign on the front window. I liked the fire-roasted tomatoes on my chicken, pepper/onion pizza. The toppings on the other meaty pizza were generous.

2020-12-20Ok..I love pizza and have eaten a ton of pizza in my life from all over the US and elsewhere. This was just not good. Which is sad when you are craving a good pizza. Even Round Table would have been better and that is saying a lot. On top of lacking taste and dough that was not great they barely threw on any toppings for what was charged and the quality of the toppings were poor; see picture. Was bummed I spent money on this pizza.

2022-03-06The online ordering was a bit confusing for some items. When I went to pick up my order they confirmed my order options and thats not what I intended so they fixed it and charged me an extra $6 plus some change. I get home and notice it was still wrong. I called and brought it to their attention that the prices online are not the same as I was charged. I was charged more than double for toppings, some didnt even show an extra charge. They didnt offer any sort of apology, only acknowledged that the site was not correct.All in all the food was decent, but really not worth the headache and overcharge. They seem to do well enough that they wont miss my business however I do recommend when ordering from here online that you call and double check on the current upcharge and prices.

2022-02-03Thought we’d give it a try again and was disappointed again. Ordered online I thought I was adding toppings which they said was me removing toppings that weren’t even on the pizza. No phone call for clarity. Get there to pick up the pizza and wait an additional 20 minutes. No olives, mushrooms or any toppings that I asked for. Feta pizza was salty, kids said the meatball pizza tasted like a subway sandwich. When I called about the mistake about the toppings, they said oh you put that you removed those toppings , people mess up a lot on the website easily all the time. Maybe time to fix the web page

2021-11-28Although the pizza is decent, I go here exclusively for the spicy wings. Almost always baked perfectly. The chap will sometimes burn a batch, so hell have to redo it. The entire process always takes about 20 minutes. But its worth it for sure.

2021-10-27Place was clean, staff was friendly, and food was delicious! The #5 here was awesome, Id definitely recommend it. The pizza is a bit pricey, but it was worth it on our visit. Definitely plan to treat myself here in the near future.
