Many great reasons to shop here. Upon first driving up I wasnt sure of there would be anything to my liking as its name is unfamiliar to me. Boy was I wrong. They have a great selection from budget minded to baller in regard to work boots. Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly. They were out of my size/color and went out of their way to special order my boot and hold for me when it arrives with me even asking....top notch in my opinion. Pricing is fair/average, they provide a military discount as well. This is my new go to shop for work boots...10 stars if possible!Thank you Shoeteria staff.
I bought wolverine boots that were around 185$. The boots I had them for at least little over a month. the cloth below the steel toe on both boots are starting to come off, the toe on the outside is also coming off and I can feel the steel and its been rubbing against my toes and make them red. For the price this is totally unacceptable my job at work isnt that bad that it can mess up boots very easily. I feel like this store sells very low quality boots to make a big profit. I definitely dont recommend this store. Im going to throw away these boots smh.
Always come here to buy my work boots, then have excellent styles, soft or steel toes shoes, and all you major brands like CAT DeWaly Timberland and more. The staff is super cool too.
They rarely have my size not their fault, its just a popular shoe size I guess. I less star only because the one that helped me seemed annoyed to help or even to be there. But everyone else was cool.
Went looking for some boots, there was only a young lady working and was attending another costumer when I arrived. I picked out a bit that I wanted to try in my size (9), she went in the back and came out with an 8.5 claiming they didnt have 9s. I asked for another pair from a different type and same, didnt have em. The employee really didnt look like she wanted to be there and it left an unsettling vibe to the place. Wouldnt really recommend it to anyone.
Super sucks customer service. I just came from this store this morning looking for a pair of high end pricey shoe. This was the experience: I walked into the store the guys is busy packing some shoes in the box, I understand being an only employee taking care of everything. Then I was standing by the counter trying to inquire about the shoe, He was putting shoes with the box and swinging right in front of me hitting me with the bag, like shoo shoo, get out of my way, even though he did not tell that, but you get the point. He swang the plastic bag with the shoes in the box in it and hit me, I wouldnt say hit for hurting, but it bumped on my body, and afterwards, you would except some kind of apology, but there was none. Then lets get to the service, I asked to check if they have the shoe in their system, he suggested their sister store in orange might have it, and that shoe is not available anywhere in any store in CA except in Vegas. Really?? Not sure which system he was looking at. I called the Bristol UGG store, and asked if they had the $130 shoes in size and color. They told me they do, so I just went right there and picked up the shoes and came home, now writing this review. To the owner of the store, you just lost $130 worth of sale, first thing in the morning. I am not sure if that was your employee this morning, but if thats the caliber of service you are planning on providing, then good luck being in the business. Another feedback, all your shoes looks like 50 year old grand pa shoes.

This place has anything you need for work boots or safety shoes/boots. Lots to choose from and the person who helped us was fantastic. Occasionally they have some good sales too.
They have a good amount of options to chose from the sales associates where amazing they helped alot with choosing the right type of shoes!

I got a new job and ran there to buy work shoes for the next morning but the employees decided to close 10 minites early. Dont bother going if its close to closing time.

2020-12-19Really glad I found this place, since I was about to drive to Los Angeles to get some quality work boots. I elected to get Thorogoods since they are very popular in my trade as an electrician and price was very fair. You can prob find them online for $15 cheaper but I rather be able to walk into an actual store, fit them on and help a local business stay running. Also out of spite bought me a cool little knife for pretty cheap ($30), since I got tired of using my cheap razor blades. Overall a quick and easy purchase and the workers were attentive and helpful.

2022-09-16Dont buys shoe you can see in person I bought a pair online from them and the left foot in side wasnt glued and I had put them on for work for 30mins took them off and called them for a new left foot but only was told ill just got half of the money back after I mail them back to them
