I always stop to drop my packages off here when I’m on way home with dinner why not it’s conveniently in the same parking lot. I never have issues over at Mi Pueblo or Pizza Hut getting dinner but always have issues with just dropping my package off. Not sure how this location is still open, multiple visits the staff have been beyond unprofessional. Please read the comments below regarding the employees being controlling over customers, then being extremely rude for no reason at all especially the bald male who acts extremely immature and goes out of his way to be overly rude. I have contacted corporate due to this location bringing their company name down, maybe the employees have forgotten this is not their brand name they are destroying and the brand will protect their name before these employees ruin it.

I advise you to please look no further than this review and take your package elsewhere!!!!!Absolute rip off!!!Short story here and please believe me.Shipped a box and had it sent POST OFFICE. They charged me $140.00I went to the USPS website and entered the same details of package and was quoted $70 😳😳😳😳Please do not do business with these people. Go straight to the post office, fedex, or ups and save lots of money.

This is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. My name is Sheila Calvo and for some reason I cant log in and leave a review from my own account but they deserve a five-star review because they are awesome. Theyre always here for me when I need them they always have friendly staff and great little gifts if youre ever in a rut. Like for Easter I didnt know what I was going to do bc of Covid everything was closed and they saved the day.

No less than 4 DHL logos on the front of their store but We cant take DHL drop offs anymoreChange your signage I had to double back and waste no less than an hour of my day.

Employees are overly controlling with customers... The guy employee has a no customer service skills, never once heard a thank you or hello from this guy. Guy needs to get an attitude check. Dread coming to this postal annex and gives postal annex a bad image. All the employees act like children at this location, still the worse postal annex I have experienced.

Don’t suggest you go here notary services. The staff doesn’t quite know the rules for notorization AND they dont know how to correctly read the Natl Notary Association hand book. They need to go back and read the reasonable reliance statement that applies to only 2 states, California being one of them.

Service was okay, but almost $25 to ship a Priority Mail flate rate box that costs $14.35 to ship at USPS is a little ridiculous. The automated machine at the post office was not working so I was forced to go here. Never again.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. For instance when sending mail they told me the way I was doing it would cost about 50% more than the way they recommended. They then packaged it for me and saved me about ten dollars.

The woman who helped me was so great!!! I had a large and challenging package to send to TN and she was a huge help!
