I am a frequent Amazon shopper, as many people are in this world. I unfortunately made the decision to drop my Amazon returns at this UPS. I will never do that again! I dropped my items off on 7/25 and to date, 8/4, Amazon doesnt show receipt of my returns. I have now called this UPS store twice, both calls yielding no real resolution. The tracking numbers that were provided to me on my receipt are actually dummy tracking numbers to quote the manager and are therefore not real tracking numbers that can be utilized to track my returns. My items apparently were placed in a master return box, however that tracking number is unknown to the manager. Apparently, returns at this UPS take up to 2 weeks to make it to Amazon, which seems unreasonable in a world of over-night shipping. It is quite unnerving to learn that the tracking numbers I was provided are fake and the estimated pick-up date on my receipt from UPS is also fake.

Love the variety of services. Everyone wearing mask, hand sanitizer available, sign limits instore customers to 5 at one time. I very much appreciate all of that, however there was an employee in the customer area and a driver repeatedly passing thru so it was close and a little tricky to try to maintain the 6 space. My main gripe is that when someone simply needs a receipt for a drop off (10-15 seconds of employee time), it increases contact risk to have to stand indoors for >10 mins while the clerk is waiting on someone else who admittedly was there first. It would be better for health and customer satisfaction to move us out quickly by taking the 10 seconds to scan the package, hand the receipt and then resume care of the other customer.

This is the worst store. All i wanted to do was copy coloring pages for my son. They charge you to turn on the computer and the person that used it before me had 14 pages open and i had to close them. I had 6 black & white coloring pages to copy and this ended up costing me $8.00....never again. I have 3000 friends on FB who each are going to spread the word on what a horrible place this is

I dropped an item off to be returned to shipper. The customer service rep made me feel very uncomfortable with leaving my package. I understand that there are always risks for damage, but she stated that packages shipped through UPS are not shipped with as much care as an independent shipper shipping only their items. I dont know if she was trying to get me to purchase additional service for care, but Id hope that UPS would ship all items with care and professional handling. At this point I just hope my item makes it in once piece.

This is not a reliable UPS Store. They dont open on time. Were not talking about opening a couple of minutes late. The person that opens the store doesnt even show up until well after the advertised opening time. This has happened to me 5 times in the last 2 1/2 months. Its become apparent to me that this is a real problem at this store and its time for me to look elsewhere for shipping packages.

The Team Captain named Jordan always greets you with a whats up brah or something similar. UPS apparently doesnt teach their employees or supposed leaders with basic customer service courtesy.

This store is a rip-off. Tried to send a package UPS ground and they said they could only ship 2 day air at a cost of $44 when the ground shipment for $14 would get there in 2 days also. When I talked to the Manager she seemed as if she didnt care and passed it back to the worker who had the same attitude. Go to another store and save your headaches and money.

Very unmotivated environment. Staff is very mono tone and doesn’t help out with any suggestions. Will let you spend unnecessary money even if they could be helpful and give recommendations or any type of help.

Anytime I have any items to drop off I get great prompt service here. Im usually in-and-out within a couple minutes. I really appreciate you guys.
