I placed an order last night online to have documents printed, didnt know I could just send an email with PDFs? I was given a confirmation with a 2:30 PM time to pick up. I called in the morning and spoke with a woman, Ronnie, (sorry not sure if this is how she spells her name?). She explained the manager would need to handle when she gets in but would place a call to see if she could talk her through it so I could them sooner. She also told me she is also being trained to print the online orders. I happen to be going by the store around noon and dropped in, she had not heard back from the manager and tried again. But while there I found out that I could have emailed them much easier and all workers could handle. She went the extra mile and worked with me to email the docs from my phone and printed them for me right there and then. She was so helpful, welcoming, friendly and went above and beyond. The other gentleman working there although I didnt work with him I saw and heard how professional he was with all the customers. What awesome employees the store is lucky to have them. Wish i got the mans name!

THIS UPS STORE LOST MY PACKAGE, extremely LAZY, rude, and irresponsible UPS store. The Mexican girl who assisted me with the shipment made so many mistakes in the address, I found 4 or 5 errors on the address and had to have her correct the address, she was very careless , she then called her asian male colleague who just overlooked and said everything is ok on the address, I had to tell him that the address on the mailing label is not like how it should be, he reluctantly made some changes but the last 4 numbers in the Zip code was not correct, I told him to fix that but he said the last 4 numbers are not important and just ignored what i said, it was around 6:30PM and both of them were ready to finish work and leave for the day. The package is not delivered till now after 2 weeks and i had to call UPS multiple times today to invesigate, theyve started a claim procedure today. The package had extremely critical paperwork including bank cheque, I had to work for a month to prepare the paperwork, all my hardwork has gone in vain due to these LAZY and unprofessional UPS staff.

July 30th, 2022. I just left the location. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and professional. My experience with this location has always been positive. I dont come to any UPS store locations often, but when I do this location is the one I visit.

Please note this review doesnt reflect the other UPS Agents at this location. As i normally do my shipping business at this location. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior like today 02/09/2022 @ this location as I did today. The young girl who assisted me today was very, very rude. First she asked me if I shipped at UPS before? I said yes! She then question me about the address on the box. I said to her, that is the way the address was given to me. I suppose, it wasnt the answer she was looking for. I ignored her and asked her to ship it the way the address was written. She then became rude and said she couldnt read my hand writing. I shipped a box to the same address a week prior to shipping this box. The address should be in the system. Just in case she had issues reading my handwriting. She then turned to the other worker, and said to her take care of me. Fine with me! I said, talking out LOUD. I dont know whats wrong with some of these young people today. They have no respect. At that point, I wanted to no longer do business. I said to the worker who was handling my business to give me the box back. She said to me, if I wanted the box back, get it myself. At that point, I asked for both their names. The first worker who was taking care of me, told her not to give me her name. I ask for the Managers name, they both refuse to give me the name of the manager. She then told the other worker to call the police. My ? is for what reason🤔🤔 People in Customer Service should always be on their best behavior. You never know who you are dealing with. With that said, if you dont like what you are doing, find what makes you joyful and happy and go for it. Dont take on a job, just to get paid. Its only going to make you more misarable in life. BTW I went to another UPS location and was very pleased. The workers there were also young and very Professional.

This UPS store is conveniently located on Atlantic st, facing the street. We headed over at around 11am on Monday...line was out the door. 2 employees, trying to get through line but slow going.Inside had some graffiti on walls and display but appears to be older, so it feels like they are just there and do not really care of building appearance. They take Amazon drop wrap or non wrapped so that is why the 4 star!

Ive been an annual subscription customer now sense 2009. The service started out fantastic, I received phone call notifications of inbound packages received on my behalf on time all of the time. Around 2017 the service started to decline, I was no longer being notified of inbound packages delivered by phone or at all. There have been times packages had been held up to 3 days before I ever knew I had packages and when Id go to retrieve the packages they usually always had a difficult time finding them after having been mixed in amongst other packages. The biggest problem I notice now is that even with the owner being at the location to help out the staff they never, I mean never seem to be able to sort through the daily mail in a timely manner. They always have tubs of mail daily sitting on tables behind the service counter and also all over the floor that are most times still full with mail that have not sorted through. Ive been looking for a replacement card Im expecting and its been 5 days today with absolutely 0 mail inside of my mailbox, but yet bundles of mail are often in the tubs and not sorted. Ive seen first hand how the service levels there have declined so be ware of considering this location in Bixby Knolls for handling your mailing needs.

Carol, was so much of help! Great customer service!I bought an item online and the store website never informed me that UPS did not delivered to PO Boxes. I kept receiving emails from UPS website informing they couldn’t deliver the item. I tried calling but no success with my tracking number. Finally, I stopped by the store and was helped by Carol who help me call the UPS 800# and locate my item. It turned out to be that today the final attempt was completed and was scheduled to be return to sender. Carol, along with the customer service rep where able to put a hold on my item so I can pick it up. Finally, I want express how patient, attentive, courteous, and professional Carol was to us. Thank you for your help!

Julie at this ups store location helped me so much. Even put her own time and helped me figure out a package situation when she was on break. I felt bad but she did it! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Many people come in rude though and lack common sense. But the workers here always seem to have the patience; personally I wouldn’t. But, all around great place to get your needs done if you here for a quick time and not coming in with attitude. Appreciate this location a lot.

This specific UPS location is amazing, shout out to Erik for helping me ship out my 2 phones. He sold me products that helped fit what I was shipping that weren’t on the sales floor, and provided me a slip for my shipping label without asking. Best customer service, we need more people like Erik everywhere.

I dont write reviews often but I felt I had to in this case.I unfortunately experienced a package which was shipped by them and had gotten damage while it was being shipped to me CA to NY. I must say the women there took care of me every step to make sure the issue was resolved in the utmost best and easiest way and followed up countless times with UPS to make sure the claim was being handled and process as fast as possible and got me reimbursed for the whole claim. I wanted to thank the women there publicly as she did an amazing job. Great Customer Services and A++++ service.Thank You !
