2022-03-19I needed some documents to arrive within one business day. I was told for $45 my documents would arrive within 1-2 business days, which seemed fair to me I was not told that there was no guarantee this would happen. It’s been five days and what I mailed still has been received. I called the store to see if I could get a refund. I was told paying $45 guarantees nothing. They are terribly sorry it didn’t work out, but refunds aren’t given. Had I been warned at the beginning, I wouldn’t have paid for it. UPS gets $45 a processing fee for NOTHING. Beware as they are very happy to take your money, but could care less about telling the truth.

2021-07-17Customer service was polite and professional but the prices to ship are extremely high!!! Particularly when you are told an expected delivery date and confirm that you want the package left at the door with no signature required because my daughter would not be home, only to have them leave a note saying delivery was attempted and they will try to deliver again on the next delivery day!?? Well the next delivery day isnt for 3 more days!! Im so beyond upset, this was a birthday gift for my granddaughter 😔

2021-09-14Buena Vista location is not customer friendly in helping with shipping like other ups stores around town. The girls said they’re a different franchise. Well I won’t be back to that store. I recommend Panama Ln. service is great
