I had a water loss at my home and I was referred by my insurance company to contact SERVPRO of Antioch. I am sure glad my insurance company turned me over to the experts that know exactly what they are doing, they were quick, professional, thorough, listened to all my concerns and addressed each one of them. I am a local business owner and we recently had a COVID-19 scare as one of my employees became sick. Not knowing what our options were or where to even start, I called SERVPRO of Antioch and Vanessa came to our facility to perform an onsite consultation. She was very informative in regards to their steps and procedures and answered all my questions. An estimate was provided by the end of the day, which was reasonably priced for what they were doing. Vanessa was able to schedule her crew the following day, when the crew showed up they were very respectful to my situation, they didnt waste any time and got my facility taken care of quickly. Thankfully my employee tested negative for COVID-19, but it was good to know this company was here to help me.
I had an unexpected water leak in my bathroom which flooded many areas in my house. Servpro came in quickly after contacting them to help dry and inspect all the water intrusion areas. They were professional and helpful to us during this stressful event. A big thanks to Vanessa, Jason and Elgie and would definitely recommend this company.
We experienced a fire in our home that resulted in soot and smoke damage throughout the entire home. The kitchen was destroyed. We were blessed that it wasnt a total loss. But realizing that everything in the house would have to be cleaned, painted and/or replaced, we didnt know where to turn. Our insurance company recommended ServPro and so do we now. They were professional, puncutal, showed up everyday, and they were personable. They even fed our fish when we couldnt get to the house one day. They cleaned everything that was salvageable, identified that which could not be saved, and stored our belongings for 6 months. When they were returned, they were in boxes that easily identified which room they go to - you wont realize how important that is until you have tons of boxes to go through. We had a water pipe burst in our spare room and had extensive water damage we used Servpro and they were professional, knowledgeable and punctual not to mention their fees were great. They answered all our questions and would definitely use them again. i would highly recommend Servpro if you are ever in the need for a restoration service.
I had a roof leak. Water was coming in the house from the door frame in my bedroom. Servpro of Antioch came and cleaned up the wet icky mold and cleaned out my attic. 2021-10-10We had a water leak in our kitchen and hallway and had to have some mold remediation and drywall removal. Vanessa came out quickly, inspected the job and came back the same day with a accurate and reasonable quote. She is very professional and great to work with. She sent out Jose the following day and he was friendly, knowledgeable, clean, neat and thorough. This is the second time we have used Servpro and are very happy with their service and their pricing. 2021-09-04Vanessa and her crew were very professional and timely in repairing the water damage to my home. This included dry wall repair, painting and baseboard replacement. The work was excellent with great attention to detail. The staff were always available to answer my questions and explain the repair steps.I highly recommend Servpro in Antioch.

2021-10-05We used ServPro for damaged flooring from a broken hose in our bathroom sink. Our insurance company scheduled another company to come out to assess the damage but after looking at the reviews I decided to call ServPro. I called at 7am thinking I would leave a message but Vanessa answered the phone and was out to our house at 10:30am. She was very thorough in assessing the water damage and letting us know what the entire process would look like. She gave us confidence that she would work directly with the insurance company and confirm all of the work they would need to do would be covered and paid directly to them. I was able to cancel the other company that was scheduled to come at 11am. She scheduled the crew to come the next morning and they immediately went to work pulling up the carpet and vanity to get the drying process started. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I also want to give kudos to the scheduler who kept me posted on the times the crew would be coming each day. She was very friendly! When the representatives arrived, they addressed our every concern and were very good at communicating what steps they were taking to control our leakages and damage. 2020-06-30These folks were great from start to finish. Vanessa ensured excellent communication with us from the start to the very end and led her team of Jason, Jose and Paul with such diligence and care as if our house was their house. I would recommend anyone with this need to select Servpro. They were on-time and diligently checked on our home throughout the drying process. They made a tough job seem easy, and in the heat of the summer this was far from easy. Fantastic service professionally done.

Like it never happened they cleaned up my garage and cleaned and stored my belongings. the two ladies who came to my home were very professional, fast and packed all our items with care and consideration. The team that showed up to clean up the mess? Absolutely incredible! Impressive, how well they worked together and got the job done. They were all a pleasure to speak with. 2021-09-18A family member had a pipe in the kitchen burst. When asked to help out, I called Vanessa over at ServPro.Wow !! She and her team came and went above and beyond for us. I am sooooo happy that we called them. The response time was quick, the services were well done and I am pleased with the outcome.There was water, carpet, linoleum, mold, furniture and hardwood all involved. Not a little job.

2020-05-11I had a hot water pipe brake in my house and it flooded my bathroom and hallway . I called Servpro Antioch and had service right away. Jose came that evening and the rest of the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very please with their work ethic and job well done. 2020-05-05We have used ServPro of Antioch for carpet cleaning/disinfection at our office. Jose came with his high-end equipment and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The price is extremely reasonable. The office staff at ServPros Vanessa is very courteous and helpful. We used Jose and his team on the crawl space cleanout job multiple times and his does a fantastic job. Overall great experience and I highly recommend him and his staff.
