2022-04-06Scott and his colleagues were very professional, friendly, and helpful. He listed our house in a wide variety of places and was very extensive. The selling process for us was extremely smooth, with numerous offers and great terms. We sold for what we wanted to sell for even though we weren’t sure we could get that amount and I credit Scott for working to make that happen. I highly recommend !!!

2021-10-31Scott is THE best! He’s a hardworking, experienced, and knowledgeable agent - you can be 100% assured you’re in excellent hands. He also has useful resources, recommendations, and tools that help streamline things. What’s even better is that he’s also such a sweet and patient person, which makes it very easy to work with him!Now here’s more reason to admire Scott: he spent 13 months helping my husband and me look for homes! It took us a long time to finally settle on a home because we were very new to the LA area and couldn’t figure out exactly where we wanted to live. Scott scheduled so many viewings and responded to tons of emails/texts from us in a timely fashion all throughout. Despite this length of time, he never complained or pressured us - all he did was advocate for us and just help us get one step closer to finding the right home.Eventually, we did find our home and the offer was accepted! Then, Scott spent an additional 3 months assisting us with closing escrow (it was a new construction that was still being built). He remembered all of the key dates and followed up with us often on everything. This includes checking with us on the mortgage process, finding an inspector, and more! (Also, shoutout to Rick - he helped us in one of our viewings and through our inspection. Great guy too!)During this entire journey, Scott always kept a positive attitude that shined through even the most stressful times for us. His main priority was to find the perfect home for us, which he really did!
