HORRIBLE costumer service. Takes a long time for someone to help you and when they do they are rude and give off the feeling as if they don’t want to be doing their job. Also cars, there are some cars but they are over priced and they want to over charge you so if you are going to buy a car from them make sure to go on a website such as CarGurus.com and check the worth or value of car and it will tell you if it is overpriced or you are getting a good deal because let’s say the car is with $5000 for the sticker price they will put something like $7,500 then say there’s some kind of social clearance going on and try and Charge you $6000.more than what the car is worth so just Mack sure you do research before they try and scam you. If they insist that on trying to make you pay a higher price show then the website and they’re car saying that it is overpriced because the website will tell you and will tell you by how much it is overpriced. Also they’re boss Manuel is clueless when it comes to knowing about what is going on and what they are selling, very bad boss and needs to know how to do job and teach others how to do theirs as well. Horrible service spent almost 30+ minutes in the office getting ready the sign a contract only to tell us the debit/credit machine just went out. Pretty sure they got mad when they found out we weren’t paying cash. Pretty sure they do that 4-5 times a day
At save money auto sales i purchased a 2010 chevy impala. This was barely 2 1/2 weeks ago. Several maintinance lights have now lit up on the dash board. I called and notified tbem and they said that kn the contract it says any repairs within warranty are 50/50; meaning i have to pay to fix a car that i only owned for 2 weeks. I hope this dealership has so.e kind of pride in itself and gets this car running the way it should. I have an appointment thisfriday lets see if they are legit or if theyre scamming people to buy messed up automobiles.

I went in to this dealer looking for a good deal. I was greeted by Jesse. He helped me look for a nice reliable vehicle in my price range. He was very helpful and understanding. Had a great experience here, sales representatives were very helpful and professional. Jessie was able to help me out and show me their inventory. He was able to help me qualify with 0 down, and a great low monthly payment. They have very good and competitive prices. Nice inventory. Prices are fair. Staff is friendly but your rolling the dice if the vehicle is in good working condition. I purchased a vehicle, same day i had a engine problem. Please do not get your car here. I recently bought a car from here in July after having a traumatic accident a few months prior, I was excited to get another car. I got my car and only a day after the check engine light came on. I called the dealership on several occasions and they never called back. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later where I go to drive my car and it doesnt turn on and Im thinking the battery died. I call for someone to jump my battery, but it didnt start. So I had it towed to the dealership the next day which was Wednesday. I had to miss work that day. I called that day and they told me someone would call, no one called. I missed work Thursday, I called and they said someone would call, no one called. I called Friday, fortunately I was off of work, they say the mechanic looked at the car late and we wont know anything until Monday Im telling them I cant miss anymore work, but I had to miss another day. They had my car for 5 days and did nothing, kept giving me the run around. I was tired of being played so I had my car towed to Pep boys, more money I had to spend. They did a diagnostic and found that the key fob was not working properly, but they couldnt fix it. Meanwhile, I had to go to work still, so I had to rent a car. Once again, I actually went to the dealership. They never helped me, just kept walking past me. One guy then told me I needed to get the key reprogrammed. I again had my car towed, to the Chevrolet dealership. They had fast service, they had my key fixed and car running the next day. All of that and it was just the key, if the dealership would have done their job I wouldnt have had to go through that. I asked the dealership for a refund of the $260 I paid for the key, they stated they would refund $150 because I didnt get the work done there, I dont understand why I cant get reimbursed for the full amount considering I took it to them 1st. Their associates lie when I call to speak to the general manager saying that hes on the phone and when I call back they say he isnt there. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and No respect for peoples time or money. DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

They constantly kept asking more from me that wasnt mentioned when I signed....and it was a lemon...my truck broke down and when I went back to ask for help the guy that I talked to couldnt even get up from smoking a cigarette to help me now Im paying for a vehicle that doesnt work...if youre looking at vehicles here ...go elsewhere
If I could give this place my rating it would be -5 stars. In June 2020 I purchased (cash) a 2005 Mercedes e320. Its September 2020 and I have to get my transmission replaced. I contacted Miranda she was the person that sold me the car. I explained to her whats going on i only had the car 3 months. She said her manager is the person I have to talk to. Its going on the 3rd week now no call and when I do call hes never their or hes coming in later. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOUR NOT LATINO. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING. I REPORTED THIS PLACE TO THE BBB. Found out they have SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPLAINTS. JUST ADDED ONE MORE.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Bought a car, they trick you with the prices. The car started turning off on me and had to tow it back to this dealer. They had my car for three days!!!! and did nothing to it, and when i was continuously calling they said it was ready, turns out they checked ONE out of the 10 things I had them check. Managers rude, especially the mechanic. Bring a mechanic that knows his stuff, if not youll be paying for a car that doesnt want to run. Oh, and if you try to get a hold of them for a problem with the car.... good look with that. Just want you all to avoid the mistake I made.
This place is a scam. Straight ran my credit for a bmw I wanted to buy, next thing I know the “financial manager” lady left work on a Saturday because of a “emergency” then I call on Sunday asking for the bmw I wanted and they told me “it’s sold yesterday” on top of that, they ran my credit again for another car which I NEVER AGREED TOO.This place isn’t very organized, I asked for my information back and the guy jumped into another window and gave me a copy!!! Not even the original paperwork I signed. Which is very scary because theses people can find a way to keep using your identity. Please stay away from this place, high miles cars with ridiculous prices.

Bought a car with this dealer 4 months ago. They just now did the paperwork. Recieved a $93 ticket for no registration. When I test drove the car it had a navigation system. The salesman used it as a selling point. When I bought the car and picked it up the navigation system was gone and wires cut. These people are cheats and crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS dealer.

Worse place Ever I bought a car and they were supossed to fix some issues. Well, I’ve taken the car several times and is never ready, the “manager”( jesus ) keeps telling that his mechanic is not available and when ever I try to get a hold of him, he never answers or calls back, also almost 90 days of purchase and they have not provide with title or registration. They are rude and dishonest avoid the headaches CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL

Bought a car for my sister and started overheating within 2 weeks of having it. They kept the car for 2 days without checking it after many calls they fixed it . Now 2 weeks later it doesnt go in drive only in reverse. Called and of course no one can talk to me. Talked to the Manger he said he will call me back.... still waiting. If you are going to buy be aware and bring a mechanic.
Never buy any car here .worst place to by a car they will sell you a car that has engine and transmission problems and make you come out of pocket to get it fixed. They will never give you a receipt if you take your car back to get something fixed. That you dont have any proof that that car had issues. Dont waste your time and money there.
Total.scam artist. Even if you come in with high credit score they still want down payment. FYI, down payment stays with them and doesnt go toward purchase of car. So they are literally hustling people. I used to work at dealership and when I saw their system I knew it was a scam. Cause if a person has high credit score and not at risk then there should be no deposit or low deposit like 100 bucks or 500. This place was asking for 1500, 2000 down payment for used auction cars. You gotta be kidding me right. Heck naw dont go to this placeThe whole time we were there all they asked was do you have a deposit, if not then we cant sell you a car today.

Bought 2 cars at the same time and absolutley regretted it. 1st car they gave us a false carfax. We found out later from another dealer the car had been in a collision. 3 months after purchase the engine completely dropped down while driving on the freeway with both my babies and spouse in the car! Took it back and they fixed it without charge which was nice but after that it kept making strange noises. Took it back again and they said they fixed it but there was no difference. I asked the owner multiple times for an invoice of what they fixed but he refused to give it to me. We ended up having to get a new car. The 2nd car drove fine but a few days after purchase they called us to bring it back to get smogged. When returned to us we realized the sound system was terrible compared to what it was when we first bought it. We suspect they removed the sub wolfer box. Overall, terrible experience. At first they seemed nice and helpful but truly we feel they lack integrity and honesty. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.
I just want to say that i am very happy with the service i received by Cheke the sales man .He whent out of his way to help me find what i was looking for. he also toled me the truth about the cars so that i know exacly what that car has or doesnt have.he didint push me to buy any car. He let me deside what i wanted without pressure. I bout my son a car that day and my son and i are very happy with our purchase. Its been 4months and the car is still running wonderful. Do not buy from this dealer!!! They will do anything to make the offer sound good wether it be extended warranty or fixing the car they do not stand next to their warranty. Bought a vehicle with cash and it had multiple issues. Took it to their mechanic just for him to say there is nothing wrong with it. $1500 dollars later its finally fixed with more issues occuring. Only putting one star because NO stars is not an option. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE! They will take advantage of you just to make a sale! They are dishonest and disrespectful, the receptionist Miranda is very rude and unpleasant. The manager, if there even is one, will not deal with customers personally when they have a complaint or concern about their purchase. He was not honest about the issues the car had until we kept calling and asked why it was taking so long to get the car ready to take home.
Went early as soon as they opened. They wanted $1500 down payment for a $5000 car. Plan out said they would take less than the $1500. Didn’t bother to even start an application or check my credit score.

Horrible experience have almost a 750 credit score was told to still put 1500 down on a 5k car and there all auction cars I went to CarMax and walked out with a 2018 and no down payment do not go here unless ur paying full cash they will show u cars and repeatedly ask if you have a down payment if you say no they act like youve insulted them 🤦 most of there cars have something that theyll fix once u buy it and I saw 2 cars with over 200k miles other cars the key didnt open the doors and a bunch of other problems plus when i went if took 27minutes for someone to greet me such shameful services avoid here at all costs!!

2022-04-26I had bought a car, and after a few day it started to act up. I took it back and they said they would have it ready in two days. Didnt get it for two weeks. After I got it back it started to mess up again. I kept calling to get it fixed and they kept ignoring my calls. I just ended up going in, and they tried blaming me for it not working. Worst place to buy a car. I spend so much money getting it fix elsewhere because they didnt want to deal with it anymore. Please if you are looking to get a car try any place, but here.

2022-04-03It felt like a trip to the circus. We were eager to buy a work truck for my husband.. We approached a salesman who told us they were too busy to help us and to come back in an hour (even though there were only 2 other groups of customers there). We said what if youre busy when we come back? he said Youll have to come back tomorrow or Monday... We went up to another guy who said we could only test drive if they run our credit first... red flag. We said we werent planning on financing, and without even grabbing my husbands drivers license, let him test drive. We decided we wanted to get the vehicle and went to the sales office. We waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged... it was like they had no motivation to make the sale. We sat and spoke to the salesman, and he was talking to us in a way of discouragement. After asking some additional questions, they finally let us know they didnt have a card reader so we couldnt use our debit card and that we would have to get a money order. We live out of the area and bank with our local credit union and therefore had to figure some things out and left with the intention of coming back. We called them about 30 mins later and they told us they sold the vehicle... yeah ok. It just didnt make any sense. A waste of time. After reading these other reviews, perhaps it was for the best.

2022-05-19Brought a car the next day the check engine light came on the I took it back to them to fix it took three weeks to fix and got it back a week later the transmission oil started to leak and it would go into drive now I called them and owner said he will only pay 400 towards the transmission don’t ever buy here car will break down on you plz don’t waste your money

Scam artist will run your credit without even asking permission.I came in for a car priced at 6k with the value of 3k. It had an accident and over 200k miles, I offered 4k to which they counter offered 7k. They ran our credit (mine and my wifes) without permission then asked for 2500 down for a different car we didnt want.This guy falsified information on an application to get us approved.when I said we were not willing to pay 2500 he immediately walked out the room.now we have a hard inquiry on our credit score and left without a car.He never even gave us his name. He knows what he did.The type of people to lie in your face no integrity no honor.
