This is an amazing area, full of restaurants and stores to shop. Apartment complex right on top of stores as well as an amazing 5 star hotel, free parking lot available, live music on weekends; restrooms available all over, security always around, valley fair mall across the street,
This is such a great Holiday visit. Rides, games, trees, lots of fun active displays. All the trees are sponsored by people and businesses. Lots dedicated to family members who have passed. Many from schools. And there is lots of carnival like food and drinks & a beer castle. Fun for all!
Great visual experience overall! During the Christmas and Winter time there are a lot of statues of animals that are lighted at night. Its a great place to take pictures! There are a variety of modern shops and restaurants that include popular ones like Best Buy.The access to nearby stores is also good and close by 😊
Santana Row is a great place for entertainment, shopping, and dinning options.their are a number of big box retailers as well as specialty retail shops.there is a luxury candy boutique as well as a cool hip wine bar.a great Indian restaurant as well as italian, sushi. And a steak house.Santana row also has a tesla dealership. Parking while a large lot is at a premium so you will walk to arrive early to any visit.there are also public restrooms on the second level. At the far end their is a yard house brew pub.at the other end an Irish pub. And some great bars in between so you will have no problem quenching your thrist or you appetite.
I like this little area. Some stores I just don’t visit, but the vibe here is like a relaxing happy day. There are always couples sharing a lunch in the shade, and wine to try. The ice cream place was closed on the day of my visit but it looked good. The grounds are clean and parking is easy, especially if you go out a few blocks.
I loved Santana Row. Although I have been to valley fair mall before the pandemic, I had never visited the Santana Row area in general and liked the ambience and lively atmosphere on a sunny and busy Saturday afternoon. It wasnt hot or cold so the pleasant weather added to our enjoyment. We ate in an Italian restaurant and in spite of the huge capacity we surprisingly could not get outdoor seating which was to my mind a tribute to both the restaurant and the weather.
This place was hopping at noon on a Saturday! Crowded outdoor dining scene with stuffed pedestrian walkways. Great for windows or actual shopping, and lots of dining options. If you wish to avoid crowds, go on a weekday, or show up earlier in the morning. We were told the place was sparsely populated at 11:50 am (as was the parking garage).
Absolutely Stunning area dinning drinking or shopping and I went to one of my favorite stores Ted Baker and bought a couple of handbags. The ambiance is something I wish we had here in my area but we are alot smaller.. Ill be back soon just to have a cup of coffee or a drink and enjoy a beautiful day 😊
Best experience in a city by far. The scenic beauty and the live music being played in the middle of downtown. Youll love it here, as do I. Its amazing to bring friends here for a classy date. Thinking about coming back because Santa Cruz is just 30 minutes away. You also have to check out the theater its reclining chairs with luxury seats, Massive screens and best surround sound !
Lots of great restaurants and fancy boutique shops alongside staple retail stores. It has little pockets of rest areas and the environment is well maintained. I will say parking can be a pain because shoppers from Valley Fair tend to park there for free. Plan accordingly.
This review is somewhat biased, but Im just not a fan of the food at Maggianos Little Italy. In fact it is average Italian food at best AND is priced on the high side. While I like the family style options, Id rather order my own plate and move on without worrying about leftovers. At the end of the day I would rather eat at the BBQ place next door (Sauced) anyway because their food is just next level good BBQ.
Santana Row is an upscale location in San Jose, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many fancy restaurants, shopping, and bars spread throughout the row. There is plenty of free parking structures around. There are also large department stores like Best Buy and the Container Store. One of the under appreciated aspects about Santa Row is that people bring their really nice cars and motorcycles to the row and drive down the street. If youre into nice cars, you will appreciate this place.Bring lots of money as Santana Row is very expensive. Expect to pay around 20-25 dollars per menu item and 15 dollars for a cocktail.
With plenty of outdoor seating options, both right on the street as well as inside the shopping/dining area, its an easy way to spend a sunny afternoon in the city. The stores offer expensive souvenirs of all kinds, there are a handful of restaurants, plenty of people watching and of course my most favorite part of Santana Row which are stopping by to visit the seals!
This is a really great environment and family orientated. The prices are fair and the food is really great. Id so recommend a day out there to enjoy the scenery and especially if you love walking. You can really enjoy seeing good people... teens and kids. Plus they have a nice oyster restaurant there. So overall Id give it a 9 out of 10. FDaniel Zepeda________
I love coming here to walk around and to eat. The row is largely lined mostly with luxury shops, but there’s also shops like H&M and the stationery/book shop. With COVID, the row is pretty different due to restrictions. Plenty of shops and restaurants are still open, so it’s a great place to take holiday photos, get some fresh air, and grab a bite to eat. Park in one of the garages; it’s free :)
This is a great downtown-like place to go shopping or eating. The Westfield Valley Fair Mall is situated on the Row so theres always a steady stream of people going in and out on the weekends. Food around the mall and on the Row can get a little expensive but restaurants such as the Yard House and Chika - Mexican Rosticeria are definitely great recommendations.
Great place for shopping and dinning. Outdoor mall, so you get plenty of fresh air and this mall is pet friendly so youll see dogs of all sizes walked here and there. When the nightlife comes, its a nice mix of different people all partying at one. Plenty of things to do here, day and into the night.
Santana Row is a good hangout place. Nice restaurants and bars, spa, movie theater, icecream and coffee shop... you can find it pretty much everything here. It used to be very busy before pandemic and was hard to find parking in the weekend eve. Now, even though outdoor and indoor dining is closed, it was still happening place with lot of people and lights. Most restaurants are open for take out only. Don’t forget to checkout Cocola bakery if you have sweet tooth. Mango Moose is my favorite. This is a good family place as well. Kids love to run around. Very safe even in night.Everyone I saw was wearing mask unless they are eating. I felt more comfortable that way. There are signs to wear mask everywhere. Tesla, Amazon, Casper, Crate & Barrel, H&M, Sephora are iconic shops here. You can even do Tesla test drive and learn about Tesla technology. There are pretty much all kind of cuisines here. I miss Thai restaurants though. They closed down one earlier.
A lot of high-end shops (great for you girlies!), restaurants, few bar/restaurants.Some overpriced, some on the level. Tesla is there, too.Across the street from Westfield mall. Lucid is there, also.Yah, Im an EV fan. I loved my 2 BMW .M5s,, now a fan of electrics.. Drive a Volt, good car. I have reservations for a Lucid and Rivian.Oh, driving, parking is I nightmare if youre youre not familiar with the two. Santana Row has as a parking garage off Winchester, Westfield has one on Stevens Creek. Street parking is winning the lottery.
We went to Santana row when Christmas is around the corner. Due to covid I didnt see much people here. There was lot of parking spot available in evening on a weekday. You can feel festivity of Christmas when you go here. All the trees are wrapped with lights. It feels lively there and are good for taking photos with high Christmas tree!! Must go place!!!
This is a great place for shopping and eating out. Probably living too! There are several good restaurants and bars in Santana row. Also there is a Century Cinemark theater. Some weekends you also get to see exotic cars displayed by owners. There are several parking structures. Weekends are generally busy.
A nice little shopping and event area. As a visitor it was a good place to go and kill some time. There was plenty of free parking and good restaurants. I was there two different times and the second time there was a farmers market. This really upped the atmosphere. Its nice to walk around and the only problem is that you kind of wish it was a bigger place.
Santana Row is an ideal place for outing as it offers a combination of scenic city vibes, blend of high end shopping outlets & showrooms plus best in class eateries. The place is really attractive and has urban modern vibes associated with it. One will find it satisfactory for their shopping needs while having quality times. An ideal place to visit with friends or family.
We went there on a Christmas weekend. I would definitely go there again. It’s just beautiful and shopping is fun there. Great for kids and families. There are benches everywhere which is cool. Variety of shopping options for everything. Streets are neat. It looks safe. Parking options around the area. We didn’t pay for parking because it was a weekend probably. Some performers come to perform as well. You must pass by if you’re north Cal.
Impressive outdoor shopping mall. Lots of shops, thought mostly higher end stores. Very good amount of restaurants to pick from. Free parking the time I was there. Very festive during the holidays! And if you cant find something, a short walk across the street and you have a large Westfield mall to browse.
Great shopping place, with lots of Restorant’s in the area. Also it has parking spots if you are visiting with a car. I happened to stay here at an Airbnb apartment. The area is pretty quiet for a good night sleep, but also it’s closed to hand full of office buildings.
Great place for an evening stroll in South Bay with upscale ambience.Visit Tesla showroom to get a quick peek of the car models and its chassis frame. Amazon has its Amazon books store which is a convenient place for buying Amazon devices and basics accessories.Around Christmas this place gets lit up with a sparkling Christmas tree; and a becomes a fantastic spot for taking ambient pictures with studio like lights.
It’s a very very great place for shopping and to try various restaurants. And mostly it’s like the happening place in town. Must visit at Christmas to see the fairy lights. You can find many restaurants with various cuisines. They even have the amazon book store here... wow!!
Overall pretty good for shopping during the day and chilling at local bars for evening drinks with friends, followed with something to bite at one of the many places. There are restaurants with outside seating if thats something you enjoy. There is nice place to sit, relax and hangout around a large tree with tables and cushioned chairs for public use. You may also find artists performing during weekends in that area. Its also kids friendly. It gets decorated with lights during Christmas Holiday season which is worth a visit.
Santana Row is what? Very pricey mall but you will bring your family there because it has stores for everyone. They make you feel safe from harm there. TheStaff that work the grounds are very professional. They keep that place spotless. And you can ask them about location of they will show you were to go.All and All the mall is assume.
Santana Row in San Jose, California is awesome! Lots of great shops and restaurants. Had lunch at Left Bank restaurant and had mussels with spinach...delicious! However I forgot to take pic and only took pics of colleagues burger and ahi tuna salad (Nicoise Salad). I tasted those and they were equally tasty 👍
Very upmarket strip of shops - well maintained and some interesting stores. However staying in the hotel for 3 weeks got a little boring. It feels like a bubble because they keep away the homeless, they maintain the strip literally every morning and Christmas decorations started on the 1st November!!
If you have tons of money, you will love this place, however if you are a working class Joe like me who doesnt have tons of money to spend oh, youll find that this place is overpriced for what you get. The variety of shops interesting and very chic. However everything is incredibly expensive
Outdoor mall that mainly attract pedestrians and window shoppers. There were more upscale shops when it first opened, but many are relocating across the street to Valley Fair, which is more conducive to serious shopping.I think the main attractions are the people watching and dining experiences. A number of eateries, running the price scale from low to high. Plenty of free parking or go for the valet. Its actually a nice place to take a stroll and meander, grabbing a snack among some of the small shops.
This the place you would want to take you date, or family to for a great outing! Good shopping with many high end store fronts. Many good restaurants with outdoor seating, wine bar, and coffee shops. Nice bench places to sit, and relax while enjoying your latte, or ice cream. Clean, Well maintained mall, with nice landscaping, and a common open space for you and your family to sit and enjoy the beautiful sun. Well lit walkway The mall is theme decorates as seasons changes. Nice free parking structure with lot of spaces.
One of the best places you can be in San Jose - Oakland area. Shop by day and drink by night. This place has some great bars and clubs. Some excellent eating options. Plenty of shopping spots. But then you can find the same brands or similar stuff elsewhere. So, go here for the nice, laid back experience. Walk around. Drink. Have fun!
It is very stylish and profitable to have such a car Теslo it is very important how the staff say about this car while I stood there bought 2 people this car! the car is really convenient and comfortable I will also buy this car when I am in California this car is very popular here
I always enjoy going to Santana Row. It has a great atmosphere, and there are plenty of things to do there in order to occupy an afternoon. There is a good variety of stores, restaurants, and cafes. Occasionally there is live music as well. Family friendly, although Ive not observed many things here that would be interesting to children. Parking can also be tricky during the busiest hours, but even on a Saturday evening Ive been able to find parking with enough patience. Overall a great place to go.
Love this place! Not only its a nice upscale mall for window shopping but also a great locale just to walk around on any evening.Plenty of eating places from fancy restaurants to ice cream shops and beverage places. Love the fact that you could walk right into stores like Sephora, h&m, forever 21 without actually having to go inside a shopping mall building.Though its a shopping area, its pretty enough to be doing some photography here :)
I like going to this place because of its festive, trendy, tastefully curated, outdoor shopping environment. You can find few good luxury boutiques here and the food and drinks scene is great, definitely a lot to choose from.I likw that it is just across Westfield Valley Fair Mall, so if I need to get something from Nordstrom or any other store not available at Santana Row then it is just a short walk.
Parking is a little difficult but they have free outdoor yoga by Lululemon every Saturday morning in the summer. The stores are all very upscale and the entire street has great detailed decor throughout. The stores are all on the pricier side but its fun to window shop. Several really good restaurants and there is a movie theater at the end of the block with comfy seats.
Went to get me some Pressed Juice! Parking was easy and the center is very clean and upscale. I would recommend this plaza. I went on a weekday so I’m not sure how busy it gets on the weekends, but there was not much traffic and lots of free parking in the underground garages.
This felt like Paris of USA. Walking around this place left my mouth agape. Tons of restaurants amazing ones with outdoor seating. Band of music playing in the evening, people enjoying with their friends and family was such a lovely sight to see. So many stores to shop from. There is a Beta store which was so innovative and interesting. Definitely worth a visit. This place gets beautiful in the night time.
Nice place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. There is only one thing really bother me and I believed bother people too is the car . Its make too much noise and smoke from the exhaust car, may be they want to show off their xpensive car. I hope city will block this street and wont let them drive through and leave the road for pedestrians also good for business and restaurant to open outside. Thats all my opinion. Thanks
The plastic grass was a Huge turn off for me. Walking through Santana Row kinda makes me feel like Im in the movie The Lorax. Mind you, being that I lived in a Santana Row apartment I do have many good memories, weird memories, and horrifying ones. The only three shops I like are: 100 percent pure, the pressed juicery, and the Amazon bookstore. There are also great kids events (not nearly enough) and we have fun memories from those. As for horrifying: someone hit and ran my 6 year old beautiful, chiweenie dog and killed him. After this, is when I decided to move.
Had a nice experience we only walked a small part of santana row but we did enjoy a nice lunch at one of the many choices. The stores were interesting a bit crowded but okay. Nice music at a couple different restaurants overall a positive place to hang. My wife and I are scheduling a longer return visit.

2022-01-29Haven’t been here since the pandemic. Quite a few new stores and restaurants. The biggest change was near the Cinema Arts. A huge modern office building was built right next to it. Parking is no problem - at least during the weekdays. Love the seats near the Blue Bottle Coffee. Great to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee.

2022-02-15It’s a very manageable area to satisfy your retail therapy. Love the mix of stores. A bar in the midst of it all. Coffee and boba places in to quench your drink needs. A leisurely stroll is not too bad. Mixed residential area which is ideal if your pocket agrees. A quick hop to the freeway is also a plus. Very close to Winchester house for tourists to hit 2 birds w/ one stone.

2022-05-24This shopping center is such a well organized place that you can spend a whole day here! There are many restaurants and coffee shops, and I think most of them are great. If you walk down, you can also do some shopping at west field!

2022-04-23I have lived in Santa Clara for 18 years, previously 16 in Europe, that is why I love visiting Santana Row, which besides being 5 minutes from my house, has a lot of elements that remind me of the old continent. It is an open air mall. A few years ago we went daily to CLub One, a gym on the third floor of one of the Plaza de Valencia buildings. but unfortunately it closed and now we go many times during the week, which is quieter to have lunch and stay in one of its cafeterias to work online and drink coffee and matcha. There is a wide variety of food: French, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, seafood, Brazilian, vegetarian, Indonesian, Hawaiian restaurants. Also many clothing stores, perfumes, cosmetics, sportswear, several hairdressing and beauty salons, a dentist, a bank and even a pharmacy.Every Friday (before covid) we went to the movies to see the premiere of the week. Sweet popcorn is the tastiest, always freshly made.Parking the car is not a problem, it has many buildings to leave your car, in addition to several high-quality residential buildings. We were lucky to have friends there and spent several summers visiting the pool. For me it is the most chic and elegant area of San Jose.I highly recommend this shopping mall for a fun day.

2022-03-01I rent a condo in Santana Row , when I visit from home in Laguna Beach 🌴 The place literally has everything, shopping all types of food from mid price to extremely expensive that goes the same for shopping there’s everything from H&M to Saint Laurent, Gucci, Chanel Louis Vuitton. On the weekends this place is a madhouse it is always super packed which is OK, parking is a bit difficult most of the time so be patient when you come. Christmas in my opinion is the most beautiful time to experience Santana Row their lighting is magnificent, it’s a little weird because in the whole city of San Jose you will not find much for Christmas lights so the only Christmas entertainment he will get is basically in Santana Row.

2022-03-07Such a nice place to walk around! I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice and vibrant. Had lots of boutique stores that are perfect for window shopping. The buildings had great architecture and there were a lot of comfortable seating areas to enjoy drinks from different shops.

2022-05-09Generally a very lively area with nice places to sit. Though most of the stores here are pretty expensive and the restaurants here are also a bit expensive while being pretty mid at the same time. Id say this place is more for the vibes. I usually just come here when Im going to watch a movie.

2021-08-14Gorgeous and so pretty. The perfect destination location for a little shopping and dining. Wonderful place to meet a friend for an afternoon of nibbles and people watching. Love how the street is blocked off to traffic. Gorgeous trees and flowers. Lots of parking free in the garages. Restrooms are available.
