This review is overdue for Ivana, who helped with the purchase of a new build in Chula Vista. I think the one bad review must have been meant for someone else. My experience was great and Id highly recommend her.

My husband and I just purchased a house through Ivana and we are so glad we did. Ivana is very knowledgeable about the market. After touring a few homes she was able to get a good sense of what type of home and neighborhood was the best fit for us. When touring houses she is able to point out things that we didn’t notice and give estimates on how much it would cost to potentially upgrade/remodel parts of the house. We really appreciate how quick she is to respond to emails/text/calls which is important since all the desirable homes usually sell within a week. Being a first time home buyer is scary but she walked us through step by step and had a lot of great recommendations (e.g. home inspectors, lenders, etc.). When it came time to closing Ivana was very thorough and always followed up on any action items. She is kind, patient, and genuine. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends in San Diego! .

Worst property management Ive ever dealt with and I used to be in the real estate business myself. They are incredibly rude and do everything in their power to rip you off. If you get too in depth with anything you ask they will tell you that they prefer to deal with lawyers and not speak to you, especially Christian (the broker). Currently in the process of getting our lawyer involved and taking them to small claims court because they kept all but $130 of our $4000 deposit even through we left the house in better shape than when we moved in. We documented everything with photographs and have multiple witnesses as to the condition of the house. We even went so far as to repaint the entire interior even though we didnt have to. We lived in our house for 3.5 years and they only managed the property for the very last month; completely awful to deal with. They also recommended their preferred move out cleaning company which we agreed to use and quoted us $316-$395, but sent us a bill for over $1200 and they still said the house wasnt clean your feelings are your feels, but there was extensive filth and thats all Ill discuss with you tonight - Christian. Christian also entered our house with no mask on during COVID. Will be filing a complaint with San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) against them. If you value being treated like a human being and not getting ripped off, run the opposite direction of this company! I never leave negative reviews, especially during this time that so many businesses are suffering, but nobody should ever have to go through the terrible experience that youll receive with this company and they need to be stopped and exposed for the frauds and scam artists that they are.

My boyfriend, Daniel, and I were recommended Christian by several of Daniel’s family members who have all used Christian in the past and absolutely loved him. Even with such a high recommendation, he still completely exceeded our expectations. Daniel and I were first time home buyers, which felt a little overwhelming at first. Luckily we had Christian on our side. He did so much more for us than I expected a realtor would. He was incredibly patient and had all the answers to all of our (what felt like dumb) questions. Christian was always quick to respond and proactively reached out to all other parties involved to make sure we were ahead of any impending deadlines. He even checked in daily to make sure repairs the sellers said they would do were being taken care of. Can I also just say Christian is the guy you want on your side when you’re doing an inspection? He even pointed out issues to the inspectors that they didn’t catch on their own, and then made sure we were able to have them repaired before closing.Working with Christian was so easy and he made the home buying process as stress free as possible. I know we’ll be using him down the road when we’re ready to upgrade. In the mean time I’ll be encouraging all of our friends and family to use him.
