I don’t even want to rate them 1 stars. This is a horrible hospital!! Everyone either hates their job or is on DRUGS. The black lady nurse ripped my IV and left me like this, as a black women myself she was so mean to me! The ultrasound lady made jokes about my miscarriage saying. “Maybe god was saying the baby wasn’t going to have a nice life” they don’t take nothing serious! It is a joke! I’ll NEVER go there again!! Worst experience of my life!!

Was there from 1:30pm -9:30pm, the wait time was the worst part. Staff was all very friendly so that helped. I had to get X-rays & CT scan after an ATV accident. Make sure you eat before you go since they only have snacks in the vending machine. If something costs 1.25 & you put 2$ in machine it doesn’t give you change back. I was too scared to go outside for fresh air because if they call your name & you can’t hear them they will skip you. Plan on being there all day or night. I thought I’d be there 4-5 hours max. I was wrong & had to make arrangements for my kids. They gave me a muscle relaxer that made me drowsy so I wouldn’t of been able to drive home if I would’ve driven myself there. Make sure your phone is completely charged or bring a charger & money for the vending machine. So just keep all those things in mind before you go.

Had my son at this hospital. The labor and delivery staff were beyond incredible. I had to do two stress tests prior to his birth and they were super thoughtful and supportive. The day of his birth the check in was great, again super thoughtful and supportive. Both night and day shifts both in labor and delivery were amazing. The anesthesiologist who did my epidural was fantastic. The lactation consult was super incredible. Great hospital to have a baby at

My opinion of this hospital has lowered in recent years and it only seems to sink lower still. I know COVID has brought many complications for everyone but one thing that should not be complicated by now is communication.A family member of mine has been in this hospital for less than a week but visitation is not available at the moment. This is understandable and acceptable. What isnt acceptable however is how we are finding out the extra stipulations when it comes to who can visit and how many times that one person can visit. As it stands only person per week is allowed to visit a patient. This was not communicated to the patient or the visitor at first. All that was told to them was that the patient had to be admitted for at least a week before anyone could visit. So after the visitor was cleared to visit the first time they tried to visit another time but they were told then that it is only once a week. All of this information came out in parts and not as a whole. If you are admitting anyone this type of information needs to be conveyed so that there isnt any confusion, especially in a supposedly professional establishment. I searched the site for all of the stipulations as a whole and it only says no visitors allowed along with limited exceptions. There was also a picture of someone holding a sign that says they care for their patients mind, body and SPIRIT. Obviously they do not realize that what helps heal a persons spirit is the visitation of loved ones. Its not all bad here but it could definitely improve.

The rug in the hallway is so dirty and gross. It seems the ER nurses are mostly travelers, which isnt always a bad thing, but trying to find supplies, can be difficult. It does show that the local nurses, dont want to work there. The state mandates a 4:1 ratio, in the ER, but you at least get 5 or more patients. No privacy, patients lined up in the hallway. It seemed a lot of the patients were waiting up to 48 hrs to get a bed, when admitted.

My grandmother was brought here for severe pain. The staff was rude we asked to have at least 1 person to go be with her she’s 92. Stephanie the charge nurse kept talking about Covid guidelines, which I understand. But we are vaccinated and we’re prepared to be with my grandmother for support. Nothing but rude staff rude charge nurse Stephanie . They rushed my grandmother out and discharged her because they say we were flooding their phone lines. No they are just incompetent workers who didn’t wanna do their jobs. They released my grandmother no medicines no pain meds nothing. She was still in pain when they discharged her mind you she had blood all over her clothes, they pulled her IV out not removed PULLED the IV out. Her visit was on a weekend, the whole weekend in pain. 2 days after this horrible ER visit she passed. Incompetent medical staff, rude the attending DR as well. If your there just for a paycheck that’s sad, hint hint you’re probably in the wrong profession. People’s loved ones aren’t being cared for properly. This hospital should be ashamed at some of the staff they employ. Veronica Repp you need to get involved a little more on your nurse’s patient care and phone etiquettcy some are not doing their job. Some people should NOT be employed here. St. Agnes you need to do better! Now preparing to lay my grandmother to rest. I hope no one goes through a horrible experience as my grandmother did. If I could give negative stars I would unfortunately I had to mark 1 in order to right this damn review.

My partner is currently in the ICU, if it werent for the team at St Agnes he would have died because Community hospital didnt diagnose his condition correctly at all. I am extremely grateful for St Agnes for the level of care he is receiving. My only concern is with the visiting hours, I mean really, COVID isnt going to be deterred by vising hours , it could enter between 11-7 just as easily as it would if you allowed people in at any other time, if the carrier were Asymptomatic. Im mean, really, my partner didnt have it when he went in there, but they gave him a COVID test after being there 2 weeks and he sure has it now . But other than that I am appreciative and very grateful.

Well the rest of the hospital was great and I had great Drs the ER was bad. Lack of communication on what tests needed to be done, mixing me up with other people and performing tests I didnt need I was not Nicole with a blood clotting disorder, Im Nicole with an appendix about to rupture. After 12hrs of the wrong tests/orders getting asking every nurse/tech if this was the right tests for abdominal pain, I finally received that accurate and correct tests to diagnose me. I eventually was in the ER in a room with 6-7 other ppl I understand there was not beds and thats fine with I knew from family members working at Clovis and Fresno that they were impacted too. We had a great CNA looking after us and pressuring the nurses to give us out meds after 3 hr of waiting like my COVID test, antibiotics and pain relief. Then after 1:30am he left for the night and from 1:30-7am we all received not much care except for blood cultures and vitals. Around 4a I began to feel pain again and began to ask any tech to get a nurse so I could get pain reliever again I never saw a nurse or Dr enter the room from 130-7am. So after another 3hr of asking 10 times at 7am a new RN came on staff and gave us all our required meds and labs. My covid test was lost twice and that was the only thing keeping me from getting my required surgery. It was the most painful experience and upon asking old staff that worked there that this was not the correct care I was supposed to be receiving. I was in the ER from 12pm to 1130am the next day. Go to Clovis or Fresno community Ive always gotten good care from there felt listened to and supported. I can only feel for the Nicole having her leg swollen up from a blood clotting disorder and being in an emergency situation
