2022-06-12This hotel is a bit rustic and retro, but in a good way. Well maintained & clean. Delightful and friendly staff. Overall good value.

2022-06-14I loved it. It was like staying at my grandparents as a kid. Definitely not super up to date, but that is a lot of the appeal. The staff was great.

2022-01-11Very overpriced low-end dive. Demanded and extra $100.00 for us to pay with a debit card. They claimed they would mail the $100.00 back some time in the future. The continental breakfast was a joke. A guy in a room behind a window, you have to ask, do you have any sweetrolls? He brings one. Then you have to ask for coffee. Then you have to ask for cream or sugar. What a joke!!!!!

2021-07-22Positive: This is a great place to stay on historic Route 66! The room was very clean and updated and didnt feel its age at all. The front desk clerk was very accommodatin and made sure that we had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

2021-08-29I booked this hotel last minutestressed about finding a pet friendly place. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The area is quiet and we had a great stay.

2021-10-13Tl;dr: the charm is a facade, the area is next to a loud, busy street, and the bed is ancient.The “charm” stops in the lobby where you book a room. I called ahead to ask for vacancies and gave me a quote. Once I head in, the woman who gave me the quote pretends she didn’t talk to me over the phone and gives me a more expensive quote. My boyfriend steps in to ask her to honor the original quote and she plays dumb gives us a “discount”. We end up regretting staying here bc this place is just a bunch of dusty junk in the rooms and and old beds with no consideration for comfort. Continental breakfast was mentioned until 10am, but by 9:30am, it was all being packed up. Never returning.

2021-06-07Its anywhere around bare bone decent if I were to be generous. Aside from the cheapest room, even if you end up spending a night on their bigger, more high end room, they lack a bunch of things.First, the lack of charging port. You have to swap one of the furnitures like lamp or refrigerator to have one slot available. Speaking of the mini fridge, it does nothing. Trust me, the AC unit is colder than the fridge. It will keep your stuff from summer heat, but it will not be anywhere near cold or chilly.Next will be the horrendous breakfast menu. Now, this may be caused due to COVID pandemic, however serving visitors with boxed juice and cheap cookies should not even be considered as a way to compensate. The only thing thats not factory made is the coffee which even that I have suspicion of being an instant coffee.
