Went in there to buy a toy hauler and at first it wasn’t too bad but then it’s become very frustrating. Discussed a price, they would only go lower if we used their financing, fine whatever. They ran my husbands credit 9 times, and we were denied and then said they had the wrong phone number and couldn’t get ahold of my husband. Finally got financing out of the way and it was ours, we kept waiting for our trade in to get paid off since a payment was coming. They once again said they had the wrong phone number, even though I corrected the phone number and told them to call me instead, and the price we had settled on was wrong in their books and we still owed them money. Had to go back and fourth with our numbers to be correct and it was their mistake, was told to do the payment and we would get reimbursed, which we were thankfully. They said that we also payed too much in taxes that we would get reimbursed, still haven’t seen it and it’s been over a month since we’ve purchased. Still haven’t received our registration or plates and I’ve called and left a voicemail regarding both and still haven’t heard back from them. Let’s not even mention they sold us a brand new RV with a broken air conditioner. When you buy it they say they make sure the RV is good to go and when the summer heat came we’ve found out that one of our air conditioners doesn’t work and have been having to work with the air conditioning manufacturer. If you’re looking to purchase an RV I would suggest going elsewhere.
Service manager Everett went above and beyond to make everything come together. He went to bat on my behalf with the extended warranty company, which saved me money. (Always a good thing!) I would also like to thank service advisor Ashley for her hard work. I highly recommend RV Country in Fresno.
Today I had an electrical issue. Upon arrival at RV Country Fresno I met Patti Jimenez. She was the service advisor that handled my issue from start to finish. She was very pleasant and friendly, and made sure I was informed during the day on the updates. We had let them know that would be leaving on a trip in just a few days, and would love to be able to take our coach back home with us today. As it’s a 2 hour drive. I was afraid we had a serious electrical issue and would have to wait on parts. After the tech Camilo and his team looked at it, thankfully it was just the house batteries that were giving me the issues. At first they said we would not have any batteries until 3:00 the next day. Then that’s when another service advisor heard what was going on and made a quick call. After his call the batteries were soon delivered and installed. We made it home and are packing for our trip thanks to the dedication and team work of the crew at RV Country Fresno. Thanks againThe Salters
Scott Atchison was extremely helpful. His approach was no nonsense, and straightforward. He was willing to work with me to help me get the RV I wanted, and I never felt pressured to buy. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process, and he made sure everything was in perfect working condition before letting me drive off the lot. I would definitely come back!
Service Advisor Ashley Keener was very pleasant to work with during my experience at RVCountry, Fresno, Ca. The complaint I do have is when it is time to pick up the RV, after repairs have been made, or assuming were made, there should be a checklist of going over everything that has been repaired to make sure it is fixed. Also should be a checklist for the tech who did the repairs making sure everything is put back and turned on as it was when the customer left the RV for repair. Also if techs need to go inside the RV for repairs they should wear disposable booties over their shoes/boots, as I had grease/dirt all over my floor/rugs. I picked up my coach and the A/C I had worked on, would not work, so I had to spend another hour there getting it figured out before I left. If it wasn’t for Ashley the service advisor asking me if I wanted to check the A/C before I left, I would have assumed they worked, as I live an hour and a half away from the repair location and returning would be a extreme inconvenience, as I was leaving to go camping the next day.
Ever since EVERETT GARCIA took over as a service manager and brought in a great team… The service department at RV Country has been outstanding! From Ashley in the front, Hank inside and EVERETT‘s entire team in the service department… Our RV has been well taken care of with great service, great results and a great price!
I do not recommend rv country in Fresno due to their service dept. when I went to pick up my rv after the purchase they attempted to over charge me 700.00 from the estimate they gave me for some solar I had added. Then the front room slide would not open first trip out. Took it in for repair service writer 30 minutes late. All other service writers just let me stand there until I asked for someone else to help me. When the late employee finally got there his repose was “bad traffic, don’t know what to tell ya”got it back same slide did not work for second trip. Took it back and noticed a paint problem on front cap they called said it’s done come get it. One of the worst paint repairs I have ever seen. Everett the service manager said he would personally take care of it. They called again come get it. Over spray tape, paper left all over front end. Went home with out trailer again. Again Everett said he would take care of it. Now clear peeling off the front end. They want me to take it back for a fifth time. No way. I will have to have the damage repaired at a paint shop. 2.5 hrs round trip 4 times and still not right. They do not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. It takes days up to seven days I have waited for a response and have to email again to ask why nobody has responded. Nothing bad to say about the sales dept. but I have been let down by the service dept.
Two stars for Ashley who is customer service. If I could give 1 star for the manager and service department I would. Nothing is covered under the warranty they suggest you buy. The service department first got my RV mixed up with another one and weren’t even working on mine like they should be. They killed my battery and all took poor care of my RV. The only reason I have came back is because of Ashley. The Manager doesn’t bother with you. Doesn’t come out of his little hole or return phone calls. Zero customer service from him. We have been in there twice and the service department Is just punching that clock but no work getting done.
Excellent service and great attitude. Had an appointment at 2:00pm arrived at 1:00. Was immediately taken care of and given an estimate of 2 hours. Was back on the road by 3:30 with everything fixed! Even had an issue with my rear view camera that was operator error, they took the time to troubleshoot but didn’t charge me because they didn’t feel right charging me for no real work performed. We also bought the trailer there over a year ago and the buying experience was great too.Very very pleased.
We recently had our coach repainted with new colors and design at Fresno RV. We brought our coach in for an estimate, it was suppose to be accurate, and a time frame of how long it would take. We recieved the estimate and was told it would take 7 to 10 days. We accepted the estimate and time.At the end of week 1, we called, it wouldnt be complete for another week. This went on and on. Finally after 7 weeks we were told it was ready could we come tomorrow and get the coach? We arranged for the day following. Then we got a call saying they needed to get a few other things done if we could come later. We went that afternoon. When we got there to pick up the coach we were told it was $3700.00 more than estimated. Because it took more time than expected, Very upset at this point. Then we went out to check the coach out, the paint was very rough, we were shocked when the service writer told us thats the way it is, The designs didnt come together smooth at all, she stated oh that the way they do it. Rough enough to scratch a finger! I dont think so.When I contacted the guy who did the painting, he told me manufactures do a grind and polish to get the smooth finish when I asked him why it wasnt done ,he told me to call and schedule a timeto get it done that he had figured hours for that to be done,, and that he wasnt working there anymore????Not sure if I would trust them to do a grind and polish now. And what they would charge me AGAIN for something they should have already done.. Dont bring your rig in for detail work.
Jesse displayed dedication and determination on providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire service process. Himself and Fernando also at time of deliver addressed additional issues on the spot again continuing that great customer experience.Appreciate everyones help!Mark and Pam
I bought a class c rv from RV Country in Fresno which I am happy with. Bill Hoskins in sales was great to work with. Hank Dudley did an awesome job with communicating additional items to add to the RV as well as answering my questions and having additional items that I wanted installed. Hank worked with the service department getting everything that I wanted done and informing me of the status when the work would be completed so I could pick up my RV. Hank and the service department did an awesome job.I give the Sales and Service department 5 ⭐️.The reason for the 2 ⭐️ is I am not happy with Seth in the finance department. He was pushy trying to get me to finance through them, which I did not do. I did purchase an extended warranty since the RV was used. The extended plan term was listed as 48 months or 40,000 miles for the premier dealer service paperwork. On the extended protection plan it was listed as 48 months, but 30,000 mile. I talked to Seth on 11/24 and he told me he would take care of the issue. After several emails and voicemails not returned, I finally talked to Seth on 2/25. Seth stated he could not do anything about it, if I wanted the mileage changed it would cost addition $$. That is total BS. I should have been informed in a timely manner and not ignored for over 2 months. I have a copy of the original contract so I am being cheated and hustled for more money! I have shared my experience with my friend’s that are interested in getting an RV.
The manager and service department get a 1 star where Ashley who handles customer service gets her own stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ she is the only reason to go there. But she’s only one person with a manager who can’t get out of his office hole to assist or answer phone calls or even make an attempt to apologize for his service departments lack of professionalism. We take out RV here because it has the warranty that they suggested buying but it doesn’t actually cover anything. The Service department was “working” on our RV but they mixed them up so there goes a wasted week and labor costs. Each time we come it’s just worse and worse. Only come back for Ashley and I feel bad she has to deal with this all.The manager can’t be bothered and there are multiple other customers just as fed up. We are there waiting together sharing our pain. They have killed my battery and lack the professionalism to care for your RV.I suggest do your research before you come here.
Best experience with a salesman I have ever had in my life. Brendan went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and got the price where I needed it to be. It was like having one of my buddies sell me a trailer. I guarantee I would not buy one from anybody but him again .
We just picked up our new 5th wheel. Hank(from parts/maintenance) was very knowledgeable and honest. We appreciate how understanding he was when we had multiple questions We would highly recommend Hank’s customer service to anyone wanting to visit RV Country. The Glasgow Family
Worst service I have ever had!!!! We made an appointment to drop off our 5th Wheel and met with the service writer to go over several concerns. It took another 10 days before they even sent the paperwork off for the warranty issues. They had our 5th Wheel for over 3.5 months and when we picked it up it was filthy, the trim around the front door that was supposed to be fixed was hanging out of the track, the rubber tubing around the garage door had a huge gap where it should meet and when we opened the door to look inside a piece of the trim was hanging off the slide. The service writer took pictures of it and said he would send it to his manager. That was over two weeks ago and still no call from RV Country. Once we got it home we realized they never recalibrated our leveling system and didnt complete several of the things we asked them to do. Looking at what they say they fixed it is obvious to me the service department has no accountability or pride in their work!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!
I was ready to leave a horrible review about RV Country after the prior service manager Andy and the multiple service writers provided delayed, mixed up, neglected, deceitful and poor service. However, RV Country hired new employees and the change is incredibly positive. I had bought a brand new class A 2021 Entraga Vision XL. From the first week of ownership it was evident the quality and craftsmanship was poor. I initially brought my RV back for 18 warranty related repairs. They had it in the repair shop for 4 months with minimal repairs completed. I brought it back again for additional repairs and one recall and again was sidelined for 3 months. I finally found a mom and pop rv repair shop to fix the remaining warranty repairs and paid them out of pocket several thousand dollars, for which I was reimbursed by Jayco, thank God. Now, I bring my RV back to RV Country to replace the entire vinyl flooring because no other rv dealer would touch my coach because I didn’t buy it from them. Ashley and her boss, Everett discussed with me what they were prepared to do and they kept their word. Ashley kept me updated frequently and ensured that parts were ordered and service completed just as I requested. Thanks to Ashley and Everett I regained my trust for RV Country. Go see them if you want first class service.Victor and Beckie
My wife and I received the absolute best customer service from Lincoln Lefor at RV Country in Fresno. On our trip from Victoria British Columbia to Los Angeles, the black water pipe bracket broke on our 2019 Rpod and the pipe dropped to the highway and was destroyed. We detoured from our route to Fresno as we had checked out the website and saw that they serviced Forest River units. We were immediately greeted By Lincoln Lefor and felt confident that he was doing everything possible to help us out of our difficult situation. He kept in contact by text and even had our unit fixed ahead of the promised time. We commend Lincoln Lefor and Everett Garcia as service manager for the great experience we had at your business. We highly recommend your RV service centre to anyone needing a trustworthy and dependable RV service company.
Once the sale was done, I paid it off - no financing, the salesman dropped me like a hot potato. I had previously ( 10 days earlier) requested that everything be repaired or replaced and I would pay for it because the rv was going to Tecopa ca to Tecopa Palms RV Park at a mineral hot springs to be used as overnight lodging for those wanted to stay over night. I paid to have a new 15000 AC unit installed even though the smaller AC unit worked, but probably not very good in 120F temperatures. Without one document in my hand I was told I could hook up and leave. I went back inside the facility to find all the salesman in a sales room laughing and having a swell time. I asked the desk receptionist where the dmv department was- she walked me to the finance office. The ONLY person that did their job efficiently and that helped me was the receptionist. Once I had all my docs I left. Not a thank you or is there anything else we can help you with. Later, in Tecopa I called and tried to talk to Curt Curtis. One is more likely to talk to God than to get him on the phone. I asked for the sales manager to call me back - 2 times. That never happened. Simply put, if I had it to do over again I would not buy from this poorly managed rv country. Lastly, the irony is this. When Paul Everett was alive- I bought 2 Dynasty’s, an executive and his personal 1998 Monaco signature. Man o man has this placed changed.
I would like to thank Rita for the excellent customer service she provided to us in the repairing of our fifth wheel. Rita consistently emailed, phone called or text messaged to give updates on the status of the repaired being done to our unit. Rita was also able to meet the original date for pick up of our unit. Rita and TJ have made our customer service experience Great, thank you both.
My story isnt over yet, but because of the 5-star great service manager and technician, I increased my overall score to 3.Updated info: Upon inspection of the two items that were completed, I discovered the repairs to be of great quality. It seems that the Technician and Manager rate high, but the Service Coordinator rates a zero.I scheduled the third warranty work 2 months before the warranty was up, but did not receive an appointment until AFTER the warranty expired. The Service Rep stated no problem. Once delivered for work, there was problems. I couldnt get returned calls or updates from the numerous messages left. I had to drive the 25 miles 3 times to physically speak with Eddie. Although they had my RV for a month, the work was still not complete, and I was then told that the warranty expired, and I had to come back the next day to pick up the RV! Eddie also failed to show at the delivery appointment. I had to work with the Service Manager and finally was able to get my incomplete RV after standing around for nearly 2 hours. Ill need to schedule another appointment after we return from our trip. It will be nearly 18 months to get the repairs completed. Frustrating!!!My suggestion is that when you buy an RV, expect no warranty. Pay a low price so you can afford your own repairs.
The Service department in Fresno is awesome and handled all our issues. We drove 8 hrs for our service appointment to have Rod work on our basement air. While it was there Everett had the chassis department perform a free inspection and they found several issues that they were able to resolve while it was there. We spent time with Tracy the parts manager and she was able to show us a bunch of new stuff they just got in. Well done, you guys have a well rounded dealership. I should know I have been selling RVs for 40 years... Beautiful facility.....
Great experience with all the staff including, Hank who did all the setup and review of product. Seth in explaining financing and warranty items. Courtney who guided us to selecting the right travel trailer. What a great crew and special thanks to Hank who took a ton of his time (very busy man) and showed us how to operate the sway bars and the trailer setup. I also want to thank Tracy and Andy for guiding us through much needed items in accessories!! My wife and I had a great time and all of our questions were answer….Whatta great team! I would recommend you all to anybody including family to come see you guys.
Had an issue with a battery from a trailer I bought not so long ago. Parts department was closed and Jon adams made it happen, he came out took a look at the battery. Saw it was bad went to the back a few minutes came back out with another. Excellent service from the day we bought the trailer even now a few months down the road still excellent service. Love the trailer, love the customer service. Thanks rv country we appreciate it.
The sales staff (Courtney and Mark) were incredible, they were very patient in showing us different 5th wheel models we were having a hard time deciding upon. Once we decided they went to work getting us the very best deal and initiating the process of ordering and installing the multiple upgrades we had requested. The tech staff did an excellent job integrating all the upgrades and despite supply chain issues, we took delivery at the best time for us. Hank, our delivery manager was very thorough and patient with us explaining all the systems as was Jason, the lead tech who installed our complete solar and battery package. We are fully ready for comfortable off-grid living! Thank you RV Country!
Excellent and Professional! Our RV broke down in the Fresno area and had it towed to Country RV. We live hours away, but Everett took care of everything. He provided excellent communication, easy to talk to, understanding of our situation, and worked with us from beginning to end. We lucked out finding such outstanding RV service! Its hard to find a shop that delivers quality work and delivers professional service. I highly recommend Country RV!
My 5 star rating is only for Sean in service. He communicated with us, called us back when he said he would, fought the manufacturer for warranty items, etc. He’s great! We appreciate him very much. Don’t have anything nice to say about anybody else there, that we worked with directly, besides Hank. He’s great too, he just happened to be gone a month when we were going through all this.
We had some major issues with our new motor home. Parts were not readily available and time was running out. Vacation plans were closing in fast. Without the extra care and help from the service manager, all would have been lost! Everett stepped up and stayed on top of the job. We now have our motor home and we are ready to roll. Thanks Everett, your communication was awesome. Keep up the good work.
Okay sales process, okay price for the times. They did fail to test the water pump / pressure system on our 5th wheel. We drove 3 hours south toward home, parked and turned the system on anticipating a shower but got a huge puddle on the floor. Drove back the next morning and they promptly fixed the problem but were not very apologetic. It cost me $120 in extra fuel but they did nothing to compensate me even though I asked.Once you sign the papers and write the check they are pretty much done with you.
2020 We are going on three years owning our RV and have thoroughly enjoyed our many trips. RV Country has given us the best service. All their employees are knowledgeable and treat us like family. Every time we have it serviced they seem to do more than weve asked for and during this scary time they make you feel safe in their establishment.2018 This has been the best large purchase we have made and Eddie Mazariegos took us right to the RV we described. Eddie was very personable making us comfortable as if we were family. Seth Hudler handled our financing making it a stress-free procedure. We highly recommend going to RV Country.
For the most part we enjoyed our recent experience with RV Country. Our Sales person, Dylan, was great to work with. He got our information about what we were looking for, size and price range and took us to see inventory. No pressure, took down our contact information and asked if and when we would want him to contact us back. Communicated well and helped us through the process. The parts person, J.B. was also very helpful as we looked at any at accessories we wanted to pick up.Our issue and why there are only 3 stars is the finance person ,cant remember his name and he didnt give us his card. He was pushy and we didnt appreciate the hard sell tactics on extended warranty, paint protection and tire protection options. It seemed no matter how we tried to explain our point of view he tried to make us feel we werent making the right choice. We came prepared with documented approval from our credit union and he insisted on trying to talk us into financing through them. Wanted to run another credit check, questioned us on our decisions and made that part of our experience very frustrating.
Update-New service manager contacted me once becoming aware of the issues at hand. Rv was immediately worked on and results were speedy and thorough. The new team is definitely making it right and getting it done. Everett has been extremely helpful and has kept in good contact Hopefully my experience continues this good. It does seem like it will. If so I will definitely update my review to 5 stars and return if need be. It does seem like there has been a lot of changes done the better with their team.Original-After getting an appointment for February 7th to drop off a Monaco pusher for a simple paint and repair estimate ( it was 4-5 weeks before Feb 7th) I am still waiting to get my rv back. I have called numerous times and my service writer is not there or unavailable. Finally get a text last Monday about how it’ll be done on the next day- still no rv and still no quote. The other place I was getting an estimate from should have had the repairs completed by now. It’s literally March. 2 months to get a dam estimate!!!!
Terrible, terrible RV dealership. Refused to do warranty work on my 2020 Solitude because I bought it out of area. The previous owner, Paul Everett, belonged to many of the same fraternal organizations. He was a true gentleman. I just can’t see him treating people the way this dealership does.Oh well, they will never have to worry about me trying to patronize them in any way in the future. And I definitely tell anyone that will listen. About my experience with RV Country.
My husband and I recently purchased a fifth wheel trailer from RV Country and had the best experience with our salesman, Travis. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. It felt like we were working with a friend. The rest of the staff was great as well. We highly recommend this place.
Travis was our salesman, great guy! he was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. He was able to answer any questions we had and he got us a great deal on our trailer! J.B. and Sammy In the service Dept were awesome as well! They all worked together to expedite the PDI on our trailer so we could get on the road ASAP. They stayed late after the dealership closed to make sure we knew how everything worked and that we were safe and would not have any issues. Working with Ryan in finance was simple, easy, and stress free! My experience here at RV Country has been second to none. Everyone that we worked with throughout this process treated us like family! I will definitely be sending friends and family to RV Country! Thank you Travis, Ryan, J.B. And Sammy!
Its sad when you work for a company and you still cannot get good repairs, while working for RV country my father had 2 separate repairs done on his very expensive motor home, and both repairs were a failure, He was misled about the things that were wrong the 1st time, and the second time was told he needed a power cord to make the washer and dryer complete a cycle which we thought was crazy but we trusted them. Which by the way was not the problem of the washer and dryer, we had to bring out a specialist to repair the washer dryer. After usingthe power cord for the 1st time only half of that works he is now out of town having to use in generator because it does Not work and has never been the problem.
Dylan was incredible, flexible and patient. He made us feel as if our dream was possible every step of the way. He was attentive the entire time. We left feeling as if he heard every word we had said.At the end, we ran a little long signing the final papers and he sat near the door and waited to shake our hands one more time and congratulate us! He had a bright future! We never once felt “sold”!
The experience was awesome! Brendan was to great to work with and was the reason we came back to RV Country (Fresno) and purchased the new RV verses going with an offsite used one. He was super informative, but not pushy.Ryan in finances found us great options for our purchase and explained all the ins, outs and possibilities so we would feel comfortable when we left. (No buyers remorse) :)Hank did our final walk through and explained everything we needed to know plus those little extras to make our final experience smoother.Brendan and Hank also helped us with some accessory choices so we didnt buy things we didnt need, but got the appropriate items at a good price. My family (parents and grand parents) have purchased RVs here dating back to the 70s and had a positive experience and we felt the same. We always felt that the people we worked with were looking out for our best interest and meeting our needs instead of just trying to make a sale. We will continue to do our business at RV Country (Fresno). Thanks Brendan, Ryan and Hank
RV Country recently completed some warranty work on our Toyhauler. The entire team was friendly, knowledgable and took care of our service needs. Sean was always responsive, Edward followed through with each request. A special shout out to Everett he went above and beyond to make sure we got our RV in and out and fixed correctly. If you need RV repairs call them! 5 out of 5 stars!
Dylan Carbajal at RV Country, Great sales man showed us all the bunkhouses we needed to see and explained every single one most questions were answered without being asked which was awesome. Real positive energy vibe you get from him and no pressure which I also liked about him. I’d recommend this sales man to help you out.
Called and called speaking with Derrick who was polite enough to send me to voicemail 3 times in a row. 4th time he said he would walk a hand written message to Tracy in parts, still never got a call back. This was all less than 24 hours before I needed a part for my trailer before heading out of town. Now my trip is delayed, Thanks RV country!! #Worthless
Bought our fifth wheel from RV Country and had an issue with the slide , took it to the service department. Everett the service manager took care of my rv. He kept me updated on parts and when they would be there. As soon as the parts came in he had my rv in for the repair the next day and I was able to pick up my rv that evening. Thank you Everett for getting this done.
We are on the road when we had a power cable issue. We called RV Country in Fresno in hopes of having it repaired today. The squeezed us in and got us back on the road.Sean took great care of us and we so appreciate the care and kindness the whole services department! Roy and Cindy
This is our 3rd trailer and our BEST experience!! Communication flowed seamlessly, everyone was honest and helpful, and they didnt act like pushy salesman. We called for a specific trailer which they found in Washington and had it brought to Fresno. Because we had to travel 5 hours to them they let us do the inspection and signing on Saturday. Dylan our sales rep, Hank our inspector and even the finance manager were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and had us laughing the entire time. The few issues we found with the trailer were addressed right away, documented and taken care of.
I have been coming here for years to get my unit worked on. These past few weeks I went by and I noticed a change In service that was needed. I better vibe, a better environment, friendlier staff and new management. I spoke with service manager Everett and he has some great things in store for rv country. Happy to Finally see some change for the better.
We took our fithwheel in for paint/decals. Our experience with the Service Dept was good. Our service advisor Edgar and Sean kept us informed. The service manager Everette sent pics to show placing of decals, and a pic of the final completion of the job. Overall very happy!
First and foremost, we had been in the market to purchase a toy hauler for a while. Needless to say we found a good looking one here. Purchase process was fast and simple. After taking our RV to a local spot for weekend fun with the family, we realized there were small things here and there that needed some attention. We took in the RV for repairs on June 16th and to this day, RV isnt ready yet. We made a downpayment of nearly $20K and didnt even get a full tank of gas. Weve gone at least every week to check on the progress but no luck yet. Keeping my hopes up.
We bought a brand new Rambler Class A motorhome the day after Christmas 2020. It arrived two months late in May this year - with a major AC issue and several other smaller issues. It took forever to get any proper attention but finally - Sean took over in Service and got the job done!! Wish he would have been in charge of our warranty work from the start. He’s the only one that owned the work and followed up and got it done… I would like to rate more than a 3 but I can’t due to the four months it took to get it all fixed…ThankYouSean!!!
My wife and I decided to trade our 2019 Coleman Latern for a 5th wheeler on 08/14. My wife and I decided on a Montana. Taylor the sales rep was great in showing us different layouts and the finance guy, Seth was great too. However, getting the RV prepared and hitch install was a different story. When choosing a hitch, we decided to go with the B&W electric hitch. I was given a price and told my RV and hitch install would occur on the 08/19. I did a walk through on 08/18 and noticed a stain on the floor right by the front door, and was told no worries it would be taken care of. They informed me that day my hitch wasn’t in yet, so we rescheduled for 08/23. No big deal at the time, it happens. I arrived on 08/23 at RV country a 45 minute drive from my house to find hitch still not in. I was disappointed! Never got a call during the week, so I followed up and was told my hitch was in. I am military so to make this install happen on 09/02, I had to request leave for the whole weekend to get a Friday off. I arrived on time on 09/02 and waited all day for hitch install. We had added a washer/driver, TVmount in bedroom, and camera system to the RV which was discussed during our purchase. When the hitch was done, I found the stain still present, the tv mount not done, and the hitch to be a pullrite powerslide, not the B&W electric I remember discussing with the sales rep. Manuel, from service department, offered no answer to these concerns. Just that we will get a call on Monday. When I explained the outcome to my wife she wasn’t happy either, and upset that our concerns were just left hanging. So far this has been the worse purchasing experience for us.
Where to start. This was the most amazing experience. Our sales lady Courtney Sollid was so amazing she focused on what we were looking for and didn’t push for us to get more than what we needed. This being our first RV we had what I thought were stupid questions and she walked us through without hesitation or making us feel dumb in any way. The whole process as well as employees were relaxed and friendly.
I lent most of the morning talking with a young man by the name of Sammy best customer service I have had in three years of going into this company then meet with the news service manager wow so great to have amanager that care about customer services. Those two individuals will make that service departments a 4 1/2 star rating for sure
RV Country is a very busy place! Although our experience picking up our RV was not the best due to the technicians failure to maintain our charge on our batteries and were dead cause frustration. However I like to send a HUGE thank you to Sean for always getting our questions answered and being on top of things! Also to Edgar for taking good care of the warranty issues and other things we didn’t see! Keep up the good work! We appreciate you all! 😊
I have complete trust in RV Country, and especially Ashley in the service department to complete any repairs or installation of RV related items that I’ve brought to them. They’ve earned all my future business. I just wish they were authorized to do warranty work on Cummins engines.
Excellent staff!! Supportive and attentive to our needs. Everyone took the time to explain all things we needed answers. Very friendly in the office areas. A pleasure to work with. Mackay was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the products and honest in assessments of options that would meet our needs. Good selection even with the shortages from the pandemic ( you just have to be patient with the supply chain which is not their fault). They are not pushy in sales which we appreciate.
We are from upstate NY traveling to Yosemite and on up to Oregon. Our trip was going smoothly until the starter on our 33ft Winnebago failed. Fortunately we were just a few 100 feet from the Fresno RV Country. This was lunch time on a Friday afternoon. They agreed to replace it for us! Instead of having the Yosemite part of our trip ruined; by 5:00 we were at our campsite enjoying a chilled glass of wine. Everyone was helpful and friendly even to our dog, Maggie. Thank you so much Fresno RV Country. You are the best!!!
The sale was great. The after part was a little shaky. I had some bad customer service. Then my first warranty repair was not pleasant but this last time that I was there Scott D. was extremely helpful, pleasant, and he did his best to get me my trailer back in a timely manner.
The entire staff from reception, sales, finance, parts and service was very helpful, friendly and patient. As a first time travel trailer buyer I had many questions all of which were answered. The courtesy refreshments were perfect during the 100 degree weather! Thank you RV Country. 😊
Dylan Carbajal and Devan Liles are by far the BEST RV Sales Reps! They are professional and caring about their customers and no-nonsense when it comes to dealing on the sale of our Fifth Wheel. There were no hassles and they were upfront with all of the features, price, etc. They still call us monthly to check up on how we are doing with the Fifth Wheel. Very professional and not your typical Sales Staff of other RV Dealers that we have experienced in the Fresno area! We will certainly return to RV Country and deal with these guys again, as well as their Sales Manager Zack! You guys are amazing! Thank YOU!!
The workers were very nice and showed to the rvs that were suitable for us. the worker knew their way around and didnt take forever looking up where certain rvs are. instead of making us walk they took us on a golf cart. we are still in the beginning stages of looking for rvs and they were very respectful of that and didnt try and rush us at all. i definitely reccomend this place. they have a big variety of rvs and motor homes.
Our whole experience with RV Country has been great, from purchasing our trailer to getting repairs for a recall completed. Scott was awesome at getting everything done in time for us to take a previously scheduled trip and provided lots of updates throughout the process.
They get three stars because they had the trailer that we wanted. Their prices are high. They are very slow on delivery. They told us that any repairs would take at least three weeks so I am not impressed with the service department. On our first trip we discovered that our spare has a screw in it. When we called they reported that this happens. They have not provided any assistance in getting this repaired even though “for the first thirty days you will be put at the top of the list for repairs”.
Dillion the salesmen was great, very professional, honest and kind. Ryan the financial manager was great. Just bought my first RV from these guys and I’m glad I didn’t go anywhere else. I would recommend RV country to anyone looking for an RV. Looking forward to many adventures with the family thanks guys, the experience was great. Ask for Dillion if you find yourself at RV country looking for a RV.
We purchased a toy hauler Sunday with a down payment and a signed contract and found out on Monday that is was stolen from their lot! It was the only trailer stolen and was tucked between other trailers. Unbelievable. Really unbelievable! And seems quite shady! They refunded our down payment and seemed pretty nonchalant about the whole thing.ADDED NOTE: When we showed up on that Monday, they couldnt get my credit card fast enough to refund us our down payment and seemed to usher us to the door in about 10 minutes or less. First time in my life I didnt see a sale person ask if they could help us in any way find another toy hauler. That missed opportunity!!... Sure makes one wonder...NOTE: Way to really miss the point and move forward with name-calling. My review is simply a statement of facts and occurrences that we personally experienced....nothing more nothing less.
We had the best experience in buying our new toy hauler. Everyone we came in contact with was amazing to us. Started with Bryan who was willing to stay and help us even though we showed up 5 min before closing. He took the time to show us just about every option possible. Then Bret and Seth continued to stay for almost 4 hours after closing to help us get exactly what we wanted. Then 2 days later when I realized i had made a horrible mistake, Bryan, Bret, and Ryan went out of their way to help me make it right. Lacie was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to take delivery of our rig while working with my very tight schedule. Hank did a great job installing the 5th wheel quickly. I dont know the names of the people in the detail shop but they were also very friendly and seemed to take pride in a job well done. I literally enjoyed every aspect of this huge purchase. I feel like we were treated like friends, we got a fair deal and came home with a new rig that will make our lives so much easier. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Not helpful at all when I drove to their dealership, and ask for them to warranty the two deep cycle batteries that RVCountry installed into my 2020 Cougar travel trailer. $300 lesson I learned the hard way. Went to a local PowerStride Battery store and those people will take care of your battery needs.
Purchasing my trailer from RV country was a decent experience, but thats where the fun stopped. There were a few minor items that needed to be repaired when we purchase the trailer, mostly cosmetic, so they were added to the due bill and we left with our new trailer. They said they would order the parts and contact us when they were received.Heard nothing for 8 months, contacted them and took the trailer in for a list of about 6 warranty items to be repaired. Trailer sat at their shop for 4 weeks which was the promise date. Called them to make sure it was ready for pickup and they hadnt even touched it because they were waiting for one item to be approved by warranty. The rest had already been approved. With some stern words, they fixed only the small water leak and I picked up the trailer for a trip I already had planned. Again being told they would contact me when the warranty approval was completed.Fast forward another 4 months and nothing. Called 3 days straight and couldnt get anyone in service dept to call me back. My wife drove 40 minutes to the store just to talk to someone and was told they were still waiting for a warranty item to be approved. By the way, this was a warranty item that I was told had been approved 4 months earlier. Either way, I have had the trailer for 15 months and there are still items from the original due bill that havent been fixed. Supposedly they havent even been ordered. By far the worst service department I have dealt with in my entire life. I have owned numerous trailers and over 10 new vehicles in my lifetime. I cant believe this place is still in business.
Great Service overall and attention to detail. Just had an AC unit put on roof of my popup. Jason was service manager and Rod was the installer.First Jason kept me up to date and also called when the trailer was still up so Rod could walk me through his work. The cover came initially in black and Jason knew we wanted to white. He assured me to get a white and did by the next day when I picked up the trailer.Rod did a fantastic job installing. His attention to detail in running the chord so it would be hidden was just awesome. These guys took care of me.
Extremely pleased with the quick, prompt service. Compared to 2 other local RV repair dealers where I had multiple calls, inaccurate parts ordered, poor workmanship and months of waiting, this place had my Rv back to me in weeks after the drop off. TJ is a great service adviser and called me several times to keep me updated. I will definitely use them again in the future.
Jason at RV Country Service and his technician were amazing. Jason got me in and addressed my most important needs with my Solitude 5th wheel. I was hoping to take another trip in 3 days and Jason showed urgency to take care of me and addressed my slide out issue and electrical problem within 4 hours! That’s unheard of! The demand for RVs and service it high right now. Exceptional service! And he came in at under the the estimated cost 😁. My family and I are thrilled to be able to enjoy the weekend in our coach. Please give Jason and his team a call. They were amazing and I will always come back to RV Country.
We shopped online before deciding on a travel trailer. Then we visited the dealership, found the RV we wanted and the process was very easy after that. Their service department however is very slow in getting things repaired. Im not sure why there isnt more staff available. It can also be difficult to get your phone call answered. But were giving allot of grace during this COVID environment.
The people we have worked with at Paul Everts have always been honest, informative, and helpful. Buying an RV/Fifth wheel can be a tough and or tedious process. For us it was particularly tough making a decision this time, and there again, Duane and Zack were amazingly helpful and patient with us. We would work with them again in a heartbeat and refer people to them whenever we get the chance. They were very honest with us about everything.Dealing with the service department has also been a very positive experience. No matter what the manufacturer forgot, Hank and Jason and Rod in the service department more than made up for. They have always been a delight to work with and with all the business that they have, I would bet that they service more RVs than any dealership in the state. This can also mean sometimes you have to have more patience as a customer. Better to have to wait sometimes and have things done correctly. They have always treated us so well there, and we also believe in treating others with kindness. We will always recommend Paul Everts RV.
I found not only the buying experience to be friendly and easy, but the service center as well. Any small or large issue we have had with our RV has been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. From sales to service RV Country has exceeded our expectations every time.
Not happy with this place at all^|Update they did reimburse me for what I had to spend to get my rv looked at for a potential leak ,I even ended up visiting an other rv country on the road in Oregon and they couldn’t find a leak but this morning I aswell as everyone around me smelled propane so there’s a leak somewhere and it’s very frustrating I have had a water leak problem the entire time and they said they fixed it and it never stopped still, I just don’t like to complain a lot there’s more things wrong to and I’ve just been at my end with my anxiety already,I’m having to not even use my generator just because I am sick of the propane smell that ends up filling up the rv
Great sales. Service department is terrible. They should list these two areas as two different businesses. The guys that sell the units are terrific. Nice and super supportive. But the service department is like a completely different world. They NEVER get back to you as they say they will. They dont follow-up with anything. My mind cant reconcile the two. It is so easy to fix the problems there but they seem completely uninterested in doing so.Ive complained many times, but no one really cares that department is broken. So if nothing ever broke, you are good. But if you actually use your rig, then take a valium before you speak to them. IF you actually get to speak to someone. Youll probably get transferred to voicemail, which will get ignored. Then you call again and ask for a human. Then they will say they will look into it and then they will get back to you but they wont. Good luck.
RUN AWAY. We purchased a 2021 5th Wheel and within 6 months, the fridge died. No one called me back for days and then when I finally did speak to someone, he advised to call back to speak to the manager (2 days later). So I did. Manager (Andy) wouldnt even get on the phone to help. They dont care about you, your RV, etc. They have horrible customer service. Do not purchase anything from here.
I purchased my Keystone Cougar here because of their local reputation and the quality of the sales personnel who assisted us. After 2 short trips, like any new recreational equipment we needed some minor warranty work. When I first took it in my customer service rep was as bad as they can come. Full of hot air, promises that were never kept and actual lies. After returning it for a second round of ‘fixes’ the original rep was let go and ‘TJ’ was now our rep. From that point on......I can say nothing but OUTSTANDING things about him, his honesty, integrity and his professionalism !!! We are talking day and night difference!! I cannot over emphasize the difference between the two which, as a customer makes me want to return knowing the business cares, and is not a one and done store. TJ continues to follow up and one cannot ask for any more than that!!
Our experience with RV Country started well, until we tried to take advantage of the warranty we were promised. We purchased a brand new Jayco in July and brought it in with a myriad of problems December 18. We were told it would be ready January 1. Nothing. No updates, no phone calls, nothing. We called down there to speak to Bryce who’s handling our repair and he will not call us back. It’s now February 14 and we’ve had to drive down there just to get any answers. They still haven’t given us a date when the trailer will be ready. Be cautious when purchasing from RV Country. They’re typical salesman promising you everything and delivering nothing. Good job guys, you sold one trailer to my family, you will not sell any more to us.
Pretty typical dealer mentality. Treat you like gold until they have your money then all the promises fade like the morning fog. Sales makes promises and doesnt follow through with service. Your left to argue with a bunch of people with amnesia to get everything taken care of. Get all the details in writing and signed/dated. Very poor communication between departments.
All the associates at RV Country are very friendly and helpful. They helped my wife and I find the righ travel trailer for my family. They also help us make sure we had everything we needed for the trailer. They are all there to help you every step of the way. They dont try to push or force you to get stuff you dont need. I would differently be going back to them when i want a bigger rv trailer or any supplies. I also highly recommend RV Country to anyone looking for an rv.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Walked in to look at class C’s and class A motorhomes, left looking at nothing and nobody saying a word to us the entire time we were there. All units were locked when we went outside. Counted about 9 people total who worked there and they never even looked up to acknowledge our presence, even the receptionist couldn’t even look up from her paperwork 🙄 Thank you RV country, we will never return and take our business elsewhere and we will also never be referring to you guys!
Jason Hunt the service advisor has once again proved to be the miracle worker! I have been totally satisfied with all interactions and service provided by RV Country. Jason has been able to solve any of the problems that I have brought to him, outstanding employee. Your technicians also should be recognized for the problem-solving they have provided.
We were having an issue with knowledge about our unit electrical capabilities, for some reason the sliders were not working. (Traveling home to Washington)Andy Jackson was super in explaining about the above and running generator. We couldnt have been happier. All is working. Weve been rving with rig for three years and this was the first issue with that part of the rv.
So here is the breakdown. They get a 4-5 for inventory as truly there is something for all. Sales staff get a 3 they are knowledgeable and helpful. The management and finance easy 1 close to zero. Was willing to buy but needed some time to get a down payment. i was told that management wanted a commitment and to come back when i have the cash. Never saw a manager come out to any customer in the building. There was another couple buying an RV as well with money in hand and a deal made. Finance or managers kept trying to add stuff to the contract and fiddle money from them. Bottom line when a customer says he needs the bank to open to move money for a down payment and that is not enough to work a deal or attempt to earn some business, go somewhere else than Paul Everett or Toy hauler Depot. I will certainly say every time I hear about a person looking at an RV I will be sending them the proper direction. If you dont want to sell an RV to a couple for any reason a manager not a sales person should deliver the news. Take this review as a note to self. I will note it to enough people.
We went in to RV Country and the experience was terrific! Easy to work with Bill, he even gives cookies and drinks. An issue came up and Justin and Bret made it right. The financing person Seth made paperwork signing easy. Then Lacie finished everything off with a terrific walk through with our new trailer so we could go home and travel safely. Terrific experience!
Had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful from the receptionist to the sales team, the finance team and the service team. Couldnt be more happy with how everything turned out. Also would like to thank Craig Schmidt and the tech for showing me how to correctly hookup the trailer with weight distribution bars and making sure everything was safely hooked up. Thank you again for a great experience.
I recently purchased a used RV there from Duane, he was professional and even though I was not ready to purchase and was there on an exploratory adventure found myself in a situation where the deal was good enough to invest in, even though I was completely in prepared. They handled the entire purchase from financing to insurance, I check with my usual lenders and insurance company and they were better on both of them, every staff member was very nice and hospitable and was the most difficult decision and easy process I have ever had in a purchase. I am extremely excited to use my new RV and could not recommend Duane more. Dennis is great too, wasn’t my salesman but met him there and found out he was a neighbor I had never ran into before. As far as excepting delivery and quality of the unit, I have had a few issues, but they were quick to address them before I left. I have only a couple problems with the RV since I have had some time to get familiar, but I have not contacted them about it yet and they are minor. I rarely write reviews but it really was a pleasant experience and I have no regrets on the major purchase, if you are considering. Skip outdoor world on the way and drive the extra 25ft. They want your business and will earn it.
Dropped 5th wheel off on a Saturday during the holidays, called 3 weeks later and trailer was ready for pick up. Slide out is working now. Thank you. This experience was very reassuring for me to bring trailer back for anything else. 4 stars, I was never updated on progress until I called them 3 weeks later, not a big deal.
The sales staff is very friendly and helpful at the Fresno location, but the service department is TERRIBLE! When we picked up a used trailer we purchased there, NONE of the repairs they agreed to take care of had been done and they will not return calls to schedule a time to get them done. Also, a new hitch we were going to purchase was $150.00 cheaper elsewhere. Would not recommend RV Country! 😒Update: The salesman we purchased from intervened for us and we did get the repairs done after waiting for parts we thought were in two weeks prior. The service manager contacted us and then kept us up to date on a regular basis after the initial lack of response. They got the repairs done in one day when we took it in which was a plus.
Worst service we have ever had. We will never go back! Bought a used 5th wheel and they couldnt find the keys to it. Wouldnt even make sure everything worked before we took it home. They wouldnt do a walk through because they said they didnt make enough money on it. We have bought a lot of used Rvs and have never not had a walk through or them not make sure everything was working right before we left with it. We will never buy from them again!
Excellent customer service; everyone who was part of my purchase went far to ensure the deal went thru, and that I got the best deal. A big thanks to Seth, John, and Hank...thanks for making my first RV buying experience great. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Would like to thank TJ, our service representative for making it a good experience in the end. It started 3 months ago, with another rep, who dropped the ball on this repair, and I was not pleased. TJ took over the account, and from day one, he kept me informed through out the process. All I wanted was communication, and that, I received from TJ. Im pleased, give this man a raise. Thanks again TJ and RV Country.
Came to RV Country to look at RVs and Ron was our sales person. We sat down and he asked us what we were looking for and he offered to show us what was available. Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price.Great service and follow up on our purchase. We would definitely recommend this dealership....
Visited requesting to see travel trailers under 4k weight. The receptionist said they had at least 2 or 3. Our sales person came up masks less offered up a golf cart. Hmmm NOPE.com! Wed rather walk and all of the sudden they only had 1 trailer within our weight range. Lol
Our trailer has been in their shop since before Thanksgiving. Warranty repairs and extended warranty repairs. Then, their shop burns down 1 week ago. We have made multiple calls and they have not confirmed the status of our trailer. I believe the trailer has been at Paul Everts longer than it has been in our possession. So Sad.Update. Good News - Trailer is OK. Bad News - Replacement Axles and Wall were destroyed in the shop fire. Too bad repairs had not been done in time for us to pickup before the fire. Once again, in shop since Nov 2017. Praying for expedited repair once parts arrive.Another Update. Trailer still in the shop. No reply to multiple calls to service department with messages left each time. No idea if parts have arrived and no idea when we will get our trailer back. I wonder if there are any TV consumer news reporters in the area that would be interested in this story?Update: Trailer done Friday 4/13. Looks good. New service guy was on task. Cant wait to take it out again as we havent had it since Nov 2017.
Great sales people, feel like I got a good deal. But, I cant get them to return a phone call to save your life. I had 2 broken screens that are under warranty, but RV Country will not return my call. Its been over 3 months now, very disappointed with them all. Dont be afraid to call me Lacy and give me an update. Love to hear some kind of report. Erik from Montana
My husband and I just recently purchased a 2018 Rockwood mini lite 1905G from RV country in Turlock. We are absolutely over the moon with excitement and can not wait to go on our first adventure. I must add that our salesman Dan was awesome, he really took the time with us and was very upfront and honest about everything. What was really cool about him was that when he handed us over to the finance department he stayed the whole time we were signing papers. What a wonderful man. You really have an asset with him on your team. I think the guy that helped with finance was named Larry, but I am not for sure. Anyways he was very pleasant, and thorough with all the paperwork and signing. He also had a great sense of humor. RV country was just an all around great experience for both my husband and myself. Thank you so much for selling us our first trailer. Many happy trails to come.
I called to make a service appointment at RV Country for my 2018 Fifth wheel and I asked the person in the service department if they still sell and service the make of fifth wheel I have, as I had a couple of warranty items I wanted to have looked at. The service person then asked where I bought it and when I told her, she informed me that they dont do warranty repairs on trailers purchased from the dealer I bought my trailer from and I would need to pay for any warranty work performed. I dont get it, if you get the go ahead from the manufacturer to perform the warranty work, dont they reimburse the dealer for the work performed? Is RV Country so well off that they can turn down work? Why are they punishing potential customers for buying an RV from another dealer? You dont see this in the automotive industry. If you buy a Ford from one dealer, any dealer will honor the warranty. Very disappointing. To the person responding for RV Country, I agree with shopping local and supporting local businesses which is what we did when we purchased our trailer. We lived in that area therefore supporting local business. We didnt come over to the valley to buy from a competing dealer, we supported our area. In the past year we have relocated to the valley and were hoping we could get our trailer serviced locally but it seems we cannot. Also, how is simply asking for an appointment special treatment? I didnt ask to be put ahead of anyone else, just the next available appointment. Sour apples? Maybe. I wish your dealership the best of luck.
Great experience! The customer rep Hank was very helpful, David the technician who installed the brake controller explained everything and Ryan the finance guy worked out a great deal. The Jayco 154 BH we purchased is also a great model for anyone who camps with kids.
We purchased the Cougar 368MBI, using a trade in, and cash. The salesman, Patrick was social and kind. Patrick called Gus to assist in the initial sales, which clouded up some details, such as a reverse camera actually being in the rig, or it was “prepped” for one. We asked for a generator upgrade, and feel, at this time, that was done well and we are satisfied with that. My experience with the overall deal was dampened when Brett, the Supervisor of the salesperson, approach us after our walk through, as we were getting ready to leave with our trailer, and said there was some “bad” news, that our trade in wasn’t a 2007 as we had mistakenly said, it was an 2006, even though he had paperwork in hand that stated it was a 2006, then proceeded to tell me I owed an additional $2200. I told them I was unhooking my truck, and the deal was off. Long story short, after an embarrassing 10 minutes of haggling, I told him I would give him $400 cash I had in my wallet, no more, which I handed him. He then turned away, and walked a few steps, returning asking me to put my hand out, and returned my money?!? He stated he was just trying to see if I was going to be fair??!? This treatment was the most obnoxious, embarrassing incident of ANY purchase I have made, awkward and it felt dirty!!! My hats off to Hank in the Service Dept. Patrick and Justin in Sales, but if I had it to do over, I’d shop in Bakersfield Camping World!!!
I am giving them a 1 out of 5 stars. I wish there was negative stars for how disappointed my husband and I are. We bought our 2018 toy hauler for Paul Everts Fresno back in June. We dealt with Lacey on all the walk through stuff. She didn’t know anything about the trailer bc there were no manuals or remotes. We were supposed to get those in the mail two weeks after we bought the trailer. Well, we still haven’t received them. We told her that we weren’t happy with the sealing around the trailer. It was coming off. So, she told us that they would redo and bring our trailer to us. When we received the trailer the sealing want even touched. I tried contacting Lacey numbers times with no calls back or emails. We tried getting our trailer in to get warranty items fixed, but it’s so hard to get a hold of anyone at this place. The receptionists are so rude and could care less to help you. We finally got our trailer in this October to get it fixed. I have had to call to get any updates about our trailer. First we were dealing with Joey then I called one day and found out he didn’t work there anymore. That would of been a nice thing to let your customer know so they aren’t calling a person who doesn’t work there anymore. They assigned a new person to our trailer named mike who had no idea what was going on with our trailer. I called him once and he thought we had picked our trailer up when we actually hadn’t. That’s a good feeling knowing they don’t keep track of their customers trailers. Our trailer is still being “worked on” supposedly and it’s december. I’m sick and tired of being told lies and given the run around. We will never buy another trailer from them and won’t recommend them to anyone.Very Unsatisfactory
Our experience with Paul Everts has been great. We purchased a 2018 Jayco Jay Flight RV from them in Nov. 2017. Our salesman, David Palma, took the time to determine what we were looking for and then showed us RVs that he knew would fit our needs and our price range. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, and he was able to answer all of our many questions without having to get back to us. When we found the unit we wanted he continued to work with us to make sure the purchase, financing and delivery process went smoothly. Hank Dudley and his crew have provided excellent customer service and support. At the time we took delivery they were there to help us with the walk thru and have been readily available to us since then to help us with any questions or concerns. We have had a lot of fun and enjoyable moments with our Jay Flight and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship of the unit. We are glad we purchased it from Paul Everts and we would definitely recommend Paul Everts to anyone.
We recently bought a used motorhome through Paul Everts in Fresno. From beginning to end, we never felt pressured, always were treated with respect, and had all of our questions answered and problems resolved. At first we were a little skeptical, because we were told the mechanics would go through everything, and the interior would be cleaned and everything would be in working order by Friday. When we arrived to pick up our coach, we were pleasantly surprised to see that everything was as promised. We would like to extend a thank you to Gina Bradford, who sold us our RV at the Visalia show, Ryan Davis, the finance manager, and especially to the service tech, Pedro, who was very knowledgeable about our RV and was very patient as we asked so many questions during our walk-through. When we got home, my husband and I realized that we had both been thinking the same thing: We could see this kind of treatment if we had bought a top-of-the-line RV, but we hadnt. We bought what we could afford, yet we still felt we got the VIP treatment. Thank you all so very much.
Run! On Sunday I submitted an offer via their website. Nothing, so I called Monday afternoon, the second sales person I was transferred to, told me that he would have the “Sales Manager” call me right back. After never getting a call, I sent another website inquiry Tuesday. Late in the day Wednesday, still nothing. If the Sales Manager is unwilling or too busy to follow up, you know what you can expect from their service department. Should have known, 2 stars, 84 reviews on Yelp.
If your looking for a toy hauler ask for Oscar, he went above & beyond for us, and we greatly appreciate everything he did to help us out with our purchase. He always returned phone calls and always available to help. The rest of the staff was great, had one problem with the service dept, but other then that it was a great experience so far.
VERY disappointed in RV country. They said they would call me when parts I asked for would arrive the next day. NEVER heard from them. I called multiple times. They said parts were on back order. Two weeks went by nothing. Ordered parts on the internet. Wont be going to RV country either for business
We had an absolutely horrible experience! Our sales person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had additional questions for finance regarding insurance verification and DMV questions and their finance manage never returned any of my calls or emails. Would NEVER recommend or give them my business again. Very unprofessional staff and horrible customer service.
This place is a joke. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They don’t return your phone calls and they don’t keep there word. We originally brought out trailer in for warranty work. It sat at RV country for so long with no up dates that the service manager was going to right the wrong with fixing the damage done to the back of the trailer. They ordered the parts but unfortunately it burned up in the fire. Dropped our trailer off last week cause our parts were all finally in. The service guy said he would call us in a week. Week has come and gone. I have made numerous phone calls and left messages, still no answer back on our trailer. I have even gone up the authority latter and left messages and still nothing. I will never bring my trailer back to this place ever again. I do not recommend anyone to get a trailer fixed at this place. Read the reviews of this place and make your own decisions. This place is horrible!6/22/18 and update on this review. I went and changed my one star to a five star because after writing my review Mr. Jackson called me right away. WOW!!! Let me tell you how much I appreciated his call. He really made things happen. He informed me that he was implementing many changes to the service department, and let me tell you all......He sure did. I was finally updated on a regular bases. I was told what was going on and this time my trailer was only there for 3 weeks instead of months and months. HOORAY!!!! THANK YOU JON!!! So glad things were made right. I will continue to bring my trailer back!
Never purchase from here!Purchased a 2020 Jayco Jay Feather BH20 June 5th had to pay extra to have shipped to Mesa, Arizona RV Country location. So when inspected in Fresno they noticed the fridge was broke but said dont worry we will order , get 2 day drop shipped and can have Mesa location install. So we get the trailer no ETA but keep getting told it is ordered. So after multiple calls to shipping (Lynn and Hank) no return calls or emails, as if they could careless now that we paid for it. So after weeks I contacted Jayco to help. Jayco calls on July 2nd told same its ordered and we are taking care of the customer. So July 10th no ETA still so Jayco calls again gets run around then finally told by someone in parts that if was never ordered!!!! She stayed on line until the ordered and gave a 5 to 6 weeks ETA (which I understand due to Covid). Now my registration is about to expire no one calling back on status of title and get a FedEx paperwork wanting me to sign a CA DMV form that should of been signed in front of a notary. Just sign and send back then you will get your title!!! What we paid for the trailer now your wanting a form forged and then we will get the title!! Horrible customer service no one calls back or emails. So not holding out hope this manager reply will make a difference. Just want something in writing that we will get title that was paid for on June 5th!!!
We bought a 2018 Georgetown 37R5 in May of this year at a RV Country sale they were having in Sparks, NV. There were some issues that needed repaired and was assured by the traveling service manager, Jeff, that they would be fixed. After numerous texts and voicemails to him he had yet to contact me to resolve the issues. Love our new motorhome but hate the customer service .
A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Rita Webb, Service Advisor at RV Country. We had issues with the AC in our RPod trailer. There were issues with paper trails, delayed back orders because of lack of production with all the problems associated with the virus.Rita was tenacious at every turn, staying on top of each situation until it could be resolved as well as keeping us informed every step of the way. While it was a timely process, all turned out well...we have a brand new AC that cools, and doesnt rattle so loud that you cant be in the trailer!!! We will be happy to work with her anytime.Dave and Wilda Ross
They are great at selling you an RV. They are terrible about actually fixing it. Over the course of 3 weeks, I called many times to schedule work for my brand new 2017 jayco. Most calls just rang and rang with no answer. I magically got to voicemail twice and left messages. I never heard back. I ultimately called the person who sold me the RV. He said he would have the service department call me. They never did. I went in person (an hour drive) and was finally able to schedule an appointment. Then something else went wrong with the RV. We took it in person and when we left and asked about the issue we had an appointment for (which was still a week away) we were told they would call us to reschedule because they didnt have the part and still didnt know when it would come in. They obviously need someone whose job it is to answer the phone and schedule appointments. When we asked what the magical way to actually get an appointment was they said to just keep calling and leaving messages. We will be taking our business elsewhere to somewhere that actually wants it.
Visited the RV show today. I really wanted to see the inside of the Dutch Star that was on the lot. Was told by the salesman that that rig was over $500,000.00 and some rigs were by appt only. Why advertise an RV show if you are not going to allow people to see the inside. Also the salesman judged me based on the way I was dressed. He had no idea of my financial status. I’ve been driving a Tiffin Phaeton for close to 4 years now and was hoping to find a replacement. Well you certainly lost a sale today.
I had a really easy comfortable time working with the crew at Paul Everts RV Country. The two sales people I worked with were Pat and Corina. Both were easy to work with, and knew their products inside and out. The maintenance crew did a great job preparing the trailer for delivery and the young man who did the walk thru was very thorough. The signing of the paperwork is the last step in the process and went very went very quickly . The finance office was very easy to work with ! Over all, I had a really good experience working with the crew from Paul Everts RV Country.
Just purchased a Grand Design Imagine 2400BH from RV Country in Fresno. Jerry Wight, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the trailer and it’s features and was “no pressure”. So very helpful to find someone of that caliber to deal with! We had RV Country install some anti-sway bars and a satellite antenna and met with Lacie Johnson the following Saturday to do an orientation for my self and my family. She answered all of our questions and talked about some aspects of the 2400BH That I was unaware of.Overall it was a great buying experience and RV Country is all about service, service, service. I can heartily recommend them as a place to buy an RV
Lack of attention to detail upon putting a NEW $300,000+ motorhome on the lot. One of the units I was interested in had a dime sized chip in the windshield! Plus, the salesperson seemed more interested in picking my brain about my profession (poker)than telling me about the product. Save your time and $$. Go to Camping World or another dealer.
Not the most friendliest people receptionist is very very rude. Drove over an hr to pick up travel trailer after warranty work to see that service is closed from 12-1 had to wait. And still waiting. They will overcharge you lie and nothing was ready when we got there staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Your staff does nothing but lie beware of Jason he can’t tell the truth and then isn’t there when you get screwed not only did they price gouge me they also cost me 3 hours of work pay because it wasn’t ready when they said it was also didn’t say in your response that we waited over 2 weeks to get it in there
Well, I took my RV (45ft toyhauler) there for extended warranty work in November of 2018. It is now almost the end of January 2019 and it is still not completed. During that time we had some horrible rain storms and one of my problems was a broken roof vent in the master bathroom. I called and called for two days to see if they had closed it. They never returned or answered my calls. I had to take time off work to drive over during the first rain storm only to find it not fixed and still wide open after sitting there for over a month. The RV was also unlocked and the keys on the floor just inside the main entry door. There was water all over inside the bathroom. When I approached the manager he told me if I didnt settle down he wasnt going to help me. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER! I absolutely fo not recommend this place to anyone...Sales may be fine but the service department is terrible.Edit...Today I finally got my trailer back. The jobs have been completed. Everything they fixed is working. I added a star for the service advisor that was hired and took over control of my trailer. His name is Joey...thanks dude!
I went inta parts department n was greeted as I walked in even with Rick bein busy with other customers. I looked around a bit n Rick came over as soon as he finished up with the other people. He made me feel right at home n very welcome. I was only gonna buy a connector but after this kinda employee, me n my wife ended up buying alot more.I just wanna have Rick acknowledged as a Great Benefit ta the company. Taday we went n picked up everthin wed ordered n got the same reception as before. Very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness n the way he goes outta his way ta help folks.
I bought a new 2018 trailer in April. It’s now September and that trailer has been in the service shop 95% of the entire time I’ve owned it. Have only been able to use the trailer twice. Both times I’ve used it, it’s had to go right back to service and is always there in excess of 6 weeks. Entire summer gone.
We bought our very first RV here and when the sales portion of it all went through great they shook our hands and congratulated us. Great...everythings good or so we thought. They told us that they inspect their used RVS thoroughly because they dont release them till they make sure everything is working. Well, when we test drove the RV we bought, a few things were wrong with it...and the AC unit was one of them. We didnt get a call to tell us that our RV was ready till 2.5 weeks after we made the deal. When we picked it up, they did a walk through and it seemed everything worked. Well we didnt realize everything worked because they had it plugged in while they did the walk through. Also, during the walk through we noticed some of the items that we reported that were damaged during our test drive werent fixed. So the tech came out real quick and fixed a broken light and something on the stove. We took the RV home thinking they had fixed the rear AC units and to our surprise they stopped working on our way to our vacation. During our vacation every electrical thing was dead. The only thing working was the engine on the RV. We brought it back to them and now they are trying to charge our warranty something that should have been fixed at their expense. Their communication is bad. We have to do all the calling and it has been that way since we made the deal. This place is not the place that we expected. We already got our first payment due and we still dont have our RV in our possession. Beware when you buy a used unit that when you do the walkthrough the vehicle is not plugged and you take it for a second spin to make sure they truly fixed things.
This was the best experience I have every had when purchasing something from a dealership. The staff at Paul Evert’s RV was very helpful at every turn. John Meek was extremely honest and helpful through the entire process. He helped guide my Mom and I through the process of buying our 5th wheel. I truly appreciate the easy of the process, thank you so much.
We bought a brand new trailer from Rv Country and the first time we had it in wet weather it leaked in two places. We took it back for warranty work. They had the trailer for a month and told us they could not duplicate the leak so they would do nothing. They didn’t even have any suggestions on what we could do moving forward like installing a vent cover or something which I hope will help with one of the leaks. Terrible service.
I bought my first Jayco Travel Trailer from RV Country this week and I was very pleased with the service! We went one weekend to look and found one we liked and I contacted one of the salesmen by the name of Mackay and he helped us with all our questions and we went back the next weekend to make the purchase. Both Mackay and Gus helped us come up with a great price on our unit and worked with us on getting our payment where we wanted it and both treated us like family. Great customer service throughout the whole process from the time we stepped on the lot to pulling off the lot with our new unit! Definitely would recommend RV Country - Fresno!
Awesome staff. Every person that I interacted with was friendly and helpful wben we went in to pick up our fifth wheel, which they had quickly reached a price we could agree upon. They walked through through the fifth wheel with us to explain every feature in it. They even helped us find a better price our insurance.
I have had a terrible experience with the service dept each time I bring it in. Its now in their shop seeking repairs for a leaking selector valve. They told me twice now its OK. Twice I have taken the coach out and twice the fresh water tank has overflowed. They continue to tell me they see nothing wrong with it.Not sure what I have to do to convince them I am no idiot. I do not recommend their service dept for ANY type of repairs. They are slow and incompetent. I have now sent pics of this issue so maybe I can get this fixed.I could go on with other times I have had to get things fixed and personally I have NEVER had to experience such poor customer service. I am through the roof with this company. Thanks.
We bought a 2020 Grand Design from RV Country the sales guy Corey and Bill were very helpfulWe put money down on trailer they said that was fine we get a call to come back to put more money down after they said it was fine the first time we put down what they asked for then one of there managers came up to us to write a review for them we did we gave them a good review Seth the finance guy told us about insurance for rv he said he would email it to us we never got it we called him left a message never called us back 2 times we called now it was time to pick up trailer they told us we need the insurance before we pick up so we used what we have for our cars we get to Seth office then he hands us a quote for the insurance he was telling us about a lot cheaper then ours we were a little upset with that we took the trailer home we were very excited to have it this is are very first trailer we bought, two weeks later we get a call from Seth saying we need to go back in to redo the contract cause there taking my name of it, we had the trailer June 14 2019 we are called back June 28 2019 we told Seth we would be there after 5 we get there at 525 we tell the receptionist at front she tells us he is with a client and she let him know we were there we sat down in the designated waiting area we see Seth come out to the receptionist area then went back to his office Bill came and told us he had bunch of people in there so we see Ryan the other finance guy he didn’t help us, when he had helped us the 2nd time we were called back there, so we waited for Seth it’s now 5 minutes to 7 pm, we see Seth go into the office in front lobby talking to other sales guys gives him a pump fist I’m assuming he closed a deal while were still waiting for him finally the other guy tells him hey there waiting for you he comes out and says he sorry which I don’t believe that he was all happy cause he closed that deal on the other people just bad service there with finance department, all they want is your money, my friend warned me not to go there to go to RV Country, he recommended Freedom RV, he said they work with you. I recommend to have your bank finance you instead of RV Country now I see bad reviews about when your trailer needs repairs as we had called within a couple days and none of the initial sales reps and finance dept that sold us the RV trailer would not return our calls, after they were all nice and stated to us call us anytime for anything and we will always be here to help, NOT!Before you go look for RV check all review make good judgment hope you don’t get the bad service we got
Our salesman Bill surveyed our likes, dislikes, etc and took us on a tour of RV’s he thought we would like noting what we could tow with our Chevy 1500. We found and purchased our Grand Design, Reflections 5th Wheel. The Service Dept representative Hank has been very knowledgeable, helping us select a hitch, generator and a few other items of equipment we deemed necessary to really enjoy our travels.
We made an appointment and it took 6 weeks to replace a motor for one of our slides, replace a fitting for a stablizer to stop a leak, and put in a part in the air conditioner that the factory left out. After 4 weeks, we had to contact the corporate office to get a follow-up on the repairs. The day we were to come and pick up our coach we were informed that a window had been broken. It took a month for the service department to receive the new window. They stepped on the mattress with a greases boo
We just bought a trailer from Paul Everts and we had a fantastic experience. There sales team was professional and answered all of our questions. The financing staff was great, we have zero complaints. I highly recommend Paul Everts! We are extremely happy with our Jayco!
After researching every travel trailer manufacturer and visiting all San Diego RV dealerships we found Grand Design Reflection to be our choice. Next was to find the right place to purchase it from. It took us several weeks of dealership not returning calls, not willing to accept the price we were willing to pay. PAUL EVERTS RV COUNTRY in Fresno far met our expectations! From our salesman Gus, Sales Manager Red, to the finance department Seth & Ryan, & Nick the Coordinator all did an exceptional job.The drive from San Diego to Fresno was well worth it. Great job Paul Everts RV.
We spent months looking for our next diesel pusher. We went to several dealers in our search and felt to much pressure to buy buy buy everywhere we went!!!When we went to Paul Everts it was like a breath of fresh air. We met with a salesman who was showing us different coaches. We walked into an Entegra Aspire and fell in love with it. The salesman said I dont know to much about this coach but another salesman knew them inside and out. He turned us over to Jeremy and he did know about the Entegras. Jeremy spent 4 hours showing us the features of the Entegra line and I was very impressed about the fact he never pressured us to buy. I actually felt he was like my brother than a salesman. Thats unusual to find!!We told him that we were going to get lunch and think it over. He said that would be a good idea. I never felt like he was going to say you should buy it now. Never happened. We were gone 40 minutes came back drove it and bought it.During the application process I felt at ease we negotiated a fair deal and in 45 mins. We were done. Finance was done. They kept the coach for a few days prepping it and when we picked it up it was cleaned inside and out and ready to go!It was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We have never had any regrets about buying this coach.Thank you Bill in service and Jeremy in sales for such a great experience. If you go to Paul Everts in Coburg ask for Jeremy and Bill you wont regret it.I wish I knew the name of the person who gave us to Jeremy. I felt bad that he did not get the sale. But he did the right thing by us.
Unfortunatley while our trailer was in for service it was broken in to, damaged and tge TVs were stolen. Mike the service manager was helpful and dud everything he could to help get our trailer fixed back to its original condition. He knew we had a trip planned and had him team work late into the night so we could pick up the trailer with all repairs completed and enjoy our trip. The quality of the repairs were good and our TVs were replaced with better quality brands than what we had before.
My husband and I bought a fifth wheel from here a couple weeks ago. The purchase order they sent to my banker was wrong and they tried to blame my banker and I for them not getting all of the money they were supposed to. Seth in the finance department called me and was extremely rude to me. Treated me like a criminal. I figured out we did owe them more money so I gave him my debit card information so he could charge the money we owed them. Two days after I did that, there was a charge on my bank account for an air bnb that was charged from my debit card that I didn’t charge. I have tried at least a half dozen times to get ahold of someone at RV Country to talk about this issue and no one will return my call. This was the first time I had used my debit card in months, as I run everything through my credit card to get points back. I don’t even know the PIN number for my debit card. Seems pretty coincidental that I gave Seth my card information and then two days later I have a fraudulent charge on my account.Terrible customer service!!My husband also ordered a $2000 new hitch and the one he received was used!We will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! And we will NEVER shop there again!!
Great service at RV Country Fresno Ca!!! Jason Hunt is an excellent Service Advisor and very knowledgeable and dedicated as well as personable. Thank you Jason for making our experience at RV Country at this crazy time a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend rv service at RV Country in Fresno, CA.
Paul Everts RV country is amazing! Duane the salesman treated us as family, he didnt pressure us on anything. We bought a Jayco trailer and we traded in a motorcycle and put no money down. We came back the next week for the trailer, on the way up our truck got a flat,I called Duane and he came to help! Also Red finalized the deal with the bank and we felt like family. Joey the guy who does the orientation on how to operate the trailer, he was great at explaining and he really cares about what he does! All in all this is a great company!
Me and my family went in with the intention to come home with a trailer. We found one and we got approved. For the next few days we kept getting the run around, no info given and when I did try to call them I would get no answers, no callbacks after I would leave a voicemail. When they did answer they said they would say They’ll call me back but never did. Finally a week later the financial guy Ryan said we weren’t approved even though I sent in all my financial income statements, he forgot to submit one to the bank. So I told him screw it, that morning I went across the street to camping world and got approved for a 2020 colmeman lantern light for a better rate, process took no more than a hour and half. I’m coming home with it this week. Save your time and go across the street to camping world.

2022-02-27Brendan, Bill, and Travis worked together to work a deal for us. We grinded them hard on pricing and terms, but they persisted and so did we. We are so happy with our new coach. Great team work all around at RV Country. We will be back!

2022-05-12I would like to say thank you to John and Scott for making it so easy to make a decision to purchase our first fifth wheel trailer. We had a lot of questions and they took the time to sit down and explain everything we need to know about this beautiful trailer. I am very excited and so is my wife. Thank you again so much for being such good sales persons. I look forward to being apart of your company that makes you feel like your family. Everyone we spoke with was very professional and polite. Again thank you for my future memories I will share with my family.

2022-03-18We love getting our RV serviced with RV Country. We live ~3 hours away, but will gladly make that drive to ensure that our needs are met. Not only do they have availability, which is very difficult to find, but they work work in a timely matter that doesn’t put us (full-timers) out of our home too long, usually 1-2 days. Our service rep Ashley is great at making sure we get what we need and follows up to make sure we are not inconvenienced. The people are awesome, the service is great, and our RV is taken care of. Most full time RVers know and understand that being able to get service quickly is a must. We highly recommended them as your one stop shop for all your RV needs!

2022-05-13Amazing service! My husband and I worked with Dylan Carbajal. In the future I will definitely be recommending people to him. We needed a specific trailer and some help with other things concerning the trailer we picked out. He was always a phone call away. Looking back I had some silly questions. He was never rude and very patient with us. Took time to explain things and made sure we understood. If he didn’t know about something he would be back with an answer usually in 5 minutes. He walked us through the whole process. His team worked amazing for us to get us the price we got! THANK YOU RV Country! You guys are amazing at your job.

2022-05-01We had a great time shopping for a travel trailer with Scott! He was mindful of our needs and we felt he had our best interest at heart. We never felt pressured or rushed as he showed us our many options, explaining the pros and cons of each one. We settled in a great travel trailer that we feel will meet all of our needs! RV Country is also installing a high quality solar unit to take us off the grid! We can’t wait to pick up our new travel trailer! Thank you Scott and team!

2022-04-30Wow, what a great place. They just bent over backwards to help us. Brendan Kane our salesman, was just the best, he spent about six hours or more with us explaining everything. And helping us know what we were getting into. He was able to show us exactly what we needed for our size truck and fifth wheel and went through all the dynamics of the what we could pay for it, the money down too. The service department was just over the top, they did a beautiful job putting the 5th wheel hitch in the back of my truck. But I do need to tell you that when you’re gonna buy a fifth wheel putting on the fifth wheel hitch in the back, is going to take some time, so be ready for that. Overall I would give them five stars. Hank also was very good with showing us everything that we needed to know about the camper and even showed me how to hook the thing up and back it out, so kudos to the whole group at RV Country. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to use my fifth wheel

2022-03-17Thank you for your help. It was very much appreciated. After setting the appointment I accepted that I would be leaving my trailer for approximately 5 days making two trips from Stockton to Fresno. After recognizing the time and financial impact you started and completed the repair in one visit. Once again very appreciated. We would not hesitate to bring our trailer back for any future needs. Thanks again.

2022-02-23I had no confidence in this place until I learned the service department had a new manager. Everett truly understands service, efficiency and professionalism. Clearly leaps and bounds over the previous manager. The team he has assembled is awesome. Ashley, my assigned service advisor, greeted me promptly and with a smile. She took the time to understand my needed repairs, and promptly documented each concern. Unlike previous visits, Ashley stayed in touch with me and once again promptly greeted me when I returned to retrieve my RV. She had the paperwork completed and walked me through the repairs they had completed.Big kudos to Everett and his new team. Such a drastic improvement within the service department. He clearly understands customer service and it is reflected in his staff. Thank you Ashley and Everett for actually treating your customers professionally and courteously.

2022-03-17Ashley Keener was signed as my Service Advisor. Ashley went above and beyond helping me with my trailer issues. Ashley has great customer service. She always made me feel important. She kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. She is the reason I gave a five star review.
