Wonderful helpful staff. Treated my car well, was very happy and surprised with level of service
I chose to wait. Rusnak Volvo’s employees are always friendly and polite. I saw a few new faces since Covid, but the managerial and sales staff faithfully remained on.They used to have two or three nice benches for customers who don’t want to be enclosed in a waiting room. I looked through the window of that room and chose not to go in as there were about 8-10 people. When they had the benches outside, I could sit and do work on my iPhone or just rest. They’re gone.I was seen by a wonderful female employee, looking kind of uncomfortable I imagine, sitting on the curb by the street(it hurts my back to keep standing as I’m older). This sweet girl ran in and brought out a heavy office chair for me to relax in. I was so grateful. So my only comment is: “Get some cheap chairs for those who want to be outdoors for safer breathing!”
Scheduled appointment due to recall (Air Bag) replacement. Customer service was excellent and wait time was good. Would recommend to other Volvo owners.
I had a good experience bringing my car here. They were able to fix the issues with my door panels and sun roof and the constant beeping. They also changed the airbag due to a recall.
I had these two messages that had intermittently been popping up. I called and was able to come in the very next day as opposed to waiting for 3 weeks. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anthony was my service person. He was awesome. Explained everything, hooked me up with a car rental, and kept me updated. Excellent customer service and the car works great!

I came in multiple times to get a software problem fixed and my software was rebooted and updated.This did not solve the problem and the technician worked with me for a long time trying to find out why.Right now the fix is inconclusive but its not because its not because George and Sonia didnt work really hard at helping me solve the problem

Great team at Rusnak. They always take care of me. Their services have improved tremendously over what theyve offered in the past and I couldnt be happier about it. Makes me really appreciate owning a Volvo from Rusnak. Naeem was incredibly detailed in his explanations and offered me complete answers and convienice during my visit. Oh and brake changes are now free and included in the maintenance package for new vehicles. Thats huge for me...I cant say Ive ever had an issue here and Ive been leasing from Rusnak for over 5 years. Like I said, service has improved a ton and I attribute that to the nature of the world in which we live.
This was my first scheduled maintenance. The service was quick and efficient. Even though my regular service advisor, Na’eem, was not there, Anthony picked up the slack and did a great job taking care of me. Would highly recommend!
Several icons including the engine light appeared on the dashboard. The service manager Jose managed to squeeze my car in on a busy day. I was relieved that the repair was minor.
I took my 2009 s40 here for an issue that a third party shop did not address properly. The mechanic explained to me the possible issues and was very straight forward, I felt like I was leaving my car in good hands. The Service Advisor Naeem was super nice and professional! They are a bit tough to reach if youre leaving your car for multiple days and want an update, but they did get back to me after calling a couple of times - I figure they just have a lot of customers to go through.

I have a year old XC 40 and this was my first time at the Rusnak service department. Hector Torres, the service advisor, was very pleasant and professional. I waited for the car and the time estimate was accurate. I had a very positive experience.

For the record, I am completely satisfied as usual whenever I bring my car in to Rusnak. Everything promised was done with professionalism and courtesy by all the staff involved. The work was even completed faster than I thought. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 as the best service all around, I’d give the rating of 10 without hesitation.

I asked for a piece to be replaced. Underside of driver mirror that has gone missing. Mentioned it when I came in with appointment. Was noted and then was not brought up again. I didn’t ask about it because when I was called about car being ready, I figured it was good to go. Didn’t realize until I payed for oil change. Let it be because not a functional piece of car operation.

Have been a satisfied customer with Rusnak group for over 12 years. I would have given 5 stars but I was notified by text that my car was ready for pick up but when I arrived my car was valeted to the pick up area 50 minutes later.

Anthony was great. However, the entire staff had no knowledge whatsoever of dealing with our XC40 Recharge, which is all electric. It would be wise to begin training the service staff.

2022-02-19I’ve had several repairs done at Rusnak over the years. The work is always done correctly the first time. The techs have been very diligent and friendly as well. Service and repairs have always been completed on time as promised. I can’t say enough to praise the hard work and customer service I’ve received here at Rusnak Volvo. I believe this level of customer service is the direct result of the dedication of Hector Torres. He has given me timely, detailed updates with a friendly yet professional manner. I have referred several other Volvo owners to Hector at Rusnak with no hesitation.

2022-03-02It was a regularly scheduled service. I arrived at the appointed time, had a short wait, then checked in with lovely Sonia. She had her paperwork in order, including my rental car, and I was on my way quickly. Pick up was a few hours later and was just as seamless, signing off on the work.

2022-03-19The actual service was fine, however followup by the service advisor left something to be desired. I was never notified that the the service was finished and the car was ready for pickup. The explanation seemed to be that a phone call to me was never initiated due to system or other error.

2022-05-07Warrenty repair of air conditioner done quicky. recommended rear brake pad replace and we accepted. recommended support battery replacment due to a console alert which wasnt present when we went in. The LABOR cost for this 10 minute replacement was over $240 and we declined -- pricing is absurd.
