Happy customer. It didnt start out well but they made up for it. I called to make an appointment to replace a broken windshield on my Maserati. I was told it would have to be ordered. Was given an appointment a few days later. Arrived was told it would be a couple hours to complete. I was taken to the nearby mall to wait. About a hour in I received a call saying that my windshield was given to someone else. They couldnt repair my car today. I had driven down from Lancaster. When I returned to the Service Center, Chad apologized for the mistake and provided me a loaner to go home in. Loaner car had issues. Driving home the alarm would go off while driving. Very frustrating. I had gone to far to come back so I continued home hoping I wouldnt be pulled over by Police thinking the car was stolen. Contacted Peter the Service Advisor explaining the situation. Was told they could call roadside service but the didnt have another car for replacement. Finally made it home without incident. The next day I received a call that my car was ready. Because of the issues with the loaner. I was afraid to try driving back. They actually had a flatbed delivery of my car and took their car back. I started out a frustrated customer, but ended a very happy customer. They provided excellent customer service. Thank you Chad,Peter and Hannah.
You should read my year old review below for details on how this was the worst service center I ever went to.Yet I thought things might have improved when in May of 2019, they hired a new service manager, Brian Edwards, who wrote to me: “I am unfortunately aware of the recent and past issues here at this location. With our new General Manager and myself, along with various others, we are working on repairing those issues and rebuilding good relationships with our clients, and working to returning back to the Rusnak Standard of business!... Thank you very much for your business and giving us the opportunity to assist you.”So I decided to give them another chance. The past wasn’t Brian’s fault after all.But when I booked an appointment, Brian intervened and canceled it, writing “I have had time to review your file and your history with the Rusnak Service Department, along with your Yelp review. I understand that you were asked not to return to our service department. At this time, unfortunately we are unable to assist you on your Fisker.” So even the new manager they hired to fix their customer service problems was utterly unable to fix anything.So my warning to innocent car owners remains: this remains the worst service center I have ever known.
This is a fraud company. I asked them to do oils change, and told them if there are any other services need to do please let me know and offer a quote. They said ok and performed all services like replaced spark plug, air filter and carbon filter without my agreement. Although I remind them and sent a message to them, they just disregard it with no response. After that, they forced you to pay! Be careful the contract they may trick you to add some stuff but they will never clarify that!
Update; I have originally given them 5 stars. Everything was great, got my Maserati back no problem. Once I left the dealer my car didnt have no sounds from the radio, GPS, nor Bluetooth work. I called Andrew back to see what happened? his answer was well we didnt do anything to the radio or connections with the radio! I couldnt believe it, so I took it back for them to take a look, they couldnt figure it out.I left my Maserati Ghibli and got a loaner car, now Andrew calls me and tells me its the AmplifierTotal cost to repair it will be $1,071 but since I have insurance, I only have to cover the Deductible.Can you believe them, Im not upset over them fact the amplifier is not working? Im just in disbelieve that they connected their system to my car and now its not working.Wait I have more, I asked Andrew for a manager and guess what! they dont have one! Yes, he told me it was just him and his partner running the service department!Im just over it, will probably never come here again! If they dont fix this issue...__________________________________________________________Took my Maserati Ghibli Q4 in for a recall.They gave me a loaner, called me a few days later.No hassles nor problems. Will definitely keep bringing in my maserati here for years to come .My service advisor was Andrew, had great customer service and help me through the process.
I called up to see if they could service a 1998 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas that was purchased from them and after being placed on mutiple holds the receptionist, Ivy, told me they could not because it was more than 10 years old. When I asked if she knew of a shop that could she curtly said, no and hung up on me.
How is little skeptical when I first came to the dealership because of some of the reviews I had read but once I got there and I met the service manager and the young lady that helped me in the service department they changed my mind and now they are my dealer of choice to bring my car to for service Eden and Clayton great job

2022-03-31I own two cars that are serviced at this location and each time they are prompt, thorough and professional. The customer service is friendly and they get our cars back to us in a timely manner. I am very impressed and appreciative of Joe’s desire and ability to go above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend this location highly!

2022-03-30My Ghibli had a flat tire and was taken care of. The road side assistance is amazing , did not have to worry about my care getting picked up and taken to the dealer. Mitch at the dealer is amazing. He always goes out of his way to take care of you with clear information about your car.They picked my car up tpok it to the dealer and brought it back to my house. It was a big help since i was at work .

Best dealership Salesman and manger were honest straight forward and listen friendly and gave good sound advice also my car service was just The same 12 out of 10The sales manager took the time to walk me through everything as well as the Bentley salesman I can’t remember his name tall black gentleman his awesome honest personality he also walked me through the differences in the Bentley line up ! Go here easy friendly and super knowledgeable funny enjoyable experience

2021-07-22Great confidence with service advisor Joe Yu. Absolutely professional and knowledgeable regarding different areas of the vehicle that required attention. First time with Joe as a service advisor, he is a very well seasoned professional having had the solid background from MBZ, BMW and Audi. I chosen to come to Rusnak in Pasadena even though my automobiles are in the Rancho Mirage/ Palm Springs area. It was worth the drive.

2021-08-05Was running a little late for my appointment but they were happy to take me in, fast, courteous and got the work done quickly and in time. Offered me car loaner or transportation but I didn’t need it, still nice of them to provide.

2021-04-01The Maserati Service Representative was professional and explained what exactly was done with the car. They also offered to give me a ride to my home if I needed it. They also made another recommendation based on their findings and made the repair. I would recommend them for your particular car needs.
