I needed fingerprinting for my RN license. Rush My Prints was hassle-free and reasonably-priced. They also faxed the report for me right there on the spot. It could not have been any easier!

Used their service to transfer old 8mm family films to digital. At first, they performed the service very quickly, in less than 2 weeks. (I had a shoebox full of films, and I paid $670 for the service. Not cheap.) But when I looked at them, several segments were captured between frames. Now, I understand old film can be finicky, but these were consistently between frames, not flapping back and forth. In addition, everything was sped up, so that people zipped across the screen. I asked them to fix it, and they said they could. After several months and several emails they did not respond to (I was worried they had forgotten about my stuff, or maybe lost it?), a staff member told me I could come pick them up. They had fixed the speed issue by simply slowing down the digital file, so now the images were a little grainy. They had not fixed the between frames issue. Unfortunately, I didnt have time to look at the files immediately this time, so I didnt discover this until a month or more later. I asked them again to fix it, with no response. I gave them a final chance to fix it, with no response. I will be taking the films elsewhere to spend more money and get it fixed. So I do not recommend spending your $$ here.

Wow, talk about service.I need business cards, like yesterday. I got on Yelp and picked the first 5-star rush service I saw: RushMyPrintsI spoke way too fast and rattled off what/when/where I needed, but Jesse quickly calmed me down and told me that hes got this thing on lock. I said prove it. He said watch me.I was directed to the online form to upload the files, and off we went. Within 5 minutes Jesse had reached out via email to confirm the order, even before the automated system confirmed it had received my request. Like wat. Thats impressive.I havent even picked the cards up yet. No idea if Ill even like them. Doesnt matter, I have total trust in Jesse and the crew to do the right thing. If I dont like what I get, Im going to adjust with them and next time it will be perfect. The RushMyPrints team gets it, and thats why Im going to come back to them the next time my hair is on fire.Seriously folks, if you need something FAST in the Bay Area, RushMyPrints are the hustlers you want in your rolodex.

Although the sign in the window says open and the lights in the store are on, the door is locked. (10:30am)There is a sign that says walk-ins welcome with a list of services available. There is a poorly handwritten paper taped to the door that states that the store is available by appointment only. There is a phone number listed, when I called that phone number there was no answer. A few minutes later I received a call back from a different phone number with a man saying you called Rush my prints... he offered an appointment for either 4 or 5 pm. I selected the 5 pm appointment and then later decided to cancel after thinking about how unprofessionally this bus was run.

Went to get live scan fingerprints, and it never went through. I called and wasnt even offered a refund, simply that the livescan finger prints sometimes get lost. but it was done electronically. the UPS store in Hercules was much better with finger printing and let me stand there and watch as they sent it electronically.

Very unprofessional service. We made an appointment in advance and when we arrived, no one was there. We phoned and were told that we would be called when they figured out what had happened but we have received no call.

Shouldnt advertize 24 hour if its not 24 hour place !! Came to this location for something urgent to be sent and wasted my gas and time. !! Im glad for 24 hour fed Ex !!

Poster Printing in San Francisco and El Sobrante is an easy experience thanks to RushMyPrints
