So pleased with Royal Gor! They were a class act from start to finish. Gor is easy to deal with and very patient. He dealt with my requests in a very gracious manner and I really appreciated that. They showed up early and I did not really notice that they were there on my wedding day. Their team caught every special moment and turned it into a masterpiece that I will cherish for my lifetime. I am so happy that we chose to work with Royal Gor. I cannot express what a class act they were. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

I hired Gor for 2 corporate photography shoots. The first went great and the client was happy. Since it was the first time working with Gor and he is out of state from my business, I agreed to pay him the day of the shoot but explained to him that contractors are not usually paid until delivery of the project is made and typically within 2 weeks. Payment within 30 days for corporate work is standard, but I always do what I can to pay contractors as quickly as I can. When I paid him up front the first time, it took around a week to get the files from Gor and even longer to get an invoice and W-9 for my business records. Luckily, my client extended my deadline or I would have completely missed it. I had to reach out numerous times for documentation. Lesson learned to get that up front. Still, I decided to hire him for a 2nd shoot. After the shoot, I asked Gor to send me and invoice and upload files so I could get him paid. He sent me an invoice and immediately became very hostile regarding payment. When I say hostile - I mean it. He became incredibly rude saying that I was changing the terms of our agreement by asking for the files before payment, which I had not. In my experience it only takes a day, maybe 2 to upload photos like we had. So, I was very confused about the sudden unprofessional attitude. He told me it would take 10 days to upload images. Throughout the next few days as I asked for updates on the files, he used terms like slave labor to describe the project. These sort of comments were his typical responses to simply asking for an update on uploads over the next couple days - something any client would ask. He told me that I was harassing him and destroying his business and art and that if I did not pay immediately he would sue me and his lawyer would be contacting my client. This was only 48 hours after the shoot. I explained to him that I am also a photographer and that I have hired photographers in 10 states across the U.S. for this same client and that I have NEVER had anyone behave this way or threaten to contact my client. When I would simply ask whether he was even uploading files or whether he was withholding them, he would tell me to stop texting him and his attorney would contact me Monday, which I viewed as simply an ugly, childish and unnecessary threat. While he continued to chew me out, he would tell me about how malicious I was being and how bizarre my business practices are. I found him on Production Hub and can only assume that he does not typically work within the same standards as most in the marketing world. At one point, as I continued to simply attempt to understand how or whether we would be completing the project at all (he had not been clear at all about this), he told me that I had become very annoying and was causing him emotional damage and he would be suing me for such. Again, he still had not stated whether files were going to be uploaded and at this point, I was trying to determine whether I would need to re-shoot this project for my client. I would ask him simply yes or no questions and would get completely inappropriate responses in return...with no verification about the status of the project.I was honestly in awe of the extraordinarily unprofessional behavior that was unfolding in front of me. All I wanted was to finish the project, pay him and move on. He even told me that, if I left a bad review, he would sue me for defamation and slander.Never in my life have I experienced anyone like this in my professional career. Beware. Dont use this person if you have corporate clients.I see below some similar complaints about this person. If you do not believe them or me, contact me and Ill be happy to show you the crazy texts I was receiving from this individual if it saves someone from experiencing what I did. He was paid in full, but I have only received half of the raw images. Ill make due with JPEGS just to avoid dealing with this person again.

Ive waited close to 3.5 years to write this review. Its going to be a long one so stay with me.My wife and I contracted this studio to be our wedding photographer in May of 2013 for our wedding in October 2014. We finally got our album in July of 2018. Heres the story:After he took our money, he literally disappeared. Initially, he provided our pictures in a web format so we can pick our favorites and choose the album layout. Upon going through the pictures, we noticed about half of the pictures at the park and ALL of the pictures from the church ceremony were missing. His explanantion was that his hard drive crashed. We waited a few weeks and he uploaded some of the pictures. We were satisfied with what was there so we decided to move forward. We submitted our album and it was time for revisions. This is where the s--- hit the fan. He and his team became wholly unresponsive. It took weeks to months to get a single text message from him. He continously said that there was a family emergency, computer issues, or that he was out of town. My wife and I accepted that we may never see our album completed and our money was lost, along with the priceless memories. We moved twice and bought a house eventually and we finally decided it was time to contact him again. I sent texts literally daily asking what was going on with my pictures to what seems like a dead number. Eventually, I got fed up. Im a web designer, so I did what I knew how to do best. I put up a website in January of 2018 with a timer of how long its been and a contact form and I started blasting his social media and leaving reviews on various sites. He responded within two hours threatening a lawsuit, and he said that if I dont take down the reviews, Ill never see my album, but still no word about when it would be finished.. After a shouting match, I had enough and went to his studio in Burbank where he completely avoided me and my wife. We finally got his fathers number and gave him a call, telling him the whole story. He seemed sympathetic to our story initially, however, that went awry very quickly. When we spoke to him in February, he claimed that his son will no longer be helping us and that he would take care of the album and we would have it 15 days after we submit our final designs. We submitted our designs and approved the final version in March of this year. Once we did, he claimed that we would have our album in 15 days. When the 15 days passed, he said that he saw our contract and that we requested an Italian printed album and that it would take an additional month. We were patient and waited the month. Once the month was up, and still no album, we found out that their credit card was declined and the album was never submitted to be printed. We called and asked him to submit it again. When he said he did, my wife called him and asked for proof that the order went through. At this point, the father BLEW up and started yelling at my wife for calling him a liar and that he cant wait to prove that it was our fault for our album taking as long as it has. When time finally came to pick up the album, his son finally called me. He told me that we had a $500 balance (which we did) then he asked if I had the money. I told him I do, and he asked me to send him photo proof before I went over to pick up my property. Knowing if I blew up, wed be in a shouting match and this would drag on further. Being so close to the finish line, I bit my tongue and I went to his fathers home. He provided me with the sub-par album and apologized. If youre considering this studio for ANY service the provide. STAY AWAY. They will take your money, they will do shoddy work, they will frustrate you, they will ruin your memories, they will cause fights between you and your partner. If theres any question about any of this story, I have every single text message and email sent and received saved.Gor will inevitably write back and call me a liar but dont take my word for it. Ask me and Ill provide you the texts/emails.DO NOT HIRE THIS SHAM BUSINESS.

Brides BEWARE!!!! You were not only the worst wedding vendor I had to deal with that the worst business I have ever dealt with.... So unprofessional and rude . They missed engagement session never came through with promises... And seven months later I still do not have my albums... I got a preview of what my Wedding video should be and it is ridiculous it is the same clips over and over again The manager has put me through hell and back Because the picture previews that he showed me were so ridiculous so messy and unprofessional Theres always an excuse with this company... computers down ... we are out of the country ... And when they promise to issue me a refund for their terrible service out account is negative .... Do not be deceived by them they will convince you of their professionalism like they fooled me and will not come through for you as soon as they take your money good luck... My biggest regret was hiring them for the most precious memories of my wedding they ruined it all ... I wouldnt be surprised if the owner responded with this review claiming that they never dealt with me but be assured this is the service I received from Royal Gor

Don’t do business with him. We’ve been so patient with him but it’s been almost 3 years without him fulfilling his part of the contract. We will take further action at this point.
