I surfed the web and came upon with Round The Clock for service. This was an unsettling situation that bed bugs had invaded one bedroom and moved on to a second. RTC arranged to come over and inspect immediately. Not only did they conduct a visual inspection, they had provided the services of their sniff inspection dog. The previous vendor I contacted did a quick visual inspection and only looked at the one room. With RTC and their beloved K-9, it was discovered that the bugs had moved into a second room as well. Without their thorough inspection the second bedroom invasion would not have been treated which in turn would have resulted in continuing problems.RTC connected me with Ray Castellanos, the field rep and K-9 handler. He immediately contacted me and calmed my nerves. Ray was professional, thorough and was able to put the situation in perspective and develop a plan of attack. He was patient and responsive to my many, many questions, texts and telephone calls. Ray made himself available and provided clear direction and information. This will be my go-to vendor in the future should I need any other services. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Ray Castellanos for your professionalism and patience. Round The Clock rocks!

I could not be happier with my bed bug inspection, Ray was so friendly and his little beagle was such a cutie made the entire experience feel way more at ease. I though i had those scary critters but didnt!!! 100% would recommend this service to anyone who suspects they have bed bugs! The dogs are way more reassuring than a regular inspection! Will be using in the future for any of my bug needs!

I cant say it enough, Round The Clock is an amazing business with outstanding customer service:) We have used them since 2013 and anytime we need them whether at the business or residential, they are their. Robert and his crew are 100% awesome in our book. This time around we met Ray Castellano and he did an amazing job, immediately upon shaking his hand we felt at ease. WowI could talk forever about these guys so let me keep it short and sweet. In LA there are very few companies that provide bed bug dog (canine) inspection/detection service. These guys are the premiere professionals in this area. Experts!!!I am a pest control owner and provide services that are pivotal when it comes to verifying without a doubt that there are no bedbugs. These guys make it happen not only for me but for several other small, medium, and large companies out there. They are it, there really isnt anyone else out there.You know when there is one of something or someone out there they act like there it and usually provide substandard customer service. Not going to mention any names like the utilities or cable companies...lol....you all know what Im talking about!!!!When it comes to canine inspection service for bedbugs theses guys are your Ace in the hole. I own an apartment complex I found out that I had a bee hive from honey bees. So I called Round The Clock Pest Control. I did not know what to expect, Efrein came out he was on time. He was very professional, knowledgable, cleaned up afterwards ,and was friendly. They took care of the problem, kept me up to date at all times. They also replaced and updated my rat baits without me asking or mentioning it. I dont normally right reviews but I had to, due to the level of service that I was provided. This type of service is a rarity, I strongly recommend Round The Clock Pest Control.

When I call to request followup treatment under warranty, Im given such attitude as if Im the termite and not the customer. They sub out their work to sloppy contractors. Poor customer service. Look elsewhere for your pest control.
