I guess the prices werent too bad. Its cheaper than Macys etc... But I think due to this Ross location things are slightly higher than they should be price wise.
MY GOD! one of my first outings with confidence during the times of Covid-19 and alas! I was in the fitting room with my daughter, we noticed a burning smell and we went out to notify the manager ... it took so long that they finally realized that a person entered to steal and burned (somehow) the locks on the clothes, very bad attitude on the part of the person in the fitting room ..
I was there on tuesday. Senior discount day but not much going on racks and shelves were somewhat empty. I would like to see that I count as a customer. Have something for us to choose from. In stock!!! Not left over even the clearance rack are .
The prices are good but the customer service is not. On Tuesdays Ross advertises a 10% senior discount; yet, they dont apply it to your purchase... which is wrong. And when you ask how come I didnt get the senior discount? Their reply is you didnt ask for it! And they say it in a rude manner... at least that one cashier did... very rude... Im not going back there.

2022-03-23Did not have a lot to selected from in the bedding department.. was somewhat disappointed. Everything was king and cal king!! I needed queen and those they did have had been tapped up as if someone returned them. No thanks!!! I’ll try again next week!!! Customer service was great!!! I did end up buying some shoes!!!

2022-06-10Pretty much everything you need is in that little shopping center. And my doctor is across the street. My bank, excetera. So its easy quick get things done.

2022-02-05Every time that I do a return I fell like Im doing something bad. Last time I didnt have the tag for one item and the associate told me that she have to wait for the manager to check the cameras to confirmed that the item was sold without a tag. Can u believe it

2021-10-21I was waiting in cashier line, 3 open. The usual return cashier not open. I and about 4 others were in line. There was no one in the return line. They called next 2 and 2 people ran over to return line and up to cashiers. We 4 had been waiting and they cut the line by going to empty return line. This is wrong. If you have no return cashier, we should all be in one line. I usually go to the PCH store. I wish I had today. They are very good there.😕😔☹😖😞
