Well shopping during these times isnt the best but I have been getting a bit lucky when I go. They have arrows on the floor for one way shopping. This is supposed to make the way you shop faster however im not sure if too many people are following this rule. I usually walk to wherever I need to or directly towards the section I want to look at. Lately clothing has been scarce. Not too sure why but I did ask and was told that restocking was happening daily but that people seem to be buying up the clothes. I have been trying to shop for clothing online but I dont like trusting the size of an item without seeing it in hands. Also since the fitting rooms at Ross are closed Ive been trying on clothes over mine. Not sure if its allowed but thats what Ive been doing. So if you plan on doing that I suggest thin clothing when you shop. Be safe!
This place is awesome! They say the fun is in the hunt for values. Long as you are willing to take the time, you can find some really nice clothing items at a great discount price. I have found some really nice dress shirts at this location. The staff is also very friendly.
Everyone loves the merchandise at ross , but I hate standing in line to pay, they always havea very long line and only 2 registers opened, every time Im looking for something and I ask a store associate for help to find what im looking for I GET THE SAME RESPONSE..JUST WHATS THERE.....OR NO WE DONT HAVE ANY..but I go to ross because they have good things for an amazing price.
There are a lot of stuff to decorate a room,And toys for kids, chase bank near it, marshall next to it, and an applebees. i consider it one of my options to buy small gifts for friends and family.I was going to give 4 stars but, just because the guard greets customers.
My husband and I went to this location of Ross yesterday, which we hadnt gone back to because the customer service usually isnt that great, but we decided to go check it out anyway because other than this location, Ross stores are usually great! But after this experience I doubt Ill visit again. I had found a few pairs of shoes that I tried on and wanted to buy and then one of the women came and told one of the workers that she needed to take the shoes away from me because they were doing inventory or something, which I understand, but this lady was extremely rude about it. She didnt speak to us directly, even though we were right in front of her. She only spoke to the worker even when I asked why they needed to he taken back, she refused to acknowledge us at all and they literally took the shoes right out of my hands. I understand that taking inventory is something that needs to be done, but maybe there could be some sort of warning or notice not to take the shoes before people get the shoes, try them on, just to have them taken away. Or maybe just do it during a time thats not so busy.
You will always find something at Ross especially when youre on a budget. A pair of jeans, a nice dress, a blouse or a sweater, Lots of clothing at a good price. Theres alot of merchandise on the floors at mostly every Ross I go to but no matter how much the employees clean up and organize the items it seems that the customers always mess things up again so it always looks disorganized. But you will end up finding something if you look hard enough.
I usually stay away from Ross and prefer Marshalls, but I must say that Ross had everything I was looking for, beautiful decorative pillows, nice sweaters and a red purse that Ive been looking for for months. Although it took a while for then to get another cashier up front to help with the very long line....then I remembered why I prefer Marshals
There was a good variety of clothes here and some decently priced jewelry that went for somewhere around 8 to 12 dollers from what I saw as well as some toys for children though there are hardly any if you were looking for toys youd be better off going somewhere else however its still a good place to go to if youre looking for clothes
I always come here when in the area hoping to find a hidden gem. The lines can be super hectic during the holidays with few employees actually ringing people up.... so be prepared to wait long times and oh the cloth is like all over the place so be ready to search for your treasure because it won’t come easily to you with a fight.
I buy odds and ends at Ross. Usually cookies or sweets or some kind of item to put in a gift basket as well as a lot of Home items. From time to time I will buy some clothing here but I am mainly a gift basket and HomeGoods Shopper. The staff is nice enough and although it does get busy sometimes the deals are worth it.
This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had shopping! The employee followed me around like I was a criminal. This is a very Prejudice store, don’t shop here if you have darker skin because they will assume you’re going to steal something and follow you around the whole time you shop... How humiliating! I even filmed it for those who think I’m lying!
I dont know where all this negative comments are coming from but I love this ross this one and Pico Rivera Ross are my to go Rosses I love the customer service cashiers are nice security always making you feel welcome. What I dont understand are the moody shoppers security is always saying hi welcome to ross I dont understand why people ignore ensted of at least saying hi back or thanks. I bought some shoes and they were both 11.5 but for some reason one was very tight so i called because i did have my receipt but i had torn off the price tag . as soon as this girl answered *Viviana she said hold on a sec and i waited 10 min on hold and when they picked up they hanged up . so i went over to get a refund and i did get it and the girl seemed careless when i said may i speak to a manager she had an attitude but i said no its ok Nevermind avoid this girl she is rude she looks like Pocahontas . seriously no customer service skill at all .
I was shopping there last night . I forgot my wallet in the lady’s washroom. When I turn back to check it , a thief stole all my cash. That was our vacation money for LA . I was panicked and asked the lady who is in charged to let people go to washroom for help . She told me there was two lady went inside after me . One was a customer and one was a employee. The manager told me because of their policy she can’t help me finding who went inside washroom after me. I called 911 and I didn’t get my money back . It was my mistake forgot my wallet in the washroom , but that person has no right to take my money for any reason . What a shame to be a thief. I wish the person who stolen my money worse luck . I wish the worse thing happened to you when you on your vacation . I didn’t feel I get proper help from the ROSS. All they can said to me is sorry . I felt they even didn’t try to help me .
ALL I CAN SAY IS I WAS RACIAL PROFILED AT THIS ROSS LOCATION THE LOST PREVENTION MAN CHRISTIAN SYLVA STARED AT MY HUSBAND AND I UP AND DOWN AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR THERE WERE PLENTY OF HISPANIC SHOPPERS BUT THEY CHOSE TO FOLLOW US EVERY SECTION WE WENT IN MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BELIEVE ME WE DONT HAVE TO STEAL ANYTHING!!!
Not a big fan of Ross in general. I do go often since a friend of mine is... That said, this Ross blows, and especially the people (respectfully) everyone has a crabby-pants attitude. Therefore, as hard as the staff tries... It just darn impossible. Neither me nor my friend will be returning to this Ross. Avoid like the plague! Avoid all together, Ross as well as the dark and moody neighborhood. Seriously! 😡
Horrid service. Return employee chatting it up with the security. She clearly saw the line and chose to keep talking. Worse part is it was a older female, glasses, bulky physique. If you want speedy, polite, fast service where the employees care... go to marshalls next door

2021-09-12The place was really crowded and full. They werent a lot of options for men shirts. They were a lot of the same shirts, but in different sizes. I would recommend DDs since they have more options and not many people go there.

2021-01-27Employees with very bad attitude! I brought my mom to purchase a few essentials for our home. While searching for items my mom and I stepped away from our cart for a few minutes to look at the sweaters, when we came back to look for the cart it was gone. We began to look for it since we had the materials we needed inside, when I asked the nearest employee she admitted to be the one who took it, by stating “You shouldn’t have left your cart” while placing back our things onto the shelves. Than she made us get a new cart instead of giving us back the one she took. This was a very unpleasant experience and hopefully the staff can become more considerate

2021-06-25While apeared as an ordinary costumer to my Ross Store Dress For Less in the city of Bell Flowers , I noticed some irregularities that I had already talk about them by an email to the store managers to all locations by GEOGRAPHICAL ZONE. THE SOUTHWESTERN ZONE was among the group of retailers notified. First if all I personally want to apologise to the lovely and patience consumers or regulary costumers whom relyes on the excellent service and great prizes for the whole family. As of all you noticed the deficiencyes and one big irregularity that if unattended would bring some legal claims or damages by our negligence. I will name those non compliance observations during my audit as hiding auditor among customers. In that way I will be able to address immediate violations or deficiencyes than anouncing my arrival for an specific day where by then they will even bring the labor higher to justified my reception. Those were my observations around the store at 14:37 on the day of 06/23/2021 by myself:1- only one registered cashier open and more than 5 customers on line.(over 30 costumers ) if that would had been an official audit our score would had drastically decreased since that cannot be hide since it is visible to all.2- A violation to the Ross internal POLICIES and employee good practices expected. Let me clarify that one . At no time at all an employee regardless of their range in the store or position and that includes me and the whole associates and top management including human resources ,advisory ,security advisory , members of the chairman board and even investors. It is strictly PROHIBITED and would lead to a termination if considered after the investigation when an APARENTLY a hard working manager in rush time in the store while the audit was taking place , an argument between the manager and a valuable costumer or consumer was taking place at the time of checking out . The argument was increasing of tone and both seemed to defend their cause. Unfortunately I dont have the whole story from both sides but our manager at the time, violate a key policy to never argue to a consumer that at the end of the day pays our checks and that includes me. I hear from the distance that the costumer even requested the employee number to report her to the Ross Corporation and we are just waiting to the arrival of the complain and we will be forced to review the whole customer service procedures to minimize any possibility of legal enforcements by any court. I will be glad to give the costumer a personal letter if apology and a Ross gift card to compensate the hard time and we will cover his bill for that day. Our employe will be RETRAIN as long with the whole crew by their schedule and we will try to have consistent meetings to bring their inquiry es to my attention. And to avoid the shortness of personal we will always have to open all 4 registers and the returns register employee must stay there and do not change his or her duties as return associate. And if slow send the employees to do go backs and double check sizes or whatever is need it.3- As I mentioned before if an official audit we would had failed and fined and possibly lost our licence for not providing a handicap check out registered at all times in the store. I was not expecting to find that considered a critical non comply and automatic end of the audit since no lower score would be available to report us or document. Besides been a violation for our policy we violate the law for the state of California in the city of Bell Flowers for not providing handicap access and immediate accesibility to cashiers with out the need of been on line. My CORRECTIVE action is to order the necessary handicap sings and make them bright with a light in every open registered to check out and a clear sing in the door notifying customers handicap that they can choice any register at their convenience and even request an employee the whole time during their experience at Ross. Also I will take a day to enter and walk to verify if aisles are accesible or not. Changes will be
