I had a main line clog, old system. happened every few years.Chris was awesome. professional, experienced and friendly. A nice surprise nowadays: Its a late afternoon and I got a plumbing problem. Luckily I had this coupon for Rooter Hero.I called the office and got a person to talk to right away! Described the problem and it turned out that it could be taken care off the same evening.I was promised a callback in 20 minutes with the estimated plumber arrival time. It was already past 5 pm. In 20 minutes I got a call reporting that the plumber is a bit tied up, and the next update would be in another 20 minutes. Sure enough in another 20 minutes the office called again and said that the guy would show up between 7 and 7:30 pm. He rang at the door at 6:55. Then in another 30 minutes my problem was gone.Same day service, coupon price, excellent result. Thank you guys!

My sewer was backing up on a house I just bought a month ago (luckily just outside into the overflow, not yet in the house). I called them at 8pm - someone answered and said they would have someone out between 9-11 the next morning (they offered me emergency service but I was fine waiting until the next day). I got a confirmation email; the next morning the dispatcher called at 7:30am and said he could have someone here within an hour if that was OK - I was thrilled. Ignacio came out, got right to work, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly. Im putting Rooter Hero on speed dial.
Excellent customer service! I was in need for a sewage retrenchment because my sewage was old with clay pipes, and constantly backed up and had roots growing into the pipes. I called Rooter Hero and they came out the same day. Jason was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough with what to expect with the process. He tossed a camera down the sewage line and showed me all of my problem areas and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Jason did not pressure me into the work, and did not charge a fee to evaluate my sewage line like other companies would, especially with the camera. I was able to get the retrenchment replaced a few days after my initially meeting. Jason and his crew definitely went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right. I would highly recommended them for any plumbing issues!
My shower just turned on by itself and wouldn’t turn off on a Saturday afternoon. I called and they were on site within the hour. Capped off the shower, restored water to the rest of the house and recommended replacing the shower valve cartridge. I asked them to replace the entire shower assembly with a different brand. They scheduled it, kept me informed, showed up on time, completed the installation, made sure there was no mess left behind, and didn’t charge me until the end. Martin Lopez of East Bay did an excellent job and I will definitely call them again if needed.
Rooter Hero sent Dillan out to my house on a Sunday which was great to being with, they called me and kept me updated with his expected ETA. He arrived and promptly cleared our kitchen drain at the clean out and made sure it flowed well before moving on to our kids shower which he spent a good amount of time getting all the hair out of the drain. Dillan was great to work with and I would highly recommend these guys again if I needed work. Reliable, dependable and very professional is how I would describe Rooter Hero and their technician Dillan.
They were efficient and professional during scheduling, and upon arrival. The two gentlemen that arrived were cordial and pleasant. However, after they initially could not determine the source of my toilet issue, they pulled the toilet up to see if they could locate the issue. Their best recommendation was to replace the toilet itself. I declined their quote because it was dramatically higher than the price of buying a toilet and installing it myself. After they left, I went into the bathroom and realized they didnt tighten the water hose down or turn the water to the toilet back on. (I wasnt too bothered by this, a simple oversight). The weekend after they performed their inspection, I purchased a new toilet and as I was getting ready to swap it with the old one, I realized they never tightened the bolts of the toilet, so it was not secured to the flange. Overall the issues I experienced could be chalked up to an inexperienced trainee, but the main plumber should have show a bit more diligence in checking that the work was completed properly. That being said, the staff members I interacted with were very pleasant, and their suggestion of replacing the toilet has helped my issue- but I wasnt too impressed with the work I received, especially for the price I paid..
Although the initial stipulated arrival time was not kept as arranged, Jairo, the plumber who came, was very knowledgeable, gave us good options, was amazing, friendly, courteous and professional. In addition,I appreciate that this company gives a free one year guaranty.Will definitely call them again.
We had a clog deep in our pipes that led to a back-up of water into the bathtub. Rooter Hero responded the same day - within hours of my call. Ignacio did a thorough inspection to identify the source of the problem (surprisingly, it was the kitchen drain) and Chris and Alex were back the next day to fix it (it required special equipment). Removing the clog involved a high-pressure clean-out from the roof. During their inspection of the drainage system in our house, Chris and Alex also identified numerous issues ranging from the lack of a clean-out in the kitchen to a corroded wye under the house. We engaged them to fix those problems too. Chris and Alex were completely professional and great communicators. They showed us photos and explained all the issues clearly and what the possible solutions were, step by step. They used tarps to keep the floors clean and were very considerate of our home.
Max and Glenn were the best. Fixed the broken straps on the drain pipe. Took pictures to show me the before and after.They didnt try to up sell me any other service . I highly recommend these two techs. You have to request these guys by name to get them. Otherwise the call center will dispatch the first available tech.

Alex Viera unclogged my drain this morning. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. He was the second plumber I had inspect my drain. The first inspector from a different company gave me a completely different diagnosis which was inaccurate. I’m so glad I hired Roto Rooter for a second opinion. They got the job done.

Rough job on an outdoor, underground leak that I had partially dug up. Chris did great- he worked really hard to fix the problem in a tight, awkward space. Even though we had to revise the estimate as the work went on and uncovered new problems, Chris went the extra mile to get it fixed without having to resort to digging up more of the yard & driveway. It was a real lifesaver & Id be happy to have him work on my house again!

Drains backing up is an ugly experience. This was a bit more severe than just a clogged drain but that’s how I’ll categorize it.Jorge listened to my description of what was wrong, did some searching and testing, figured out my problem and explained what he could do about it. I authorized it and he went to work, finished up, tested and retested the line until he was satisfied. He cleaned up his mess, applied a veteran’s discount and then was on his way.There is another service with ‘rooter’ in their name who was out here 8 months ago and wasn’t nearly as thorough in assessing and treating the problem - and they cost a lot more. Rooter Hero is my go to for plumbing issues from now on.

We had a late night emergency with both toilets backed up and flooding the shower and baths. Jayro arrived within an hour of my call and investigated the issue. He gave us several options on how to deal with the problem, from simple unclogging to installing a new 2 way sewer cleanout. We opted to go for the full installation of the 2 way cleanout, even though it was the most expensive option, since this is not the first clog weve had with these 50 year old pipes. Jayro cleared the blockage for us that night, and returned the next morning at 9am to do the install job. He was on site for about an hour the first night and 3 hours the next day. He showed me the drains in both directions with the endoscope, and left the site clean and tidy after installing the cleanout. It wasnt cheap (total came to nearly $3000 - ouch!) but he did a very professional job, was prompt and courteous, and really got us out of a very messy situation. Recommended!
My wife and I had to have our sewer line issues resolved as we could not use 2 of our 3 bathrooms. The Rooter Hero team wasnt even on my radar for my trenchless system project when I called them initially. I actually called them to get a drain unclogged.My original plan was to use another company for the trenchless system install. Still, when their guy came to do the quote, he sounded significantly less knowledgeable than Ron of Rooter Hero.Despite the quote being about 2K more than the previous one, I opted for Rooter Hero. Having done a few projects on my house, I have seen firsthand a few miscalculations by one contractor means I pay more in the end.I chose Ron, Giorgi, and Rooter Hero because they knew my citys requirements and walked me through things without adding any additional charges when I paid. The job is done and my family can finally use our 3 bathrooms without the fear of any issues!
Josh was friendly, with a professional look and appearance as well as respectful and trustworthy. He took time to answer all of my questions. He did a fine job snaking my kitchen drain to the main sewer line. He was ready to enter my crawl space for a full inspection without hesitation or reservations- I was impressed. By my choice, we scheduled the inspection to next week. Well see how they do then.Rooter Hero is lucky to have Josh as part of their field crew.
Rooter Hero truly saved us. We had a substantial leak in our backflow preventer and we called 15 different plumbers who said they couldn’t help us repair it immediately before calling Rooter Hero. They came out within a few hours and ordered the part, returning the following day to install a new valve.Jorge Montes was the plumber that came to do the work and he was phenomenal! He explained everything and showed us how to check for leaks in our system along with the main water valve. He was patient and thorough. To top it off, when I wrote the check out and gave it to Jorge in an envelope, I had mistakenly ripped off a blank check along with it. Jorge notified me immediately afterwards informing me of my mistake. I was so amazed by his honesty and integrity. Jorge is the best! Please call Rooter Hero because they truly were heroes to us. This company is fantasticWe had a different company come out a week ago and back up cane back. So we called Rooter Hero’s and we are so happy with the service. They were here within two hours. No overtime fees or after hour fees they’re ready to help 24/7!! We had the pleasure of having Basilio at our house. He was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and educational. I was scheduled for 10 to 12 pm. However, their technicians were running behind. I did receive periodic phone calls from the dispatch center advising of the delay. A technician finally arrived at 4 pm. The technician, Josh, was very polite and introduced himself. He asked clarifying questions before making an assessment. Before he started doing the work, he ran through some promotions that best fit the type of service he was going to provide, and he also backed it with a 90-day guarantee. The entire job took about 30 minutes, and my drains were finally cleared. He also offered some insight and some tips. I would definitely recommend them.

After another popular rooster company told me their dispatcher would call me within 60 minutes for a same day service I called back 2 hours later and they confirmed that their dispatcher will be here tomorrow... annoyed I re-googled same day plumbing and tried the next one on the list. They were very friendly and I was told that Kevin would call me in 30 minutes to let me know when he could make it. Only took 20 minutes. Kevin got here and was extremely friendly, personable and honest. He told me exactly what was wrong and how easy a fix it would be without having a professional fix it and it would save me money too. He wasnt wrong and although I didnt use the company this time the simple fact that he helped me; especially when funds are tight from Covid, I now will keep this company in my phone for further plumbing needs... And this is an old house with ample issues too. Lol. I hope Kevin is the guy that helps me next time. Thank you sir!

He explained the issue, the steps that he needed to take and the additional steps needed if that didnt work. I didnt quite understand process of getting on the roof for a plumbing issue, so Jayro then spoke with my son, over the phone, and explained to him exactly what was needed and why. At the completion of the work, Jayco again explained what he did, and he even made recommendations on future upgrades that I could/should consider. Kevin Stalf was absolutely wonderful! He showed up within one hour of me calling in this emergency sewage back up problem. He quickly determine what the problem was within 10 minutes cleared the main sewer clog and got things flowing back to normal for now. It turns out it’s the main sewer line but he was able to do repairs for now so I can at least use my shower and toilet until the homeowners association fixes the sewage line. Great plumber great company! Thank God!

I can’t recommend Rooter Hero enough. I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday afternoon for a FREE estimate (another company wanted to charge me $189 just to have someone come out, since it was the weekend), the dispatcher called to give us accurate updates on when the plumber would arrive and when he did arrive (right on time), Basilio was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and willing to explain what he was doing every step of the way. He fixed our problem and gave us a great rate. Truly EXCELLENT service...I’d give a bonus star, if I could!
I hired Rooter Hero Plumbing of East Bay (previously named General Plumbing and Company) to help me replace my water main that ruptured last weekend. I diligently started looking for a plumbing service and took multiple bids. I finally made my decision based on the owner Ray Ramirez being so helpful with advice, offering excellent options and being patient through the bidding period. Then once I chose his company, immediately he with his crew did a wonderful job replacing the water main with beautiful 1” copper piping!! The City Inspector signed off the project even commenting on what a great job that was done by Ray and his crew.. I have water again with the best water pressure I’ve had since I moved into this old home 12 years ago!!Thank you much Ray and crew for helping me navigate this project during this challenging time- I highly recommend their work and their professional helpful approach.

The only comment I had was to improve the scheduling of the job, they should commit on the day that they confirmed to the customers when the technician should come and not to reschedule them for the next day.
The technician George that was sent to me was very professional, responsible and checks every last detail of the job so that it is well finished. The problem is the company that does not keep the scheduled appointments, they wait for a technician of their choice to start the client knowing that they are busy to send it at any time. They came back several years after a sewer line replacement and didnt just clear the clog,but said that the sewer to cleanout connector needed replacement under the warranty. They dug it up, replaced it with a stronger part, and did it all with no paperwork, no charges, and a positive attitude. Great job.

I called with a back up emergency. Within 30 min a call came in to set a time for the same day service .It was nice not to have days with a unworkable bathroom sink .Very reasonable in price not only to fix the pipe but he found a clog I did not know was there .Please use this service .

We had a clogged toilet and requested an appointment via online scheduler. Got a call back within the hour and the service technician came in another 2 hours.Service technician, Julio Septien, was super polite and competent. Wore shoe guards whenever he was in the house and put wheel guards on his equipment to protect my carpet. He didnt try to charge me extra fees for unnecessary services and he was true to what he quoted me regardless of how long it took to fix my problem. He even had to call a specialist with a camera to come do further investigation and there were no additional charges for that. I recommend Rooter Hero and ask for Julio Septien if hes available.
The service call is quite easy to schedule but the technicians have difficulty in arriving at the scheduled time on account of the traffic problems.Once the technician arrives, the work process is fast and professional. The technician scheduled for us was a real gentleman and did a great job. We give him full credit for his performance. He gets five stars.
The worker was prompt, clean, courteous and listened well to everything I said before he assessed the situation. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up quickly and didnt try to charge for anything else even though we had a coupon. He told me we had a 90 day guaranty and was on his way to the next job.
Even though he go stuck in traffic and arrived quite late, Josh was in a great mood and ready to help right away. He quickly unclogged my backed up toilet, told me great tips to deal with the problem myself so I wouldntt need to call them as often.Again he asked if I had any other questions, and since I had a broken garbage disposal, I asked if they could fix that. He looked at it, used a screwdriver and it was working again! Then he took a picture for me of the bottom of the disposal and told me what to do if it happened again, and why that works.He finished everything quickly and gave me information that would eliminate the need to call Rooter Hero if it happens again. Im very impressed.
Rooter Hero was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived on time for appointment to clear clogged kitchen sink. Plumber was friendly and explained everything he was doing, including showing me the clog of chopped up food from the garbage disposal. Only thing I didn’t like was price of $242. instead of the advertised price of $77. He said because there was no accessible clean out, that the charge would be higher. He was very neat and cleaned everything up and sink now clear. I would use them again despite the sticker shock because problem solved quickly and they were pleasant to deal with.
Chris was absolutely awesome. Friendly, helpful, efficient. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. No random extra charges, and it was done in like half an hour.
The initial part of the service was fine. Josh was thorough and professional and resolved the issue he was called out for. Things got a bit strange afterwards when he asked a co-worker for assistance on a separate issue he had concerns over. He felt a camera diagnosis of the line would be useful. I felt the price of the service quoted was far too high and thus I declined the work. However after speaking with the individual who would perform this task, the price was offered as free. I found this move from a quoted price of over $300 to nothing, very questionable at best. However once it was offered for free, I agreed to have the camera run. Where it got weird was when the project was over, the technician was to have called me with both results and a proposal the next day. That call never came. It seems odd at best that one would basically attempt a hard sell , possibly upsell approach initially, perform a $300 job for nothing and then never provide a proposal. The entire process makes me wonder if I would use these folks again since the trust I’ve had in this organization has been severely jeopardized

Marco, my technician was very helpful, honest, and not pushy. He did a job the same day I called after unsuccessfully trying to schedule appointments with 10 other plumbers. He completed the job within 30 minutes for $77 special that he told me about that others were trying to charge me anywhere from $149-$350, but unable to come until tomorrow. The work is also guaranteed for 3 months.He also cleaned up after and did more than I expected. He came within the window of time given. Highly recommended and will use again.

I highly recommend Rooter Hero. They are fairly priced. They charge you for the service only, not hourly, like Rotor rooster charges $100 just to come take a look at your problem. There was no set charge just to come assess my problem. I had a plugged up tub. Julio came out and fixed the problem, he was able to fix it, very clean and courteous. He left my tub looking better than before. Only charged me $77 to come snake my tub after hours.

Rooter Hero was my familys hero last night! Despite it being late Sunday night (7pm-10pm), technician Esteban gladly came to our rescue to fix a massive sewer block in our homes main line (which was causing flooding our house and leaking through the garage ceiling). The service on the phone was friendly, helpful, professional, and VERY efficient. The woman on the phone, Heather, patiently listened to our problem, guided me through some quick problem-solving while reaching out to a local technician for service ASAP despite the late weekend hour. When Esteban arrived shortly after, he also listened to the problem and provided me with information about the house and plumbing as he worked through the problem-- he even drew me a diagram at one point to explain part of the issue. After his hard work, the block was cleared, we could use our plumbing again that evening, and the pricing was excellent. Thank you Rooter Hero!
Although I waited for some time, the technician came one hour after the 3-5 PM window period, I don’t mind. At 6 o’clock, it is already completely dark and chilly. He did the work quickly. He stoped the machine twice to check how much the cable went in, so I know he did extended the cable all the way to the other side of the street. I’m pleased he did a good job.
Mike was easy to talk to and communicated each steps in resolving the plumbing issue. Mike also explained the services and maintenance plans available to handle any future plumbing problems. The service tech Julio was the best I have ever come across amd I have been through a few plumbers. He actually was sincere and caring aboit fixing the problem and not a phony! He made sure he had solved the problem and spent the time to make sure!! Unlike all the others who give lip service while rushing to get out of there! A unique individual and service!! Will always use this company and hopefully the same tech!!!
Called at 6am for an urgent leak, initially they told me they can get there around 8 to 10, the estimate was then changed to 1 to 3, called again at 3 and they could not provide any updates except when a technician is available they will call you. I waited until 6pm and they still did not show! I ended up having to find another plumber in the evening. Unbelievable!
Rooter Hero Plumbing sent (2) technicians (Sergio & Isaac) to replace seals & gaskets on a toilet, some how the toilet tank was cracked, I was told (Isaac) would look for a replacement and a receipt would be emailed to me, I’ve called never received a callback, also (Isaac) called someone wanting me to give my credit card number to a total stranger over the cell phone, I didn’t!Not sure if this is a honest and legitimate group!Homeowners beware....
These are my new heroes! Sewer backup on Thanksgiving, of course, and while RotoRooter was trying to figure out what their schedule was, Rooter Hero came and did the job! Knowledgeable guy (Jayro) and incredibly efficient dispatch system! Try them! Youll like them!

We have used Rooter Hero before and we had been happy with their service. However, after this experience, we will not use them again.Our drains clogged the evening before we were going out of town. RH arranged to come on Saturday and our daughter, who was house sitting, was there. The service person called me for instructions and I told him to call back if he had any issues. He made a mess of the area under our kitchen sink- residue from the pipe was on the walls and floor, a bottle of soap had been spilled, a general mess. Worst of all, we were charged $390 and never given an invoice of any sort; no itemization, no explanation of work - nothing, even though I contacted RH twice in requesting one before posting this review.On a positive note, my daughter said that the service person was courteous, polite and industrious and he did get the drains working which is why I give them a second star.So, I have to put the blame on RH’s management for lack of training and very poor follow up.
Marco was very helpful on this job. He even had to go get parts to complete the job and still only charged the coupon price. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use again.

Due to a flood in my home while on vacation, I called in Rooter Hero because some friends referred them.They started the project early October and it took approximately five days to complete the first phase of the project. The two plumbers that worked under my home had an amazing workout ethic and worked extremely hard. The reason I am giving a 3 star is it is now February 18 and the project has not been completed. I had to call the city to ask an inspector to come out again to inspect their work and found out there was some issues that needed to be Resolved. I am still waiting for them to complete these recommendations that the city had made for completion of the project. I contact the lead person (David ) several times over the 3 month period to return and finish project. Although everyone involved were very nice. I’m upset it has taken so long.
Call this company on a Sunday afternoon. They kept me posted by series of calls on the eta of the plumber. Soon as the plumber finished his last job he was dispatched to my resident. He took care of the issue promptly and pricing was not super expensive considering it was on Sunday.
Sal and his team did an amazing job. They genuinely cared that we had a problem that needed to fixed and took great care to make sure we understood our options. We would 100% use them again!

I had a guy name Basilio. He came out to Emeryville ca, on CHRISTMAS!!!😱 Shower would not drain and toilets would clogged and he fixed the problem easy not rushing unlike other plumbers Ive used in the past this guy was so thorough an professional, on time so into detail of what the problem was costumer service was👍👍👍👍👍. Made an appointment for plumber to come out at 9 am by sending them a picture of the pipe that was leaking and required replacement. I had to contact them at 10:30 to find out if anyone was still coming out. They apologized and said they will send someone out. Well, no one showed up until noon. The tech saw the pipe and said he wasnt the plumber and someone else will come out to give me a quote. I have many questions about the whole episode, but Ill just leave it at a one star review and contact a local REAL plumber.
The only complaint was I called in the evening and was told dispatch would call me back that same evening to confirm a date and time but received no contact until the following morning. Other than that they were responsive and the Technician was polite and capable.
They were very professional looking and very nice but were unable to discover the roots in my lateral. Used a camera but could see nothing. Wanted to use a hydro jet for $2800 dollars. Another company we got in contact with came and cleared out a massive root ball for $540 ! No use of a camera or anything else.
I had family visiting before holiday & water from the shower/toilet/sink was draining unbelievably slowly. I called Rooter Hero & Carlos drove over & fixed the situation! I am most impressed with Ernest and Sal’s conduct. They were patient, understanding, calm, polite, direct, skilled, efficient and effective.I had called the company to clean the clogs (presumably roots) from cast iron and clay pipes after I’d seen their ad in the newspaper. It was a wintry rainy day. Ernest arrived after dark and got to work, encountering a blockage that defied two cutting cables. Unable to proceed, he made appt to return next day with camera operator Sal.The next afternoon, Sal’s nifty tool identified our problems - not just roots but failing unions too. Ernest finished the cleanout work while Sal wrote up the price of our options, which he explained clearly and kindly to my elderly father, who is the homeowner. He presented our options without pressure. After putting the camera away, they readily agreed to run it a second time so the footage could be captured on a USB. Our family is well equipped now to decide on a strategy for repair.I felt their prices were fair. The only drawback was missing the anticipated arrival windows, which I attribute to other custoners’ needs and the snarly Bay Area traffic from this ‘Pineapple Express’ weather, but their dispatcher kept in contact with us and the guys notified us too when they were on their way. Overall, our experience was very satisfactory and I would use them again.

Theyre technician Andres came way late at about 6 pm didnt leave till 11:30 received 650.00$ plus a 40 dollar tip we asked that night for a receipt. Never got one called the company multiple times and finally said we cannot give you a receipt he was only there for an hour and received a tip and some tangerines do not use theyre services he will take your money pocket it and the company will cover for him.
I purchased the garbage disposal from Home Depot . The young guy from Rooter Hero installed it but didn’t installed the whole new part. He said the top ring part was in good condition and that was the reason he only changed bottom part of the disposal. Which he should have installed the whole new part not half of it .
The scheduler/receptionist was helpful and able to get us a window shortly after I called. Chris was prompt, polite and provided me with all of the information I needed. Thanks!

Your policies and contracts are a joke. Plumber that was sent was inexperienced and almost broke his hand on the snake that they used to unblock the plug in the sewer line. Plumber also damaged my walls and baseboards with the snake after they tried for 15 min. Plumber came back the next day and wanted to change more to pop a toilet and snake it, when they already tried to snake it from an easy access clean out. So in the end plumber didn’t do anything, damaged my walls and charged me $1,000. All I have to say is customer beware of signing anything in the beginning because even though their trucks say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, that is far from the truth. I will be taking my issue up with the better business bureau to check their business practices.
When calling to schedule the appointment, told the company our tankless hot water heater was not producing hot water. The gentleman came out and the first thing he said was “I don’t know anything about tankless hot water heaters”. REALLY! Had to pay $99 and he didn’t do anything but look at and turn it in and off. Now we have to schedule another plumber and pay again. Biggest rip-off ever! Will never call this company for anything again.
Employee showed up later than I thought, but once here he did an excellent job. He went through the issues and explained what he was going to do.Before he left he cleaned up the area that he worked in. He went downstairs and checked for any stains that might have happened because of the blockage

Had an emergency repair needed because PG&E sub contractor hit water pipe EBMUD had not marked. Was on my side of meter called for emergency repair. Showed up in 75 min, took pictures, fix pipe, turned on water in 2 hours, wife got her evening shower. PG &E and EBMUD would still be arguing about who should call someone to fix my pipe.

2022-01-28They came to my house, no charge. Estimate was too high for me, but after they accidentally broke my screen door, they paid for a professional screen door company to replace and install it. It is now better than it was before!! I had to call several times to make it happen, but very professional handling itin the end.

2022-05-30I called Rooter Hero after my toilets got backed up. Rooter Hero quoted me almost $30,000 on unnecessary repairs! They used all these fear tactics to justify their outrages quote ( example: your house will sink ) Rooter Hero preys on homeowners who lack knowledge on plumbing and in desperate plumbing situations. Get other quotes before you go with Rooter Hero!

2021-07-12Max and Glen came out to my mothers and did a amazing job. What I loved the best is when they arrived they prepped our home and made sure everything would be safe and clean, and went straight to work. Not once was there mention of any cost. Max and Glen worked for 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem before ever giving us a quote. They explained the problem and gave us different options, Max recommend what he would do if it was his home and we excepted the Job. They handled the situation quickly and correctly. They were very nice, polite, and sure of there work. Once they were done, they left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. I will always call Rooter Hero when needed, also recommend to friends, family, and others. Thank you Max and Glen for your service.

2021-09-01Called to get a plumbing diagnosis of a kitchen sink leak so that I could submit it to our insurance for coverage. Chris came over a bit later than anticipated (no fault of his own, his previous call took a bit longer than expected due to unforeseen issues, and we were very happy to have still been fit into the schedule at the last minute) and assessed our issues thoroughly. He gave us some advice and walked us through what he was checking the entire time, and we greatly appreciated his time and help.

2021-07-17I had a outdoor leak in a really awkward location. I got an appointment for an inspection within the same day as calling, which was a nice surprise for a non-emergency job. I got multiple suggestions with cost estimates on how to approach the problem and I chose the one that fit my expectations. The next day the work started, and Chris really went out of his way to do good work on a rough job. We had to revise the estimate a bit as new problems were uncovered, but I thought it was fair and Chris was clearly trying to get the job done without doing any extra, expensive digging. The underground leak was fixed & the old, shoddy plumbing job of the previous homeowner was replaced with quality work. Very happy, would recommend, will use again.

2021-07-18My friend called me to her house to be with her when the plumbers came to clear her clogged drain. It can be worrisome to have random male service providers come into your home. Max and Glenn were professional but also friendly and that eased our anxiety. They were quick, efficient and super clean. They gave us tips to make sure we dont have problems in the future. 2021-06-13My kitchen sink was stuck last night and this morning I called Rooter Hero Plumbing. The next available tech came promptly. David Moreno did a very good job. He cleared the clog issue in the kitchen and my bathtub. He would show me what he found. After each task, he tested and examined carefully to make sure everything works properly with no leaking. He even cleaned the area very thoroughly.Meanwhile, he also fixed my toilet seat cover that was swinging left and right. Ive been trying to tighten the screw, but failed.Thank you David for his great job!By the way, David did wear a mask.

2021-11-25On day one Max helped to find out the water heater caused the leaking and after inspection we decided to replace a brand new one. On day two technician Jayro came at expected time and started to work on the project. It took him about 3.5-4 hrs to complete the project professionally and neatly. I highly recommend Rooter Hero for plumbing projects and hopefully you guys were lucky enough having Max and Jayro. On top of that, Jayro also helped out to unclog the disposal, so I will not receive my mom keeps calling to complain the issue any more 😅😅.
