Positive: The sheets were clean and the staff were friendly. Those are the only good things I can say. Negative: The location was sketchy, the exterior was unkempt, the floor tile in our room was wet and when I got up in the night, I discovered the carpet was also soaked. The two rolls of TP were wet as well as water in the garbage can. Obviously a water problem.

Stayed in three different rooms they all smelt like cigarette smoke. First room was good second room no Wi-Fi third room TV didnt work. People walk around and look in your car at night.
Check in was outside at 7:33 pm. Gentleman said, no open door. I asked if there was any breakfast or coffee in the room? No breakfast, no coffee It was a very cold check in. By the way it was 40 degrees outside.

Positive: The staff was nice Negative: Yes room was not like pictures. Carpet was really dirty clost doors was laying against the wall. Was not worth the money. People were fighting and arguing constantly!
You get way you pay for when you stay at a 2 star hotel. The motel itself isnt very nice, but the customer service was better than almost any hotel Ive been to, the supervisor was awesome and made sure we were taken care of. If I come over to Apple Valley again and forget to book a hotel, this will still be on my radar.

I did not stay here. I booked it on Priceline because it had an 8+ customer rating. I got there and the neighborhood was the most ghetto place Ive ever booked. I drove right out and called Priceline to try to get my money back but the hotel manager said no. I have NO idea how this place has such high ratings. My guess is most of them are fake. Maybe the rooms are decent? I dont know because I didnt make it that far, I was too worried to leave my car parked there and as a woman traveling alone, too scared to sleep there.

Everything from towels to sheets and pillow cases were all dirty. It wasnt stains there were dirty marks and even a foot print on the floor towel.
Reserve room on line. Pet friendly will only charge $10. A dog. Get there they want to charge $30 for dog. RUDE people cant understand them when talking. Yells at you cause you want to cancel. Getto location.DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
Disgusting and filthy! I have never seen a room this awful. Strange characters hanging out in the parking lot at night. There was leak outside the bathroom door, I had to put towels down to soak up the water. $30/night per dog. I would NEVER stay there again. Good thing I had sanitizer spray, I sprayed every surface. Horrible condition!
The air didnt work in the room.my brother left in the ambulance because the wouldnt fix it or change rooms and he died .dont go there
Rooms for not cleaned well. Stayed here 3 nights 1 night in 1 room 2 nights in another. The first room was flithy 206. Oh my God i dident even want to walk barefoot in there. Took a shower and quickly regretted it. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned In a long time. Room 209 was a little better but still FAR FAR below the other room Ive stayed at. Very poor indeed. Parking lot looks not secure at all.
The owner is very polite, most of the time it was clean and quiet. I have never seen an insect. The towels and laundry was always clean. I would recommend this place to others.

Less nightlife than in Victorville, but did have a stranger knock on the door at 2am. The room was adequate, comfortable beds, shower was hot. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing unusable. If the carpet was cleaned, and broken tile replaced, it would have been nice.
Had a wonderful experience at a great rate. It is a very clean and quiet property. Rooms were clean and spacious The staff is wonderful and friendly. The guest laundry room clean and safe. Morning breakfast was very neat and inviting. Top notch cleanliness in rooms and breakfast area. Definitely return and reccomend
Our stay in this motel was great! We were disappointed to stay in a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray, but didn’t tell the managers because they were fully booked and we were so tired arriving late. The managers are AWESOME! They were so friendly and welcoming, it made the cigarette smell room acceptable. Thank you motel managers for being so friendly and kind!

The accommodations were nice the staff friendly and extremely accommodating, the are was quiet and peaceful the entire time of our stay here . We will definitely be back when we visit the area in the future.
Although the first impression may be negative as the neighborhood is dodgy, the hotel was above my expectations. Warm welcome from the staff and spacious to room. Internet was fast and the breakfast good. The hotel felt safe thanks to well lit common areas and parking lot.
The hotel was quiet, clean and well lit, but could use updating in the room. Carpet and bedspread were stained. Breakfast terrible, vending machine out of order and no customer service readily available - had to ring bell and wait for someone to come to front desk.
This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Beds were uncomfortable and not clean. The safety latch on the door did not work. And the staff I dealt with was RUDE.
This may not look like much from the road, but its a super nice place for a cheap price. My room was freshly renovated. The parking lot was very well lite and I felt my car was safe there. The manager couldnt be more friendly. The breakfast was fine. Super pleased.

The maid has our things in closet and held it for us and other people yet she refuses to let us go get our stuff instead issues what she thinks is ours,Id like all my stuff back not just what she feels like giving me back
We stayed here because we were riding motocross at El Mirage. We wanted to ride for the weekend without driving home or camping. This place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Their continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The parking lot was very bright and well lit. I felt comfortable to walk outside at night to get something out of my car.
The hotel met my expectations given the location and cost. It was one of maybe two hotels in Adelanto, where I had to be for work. Its roughly an hour from Ontario International Airport. The room that I stayed in was clean and everything was in working order. The bed was also comfortable. The staff was very polite. The continental breakfast was good: cereal, muffins/bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, juice and coffee/tea/hot chocolate.
Attn:This property charges a $30 per night per non-refundable pet fee. The man at the front desk/Manager? is THE RUDEST person I have dealt with at any property EVER.He made me not want to stay there at all and I wont EVER AGAIN
This place was beautiful and the rooms were immaculate. They newly remodeled and the front desk staff were so kind to us and out long trailers. Each room had everything you could ever think of needing and the prices really reasonable. Will definitely stay again.

The stay is amazing, the people are friendly and it not too noisy. The front desk is very polite and generous. We will definitely come back again or even try see about living arrangements for a short time. I hope that I can get in contact with manager on that but I had problems so far staying here. Id recommend any one who needed a place to chill for the weekends to come and stay here.
Nicely maintained, friendly, welcoming staff, good morning coffee, a comfortable bed, what more to ask for? To get a good rest while away from home is always appreciated and the Rodeway Inn in Adelanto was a good choice if your goal is to be close to the “Boneyard”. Manager Vince was helpful, cheerful, and the room was spotless. Enjoyed my brief stay.
If I had known people were going to be smoking various things outside my non-smoking room, I wouldnt have gone to that hotel. The outdoor ash-tray for the smokers was really close to my room. The desk surfaces were dusty, the bedspread was filthy, and I wasnt able to sleep well. The sink and toilet worked okay, but the mini-fridge didnt work (in fact the freezer heated my ice pack).
I had a really frightening experience at this motel and would not recommend it for any woman traveling alone. I checked in around 9:30pm. The man at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly when I gave him my ID and credit card for a deposit. It was a routine transaction and a pleasant conversation. He did mention he knew all the cops in town which was odd. The same man came knocking at my door at 1am saying he needed to run my credit card again, and that I had to come to the office. I was alone and sound asleep. I had already paid for the room through a third party app, so there was no need to come out of my room and to the office. He threatened to call the police if I did not come to the office. I opened the door and there were TWO men. The other man looked like a bum staying at the motel. I closed my door, packed my things, and got out of there as quickly as possible. The first man was gone, but the bum was still standing outside my room. The third party app confirmed the room had already been charged to my card. I felt that I was being set up for an assault. Be really careful staying at this place if you are a traveler just passing through.

Room was clean and comfortable and my complaint isnt really with the hotel itself but the people on the other sides of the room. They made all kinds of noise all night and kept me up.
Ive stayed at a number of hotels in the Victorville area over the years, but this is the first time I tried this Rodeway Inn in Adelanto. Its 10 minutes out of the way, but totally worth it. Its the BEST Rodeway Inn Ive ever stayed at. Probably the best one in the country. The management and staff are great, the place is clean, the beds and rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Even the continental breakfast has some protein options (hard boiled eggs; yogurt.) For such a bargain rate, it cant be beat. Ill stay here whenever Im in the area from now on.
Diamond in the rough! Area not so great BUT What a great find and a great place to stay! Clean and renovated. Owner super super nice and friendly. Made us feel welcomed. Parking lot lite nicely. Great stopover on our journey to the PNW. Recommend highly. Give this place an extra 5 stars ! Thank you for a wonderful place to rest.

The Rodeway Inn in Adelanto far exceeded my expectations. The parking lot was well-lit and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and I would definitely stay there again based on their service alone.
The owners of the hotel were very friendly and kind. They assisted me with checking in and checking out. The breakfast in the morning had a great variety. Will definitely be staying again.

In a town with few hotels or restaurants, I didnt expect much. The front desk folks were extremely helpful, rooms were clean and attractive. Right off HWY 395, it was a little tricky to get to, but quiet and well worth the price.
The roadway inn is a very clean and very nice quiet place to stay. The manager is always very nice a d helpful with anything we may need. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Here from Phoenix Arizona1 st day there was a used soap bar and shampoo left from previous customer.3rd day they didnt vacuum or clean the tub. Thats ridiculous at thia point.I had to ask for cleaning supplies because the cleaning crew went home and I had to clean the tub myself. Oh but they sure took the TIP I LEFT ON THE TABLE.Crazy!!!!!I wont be back.

This is a typical Roadway Inn, however; on the internet it says that they have accommodations like, truck parking, full breakfast, pool, etc..... They don’t have anything other than a room and toast!

We had a very good stay. The room was clean, all worked (fridge, wifi, lamps ...). The staff was very welcoming and smiling. Breakfast is good. We will come back in hesitation.
7/10 room was ok.When approaching the motel from the street (back) looked worse than it was.Location is not so good and there are few restaurants in the area around. The recommendation were a couple of fast food restaurants 5km away.Staff was very nice. Room ok but on the ground floor you can hear a lot from the upper floor.
The rooms are not clean. They stink of cigarettes and very bad service is a minus 10

2022-02-09We are traveling and had to stop at this motel. The rooms are good. Comfortable and spacious. The manager was kind enough to add extra towels for us. The area is nice and quite.

2022-02-15I liked the service, and managers and staff! Things come up and people get busy and that’s understandable but in the circumstances it was a very nice stay it was a very nice place and management was very cooperative I think there are things that could be made better but the place was very nice for here in the high desert and I’ve had many many worst days at other places here so this place beats them! They’re on the right path they’re in the middle of nowhere and there doing a good service for their city kudos to the staff management and location considering!!!

2022-03-06Positive: The only thing that looked good was the building. Negative: Didnt like the bedding,bathroom,carpet, it was a lot of noise upstairs; someone was riding the chair(wheels) from one end to the other late that night. Didnt get a goodnights sleep. No continental breakfast.

2022-05-10I was only stopping by to see a friend Andi actually felt sorry for her having to stay here I believe that I would rather stay in a tent the mgr. Is very rude and appeared to be drunk the parking lot was terrible people doing all kinds of stuff the garbage was running over blowing all over the place the whole place just turned me away at the door but I wasnt staying thank goodness .

2022-01-07First room assigned was open, door was hard to close and missing the security latch. Gave us another room from our request. No toilet paper, soap, shampoo. Missing the iron, refrigerator was not connected. Mirror frame destroyed on one of the closet. Some one in the room above us took a shower at 3:00 am, and loud noise of water was heard until 7:00 am. Consequently we could not sleep. Couple arguing close to our room in the morning and the police show up. This hotel should be inspected to give service or be closed. 1 star is to much but there is no chance to use negative stars.
