ROCK HONDA Rocks!!!I had been looking for a Civic Si or Sports Touring for few weeks now. Called 5 different dealership and none would provide detail information on the car especially pricing. They all want you to visit the dealership in person. Visit 2 dealership and totally waste of my time. On site price is complete far off/different from the estimate over the phone.Finally spoke to Tommy at Rock Honda. He had been very patient working with me over the phone. I decide to visit Tommy in person (1 hour drive from my location) and bought the car from Tommy on the same day/visit. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER........
This dealership went beyond the call of duty to help me today. They had inventory I wanted when 20+ other dealerships did not have my desired vehicle in stock.Al Rizal, my sales associate was straight forward, intelligent, honest, and so accommodating!!My Finance Manager Edris Jamily was outstanding!So personable. Buying the vehicle was a truly upbeat experience, completely opposite of all the negativity we ALL have been dealing with since 2020.A shout out to Rosa …. who understands the paperwork, and a shout out to the young woman who paired up my phone with my new truck. From the second I drove in, the experience at Rock Honda was 5 star. The signage made it easy to understand where I needed to pull in and there were staff members that immediately came up and gave me instruction. My service tech was Ricardo and he was friendly and professional. I was receiving an oil change and a tire rotation. I let them know my tire pressure light had been on for some time now and he told me they would take a look. Ricardo was very prompt in letting me know that my tire had a nail in it but it was too close to the rim to be able to patch it up. He gave me a couple of options and I decided to get the new tire and get my tires rotated. My car was ready when Ricardo told me it would be. There were no surprise fees or anything when I checked out and my car is running perfect again. Thank you Ricardo and the entire staff at Rock Honda.Oh and this was on a Saturday 👍🏽
I always have a great experience with Rock Honda & the staff. Shafiq Daniel & the person who did a very comprehensive tire evaluation/assessment were respectful & trustworthy. As a female customer, I find these values vital when dealing with automotive matters. I am very disappointed that the shuttle services halted. The drivers were also very respectful & trustworthy. It’s a pity that they are no longer around. Apart from that added perk that’s no longer available, everything was great.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told to pull to the front. I informed the person that I was there to have a recall on my vehicle addressed. I was told to stay in the car and wait for an advisor. I observed car owners in cars behind me being serviced. Twenty-five minutes later I saw the manager who asked me if I was serviced. I informed him of what happened. He apologized and immediately called for an advisor. An advisor came within seconds.It was an awesome experience after that. It took less than an hour to have my recall addressed.
I had literally purchased a car from this dealership last Thursday and I had spoke with RZ first (the day before) who was respectful, professional, and fun to talk to. Then the actual Thursday my wife and I spoke with Skip who was a true blessing to know. He showed us cars that fit our budget and situation and was able to test rive a few to our liking. The cars overall were fun to look at, test, and even get to know the info about the vehicles in general. After a little while of being there we happened to purchased a Honda Accord and it is very amazing and runs VERY VERY SMOOTH. Skip and his team did an outstanding job with helping us, making us feel welcome, and also going through great lengths to have us drive off the lot with a new car. Thank you so much Skip and RZ and great job overall Rock Honda!!!!!
The internet sales guy that sold me my car was great. He was explaining that Honda has competitions if they sell a certain amount of cars in the weekend and he didn’t get his bonus because the finance department made the customer mad. I totally feel him that big corporations do whatever they can to take from employees. The 5 stars is for his service if I have to give Honda a separate rating… of 1stars I would. Because I know they are just about the bottom line. And not the little employee!5 stars for my sales guy1 ⭐️ for Honda corporation
Dennis was a great help when I purchased my new Honda. He was sure to show me the car that I wanted but he made sure I understood the differences between the sub-models, all while never pressuring me towards a specific one. He was clear on what my payments would be and why, I did not feel mislead or lied to. He did a great job and I will be recommending him to my family and friends.
Horrible customer service in the service department. Eddie Flores has bad communication skills. He asked what the issue was with my vehicle and I was explaining the history but he wouldnt let me finish talking. The tone in his voice was condescending. He was argumentative for no reason because he didnt even know what was going on with the vehicle I didnt finish talking. This all happened within the first 3 minutes were they take information of the vehicle outside. He started to tell me that my service wouldnt be covered without asking if I have a warranty which I do. I just kept quiet and let him talk until we got inside and I gave him the information to look up my warranty. He continued speaking to me in a tone that was condescending even after giving him information to prove otherwise. He was unwilling to listen, it seemed like I was wrong no matter what I said. I finally got upset and changed my tone and asked to speak with a manager. He pointed to his card and it doesnt say manager. I told him lets discuss the situation. It was really quite simple and just needed clarification explanation. He definitely was not wiling to help and I would rather spend my time and money at another Honda dealership. He didnt say anything to remedy the situation and his demeanor was like he didnt want my business. I regret buying my car there and paying for extended oil service that I would need to go back unfortunately to deal with such a deplorable place. I went directly over to another dealership and was treated respectfully. I didnt ask for any special treatment just someone to help with my vehicle. I cant wait for my oil changes to be done with the dealership I would rather pay elsewhere. I hope management looks at these reviews and makes sure that their customers are treated respectfully and fairly. This is the least that can be done.
Oil change appointment was at 10:45 and was there till 4:30. I decided to get a tire cover and have it installed coming to a total of 200 just for the trunk tire and labor and this is what I got with a 55 dollar labor fee. Not to mention they charge me for the clips. I called they put me on a 15 min hold and now they wont answer. Thanks Anthony Johnson you are sure one hell of an advisor.
I recently traded in my Hyundai to get a new passport. I was helped by Austin and Juan in the sales department. If it wasn’t for the service department, Juan and Austin I don’t think I would give five stars. My daughter has purchased three cars from Rock Honda. I always recommend my friends and family to come here because they’re really good people.
True to its status as the largest Honda dealer in CA, they had a number of Odyssey minivans on the lot to choose from (vs many other dealers having none to only 1 in stock). So, we were able to get the model and the color we wanted! The purchase experience with Jimmy Chir -was stress free and dare I say pleasant? (we were using Costco Auto Purchase Program). He was very informative and worked with us to get the model we ultimately settled on. For sure, this is probably one of the worst time ever to buy a car due to the chip shortage; the behavior from other dealers were just ridiculous with not only demanding above MSRP but also loading it with a bunch of dealer options - of which many were service/warranty programs (one dealer insisted that they could not remove a dealer service to fill the tires with nitrogen vs regular air even after I explained that I get that from Costco for free and that I was more than and hour away from the dealer!ship so could not use this service!!). So, naturally, we appreciated Rock Hondas approach and was happy with the overall experience!!
This review is strictly for Jackie and Antonio. We first walked in and had a set price in mind of how much money I wanted to spend on purchasing a new car. We got there around 7pm and thankfully we caught Jackie right before she left for the night. We looked at the Honda crv touring and I like it but not loved because price was a factor. Jackie worked her magic and ahe got us a price that we ate very comfortable with by being very understanding of what we can and cannot do. In the end she worked out a price that we were all comfortable with. Jackie, thank you for working with us and being so dang persistent. I am so grateful that you helped us to work out a deal and now I love my new car. Thank you and we appreciate you beyond words.Antonio was our finance guy. Beware of “deals”. They will send out a deal on brake jobs, in this case $200, and then hit you with the $225 break fluid change. Take it somewhere else. I had my rear breaks done for $300 a few months ago. Also, took them an hour to see me and get the initial paperwork done. Will never bring my car here again (yes I took off and didn’t have the service done). Will also never buy a car from here either. If I want another Honda I’ll go to their competitor. Actually Toyota’s seem nice.
Javier was our sales person and I could have not asked for anyone better. Javier was patient as my daughter was indecisive about the color car she wanted. He answered all my questions and not once did he feed us lies throughout the whole transaction. He was honest and pushed his manager to try and get us a better deal, Javier is exactly what a sales rep should be. Finance rep Antonio and Javiers ENERGY made my daughters first car buying experience amazing!
The best experience ever! Before I went to rock honda, I went to 5 dealerships and got 5 offers from them. I even spent almost 8 hours and didn’t even make a deal!!!!With rock Honda, I went there Jackie helped me and made smoothest buying experience at the car dealership ever! I only spent 2 hours top! and that’s just because of the signing process. Jackie helped me make the deal really quick! Just 5-10 mins and boom! Arif is a great Service Writer and every time I make an appointment he gets me in and out as quickly as possible. I drive the nearly 30 miles to Rock Honda each time I need service rather than my local Honda dealer because Rock Honda takes excellent care of their auto purchase and service customers.
From the moment we walked into Rock Honda, we knew we chose the right place. Jackie helped us through the entire process, allowing us to ask as many questions as needed. She was very informative and stayed with us through the entire process. If you are thinking about buying a car, go to Rock Honda and ask for Jackie.
Whatever you do, don’t buy from them!!! I bought a vehicle 3 years ago and the check engine line just came on. I thing the warranty should be for as long as your paying for the vehicle because if I trade in this vehicle and get a new one, my payment is just going to go double. I wouldn’t bother getting a used vehicle from them, I would get it from a new dealer. Their warranty is way better. My husband bought a new car from Nissan and he was able to get a new transmission in last year at no cost to him and he bought his vehicle a couple of months before I did. It’s a shame rock honda. They can’t even do the diagnostic for free when they scam people out of a lot more than $180.

I was looking for a new car 2 months ago and a lot of dealers don’t have many cars on stock and want you to buy while they’re in transit. I called to make an appointment and Javier scheduled me one for the following day. I came in and they had the car I wanted in stock only one was available and he took me for a test drive right away. He was very helpful and I highly recommend him.
Got a used car from Rock Honda, was somewhat cosmetically beat up but they really fixed up my car to look like new when going to pick it up a day later, they washed it, cleaned the inside, and gave me a full tank of gas. Really loving the new car. Irvin was really helpful with finding what I wanted.
I usually come to Rock Honda in Fontana for car service. I was told that Rock Honda is under new owners and they do not accept coupons from other Honda dealership. That was the reason why I gave my business to them. I will no longer do business with them. They dont even offer any coupons on the website. Also would it be too much to ask the service advisor 253588 be friendly and smile. She might need a training course on customer service.Just an FYI Penske Honda in Ontario offer coupons.
We had a wonderful experience at Rock Honda. The salesman (Denis) was informative, knowledgeable, & respectful. He answered all our questions and took us on a couple of test drives. My partner took my vehicle in for an oil change and was there early for the appointment. Instead of the service employee acknowledging him and informing him they were short staffed, the service employee had him wait over an hour before helping him. That’s horrible customer service…
I am not one to write reviews. However I am extremely upset with rock honda my family has been a loyal customer to rock honda since 2005. In 2018 we purchased a car from rock honda and paid for oil changes in advance! Make sure to check your car when leaving as they forgot to tighten the oil cap that holds the oil on our car! I was driving un safely! I made a complaint and the customer service from all managers was highly unprofessional I was told that They would provide me with a free oil service after this had already happened when speaking to the manager she stated that she didn’t know who had approved that and refused to honor the free oil change! With gas prices and commuting to this rock Honda I was very upset!
I went in to ask questions about my lease since it was up soon. Red helped me and answered all my questions he was friendly and helpful he would talk with my girls and connected with them which made the whole process easier. I felt like the process was smooth and Red made it that way with his kindness and relatability!The front desk ladies were sweet to my girls gave them paper to color with when we needed to wait. Of course my girls love the icecream and hot chocolate while they wait. They even have a games for the kids to play.I’m now driving a 2022 Honda odessey and am so happy! I have still had questions and Red has been there to answer all of them!I highly recommend Red and Rock Honda
Every time we bring our car for service something goes wrong. They have lost the keys, scratched it multiple times, lost lug nut , lost some under tray bolts when doing oil change and more little things that just don’t make sense. Please avoid paying for any extra services this place is full of amateur techs watching to mess your car up.
The customer service I received was extremely Superb. Between Omar Zazia and Cedric Herrington Oh and Edris Jamily and Jason, they all made my CRV purchase smooth, with their knowledge in the sale and expertise in customer service. they were very professional but yet very warm and friendly. This dealership was able to help us get our Honda Odyssey not just EX-L model but the 2022 touring Odyssey. By far Honda Odyssey Touring edition is the best van. Now we brought it out for a spin and this vehicle is gasoline efficient in eco mode without comprising the comfort and luxurious features of the Honda Odyssey. We test drove the new Toyota Sienna Hybrid, has no power. and comparing to the Odyssey, Odyssey still wins for us with this dealership. Highway can reach up to 36.9 mpg and with the outrageous price of Sienna Hybrid, its like I am paying for just the basic XLE model for the price of $50K. Totally worth coming back to Honda Odyssey touring and the leather seats is truly upgraded and comfortable drive to Denver Colorado. Thumbs up Rock Honda.
Came by today to buy a civic Type R which Msrp is $38,845. We sat down with the rep and He told me You know this car has a Mark up of $12k of the asking price.? I told Him so You are asking for $50k when it says on the internet the price is $38,845, so I asked Him What accessories the car had to compensate the extra $12k which was not advertised and He say No extra accessories. They try to lower the Mark Up Price from $12k to $9k. I just walk away. By the state of California is illegal for any dealer to sell a car at higher price previously advertised. Their excuse was the production was limited on this cars. I would be complaining to DMV and BBBUPDATE.For less money of their Marking up price i was able to bring same car from North Carolina with taxes dealer fees, some accessories and Transportation for 47k
Very professional business atmosphere here. Michael the sales manager is AMAZING. I’m glad I came to get a car here. I submitted a pre-qualification online and then Al Rizal emailed me. I explained my situation and he told me he would do his best to help. Then, when I arrived I was helped my Michael, the sales manager, he is the most welcoming and kind individual I’ve meet in a while. He was welcoming to my mom and I. Please ask for him, when you go here. He will really help. I got my HR-V and I’m so happy. Even tell him, I sent you lol
Very good car buying experience, first of all so you know, we went thru the Costco Auto Purchase Program, so there wasnt any haggling with the price. The car was picked and then we went in and they printed out the dealer cost and our Costco cost price sheet. The only other price increases where when they offer you all of the other extras.
I had a great experience with the company and the staff at Rock Honda. I didnt think I would get approved for a car, but I did plus at a great rate. One of the best experiences Ive ever had purchasing a car. Ive purchased cars before and its take hours, this place was so quick; I was in and out of the place within 2 hours. I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy with friends in my new 2019 Honda Accord. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking for great service, great rates, and a great car.
My car was ready before the time I was given and I paid slightly less than the amount quoted. The service I needed was explained in a way I thoroughly understood. I use to take my car to a local repair shop but they did not do the work that was required after driving so many miles. I’ll take my car to Rock Honda from here on out
Great experience today with Service lead Maria Navarro and the Honda team for my 100k plus mile check up.She made sure I understood what services my Honda needed and kept me updated during the day when other things cropped up.I couldn’t get an Uber in time so she made sure their Shuttle driver came by to pick me up.Lastly - kind enough to write down additional information I wanted about car upkeep - and started the car to warm it up in the cold weather.Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bought a Honda car for the reliability - going to keep buying Honda for the great customer service!

The staff is always 👌 kind to me and friendly and always always knows all about the products that they have , I asked to speak to Vincent when I arrived but it was is off day, he normally helps me when I come in, But I was pleasantly surprised , I was greeted by Ben a sales person who helped me and then directed me to Cedric one of their sales mgr. Who helped get the price I wanted and then directed me to Abdon who helped with all of the paperwork .Thank you so much for all your help, I am very happy 😊 with the service I received and very pleased with my purchase.
Night and day difference between Rock Honda Service and another dealers service closer to home. We always go to Rock Honda. Even though it is a long drive, it is worth it for the friendly atmosphere and genuine concern that everything goes well for the best possible outcome.
Took my vehicle to get serviced due to engine light on and emissions warning on my dashboard . Fuel injectors were needed to be replaced due to being contaminated also spark plugs as well needed to be replaced . Asked what had contaminated it so I can see if other things need to be replaced. They did not have an answer to what caused the contamination. Spark plugs are a simple fix. Usually $15 a spark plug. NOPE , Honda told me $60 each spark plug. On top of that , i had to buy directly through Honda. It was dealer part only. Auto Zone and Orileys didnt have in system for my car. Negotiated and bought 4 spark plugs for $43 each. To find out ( because check engine light keeps coming on , you guys cant seem to fix) but i took to another mechanic and he checked the price if he ordered through Honda . My spark plugs are listed at $45. So if i never negotiated the price , i wouldve paid $60 when they are originally $43. Been 3 weeks of not driving my 2018 Honda Accord. currently at a Mechanic down the street. They are thinking it can be o2 sensor , fuel leak , vacuum leak as well. Extremely frustrated . Paid $185 for a diagnostic test for to them to tell me my engine light was not on and good to go , drove it around and engine and emissions light is on again resulting me at another shop. The most frustrating part was when paid $185 for a diagnostic test the 2nd time around and for them to say my engine light is good to go. When I called and told the manager i was there earlier and my light is back on , can i get a refund because you said my car was fixed, all he said was No , you signed the paper to pay for the diagnostic test I get that , t he issue is , you said my car is good to go hours before ... and now were back at square 1 with my engine light on and i paid you guys to just look at my car basically. I dont usually leave reviews , but i havent had my car drivable for 3 weeks. I dont recommend this dealership. Customer service is 2/5 but the mechanic aspect is 0/5. I had no issued at other Hondas when it comes to customer service and maintenance such as oil changes, a tune ups and never over sold me on price for parts.
Came to buy a car with a trade in and they let me leave with the new car just for the bank to call and tell me to return the car after two weeks, come back to the dealership and turn car in but then now they don’t want to give me my trade in back or money at that and it’s been more then two weeks of “waiting” for my car back. Not to mention how rude some of these employees are. Still waiting for something to be resolved..
From the show room all the way to the finance department my family and I were treated with respect as Edris Jamily and Al made the purchase of our CRV simple and transparent. We are from the High Desert but we’d gladly drive back down to Rock Honda if we decide on buying another car in the future.
First time purchasing a car and rock Honda had it all. They were all nice. Carlos was amazing he was there through every step and answered all my questions was very patient and had the best personality ever! I would totally recommend friends and family to go to Rock Honda and ask for Carlos!
Anthony did an AMAZING job helping me figure out what needed to be done on my car. He called two other Honda dealerships that I had taken my car to in the past to help me determine what had already been done to make sure he didn’t suggest a service that I didn’t need so that he didn’t over charge me. The service altogether was excellent. He also got me a ride to a local shopping center to wait while my car was worked on and he was easy to get ahold of in case I had any questions. I definitely recommend taking your car here. I am super happy with the service and I will definitely continue coming to Rock Honda.

Bait and switchI spoke to Oly Garcia the previous day to confirm their lease special on a HRV LX front wheel drive for $119 month and $2.4 K down was still available or is this only one vehicle on the lot for this specific price. He assured me there are more than one HRV at this price. I arrived today before running my credit I asked if the special still available. He assured me it was. His sales manager tells me my drive off price is $5,200 (not including my $1k trade-in) and monthly is $129. Im surprised by this price being a lot higher than I was expecting. So I asked what is included in their $3.3K cap retention price. Sales manager said it includes internal fees that he cannot disclose. OKAY. They ensure me Ill be paying $2.4 K as a down payment. I understand there will be other fees on top of the down payment but paying $2.8 worth of fees. You be the judge 👎
Coming into the dealership I didnt know what to expect. I am so glad I came to Rock Honda because they made my first time car buying experience amazing. Every employee I encountered Jessica, Ray, and Cedric were friendly and went above and beyond their task. They treated us like family from the beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.
Horrible service horrible staff and what a rip off be careful guys I had problems starting my car it was just because of a aftermarket alarm they were living telling me it needed a lot of work but just my alarm was taken off and I was charged 800 dollars worst spot ever dont recommend
Bad experience, they only had two brand new civics and they were marking them up by more than 10k, when they brought the price down to help you some how another 5k to add insurance, this happened after they ran my credit before I got there and told me they wouldnt hidden fees.

I recently bought a 2018 Honda Accord at Rock Honda!! I applied for a pre-approval through their website and Brian called me back right away! He asked me several questions about what car I was interested in and he was super friendly!! I ended up going down the same day I talked to Brian and when I pulled in the dealership he had the exact same car I talked to him about out front waiting for me :) We went on a test drive and I purchased the Accord that evening. Throughout the whole experience he was very nice and wanted to help me out :) Before I drove off he gave me a whole run through about my car and even helped me adjust the settings to my liking before I left. The next morning I received a text from Brian making sure I didnt have any questions, and the question that I did have he went out of his way to go out to the lot and take a picture of another Accord for me to compare with my Accord! If you are in need of a Honda please go and see Brian..HES THE BEST!!!
Do not buy a car from Rock Honda Fontana California they will sell you a policy for oil changes that is not honored at other dealerships or anywhere even though they tell you it is and then they refused to reimburse your money are car was purchased and paid cash and they’re trying to say that it was not I sent them pictures of the title pictures of the cashed checkAnd they advise me to take them to court so that’s what I will do do not go to the dealership
Went to Rock Honda the day b4 and someone tried to help and the had such a negative person. But got a call from JACKIE PALOMO and was instantly met with a positive attitude. I had an amazing experience! I was nervous and worried that I wouldnt get a good deal or that I would get played. I originally planned on getting a Kia but had the worst time there and they were so pushy. My car buying experience was completely changed when I pulled into Rock Honda. From the moment I pulled in I was treated like family. The car salesman I got was Rafael, he is an angel and has the patience of a saint. I asked so many questions about my trade in, the car payment, all the cars I wanted to see. He explained everything to me about my car(CR-V EX) and then explained again and again. If I could recommend everyone I know to Rock Honda and to ask for Rafael I would in a heartbeat! Then when it was time to work out a deal I met Henry the Sales Manager, who did the best deal possible and that I was happy with, even when I asked for something better he came back and made it happen, he even honored my trade in value CarMax offered me which was the cherry on top of everything. JR in finance was great as well, he didnt try and sell me on any last minute things, gave me a nice add-on that we worked into my contract without adding anymore dollars to my car payment and he even made signing your life away on a car feel a lot better and without pressure. Rafael, Henry and BJ were the best and I couldnt be more grateful for them. Thank you!
The appointments for service are ridiculous. Especially if you have warranty, the service department goes off commission so they pick and choose what they want to work on first. I’ve been coming here since last year and always had long wait times but this was the last time.. I had an 8:15am appointment, I took the shuttle home because Jimmy said it would take about 3 hours. I called at 1:30pm and my car wasn’t touched. Jimmy was eating his lunch and didn’t mind to call me, I had to ask my neighbor for a ride to pick up my daughter from school because it had been over 5 hours. It took me 30 minutes over the phone to find out the status of my car. I spoke to the manager Eddy who also wasn’t helpful and they claimed my oil change wasn’t done because they were waiting for the brake inspection. Jimmy told them to check the calibers which I clearly told him I just wanted the brake inspection first and this is why it was taking over 5 hrs. Eddy and Jimmy did not even seem sorry for any of this. I told them just to do the oil change because I didn’t have another 5 hours to wait. I arrived at 2:30pm and my oil change was already done. They literally did it in 30 minutes while my car was sitting there all day. They could not give me a reason why it wasn’t done earlier. I will never come back again, I hope I can get better service at Redlands or Ontario for my brakes.
When dealing with my service Im always in good hands with Luis Sapien and when hes not available I am always welcomed by Eddie another wonderful colleague and lets not forget having a welcome smile from service department manager Ruben whom all will make sure your service needs are always meant and are great listeners so when in need of any services for your wonderful Honda make rock Honda in Fontana your number one choice am so glad I did also side note they have delicious coffee choices while you wait with having four children it definitely helped thank you again Rock Honda and staff especially my mechanic together with great service agents like Luis its make me feel more at ease. I lease a car yesterday for 485 a month and I dont recommend this dealer 😡😡They give me a really high lease payment for a honda civic and I check other dealers and they have better offers dont come to this one in fontana caAnd I went to talk to the manager today to see if they can give a lower payment and they said cant do anything really bad sales rep and manager.I put this review so they do it to you
I was already dreading going to the dealership because I didnt think Id be able to get a car anyways and I didnt feel like being scammed. Although, Omar, Erica, Joselin, and the lady in the office cube with the fake spilled coffee on her desk made my experience one of the very best! I walked out of there with a new Honda , my very first car purchase! They were GREAT, did not try and scam me, and were just extremely helpful the entire time!
I came in on a Saturday without an appointment and was expecting a very long wait, on the contrary,I waited less than an hour. I only needed something checked....nothing major. My service advisor was Luis Sapien. Luis was polite, courteous, and professional. I had a very good experience.
This place has the worst service ever!!!!I made an appointment for maintenance on my vehicle at 4:45, I live in L.A. and purchased my car here and I get free maintenance so I drove all the way to fontana just imagine the traffic 2 hrs. Stuck on traffic.. on my GPS it showed that I was going to arrive at 520 so I called at 3pm I spoke to a receptionist and I told her I was going to be late..that if they can still take my car for maintenance she told me, oh dont worry as long as you make it before 6 your fine. I asked her again, okay so im good if im late?? its because I dont want to just drive for you guys not to help me... she said, no your fine well see you here. When I arrived I informed a guy that I was here for maintenance and that I had an appointment, that I called ahead and I told him everything the receptionist said. He told me that they couldnt take me in that they already had two people ahead and that I wasnt going to get helped.I am very upset because not only did I have an appointment, I called ahead of time to ask if I was going to get helped, they lied to me, and the manager which I talked to couldnt even find a solution knowing damn well that I was driving from Los Angeles . The manager had the audacity to tell me she doesnt have enough workers...how is this my fault? Your the manager figure it out, hire more people, pay overtime, you call yourself a manager and cant even help the customer. THIS DEALER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE !
I came here a few times for parts, since its close to where I live everytime other then the experience I had yesterday was my last. By mistake I ordered the wrong part 😕 which is useless to me now since the part was only $4.00 didnt hurt me much but what really put me in how HONDA wasnt much of that helpful servant like they mentioned wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee for a part I cant use...Yes I bought a part I cant use wanted to return it but so they wanted to charge an additional 20% this was a offer I almost couldnt refuse right!
I have been a customer at Rock Honda since 2017, purchased a vehicle and would return for Tech Services with Kevin Colon. Although the great customer service is what kept me coming back, I can not say the same anymore. In the last 6 months Ive had nothing but terrible customer care, and today was no exception. I had scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks in advance, with multiple attempts made and was told to come in earlier. I sat in my car 30 minutes in line without ever having a Tech come grab me from my vehicle to assist me or get my appointment started. I opted to leave without ever receiving a follow up by staff or Management. Lack of employee retention has affected value of customer care! Be prepared to wait, be ignored, and be treated as if you are inconvenience to the staffs day at this location...
The staff was polite, welcoming, professional, and expeditious.My salesman Armen Rostani was super diligent in following up with me daily and he was informative, polite, readily available to answer all of my questions and ultimately got me the car I wanted, which was a challenge to get due to the high demand. Stay Away please!!!! I had a very horrible experience looking at cars here the Indian guy who works here was super rude. Right off the bat he was hesitant to show me cars he almost didnt want to. Then he proceedes to keep telling me that my cosigner has bad credit which is not true. This place made her credit worse by running it to check now it is much lower. Then the salesman hits me with a payment of almost $700 a month for a basic civic. Im not buying a luxury car here thats just a stupid payment price for a civic or any regular car in general. then as I was walking out because of that ridiculous payment the Indian guy yells at me and says so your just going to waste my time huh? Yeah real smooth words there buddy. Take some classes on how to be a salesman. Your Absolutely horrible at your job.
When making an appointment for an oil change they need to inform the customer about the wait time! This is the MAJOR reason why customers get upset. My appointment was at 11am, over half an hour has passed and I have not been seen. Service manager needs to communicate to its staff changes on protocols, otherwise some of these service employees give inaccurate information and they face the wrath of unhappy and unsatisfied customers and it’s not fair to them! Shoutout to Andrew in service for being professional and going the extra mile to provide me with accurate information to my questions.
This was the worst car service experience I have ever encountered. I had used this shop previously for my Honda Element with no issues. I recently bought another Honda element and had trouble getting the check engine light cleared. After replacing a valve, I drove 3 exits down the freeway and the car started shuttering back and forth which caused the check engine light to turn back on. I made a U-turn and returned. I asked if I could speak with a manager so that we could make a plan for the repairs (I didnt want to keep replacing single parts). The manger never called me so I decided to pick up my car and find another shop. I notified Katrina, my service rep 3 times to inform her I would be coming Friday afternoon. Moments after I returned my rental car down the road, she called and explained that the person who took my car apart went on vacation and would return in a week. I again asked to speak with a manager. I then had to have my girlfriend drive an hour to pick me up. Finally, a full week later, the car was put back together so I drove over to pick it up and asked to speak with the Service Manager. I sat at his desk for 30 minutes listening to his cell phone ring repeatedly (Nirvana -Smells like teen spirit). I could no longer take it anymore and left. I will never do business with this company again. 4 weeks with my car and never got a call from the Manager after asking repeatedly.
I purchased a used car here a month ago from across the country. I am Active Duty and could not make it to the dealership, so I had the salesman go over the entire car to verify some things. I asked very specific questions about very specific parts of the car, and was told there was no damage, which I have in a text message as well. The day I received the car, I went over these areas, and immediately noted the damage and called the dealership. I have been very polite trying to come to a resolution with the salesman and the sales manager, and I have been blown off by the sales manager for weeks. I have been very professional and calm trying to come to a resolution for over $5k in damage that prevents the car from safely operating on the freeway because the hood cant properly latch. There is other minor damage that I didnt ask about, and I can accept that and fix this myself, however, a car advertised with A/C usually means it works. The sales manager put the phone down during a call and proceeded to talk to another employee about the number of complaints my salesman received for falsely informing people about their vehicles condition, i.e whats up with your guy, this is the third complaint I have received. He meant to hang up, but did not and I heard the whole conversation. I have been so willing to work it out even stating I would settle for covering half of the repair bill. I would be cautions working with this dealerships used car department.
Shafiq Jamili in service completely ripped us off. Invoice reads basic oil change for 125.97. We were told that due to oil shortages only synthetic oil was available, we basically had no option but to say okay. Once we were checked out invoice manipulates tire rotation, even though we were not mentioned nor asked anything about tire rotation. I called around to 3 other Honda dealers for synthetic oil change and we were quoted 69.99, more proof that Shafiq Jamili completely ripped us off.

Earlier in the year prior to the shortage I Was recommended here to speak with the sales manager for a car thinking they would give a deal. Instead I was given a condescending speech by him on how the only car they would sell me and I could afford was a Honda Fit. Walked out and I was able to get a Honda Civic EX at a much better price I was looking for at another Honda dealership. Don’t go here thinking you’ll get a deal and definitely do not pay more than MSRP even if there is a shortage. If you could wait it out till prices go back down do that but don’t go here thinking you’ll get a deal.

I did not feel welcome there. I walked in and was immediately given a credit application before I was even asked what kind of vehicle I was interested in. It was an uncomfortable experience that made the purchasing process cold and uncomfortable. They will ding your credit even though they say they dont do a hard inquiry
Watch out for Hamid Javid, and probably most of the other sales managers here. Not only was he much more aggressive and less helpful than the managers we experienced at the neighboring Kia and Hyundai dealerships, but he deceptively promised free tinting as part of the deal, to which we had directly asked numerous employees about how it would work both before and after buying the car. They all said to expect a call about getting an appointment, but had nothing else to say about it (maybe be helpful Honda people and tell us that we would need a hand-written Due Bill?). Weeks later, I called the cell phone of our sales consultant, Austin Yoon, and he said he cant do anything if we dont have a Due Bill. He also did not remember anything regarding the promise, though he acknowledged remembering us (he was the first to mention our shared ethnicity and my last name during our call). Surprise, we never received a Due Bill. Eat s***, Hamid.Also, all the paperwork after already accepting the deal took something like 5 hours to complete. All in all, if we had not simply preferred the Honda to the competitors cars, we would have gone elsewhere, as they offered notably better deals and were simply less deceptive people.
I made an appointment for and oil change alignment and tire rotation, when I dropped off the car at 8:40 am I specifically ask how long was that going to take and the rep said 2 hrs max. I had other appointments I needed to go after that and it was going to work well I had enough time according to me, well after not hearing back from them at 12 oclock I decided to call and it took me over 15 minutes to get a hold of someone just to be put on hold so that they can get a hold of my rep. I finally get to talk to him and tells me they just handed me your paperwork you car is ready I questioned why was it taking to long and I dont think he liked it he was speaking over me. I used their car services to get dropped off at home and now I had 6 people in front of me to get picked up. What it was supposed to be a fast oil change turned in to a long nightmare, If you value your time and schedule other appointments when you go to this dealership just know that it will take more that what they tell you. If they are under staff they SHOULNT book all those appointments. Get your services at a different location they might have more consideration of their clients time.
Friendly, flexible on price, quick with the paperwork. We found the car we wanted online, but were surprised to see the price about 20% higher once we arrived. The markup and extras were non-negotiable and already installed ($295 for a screen-protector, for example). The car is great and the process was fine, but the bait-and-switch left a bad taste in my mouth.
Great experience buying parts from their online store hondapartscheap.com :-) Competitive pricing with all the other online honda parts stores, but theyre actually based at Rock Honda so shipping is quick and cheap to Socal (instead of most other online stores I found based in the SE and Midwest). Fragile electronic part I ordered came wrapped in bubblewrap packed inside a solid shipping box, fit perfect works great. Plus they answer the phone! And everyone I talked to was super polite and helpful! Crazy, seemed to good to be true. Thanks guys!

Our sales rep (Johnny) was great. He was not pushy and was very helpful. We were going thru Costco auto which lowered the price of the car significantly. The finance guy (Abnar, I think his name was) was also awesome and super helpful and informative. Only down fall is they lowballed us on our trade, which forced us to sell our old car thru CarMax, who offered us $3k more than what Rock Honda was offering us, which was a huge inconvenience. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
The employees here are very nice and willing to help you out. Only complaint is not letting people know how long their wait is for a car service to be completed. I would have been waiting for 6 hours if I didnt ask one of the employees a question. Also, there was only 1 driver for the shuttle. They should have informed customers that the wait time for that was longer than expected, too. Just better communication would have been nice but overall, good experience.
Tried going there twice to buy a car. Both trade ins. The manager and sales guy were rude. I’ve bought multiple cars before and I work in customer service myself. They don’t care about helping people get a good deal. Seems like all the care about is making profit. I understand it’s a business but both times I’ve tried getting a car they never work with you. Not sure if it’s just this dealer or Honda dealers in general. Don’t recommend Rock Honda.
The main supervisor Vince helped me out a lot!! And didn’t stop working with me until I got what I wanted, and on top of that gave me the lowest interest rate I’ve ever had on a brand new 2020 Honda Accord (Sport)!! Rock Honda will give you what you want and not what they want to give you plus had me out driving my new car in a couple hours unlike most dealerships I’ve been to where your literally there all day!! Great customer service!! 100% recommend it!!
Terrible experience. They want me to sign a credit report release before letting me know the car price. (I have over 800. ) After I insist on price negotiation first they ask for 36k on Hybrid Accord EX (mrsp 30k.) Dont come here. I bought two Honda cars from other dealers before and they never asked to pull credits before releasing prices. Worst dealer ever!
I was shopping for 2021 gray EX-L gray Accord Hybrid. I received an offer from the internet manage and when I went to pick the car I waited two hours at the dealer; Then I was told that they could not honor this offer. The sales manager jacked up the price and added too many things that I didnt ask for. The sales manager was very rude when they did not have a deal.Not honest, not straightforward, and unprofessional.
I went in for service on Friday and I was helped by a man named Eddie. While I was there the service department was very welcoming and friendly. If youre going here you need to understand every business is short staffed. STOP complaining about everything workers are trying to do the best they can while being short staffed.
Horrible customer service.Been coming to this Honda for years to get service but not anymore.Got an oil change and started to notice some oil leaking from the bottom of my Civic right after. Asked them if I could take it back so they can take a look at it and they simply responded with you have to make an appointment. I explained to them that this is my only form of transportation and the frustration of having to come back because of what they did to my car. This is the second time Ive gotten service at this Honda where something went wrong. The first time, I got an alignment and they made my steering wheel crooked in which I had to waste more hours to come back and have them fix whatever they caused. Not even an attempt at an apology. No attempts at helping a customer out.
Two bad experiences at Rock Hondas service department. We had a recall on our car so we made an appointment to take the car in. Rock Honda requires you to make an appointment but there was no point of the appointment because it takes at least over an hour to just check in your car. After the recall service my car had issues that I did not before. The passenger windows would not go down and the settings for the drivers were not working. The worst part was that the sliding door was acting up. I made another appointment to take my car in again for the to fix the malfunctions and needless to say I waited over an hour to just check in my car . This was only because I asked to speak with a manager. Their excuse was that they were short staffed (same excuse as the last visit). This is not the customers problem. It is Rock Hondas problem, they need to figure it out. They always send out a survey but I found it interesting that they didnt bother to text me a link with the survey. The next day I had another vehicle scheduled for service, I did not take it to Rock Honda. I took my car to Penske Honda in Ontario. Great service. They actually honor your appointment.
Critical: ProfessionalismI had went into Rock Honda, with my wife and daughter to try to get an 2020 Honda Civic Nationally advertised lease special by Honda for my daughter. We were immediately greeted by a salesman and went for a test drive During the test drive, I informed the salesman that we wanted to lease after he asked who was going to finance the vehicle. After the test drive we went into the store and the salesman asked who was going to finance the car. I told him again that we wanted to trade in our current vehicle and wanted the lease special that was on the Honda website. He asked what it was and informed him $2k down and $189 mo. He was a little perplexed and said let me see if they can do that. He ran my credit and asked or the registration for my trade-in. He came back 10 min later and said $3400 down and $279mo. I said no sorry that was not going to work as we wanted the original price from Honda I asked why he wasnt able to do that. He said that my credit was great and said he will see if they can come down. He left again and came back and tossed the registration from my car on the table and said sorry we cant to that and said have a good day.In all my life and my times purchasing and or leasing vehicles, I have never dealt with a dealership that was so short in trying to negotiate a deal. After all this was a deal that Honda was advertising on their website and just not something I made up.I would not recommend Rock Honda.Note: I went to Valley-Hi Honda and leased a 2020 Civic at even a better lease special
This dealer is horrible, specially Jackie and Dennis they only treat you nice while your buying the car. The moment you leave they don’t carr about you. We bought a 2022 Civic and where not given the second key, we’ve been trying to reach out and they keep telling us (we’ll mail it out) (it’s here but will send it tomorrow)This has been an ongoing issue for over 1 month and the sales management all they do is cover up for them no a single call to explain the situation. To make things worse they’ve ask me take the car to the service department to have a key made.
I had a 2005 Honda Civic I had brought in beacause my alarm would not let it turn on. I didnt know that at the moment however thats what was causing my problem.They overcharged me 670$ just to disconnect my alarm they however said it was a wire disasterMy lock smith guy then had told me he wouldve only charged me 80$ had he knew it was thatThis place are thieves eversince I never likes this dealership be careful there robbing you in your face

2022-06-27Buying a car in these times can be tough, but the sales team at Rock Honda made is pretty easy. Even though they did not have the car I wanted, Dennis and the team were able to determine that a vehicle would be arriving in the color and model I wanted. I did shop around, and I have to say, the knowledge, and expertise of the sales team stands head and shoulders above every dealership I visited in southern California, and I visited quite a few. I also appreciated the speed at which the paperwork was processed.

2022-02-24I went to several dealers before coming here and the previous dealers gave me the run around . I contacted rock Honda and spoke with RZ I give him a 10000x star rating for the excellent service he provided . I explained my situation and he got me into a car with the best experience I have ever had. He didn’t give me the run around and explained everything to me in detail. This is the kind of experience and person we need more at car dealers. I am so happy and because of him and his excellent customer service I am happy with my new car.

2022-04-30Irvine was a great sales guy. Helped me out with a brand new 2022 Honda Accord. Wish the payments could be lower but it’s worth paying so high for great quality. Everyone in the office was very helpful, nice and professional. Overall great experience with finance crew, sales guy, management and customer service. Also, there’s a lady there for Allstate that can get u the best quote for insurance. My quote was $180 monthly for a first time driver, best I’ve seen so far.

2022-04-08Recently purchased a 2015 vehicle at Rock Honda, and had the courtesy of working with Antonio in the Finance department. I was so pleased to have him working on my loan. He was attentive and meticulous to the requirements my lender want us to adhere to. He worked out a favorable situation for me. I definitely recommend those who are looking to purchase, come by Rock Honda and have them take care of you! 2022-02-11Stay away from this dealership ! Used car sales manager scammed me on 1/14/2022 they sold me a lemon. Today is 2/10/2022 and the car has been to the service department 3 times my first car payment is coming up and I dont even have the car. I am scared of it breaking down on me anywhere I go. I have it on video that the car dosent want to start nd the used sales manager doesnt want to fix it. These people just care about taking your money not quality at all and they claim it is a Certified Used Car. I dont want the car anymore because of how much problems it has, and now my credit will be ruined and I lost my $2500 down payment. I will be contacting a lawyer and the B.B.B

2022-06-22Javier was a excellent sales rep, he looked out for my needs and helped with all that was needed. He made it so easy, it was my first time buying a car. 2022-06-04I recently got my Honda Accord serviced at Rock Honda and my experience was amazing. The service department staff were very friendly and welcoming. They listened to my concerns, answered my many questions, and exceeded my expectations when my car was returned. I will definitely be coming back every time my car needs to be serviced. 2022-02-19Started off badly but I must say that on the way out a salesman named Omar stopped us and asked if we had satisfactory service we explained to him the bad service we had received he asked if we would give him an opportunity to make it right needless to say we made a deal had a great experience and The finance manager Edris helped complete the transaction These two individuals where amazing we will continue to recommend them to our friends and family

2022-06-23STAY AWAY! They are liars and only want to take money away from you. I made an appointment with Tony from the lease department since my mom wanted to do a lease buyout. I explained to him that other Honda dealers wanted to add accessories to this car just so that Honda could finance it. I told him that made no sense, and that we just wanted to come in and buy the lease, and not add anything to it. He said the only thing that Rock Honda would charge would be a document processing fee of around $500. I said that is fine since my mom wants to finance it with them since she already has a payment history with them. As I walk in, Tony is not present but another worker helps us with the process and says that Tony will finalize everything once he comes in. I explain to this worker once again what me and Tony discussed, and how it would only be the $500 to buy this lease. We do a credit application, and then this other individual comes and says that we must buy a WARRANTY just to finance this lease. They have lied to us many times and made us waste our time coming here. I took time off work today to help my mom buy this lease, which I was told over and over that would be possible with only the $500 document processing fee. Do yourself a favor and stay away from all the lying individuals that work here that only care about making money out of you and could care less about you.

2022-05-04Good dealership and good service from the management team. I only withhold one star because while the team did take care of the main issue(s), they didn’t go the extra mile to add some air into the tires to turn off the tire pressure warning light (which is a pretty complementary thing... but perhaps, I could be wrong). Overall, I’m satisfied.
